Využití pigmentů k přípravě listrů a k malbě antické keramiky

2024 - Czech This bachelor thesis deals with the preparation and processing of pigments used for the production of slips and for the painting of ceramic vases in antiquity. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive summary of the knowledge of ancient pigments and to analyse the influence of materials, technological processes and pottery firing on these pigments. The first chapter of the thesis deals with the extraction and processing of ceramic clays and the creation of ceramic vessels. The second chapter deals with the firing process and firing structures. The third chapter summarizes all pigments appearing on ancient ceramics and divides them into pigments applied before firing (slips) and cold pigments applied after firing. The last three chapters deal with three major groups of ancient pottery and their representatives - black-gloss pottery (black-figure and red-figure pottery), red-gloss pottery (coral red and terra sigillata) and white lekythoi. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou a zpracováním pigmentů využívaných k výrobě listrů a k malbě keramických váz v období antiky. Cílem práce je podat ucelený souhrn znalostí o antických pigmentech a analyzovat vliv materiálů, technologických postupů a výpalu keramiky na tyto pigmenty. Práce se v první kapitole zabývá získáváním a zpracováním keramických jílů a tvorbou keramických nádob. V druhé kapitole je věnován prostor procesu výpalu a vypalovacím strukturám. Třetí kapitola shrnuje veškeré pigmenty objevující se na antické keramice a rozděluje je na pigmenty nanášené před výpalem (listry) a na studené pigmenty nanášené po výpalu. Poslední tři kapitoly se věnují třem velkým skupinám antické keramiky a jejím zástupcům - černě listrované keramice (černofigurová a červenofigurová keramika), červeně listrované keramice (korálová červeň a terra sigillata) a bílým lekythům. 2024 - Czech This bachelor's thesis discusses the issue of gestational diabetes and the influence of the diagnosis on nutrition and exercise/sport in diagnosed women. The theoretical part discusses the pathogenesis of GDM, risk factors and recommended procedures for screening and treatment including nutritional and exercise recommendations. The results of the questionnaire survey are described in the practical part. The questionnaire focused on the complications that women with GDM go through in connection with lifestyle changes after receiving a GDM diagnosis. Part of the survey is a standardized questionnaire to determine the level of perceived stress. The main goal of the work was to define the factors in nutrition and exercise/sport that cause complications in the management of GDM for women after the diagnosis of GDM. A secondary aim of the work was to demonstrate that women with a diagnosis of GDM experience an increased stress burden based on a standardized questionnaire. These objectives are to reveal whether the standard care for women with GDM is sufficient, or whether they lack professional help in managing lifestyle changes. The results of the work showed that the current system of care for women with GDM is not sufficient and these women are dependent on seeking support and help outside the health... Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice gestačního diabetu a vlivu diagnózy na výživu a pohyb/sport u diagnostikovaných žen. V teoretické části je rozebrána patogeneze GDM, rizikové faktory a doporučené postupy pro screening a léčbu zahrnující výživová a pohybová doporučení. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník se zaměřoval na komplikace, kterými ženy s GDM prochází v souvislosti se změnou životního stylu po obdržení diagnózy GDM. Součástí šetření je standardizovaný dotazník na určení míry vnímaného stresu. Hlavním cílem práce bylo definovat faktory ve výživě a pohybu/sportu, které ženám po diagnostice GDM způsobují komplikace v managementu GDM. Vedlejším cílem práce bylo prokázat, že ženy s diagnózou GDM zažívají zvýšenou stresovou zátěž na základě standardizovaného dotazníku. Tyto cíle mají odhalit, zda je standardní péče o ženy s GDM dostačující, anebo jim ve zvládání změny životního stylu chybí odborná pomoc. Výsledky práce ukázaly, že současný systém péče o ženy s GDM není dostačující a tyto ženy jsou odkázané na hledání podpory a pomoci mimo zdravotnický systém, čímž se vystavují riziku, že jejich zdraví a zdraví dítěte bude ohroženo škodlivými a nedostatečnými informacemi. Probiotika a prebiotuka ve výživě populace. Vliv na frekvenci onemocnění.

2024 - Czech Over the past decade, scientific research has focused on the intricate relationship between the human microbiome and the immune system. A particular emphasis in the last three years has been on investigating the impact of the microbiome on the susceptibility and severity of COVID- 19 infections. There is substantial evidence suggesting that the consumption of fermented foods, ranging from fermented vegetables and kefir to yogurt and kimchi, has a beneficial effect on the composition of the intestinal microbiome and, consequently, on the function of the immune system. This study, part of a bachelor's thesis, explores the complex association between regular consumption of fermented foods and the frequency of infectious diseases. Through the analysis of data obtained from a questionnaire, it was found that individuals who regularly incorporated fermented products into their diet exhibited a lower frequency of infectious diseases over the past two years. These results indicate that the consumption of probiotics and prebiotics may positively influence the immune system, reducing the risk of disease. Regarding the examination of the relationship between the consumption of probiotics from food sources and the frequency of COVID-19 infections, a contrasting observation emerged. Those who were fully... Během poslední dekády se vědecký výzkum zaměřil na složitý vztah mezi lidským mikrobiomem a imunitním systémem. Zvláštní pozornost v posledních třech letech přitahovala otázka vlivu mikrobiomu na náchylnost a závažnost infekcí COVID-19. Existuje mnoho spolehlivých důkazů naznačujících, že konzumace fermentovaných potravin, od kvašené zeleniny a kefíru po jogurt a kimchi, má příznivý vliv na složení střevního mikrobiomu a tím i na funkci imunitního systému. Tato studie, jež je součást bakalářské práce, zkoumá složitý vztah mezi pravidelnou konzumací fermentovaných potravin a četností infekčních onemocnění. Na základě analýzy dat získaných z dotazníku bylo zjištěno, že jedinci, kteří pravidelně začleňovali fermentované produkty do své stravy, měli nižší četnost infekčních onemocnění během posledních dvou let. Tyto výsledky naznačují, že konzumace probiotik a prebiotik může pozitivně ovlivnit imunitní systém a snížit riziko onemocnění. Co se týče zkoumaní vztahu konzumace probiotik z potravinových zdrojů a frekvence onemocnění COVID-19, naopak se ukázalo že ti, kteří byli očkováni v plném rozsahu a konzumovali probiotika z potravin, byli častěji nemocní než ti, kteří byli očkováni v plném rozsahu, ale nekonzumovali probiotika. Podobný vztah byl zjištěn u neočkovaných, kteří pravidelně konzumovali... 2024 - Czech The bachelor thesis deals with the operation and strategies of the United Nations in the field of implementation of women's rights in the Middle East. It covers the development from the approval of Security Council Resolution No. 1325 to the current implementation of the 2030 Agenda, in which, in point No. 5, the UN set out to "achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls". The main goal will be to focus on the question "to what extent the UN is able to influence the women's issue in the Middle East and implement the women's rights agenda according to the approved resolutions and strategies, and what methods and local organizations help with the implementation of these goals?" The sources are official materials and documents of UN Women as well as examples from the practice of selected Arabic- speaking countries. 2024 - Czech This bachelor thesis deals with the use of N-hydroxysuccinimidyl formate as a source of CO in tandem reactions. The prepared starting materials were used in a tandem reaction involving cyclic carbopalladation, carbonylation and cross-coupling. The first part of the thesis describes the synthesis of starting material with a six-membered ring and of the selected CO surrogate. These compounds were subjected to a tandem reaction to form a product with a carbonyl group. Furthermore, the reaction conditions were studied and then the efficiency of using the selected formate compared to the gaseous carbon monoxide was compared. Připravené výchozí látky podléhaly tandemové reakci zahrnující cyklickou karbopalladaci, karbonylaci a coupling. První část práce popisuje syntézu výchozí látky s šestičlenným kruhem a zmíněného surogátu CO. Tyto sloučeniny byly následně použity v tandemové reakci za vzniku produktu s karbonylovou skupinou. Byly studovány reakční podmínky a byla porovnána efektivita využití vybraného formiátu oproti plynnému oxidu uhelnatému. 2024 - Czech This bachelor thesis deals with the introduction of two mathemati- cally equivalent algorithms, CGLS and LSQR, which can be viewed as versions of the method of conjugate gradients applied to a system of normal equations. This thesis is devoted to their comparison both from a theoretical point of view (showing the relations between vectors and coefficients) and from a practical point of view (the behaviour of both algorithms in finite precision arithmetic). 1 Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá představením dvou matematicky ekvi- valentních algoritmů CGLS a LSQR, na které lze nahlížet jako na verze metody sdru- žených gradientů aplikované na systém normálních rovnic.
