Characterization of peptide proteinase inhibitors isolated from boar seminal plasma

2003 - English Seminal plasma of different mammalian species contains various types of proteins. Proteinase inhibitors are important components of seminal plasma and were found in all tested species. In the present communication we have shown that serine proteinase inhibitors participate (under physiological conditions) in the formation of associated complexes with other proteins from boar seminal plasma.
