2024 - French Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na právní předpisy upravující distribuci kosmetických výrobků na evropském trhu a na analýzu právní terminologie doplněnou dvojjazyčným glosářem. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat právní předpisy upravující distribuci kosmetických výrobků a všechny související aktuální požadavky a identifikovat jejich případné omezení a překážky, které mohou distributorům a dalším subjektům na českém a evropském trhu bránit. Práce se skládá ze tří kapitol. První kapitola slouží jako teoretický úvod do regulace vnitřního trhu Evropské unie a výhod, které tento trh přináší kosmetickému odvětví. Druhá kapitola analyzuje právní rámec upravující distribuci kosmetických výrobků v EU, a to jak primární a sekundární evropské právo, tak i českou legislativu a její požadavky na dovoz a distribuci kosmetických výrobků na českém trhu, stejně jako možné překážky dovozu a distribuce kosmetických výrobků na českém trhu. třetí kapitola analyzuje právní terminologii a slovní zásobu užitou v této práci a porovnává české a francouzské právní termíny. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the legislation governing the distribution of cosmetic products on the European market and on an analysis of the legal terminology supplemented by a bilingual glossary. The aim of the dissertation is to analyse the legislation governing the distribution of cosmetic products and all the current requirements, and to identify their limitations and the obstacles that may arise for distributors and other players on the Czech and European markets. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter serves as a theoretical introduction to the regulation of the European Union's internal market and the benefits that this market brings to the cosmetics sector. The second chapter is devoted to an analysis of the legal framework governing the distribution of cosmetic products in the EU, both European primary and secondary law and Czech legislation and its requirements for the import and distribution of cosmetic products on the Czech market, as well as potential obstacles to the import and distribution of cosmetic products on the Czech market. The third chapter is devoted to an analysis of the legal terminology and vocabulary used in this dissertation, as well as a comparison of Czech and French legal terms. 2024 - French This master's thesis, entitled "The origins of the theory of pure nature", seeks to understand how, in the 16th century, commentators on St Thomas Aquinas came to conceive of human nature as having a purely natural end rather than a supernatural one. This is known as the theory of pure nature. The aim of our work is to study, on the basis of the work of Father de Lubac, the ways in which they were led to develop such a theory. Our first part is devoted to Cajetan and his application to human nature of the principle of Aristotelian origin. Our second part concerns the heresy of Baius and the use of the potentia Dei absoluta. Our third part is devoted to the limbo theory and the question of natural beatitude. Diplomová práce s názvem "Počátky teorie čiré přirozenosti" se snaží pochopit, jak v 16. století komentátoři svatého Tomáše Akvinského dospěli k pojetí lidské přirozenosti jakožto mající čistě přirozený cíl, nikoliv nadpřirozený. Tato teorie je známá jako teorie čiré přirozenosti. Cílem naší práce je prozkoumat, na základě díla otce de Lubaca, způsoby, které je vedly k vytvoření takové teorie. Způsoby estetizace konzumní společnosti a reklamy ve třech vybraných moderních románech

2024 - French The aim of this thesis is to analyze the means of aestheticizing consumer society and advertising in three works: Frédéric Beigbeder's "99 Francs," Christophe Léon's "Black Friday," and Gauz's "Debout-payé." This selection of works allows us to see the image of consumption from three different angles. In Beigbeder's work, we find the people who produce advertising, Christophe Leon opens up the world of consumption and purchasing, and in Gauz's "Debout-payé," we see people working "standing up" so that others can consume. The narrator in all the novels attempts to convey the image of consumer society, with each narrator choosing their own social level. Our analysis will be based on Jean Baudrillard's theory of consumption and Umberto Eco's thoughts on mass media and communication. Given the position of this work at the intersection of literature and sociology, one chapter will be dedicated to the literary styles that authors choose to aestheticize or "de-aestheticize" consumption. In the other chapters, we will analyze the social aspect of purchasing in the novels. Tato práce si klade za cíl analyzovat prostředky estetizace konzumní společnosti a reklamy ve třech dílech: 99 franků od Frédérica Beigbedera, Black Friday od Christopha Léona a Debout- payé od Gauze. Tento výběr nám umožňuje vidět obraz spotřeby ze tří různých stran. U Beigbedera nalezneme lidi, kteří vyrábějí reklamu, zatímco Christophe Leon nám otevírá svět spotřeby a nákupu a jako hlavní problém vidí spotřebitele. Gauz v Debout-payé nám umožňuje vidět lidi, kteří pracují "na nohou", aby ostatní mohli spotřebovat. Vypravěči se v jednotlivých románech snaží předat obraz konzumní společnosti, každý si vybral jinou sociální úroveň. Naše analýza bude založena na teorii konzumace Jeana Baudrillarda a myšlenkách Umberta Eca v oblasti médií a masové komunikace. Vzhledem k tomu, že téma práce se nachází na průsečíku literatury a sociologie, bude jedna z jejích kapitol věnována literárním stylům, které autoři volí k estetizaci nebo "odestetizaci" spotřeby. V dalších kapitolách budeme analyzovat sociální stránku nákupu v románech. Jazykové přejímky z japonštiny v současné francouzštině

2024 - French The diploma thesis focuses on Japanese loanwords in contemporary French, particularly those which are featured in the Petit Robert 2022 dictionary. The theoretical part initially addresses the loanwords in general, exploring the delimitation and classification of this concept from various perspectives. Subsequently, it examines factors influencing the assimilation of Japanese words into French, considering both socio-cultural contexts and, notably, adaptation issues at phonetic, orthographic, morphological and semantic levels. The empirical part aims to scrutinize the presence of the mentioned words in various selected dictionaries and corpora. The corpus data allow to analyze how these words are used and their role in further word formation. Additionally, the empirical part includes sociolinguistic research through a questionnaire. The objective of the questionnaire is firstly to find out whether native French speakers are familiar with selected Japanese loanwords, whether they incorporate them into their language use, and secondly to collect their definitions of these terms. Teoretická část práce se nejprve věnuje přejímkám obecně, a to problematice delimitace tohoto pojmu a klasifikace z různých úhlů pohledu. Poté se zaobírá aspekty, které ovlivňují integraci slov z japonštiny do francouzštiny. Je brán v potaz jak sociokulturní kontext, tak především otázky adaptace na úrovni fonetické, ortografické, morfologické a sémantické. Cílem empirické části je zkoumat výskyt výše uvedených slov v několika vybraných slovnících a korpusech. Data z korpusu umožňují zanalyzovat, jak jsou tato slova používaná a zda a jakým způsobem se účastní další slovotvorby. Empirická část obsahuje také sociolingvistický výzkum ve formě dotazníku, který má za účel zjistit, zda rodilí mluvčí francouzštiny vybrané přejímky z japonštiny znají, zda je používají a jakou definici by jim přiřadili. 2024 - French Le lexique du français maghrébin et sa présence dans Le Petit Robert Barbora Musilová Abstract This bachelor thesis focuses on the French language used in the Maghreb and the occurrence of its vocabulary in general dictionaries. The thesis shows the position of the French language in Francophone Africa with special emphasis on the Maghreb region. It reveals part of the history behind the emergence of the current situation of French in these places. The work also offers a comprehensive view of the position of the French language in relation to other languages used in Francophone parts of Africa. The practical part of this thesis maps the original expressions of Maghrebi French and their representation in the online version of the dictionary "Le Petit Robert". The list of expressions is accompanied by a detailed linguistic analysis. This analysis consists of the identification of the word type, the origin of the expression, the possible uses, the meaning and other possible parameters. The thesis also traces the occurrence of the vocabulary of Maghrebi French according to Jaromír Kadlec, who deals with it in several chapters of the book "Francouzština v Africe", in the online dictionary Le Petit Robert. The work also offers a comparison of these terms in various French language dictionaries. Le lexique du français maghrébin et sa présence dans Le Petit Robert Barbora Musilová Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na francouzský jazyk užívaný v Maghrebu a výskyt jeho slovní zásoby v obecných slovnících. Práce ukazuje pozici francouzského jazyka ve frankofonní Africe se zvláštním důrazem na region Maghrebu. Odkrývá část historie, která stojí za vznikem současné situace francouzštiny v těchto místech. Práce zároveň nabízí komplexní pohled na pozici francouzského jazyka vůči jiným jazykům užívaným ve frankofonních částech Afriky. Praktická část této práce mapuje originální výrazy z maghrebské francouzštiny a jejich zastoupení v internetové verzi slovníku "Le Petit Robert". Seznam výrazů je doprovázen detailní lingvistickou analýzou. Tato analýza se skládá z identifikace slovního druhu, původu výrazu, možných způsobů použití, významu a dalších případných parametrů. V práci se také sleduje výskyt slovní zásoby maghrebské francouzštiny podle Jaromíra Kadlece, který se jí věnuje v několika kapitolách knihy "Francouzština v Africe", v online slovníku Le Petit Robert. Práce nabízí také porovnání těchto výrazů v různých slovnících francouzského jazyka. 2024 - French v anglickém jazyce This bachelor's thesis deals with ways of conception of the role of evil and kind sister in the fairy tales written by well-known French author Charles Perrault. These ways are compared with methods of current writer Patrick Chamoiseau. The goal of this thesis is to show the identical traits by using analytical and subsequent comparative method. These identical features were revealed on the basis of work with fairytale texts Cendrillon ou La petite pantoufle en verre, Les fées and La Barbe Bleue in Czech translation Popelka aneb Skleněný střevíček, Víly and Modrovous. These attributes become the main criterions of comparison of achieved results with elements which can be found in a fairy tale called La plus belle est à l'en-bas de la baille in Czech translation Nejhezčí je pod žlabem. This study aspires to answer the question if it is possible to declare these three mentioned fairy tales written by Charles Perrault as a possible source of inspiration how to understand characters of kind and evil sister in work of Patrick Chamoiseau. Jejím cílem je za použití analytické a následné komparativní metody odhalit na základě pohádkové textu Cendrillon ou La petite pantoufle en verre, Les fées a La Barbe Bleue, v českém překladu Popelka aneb Skleněný střevíček, Víly a Modrovous, shodující se rysy, které se poté stávají hlavními kritérii komparace dosažených výsledků s prvky, jež je možné zaznamenat v pohádce La plus belle est à l'en-bas de la baille, v českém překladu Nejhezčí je pod žlabem. Tato studie, která aspiruje na zodpovězení otázky, zdali je možné deklarovat tři výše zmíněné pohádky Charlese Perraulta za možný zdroj inspirace pojetí postavy zlé a hodné sestry Patricka Chamoiseau, následuje stručný vhled do problematiky pohádek, včetně představení dosavadního bádání a úskalí, který tento žánr skýtá. Anglicismy a argotické výrazy v řeči youtubera Squeezieho

2024 - French The present diploma thesis deals with the use of anglicisms and slang (argotic) expressions in the French language used by young people, based on the speech of the famous French youtuber Squeezie, who is understood here as a representative of said young generation, i.e. generation Z. The theoretical part defines the notion of loanwords and the specific situation for anglicisms in relation to French, from the historical influence of English on French to the types of anglicisms and language politics associated with them. It also discusses slang, or more specifically argot, its social context, word-formation processes, and the linguistic specifics of such slang in relation to the younger generation. The empirical part then provides an in-depth analysis of a selection of twenty of Squeezie's videos, identifying the number of occurrences, context of use and any thematic patterns or motivations for the use of all the anglicisms and slang terms used, drawing on the theory presented. V teoretické části je definován pojem jazykové výpůjčky a konkrétní situace pro anglicismy ve vztahu k francouzštině, od historického vlivu angličtiny na francouzštinu, po typy anglicismů a s nimi spojenou jazykovou politiku. Zároveň se pojednává o argotu, jeho sociálním kontextu, slovotvorných procesech a jazykových specifikách argotu ve vztahu k mladé generaci. V empirické části se do hloubky analyzuje výběr dvaceti Squeezieho videí, přičemž se identifikuje kontext použití, četnost výskytu a potenciální tematické vzorce či motivace užívání všech užitých anglicismů a slangových výrazů s oporou o představenou teorii. 2024 - French This diploma thesis focuses on the use of audiovisual documents in teaching French as a foreign language. The aim of this thesis is to describe the ways and methods of the employment of audiovisual documents in contemporary teaching focusing on the selected range of textbooks. In the first part, the thesis resumes the development of teaching methodology putting emphasis on the methods using the audiovisual documents and the role of this teaching materials defined by the CEFRL and in its Companion Volume published in 2018. The thesis also deals with the question of planning the didactical unit including an audiovisual document and resumes its stages which lead to the development of all language skills. The second part of the thesis analyses the use of the audiovisual documents in the textbooks for children, teenagers and adults. The analysed textbooks cover all language levels existing for the target group. The analysis focuses on types and methods of the employment of the audiovisual documents. These methods, proposed in the textbooks or other additional materials, are compared to the theoretical recommendations summarized in the first part of the thesis. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím audiovizuálních dokumentů ve výuce francouzštiny jako cizího jazyka. Cílem práce je zmapovat pozici a způsoby využití audiovizuálních dokumentů v současné výuce francouzštiny se zaměřením na vybrané učebnice. V úvodní části práce je shrnut vývoj metodologie výuky cizích jazyků s důrazem na metody využívající audiovizuální dokumenty a role těchto výukových materiálů, která je definována ve Společném evropském referenčním rámci pro jazyky a v jeho doplňku z roku 2018. Dále se práce zaměřuje na metodická doporučení k přípravě výukové jednotky (včetně jejích jednotlivých etap), jež zahrnuje audiovizuální dokument a jejímž cílem je rozvoj všech jazykových kompetencí. Druhá část práce se soustředí na využití audiovizuálních dokumentů v učebnicích francouzštiny určeným dětem, adolescentům a dospělým. Analyzovány jsou učebnice všech úrovní dostupných pro danou věkovou skupinu, se zaměřením na typ použitého dokumentu a na způsoby a metody jeho zapojení do výuky. Postupy navržené v učebnici nebo v dostupných doplňkových materiálech jsou porovnávány s teoretickými doporučeními popsanými v první části práce.
