Současná sociální politika hlavního města Prahy vůči Romům, její podoby a cíle

2024 - Czech The present bachelor thesis focuses on the structure of policies towards Roma within the capital city of Prague. It tries to describe and map its forms, including all relevant actors, activities and subsidy titles. Policies on the territory of the HMP are mainly implemented by the HMP Municipality, municipal districts and non-profit organisations, which are the focus of the paper. Roma in the Czech Republic are discriminated against in social, cultural and political spheres. Through a basic analysis of strategic documents, the form of subsidy titles, the structure of support and interviews with the actors concerned, this thesis seeks to answer to what extent policies towards Roma address these types of exclusion. The thesis aims to investigate what are the objectives of policies towards Roma in the capital city of Prague. It highlights that a significant part of these initiatives focuses only on Roma individuals who are at risk of social exclusion and are implemented through social policy. On the contrary, it neglects the political and cultural exclusion of Roma from the public space. Within the policy structure, the thesis attempts to seek a Roma perspective. Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje struktuře politik směrem k Romům na území hlavního města Prahy. Snaží se popsat a zmapovat její podoby, včetně všech relevantních aktérů, činností a vypisovaných dotačních titulů. Politiky na území HMP realizují zejména Magistrát HMP, městské části a neziskové organizace, kterým se práce blíže věnuje. Romové v České republice jsou diskriminovaní v sociální, kulturní a politické oblasti. Tato práce se snaží skrze základní analýzu strategických dokumentů, dotačních titulů, struktur podpory a rozhovorů s dotčenými aktéry zodpovědět, do jaké míry se politiky vůči Romům věnují těmto typům vyloučení. Práce usiluje o zjištění, jaké jsou cíle politik vůči Romům v hlavním městě Praze. Poukazuje na to, že velká část aktivit směřuje pouze k Romům, kteří se nacházejí v ohrožení sociálním vyloučením a realizují se skrze sociální politiku. Naopak přehlíží politické a kulturní vyloučení Romů z veřejného prostoru. V rámci struktury politik se práce pokouší hledat romskou perspektivu. Snaží se zodpovědět otázku do jaké míry je participace Romů v systému politik možná a reálná. 2024 - Slovak This bachelor thesis is dedicated to Hawkes process. It is divided into six chapters. Chapter one consists of an introduction into the theory of random processes and a de- scription of Poisson process, the second chapter is dedicated to the definition of Hawkes process and its properties. The third chapter contains simmulation methods of the Haw- kes process. Chapter four further describes the Hawkes process parameter estimation and the fifth chapter consists of model goodness of fit testing for observed data. Lastly, the sixth chapter contains practical example of fitting the Hawkes model for real data and a descrition of R package hawkesbow used. 1 Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje Hawkesovu procesu. Práce je rozdělena do šesti ka- pitol, první kapitola obsahuje úvod do teorie náhodných procesů a popis Poissonova procesu, druhá se zabývá definicí Hawkesova procesu a jeho vlastností. Třetí kapitola obsahuje simulační metody Hawkesova procesu. Romové v Turecku - případ Sulukule

2024 - Czech The thesis focuses on the events in Istanbul's Sulukule quarter, which began in 2005, when the authorities ruling in Istanbul approved the revitalization project of Istanbul's Sulukule quarter in Fatih district. The oldest Roma quarter in Istanbul, dedicated to the local Roma according to legends already by Sultan Mehmed II. for helping in the conquest of the city, was a famous place where many went for music, dancing and entertainment. As a result of the revitalization project, several hundred families lost their homes and luxury houses were built on this place instead. The goal of the work is to map this project from its beginnings to 2010, to focus on how local residents were dealt with and what their options were to defend themselves against the project. The work places the project in Sulukul in the context of the phenomenon of kentsel dönüşüm, which is taking place throughout Turkey and which aims to revitalize residential areas, among other things, due to the impending earthquakes. However, this project mainly affects zones where investments do not flow in the long term and are inhabited by less well-off social groups that cannot effectively resist revitalization. Práce se zaměřuje na události v istanbulské čtvrti Sulukule, které začaly roku 2005, kdy autority vládnoucí v Istanbulu schválily projekt revitalizace istanbulské čtvrti Sulukule v okresu Fatih. Nejstarší romská čtvrť v Istanbulu, věnovaná místním Romům dle legend již sultánem Mehmedem II. za pomoc při dobytí města, byla vyhlášeným místem, kam mnozí chodili za hudbou, tancem a zábavou. V důsledku revitalizačního projektu přišlo o své domovy několik set rodin a místo toho se na tomto místě postavily luxusní domy. Cílem práce je zmapovat tento projekt od jeho počátků po rok 2010, zaměřit se na to jak bylo jednáno s místními obyvateli a jaké byly jejich možnosti se projektu bránit. Práce zasadí projekt v Sulukule do kontextu jevu kentsel dönüşüm, který probíhá v celém Turecku a který má za cíl revitalizovat obytné zóny mimo jiné i kvůli hrozícím zemětřesením. Tento projekt ovšem zasahuje převážně zóny, do kterých dlouhodobě neproudí investice a jsou obývané méně majetnými společenskými skupinami, které nedokáží klást revitalizaci efektivní odpor. 2024 - Czech This bachelor՚s thesis explores the portrayal of Turkey in Czech media, specifically in the newspapers Národní listy and Čech between 1922 and 1924. During this period, Turkey underwent significant political and social transformations, transitioning from the demise of the Ottoman Empire to the establishment of the modern Turkish Republic. The aim of this thesis is to examine how these events were reflected in the Czech press. Národní listy with its more liberal orientation and Čech, targeting to a Catholic and conservative readership, offer distinct perspectives on Turkish affairs. The thesis analyzes how these newspapers covered key events such as the Greco-Turkish War, the Lausanne Conference, and Mustafa Kemal՚s political ascent. It also compares the representation of these events in the Czech press with Turkish sources of that period, specifically the book Gazi Mustafa Kemal by Cahit Bürhan. Employing media content analysis, this work systematically examines the content of selected newspapers to identify potential patterns of bias or objectivity. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obrazem Turecka v českých médiích, konkrétně v Národních listech a Čechovi v letech 1922 až 1924. V tomto období procházelo Turecko zásadními politickými a společenskými změnami, od zániku Osmanské říše k založení moderní Turecké republiky. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, jak byly tyto události reflektovány v českém tisku. Národní listy s liberálnější orientací a Čech, zaměřený na katolickou a konzervativní čtenářskou základnu, představují rozdílné perspektivy na tureckou problematiku. Práce analyzuje, jak tyto noviny pokrývaly klíčové události, jako byla řecko-turecká válka, Lausannská konference a politický vzestup Mustafy Kemala. Dále porovnává, jak byly tyto události prezentovány v českém tisku oproti dobovým tureckým zdrojům, konkrétně knize Gazi Mustafa Kemal od Cahita Bürhana. Práce používá metodu mediální obsahové analýzy pro systematické zkoumání obsahu vybraných novin a identifikaci možných vzorců zaujatosti či objektivity. Pragmatické pojetí významu a emocí v hudbě

2024 - Czech The aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to define a possible form of pragmatic conception of musical meaning. To accomplish this goal, we work with three theoretical components, which we analyze and then layer on top of each other in such a way as to form a logical whole. The first of these components is the pragmatic maxim formulated by Charles S. Peirce, which defines the meaning of a fact as the sum of its possible practical consequences. In the field of music, we choose to identify the listener's emotions as these consequences, and thus the second of our components is John Dewey's theory through which we characterize emotions as consisting, first, of internal and external parts, and secondly as arising from a certain conflict. The third component, which we operate with in the framework of the thesis, is the application of the mentioned conflict to the phenomenon of musical expectation and the attempt to analyse it with the help of the insights of David Huron and Leonard B. Meyer. The latter also dealt with the problem of the connection between emotions, pragmatism and music. We therefore use his study as inspiration and a source of possible procedure methods and in the last stage of the paper we evaluate to what extent our conclusions regarding pragmatic conceptions of musical meaning and... Cílem předložené bakalářské práce je vymezit možnou podobu pragmatického pojetí hudebního významu. Pro naplnění tohoto cíle pracujeme se třemi teoretickými složkami, jež analyzujeme a následně je vrstvíme na sebe takovým způsobem, aby daly dohromady logický celek. První z těchto složek je pragmatická maxima formulovaná Charlesem S. Peircem, která vymezuje význam skutečnosti jako souhrn jejích možných praktických důsledků. Za tyto důsledky se v oblasti hudby rozhodneme označit emoce posluchače a druhou ze složek tak tvoří teorie Johna Deweyho, prostřednictvím jíž charakterizujeme emoce za prvé jako sestávající z vnitřního a vnějšího dílu a za druhé jako vznikající na základě určitého konfliktu. Třetí složkou, s níž v rámci práce operujeme, je pak vztáhnutí zmíněného konfliktu na fenomén hudebního očekávání a snahy o jeho rozbor s pomocí poznatků Davida Hurona a Leonarda B. Meyera. Poslední jmenovaný se problémem propojení emocí, pragmatismu a hudby taktéž zabýval. Jeho studii proto využíváme jako inspiraci a zdroj možných myšlenkových postupů a v poslední fázi práce hodnotíme, nakolik se naše závěry týkající se pragmatického pojetí hudebního významu a emocí překrývají. 2024 - Czech This bachelor thesis deals with the preparation and processing of pigments used for the production of slips and for the painting of ceramic vases in antiquity. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive summary of the knowledge of ancient pigments and to analyse the influence of materials, technological processes and pottery firing on these pigments. The first chapter of the thesis deals with the extraction and processing of ceramic clays and the creation of ceramic vessels. The second chapter deals with the firing process and firing structures. The third chapter summarizes all pigments appearing on ancient ceramics and divides them into pigments applied before firing (slips) and cold pigments applied after firing. The last three chapters deal with three major groups of ancient pottery and their representatives - black-gloss pottery (black-figure and red-figure pottery), red-gloss pottery (coral red and terra sigillata) and white lekythoi. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou a zpracováním pigmentů využívaných k výrobě listrů a k malbě keramických váz v období antiky. Cílem práce je podat ucelený souhrn znalostí o antických pigmentech a analyzovat vliv materiálů, technologických postupů a výpalu keramiky na tyto pigmenty. Práce se v první kapitole zabývá získáváním a zpracováním keramických jílů a tvorbou keramických nádob. V druhé kapitole je věnován prostor procesu výpalu a vypalovacím strukturám. Třetí kapitola shrnuje veškeré pigmenty objevující se na antické keramice a rozděluje je na pigmenty nanášené před výpalem (listry) a na studené pigmenty nanášené po výpalu. Poslední tři kapitoly se věnují třem velkým skupinám antické keramiky a jejím zástupcům - černě listrované keramice (černofigurová a červenofigurová keramika), červeně listrované keramice (korálová červeň a terra sigillata) a bílým lekythům. 2024 - Czech This bachelor's thesis discusses the issue of gestational diabetes and the influence of the diagnosis on nutrition and exercise/sport in diagnosed women. The theoretical part discusses the pathogenesis of GDM, risk factors and recommended procedures for screening and treatment including nutritional and exercise recommendations. The results of the questionnaire survey are described in the practical part. The questionnaire focused on the complications that women with GDM go through in connection with lifestyle changes after receiving a GDM diagnosis. Part of the survey is a standardized questionnaire to determine the level of perceived stress. The main goal of the work was to define the factors in nutrition and exercise/sport that cause complications in the management of GDM for women after the diagnosis of GDM. A secondary aim of the work was to demonstrate that women with a diagnosis of GDM experience an increased stress burden based on a standardized questionnaire. These objectives are to reveal whether the standard care for women with GDM is sufficient, or whether they lack professional help in managing lifestyle changes. The results of the work showed that the current system of care for women with GDM is not sufficient and these women are dependent on seeking support and help outside the health... Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice gestačního diabetu a vlivu diagnózy na výživu a pohyb/sport u diagnostikovaných žen. V teoretické části je rozebrána patogeneze GDM, rizikové faktory a doporučené postupy pro screening a léčbu zahrnující výživová a pohybová doporučení. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník se zaměřoval na komplikace, kterými ženy s GDM prochází v souvislosti se změnou životního stylu po obdržení diagnózy GDM. Součástí šetření je standardizovaný dotazník na určení míry vnímaného stresu. Hlavním cílem práce bylo definovat faktory ve výživě a pohybu/sportu, které ženám po diagnostice GDM způsobují komplikace v managementu GDM. Vedlejším cílem práce bylo prokázat, že ženy s diagnózou GDM zažívají zvýšenou stresovou zátěž na základě standardizovaného dotazníku. Tyto cíle mají odhalit, zda je standardní péče o ženy s GDM dostačující, anebo jim ve zvládání změny životního stylu chybí odborná pomoc. Výsledky práce ukázaly, že současný systém péče o ženy s GDM není dostačující a tyto ženy jsou odkázané na hledání podpory a pomoci mimo zdravotnický systém, čímž se vystavují riziku, že jejich zdraví a zdraví dítěte bude ohroženo škodlivými a nedostatečnými informacemi.
