Popis chemického složení aerosolu metodou aerosolové hmotnostní spektrometrie - identifikace aerosolu vzniklého během novoročních oslav

2015 - Czech Tato práce se snažila nalézt ukazatel přítomnosti aerosolu vzniklého během ohňostroje pomocí aerosolového hmotnostního spektrometru c-ToF-AMS. Během 48hodinového měření byly pozorovány 4 epizody vyznačující se zvýšenou hmotnostní koncentrací aerosolu, nicméně hlavní pozornost byla věnována epizodě přímo následující po novoročních oslavách. Spektrometr AMS umožnil identifikovat fragmenty pocházející z ohňostroje. Zjistili jsme, že při přítomnosti aerosolu vzniklého během ohňostroje výrazně stoupne koncentrace poměru fragmentu m/z 39 a celkové organické hmoty. Vzhledem k tomu, že přítomnost zvýšeného množství daného fragmentu je zpravidla spojena se zvýšenou koncentrací organických látek (tj. jejich relativně malým vzájemným poměrem), lze výrazně zvýšenou hodnotu tohoto poměru považovat za ukazatel přítomnosti aerosolu vzniklého při ohňostroji. This study focused on finding of a marker of presence of aerosol originating during fireworks using aerosol mass spectrometer c-ToF-AMS. During the 48-hour campaign, we observed 4 episodes characterized by increased mass concentration of aerosol. Nonetheless, the main focus was placed on the episode right after the New Year's celebration.The AMS spectrometer enabled to identify fragments originating from fireworks. We found that presence of fireworks aerosol particles leads to a significant increase of the ratio m/z 39 and total organic mass. Since the increase in the fragment m/z 39 is usually connected with an increase in organic matter (i.e. with their relatively small mutual ratio), it is possible to consider the increased value of such ratio as a marker of presence of aerosol pariticles originating from firewords. Zoologické dny Brno 2013: sborník abstraktů z konference 7.-8. února 2013

2013 - Czech V roce 2013 bylo registrováno 487 účastníků (z toho 289 studentů), odeznělo 137 přednášek ve 21 přednáškových sekcích a bylo vystaveno 182 posterů. Tato čísla opět prokazují, že Zoologické dny se staly největší pravidelnou konferencí se zoologickou tematikou v rámci České republiky a Slovenska. Do již tradiční studentské soutěže (podporované zejména časopisem Živa a nakladatelstvím Academia) bylo zařazeno 62 přednášek a 109 posterů. Letos poprvé byly uděleny i ceny za nejlepší přednášku a poster s entomologickou tematikou, které byly podporovány Českou společností entomologickou. Preparation of Thin Layers of Ferromagnetic Semiconductors

2013 - English The paper reports on the experiments of preparation Mn diluted in Silicon. These materials are potential ferromagnetic semiconductors. Thin layer have been prepared by reactive pulsed laser deposition of Mn target under small pressure of volatile precursor (silane or germane). We estimate initial temperature 1 mn above surface as 1.9 eV. The prepared layers can contain 1-40% of Mn atoms in form of amorphous mixture of Mn and Si or nano-crystallized mixture of Mn and Ge. High temperature annealing or rapid laser annealing is needed for recrystallization of Mn:Si layers. Příprava tenkých vrstev feromagnetických polovodičů

2012 - Czech Příspěvek komentuje experimentální přípravu Mn dopovaného křemíku. Si:Mn může být potenciální materiál s feromagnetickými vlastnostmi za pokojové teploty. Si:Mn bylo připraveno pulzní laserovou depozicí Mn terče při 20Pa SiH4 pomocí ArF laseru. Byla určena počáteční teplota 1mm nad povrchem na 1,9eV. Přpravené přesycené vrstvy obsahují 11% manganu a jsou tvořeny malými částicemi. Difrakční obrazy neukazují žádnou krystalizaci Mn nebo Si. ale jsou v nich náznaky silicidů. Připravený materiál je amorfní nebo se skládá z krystalitů pod limitou detekce. EPR spektra ukazují nevázané elektrony, které jsou nutné pro feromagnetické vlastnosti. Žíháním na 1100C dochází ke změně krystalizace a začíná probíhat separace Si a Mn. The paper reports on the experiments of preparation Mn diluted in Silicon. Si:Mn can be a material with the potential of room temperature ferromagnetism. Si:Mn have been prepared by pulsed laser deposition of Mn target under 20 Pa of silane by ArF laser. We estimate initial temperature 1 mm above surface as 1.9 eV. The prepared supersaturated layers contain 11% of manganese atoms, and they are formed by small particles. Diffraction images show no crystallization of Mn or Si, but there are signs of formation of silicides. The prepared material is amorphous or it contains only nanosized crystals below our limit of detection. Electron paramagnetic spectra show unbounded electrons which are needed for ferromagnetic properties. By annealing to 1100 ̊C changes in the crystallization and start of silicon and manganese separation were observed.
