Témou diplomovej práce je objasniť životné ciele a hodnoty osôb s telesným postihnutím. V teoretickej časti práca prináša definovanie základných pojmov telesného postihnutia, priebeh a model krízy ako radikálnej zmeny telesného obrazu človeka, poukazuje na hlavný spúšťač krízy a to stres a vyzdvihuje faktory ovplyvňujúce psychický stav telesne postihnutého pacienta. Tiež práca poukazuje na zdroje zmyslu života, právo na život a možnosti sociálnej pomoci telesne postihnutého. Cieľom empirickej časti je zistiť do akej miery prežívajú ľudia s telesným postihnutím svoj život ako zmysluplný, do akej miery sú so svojim životom spokojní a aké hodnoty preferujú. Topic of the thesis is to clarify the aims of living and values of the handicapped people. In the theoretical part the work deals with definitions of the basic terms related to a corporal defect, course and model of crisis as a radical change regarding physical image of human being, it highlights the main crisis starter, thus stress, and emphasizes the factors which have the greatest effect on mental state of the handicapped patient. Also, this work refers to sources of one{\crq}s reason for living, right to life and possibilities of social assistance for the handicapped. The empirical part is focused to find out in what extent the handicapped people experience their life as a meaningful, in what extent they are satisfied with their life and what values they prefer.

Analýza pripravenosti rezortu zdravotnictva SR na riešenie krízových situácií

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá pripravenosťou rezortu zdravotníctva SR na riešenie krízových javov spojených s hromadným postihnutím obyvateľov. Krízové javy sú v prevažnej väčšine spojené s ohrozením zdravia a životov ľudí a preto si vyžadujú zdravotnícku intervenciu, ktorá zvyšuje nároky kladené na zabezpečenie bežnej zdravotnej starostlivosti. Zdravotníctvo musí byť pripravené na ich zvládanie v čo najkratšom čase a s nasadením všetkých potrebných síl a prostriedkov. Práca analyzuje úroveň pripravenosti zdravotníctva na zvládnutie krízových situácií spojených s ohrozením zdravia a životov väčšieho počtu ľudí. Posudzuje právne prostredie zdravotníckeho zabezpečenia krízového riadenia, vysvetľuje základnú terminológiu, vyhodnocuje úroveň zdravotníckeho zabezpečenia záchranných prác a posudzuje vplyv reorganizácie zdravotníctva na krízové zdravotnícke zabezpečenie. Komplexne posudzuje vplyv reálnej celkovej úrovne zdravotníctva SR na riešenie krízových situácií. Na základe vykonanej analýzy navrhuje diplomová práca organizačné opatrenia na skvalitnenie procesu riešenia krízových javov a zvýšenie jeho účinnosti. The diploma thesis deals with the state of readiness of the health service of the Slovak Republic for solving crisis features connected with mass infliction of the population. The crisis features are mostly connected with risk to peopleś health and lives therefore the health intervention, which increases the demands made on support of usual health care, seems to be necessary . The health service shall be ready to solve them as soon as possible with use of all necessary force and means. The thesis analyses the level of readiness of the health service for managing emergencies connected with risk to health and lives of a larger number of people. It expertises legal surroundings of health support of crisis management, it explains the basic terminology, evaluates the level of health provision of rescue works and views the impact of reorganisation of the health service on crisis health support. It complex analyses the influence of the whole real level of the health service of the Slovak Republic on solving crisis situations. The diploma thesis proposes pursuant to the performed analyses organizational measures for the better quality of the process of solving crisis features and for increasing its effectivity.

Porovnanie kŕmnych diét vo výžive jesetera malého

Práca sa zabýva porovnaním kŕmnych zmesí používaných vo výžive jesetera malého. Pretože sa v Českej Republike nepoužíva špeciálna kŕmna zmes pre jeseterovité, porovnával som dve najpoužívanejšie krmivá pre lososovité, ktorými sú krmené jeseteri. Kŕmny pokus prebiehal v rybej liahni Mydlovary, cielom bolo zistit rozdiely v prírastku, mortalite a vyrovnanosti rastu a určenie kŕmnych koeficientov (SGR, RGR, FCR, FCE). Thesis is focused on comparison of dietary mixtures used in the nutriton of sterlet. While there are no special diets for sturgeons used in Czech Republic, I compared two mostly used trout dietary mixtures, which are used in sterlet nutrition. Feeding experiment was held in fish-hatchery Mydlovary, the aim was to find out differences in gain in weight, mortality and growth equability and to set feeding coefficients (SGR, RGR, FCR, FCE).
