2024 - francouzský This master's thesis, entitled "The origins of the theory of pure nature", seeks to understand how, in the 16th century, commentators on St Thomas Aquinas came to conceive of human nature as having a purely natural end rather than a supernatural one. This is known as the theory of pure nature. The aim of our work is to study, on the basis of the work of Father de Lubac, the ways in which they were led to develop such a theory. Our first part is devoted to Cajetan and his application to human nature of the principle of Aristotelian origin. Our second part concerns the heresy of Baius and the use of the potentia Dei absoluta. Our third part is devoted to the limbo theory and the question of natural beatitude. Diplomová práce s názvem "Počátky teorie čiré přirozenosti" se snaží pochopit, jak v 16. století komentátoři svatého Tomáše Akvinského dospěli k pojetí lidské přirozenosti jakožto mající čistě přirozený cíl, nikoliv nadpřirozený. Tato teorie je známá jako teorie čiré přirozenosti. Cílem naší práce je prozkoumat, na základě díla otce de Lubaca, způsoby, které je vedly k vytvoření takové teorie. Naše první část je věnována Kajetánovi a jeho aplikaci principu aristotelského původu na lidskou přirozenost. Naše druhá část se týká Baïovy hereze a jeho odvolávání se na potentia Dei absoluta. Naše třetí část je věnována teorii limbu a otázce přirozené blaženosti. Jazykové přejímky z japonštiny v současné francouzštině

2024 - francouzský The diploma thesis focuses on Japanese loanwords in contemporary French, particularly those which are featured in the Petit Robert 2022 dictionary. The theoretical part initially addresses the loanwords in general, exploring the delimitation and classification of this concept from various perspectives. Subsequently, it examines factors influencing the assimilation of Japanese words into French, considering both socio-cultural contexts and, notably, adaptation issues at phonetic, orthographic, morphological and semantic levels. The empirical part aims to scrutinize the presence of the mentioned words in various selected dictionaries and corpora. The corpus data allow to analyze how these words are used and their role in further word formation. Additionally, the empirical part includes sociolinguistic research through a questionnaire. The objective of the questionnaire is firstly to find out whether native French speakers are familiar with selected Japanese loanwords, whether they incorporate them into their language use, and secondly to collect their definitions of these terms. Teoretická část práce se nejprve věnuje přejímkám obecně, a to problematice delimitace tohoto pojmu a klasifikace z různých úhlů pohledu. Poté se zaobírá aspekty, které ovlivňují integraci slov z japonštiny do francouzštiny. Je brán v potaz jak sociokulturní kontext, tak především otázky adaptace na úrovni fonetické, ortografické, morfologické a sémantické. Cílem empirické části je zkoumat výskyt výše uvedených slov v několika vybraných slovnících a korpusech. Data z korpusu umožňují zanalyzovat, jak jsou tato slova používaná a zda a jakým způsobem se účastní další slovotvorby. Empirická část obsahuje také sociolingvistický výzkum ve formě dotazníku, který má za účel zjistit, zda rodilí mluvčí francouzštiny vybrané přejímky z japonštiny znají, zda je používají a jakou definici by jim přiřadili. 2024 - francouzský v anglickém jazyce This bachelor's thesis deals with ways of conception of the role of evil and kind sister in the fairy tales written by well-known French author Charles Perrault. These ways are compared with methods of current writer Patrick Chamoiseau. The goal of this thesis is to show the identical traits by using analytical and subsequent comparative method. These identical features were revealed on the basis of work with fairytale texts Cendrillon ou La petite pantoufle en verre, Les fées and La Barbe Bleue in Czech translation Popelka aneb Skleněný střevíček, Víly and Modrovous. These attributes become the main criterions of comparison of achieved results with elements which can be found in a fairy tale called La plus belle est à l'en-bas de la baille in Czech translation Nejhezčí je pod žlabem. Anglicismy a argotické výrazy v řeči youtubera Squeezieho

2024 - francouzský The present diploma thesis deals with the use of anglicisms and slang (argotic) expressions in the French language used by young people, based on the speech of the famous French youtuber Squeezie, who is understood here as a representative of said young generation, i.e. generation Z. The theoretical part defines the notion of loanwords and the specific situation for anglicisms in relation to French, from the historical influence of English on French to the types of anglicisms and language politics associated with them. It also discusses slang, or more specifically argot, its social context, word-formation processes, and the linguistic specifics of such slang in relation to the younger generation. The empirical part then provides an in-depth analysis of a selection of twenty of Squeezie's videos, identifying the number of occurrences, context of use and any thematic patterns or motivations for the use of all the anglicisms and slang terms used, drawing on the theory presented. V teoretické části je definován pojem jazykové výpůjčky a konkrétní situace pro anglicismy ve vztahu k francouzštině, od historického vlivu angličtiny na francouzštinu, po typy anglicismů a s nimi spojenou jazykovou politiku. Zároveň se pojednává o argotu, jeho sociálním kontextu, slovotvorných procesech a jazykových specifikách argotu ve vztahu k mladé generaci. V empirické části se do hloubky analyzuje výběr dvaceti Squeezieho videí, přičemž se identifikuje kontext použití, četnost výskytu a potenciální tematické vzorce či motivace užívání všech užitých anglicismů a slangových výrazů s oporou o představenou teorii. 2024 - francouzský This diploma thesis focuses on the use of audiovisual documents in teaching French as a foreign language. The aim of this thesis is to describe the ways and methods of the employment of audiovisual documents in contemporary teaching focusing on the selected range of textbooks. In the first part, the thesis resumes the development of teaching methodology putting emphasis on the methods using the audiovisual documents and the role of this teaching materials defined by the CEFRL and in its Companion Volume published in 2018. The thesis also deals with the question of planning the didactical unit including an audiovisual document and resumes its stages which lead to the development of all language skills. The second part of the thesis analyses the use of the audiovisual documents in the textbooks for children, teenagers and adults. The analysed textbooks cover all language levels existing for the target group. The analysis focuses on types and methods of the employment of the audiovisual documents. These methods, proposed in the textbooks or other additional materials, are compared to the theoretical recommendations summarized in the first part of the thesis. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím audiovizuálních dokumentů ve výuce francouzštiny jako cizího jazyka. Cílem práce je zmapovat pozici a způsoby využití audiovizuálních dokumentů v současné výuce francouzštiny se zaměřením na vybrané učebnice. V úvodní části práce je shrnut vývoj metodologie výuky cizích jazyků s důrazem na metody využívající audiovizuální dokumenty a role těchto výukových materiálů, která je definována ve Společném evropském referenčním rámci pro jazyky a v jeho doplňku z roku 2018. Dále se práce zaměřuje na metodická doporučení k přípravě výukové jednotky (včetně jejích jednotlivých etap), jež zahrnuje audiovizuální dokument a jejímž cílem je rozvoj všech jazykových kompetencí. Druhá část práce se soustředí na využití audiovizuálních dokumentů v učebnicích francouzštiny určeným dětem, adolescentům a dospělým. Analyzovány jsou učebnice všech úrovní dostupných pro danou věkovou skupinu, se zaměřením na typ použitého dokumentu a na způsoby a metody jeho zapojení do výuky. Postupy navržené v učebnici nebo v dostupných doplňkových materiálech jsou porovnávány s teoretickými doporučeními popsanými v první části práce. 2024 - francouzský This thesis focuses on the debut collection of five short stories, Men God Forgot (1946), by the Francophone writer of Egyptian origin, Albert Cossery. The thesis aims to analyze and discuss the function of sleep, dreams, and oneiric aesthetics in this collection of short stories, which embodies micro-stories of the inhabitants of the poor peripheries of the Egyptian capital. The study begins by presenting the context of the life and work of the author who, despite living in France for many years, in the collection portrays the city of his childhood, Cairo, through a dream narrative with elements of magical realism. It also examines the influences of the oneiric aesthetics of the period, the writer's minimalist lifestyle and the apotheosis of laziness, which are closely related to the utilization of the images of sleep and dreams in his literary works. The thesis also presents a perspective on dream and sleep phenomena from the standpoint of contemporary dream and sleep science. The key section of the thesis is devoted to a detailed analysis of the representations of sleep and dreaming in individual stories in Cossery's collection, particularly on the thematic and narrative levels. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje debutové sbírce pěti povídek Bohem zapomenutí lidé (1946) frankofonního spisovatele egyptského původu Alberta Cosseryho. Cílem práce je analýza a rozbor funkce spánku, snů a oneiristické estetiky ve sbírce povídek, která zosobňuje mikropříběhy obyvatel nuzných předměstí hlavního města Egyptu. V práci nejprve přiblížíme kontext díla a života spisovatele, který i přes mnohaletý pobyt ve Francii ztvárňuje ve sbírce město svého dětství, Káhiru, snovým narativem, s momenty magického realismu. Dále se zaměříme na tehdejší vlivy oneiristické estetiky, spisovatelův minimalistický životní styl a apoteózu lenosti, které úzce související s užitím obrazů spánku a snů v jeho dílech. Práce dále představí pohled na fenomény snu a spánku z pohledu současné snové a spánkové vědy. Klíčová část práce se věnuje podrobné analýze ztvárnění spánku a snění v jednotlivých povídkách Cosseryho sbírky, zejména na úrovni tematické a narativní. 2023 - francouzský 5 ABSTRACT This bachelor's thesis deals with the phenomenon called "French gallantry" of the 17th century and its various aspects, including etymology, its impact on a certain degree of women's emancipation, preciosity, contemporary manners, salons, gallant love and eroticism, as well as its demise associated with the advent of the French Revolution. The thesis examines the origin of the term "gallantry" whose main significance lies in courteous behaviour towards women and each other. Emphasis is placed on the role gallantry played in women's emancipation, helping them gain social recognition. Inextricably linked to this are salons, the environments that promoted the intellectual exchange of ideas. The thesis also delves into an analysis of gallant literature of the 17th century focusing on themes of love and eroticism, and how they were portrayed in works of the time. The pre-Romantic period put an end to this social phenomenon, focusing on a completely different proclamation of feelings. This thesis aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of French gallantry, using a literary approach based on the analysis texts and works from the period. KEYWORDS French gallantry, a social phenomenon, a gallant man 4 ABSTRAKT Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem zvaným francouzská galantnost 17. století a jejími různými aspekty, včetně etymologie, jejího vlivu na určitý stupeň emancipace žen, preciozity, dobových manýrů, salonů, galantní lásky a erotiky, a také na její zánik, spojený zejména s příchodem Velké Francouzské revoluce. Práce se zabývá původem termínu "galantní", jehož hlavní význam tkví ve zdvořilém chování k ženám a k sobě navzájem. Důraz je kladen na to, jakou roli sehrála galantnost v emancipaci žen a pomohla jim získat uznání ve společnosti. S tím jsou neodlučně spjaty salony, tedy prostředí podporující intelektuální výměnu názorů. Práce se také zabývá analýzou galantní literatury 17. století se zaměřením na témata lásky a erotiky a jejich ztvárnění v dobových literárních dílech. Období romantismu ukončilo tento společenský fenomén a zaměřilo se na zcela jinou proklamaci citů. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat historické kořeny a rysy galantního chování ve francouzské společnosti a tím poskytnout hluboké porozumění francouzské galantnosti s využitím literárního přístupu, založeném na analýze dobových i současných textů a děl. Abrogace obsoletních zákonů ve Francii

2023 - francouzský This thesis attempts to introduce the reader to the issue of obsolete legal regulations, which are an unnecessary burden on the legal system. The legal order is a complex system whose clarity is essential for the functioning of the state. The thesis follows a legal regulation from its inception, through the emergence of obsolescence to its abrogation. As this is a topical issue in the legal field, the sources of the thesis are mainly laws, explanatory reports, statements published on the official websites of political institutions or expert articles. In the first chapters, general theoretical issues are presented, in particular the interpretation of legal terms, the development of the legal order or the reasons for the emergence of the obsolescence. All the information contained here is essential for understanding Mission B.A.L.A.I, which aims to clarify the legal order by abrogating obsolete norms. As part of this initiative, the reader is introduced to the various abrogation laws and also the laws that are abrogated. The thesis also mentions the situation in the Czech Republic, where the same efforts are currently underway. Tato práce se snaží čtenáře seznámit s problematikou obsoletních právních předpisů, které jsou zbytečnou zátěží pro právní řád. Právní řád je složitým komplexním systémem, jehož přehlednost je pro fungování státu zásadní. Práce sleduje právní předpis od jeho vzniku, přes vznik obsolence až po jeho abrogaci. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o aktuální téma z právní oblasti, jsou zdrojem práce především zákony, důvodové zprávy, prohlášení zveřejněná na oficiálních webových stránkách politických institucí či odborné články. V prvních kapitolách je představena obecná teoretická problematika, a to zejména výklad právních termínů, vývoj právního řádu či důvody vzniku obsolence. Všechny informace zde obsažené jsou nezbytné pro pochopení Mission B.A.L.A.I, jejímž cílem je zpřehlednění právního řádu za pomoci abrogace obsoletních norem. Čtenář je v rámci této iniciativy seznámen s jednotlivými abrogačními zákony a též zákony, které jsou abrogovány.
