Active mass for positive electrode of Li-ion batteries should be improved by carbon particles for enhancement of electrical conductivity. Carbon nanotubes were tested for this purpose. Aktivní hmota pro kladnou elektrodu Li-iontové baterie se zlepšuje přídavkem uhlíkových částic s cílem zvýšení elektronové vodivosti. K tomuto účelu byly zkoušeny uhlíkové nanotrubice. Manganese and nickel additives for electrode materials of lithium-ion batteries

The properties of electrode material based on LiCoO2 were modified by substitution of cobalt by Ni and/or Mn compounds. Specific energy of new material was lower, but their lifetime (number of cycles) was improved. Vlastnosti elektrodového materiálu na bázi LiCoO2 byly zlepšovány substitucí kobaltu sloučeninami Ni a Mn. Měrná energie těchto elektrod se snižuje, ale životnost při cyklování je lepší. Influence of SnO2 substrate type on WO3 electrochemical properties

The use of SnO2 electrically conductive layers prepared either by vacuum deposition or by spray pyrolysis was tested as support for electrochromic layers WO3. Vacuum deposited electrode exhibited better transparency, while the performance of chemically deposited electrodes was quite sufficient. Byly zkoušeny elektricky vodivé vrstvy SnO2 jednak napařované ve vakuu, jednak připravené sprejovou pyrolýzou jako podložky pod elektrochromní vrstvy WO3. Ptůhlednost vakuově nanášených elektrod je velmi dobrá, ale činnost elektrod nanášených sprejovou metodou je dostačující. Keywords: intercalation materials Available at various institutes of the ASCR
