Reliability and the service life of existing bridgers and their assessment using modern computational tools

The submitted dissertation deals with a modern approach of working with uncertainty - by the use of fuzzy logic for building of classification models of the technical condition evaluation of bridges objects, both their superstructure and substructure. The proposed models were validated on a data set of real bridges in operation. In the modelling process, the analysis of bridge rating methods in the Czech Republic and abroad was applied. The analysis of the amounts and shapes of input and output membership functions of given fuzzy sets was carried out, the numbers of fuzzy inference rules were determined and the appropriate choice of the defuzzification method was found out. on the basis of the achieved results, the utility of presented method of soft computing in the evaluation of the bridge technical conditions was proved.

Tato práce se zabývá třemi různými tématy. V první části jde o polarografickou studii organických látek typu mono- resp. bis(imidazolyl)pyridinů, přičemž v teoretické části je nastíněna i kontroverzní pozice rtuti v současné elektrochemii a elektroanalýze. Druhá část se věnuje chemicky modifikované uhlíkové pastové elektrodě, s preparátem QuadraPureTU , coby vysoce efektivní modifikátor ke stanovení iontů olova ve vzorcích vod. Třetí téma pak popisuje možnosti charakterizace uhlíkových pastových elektrod, kde je poprvé navržen model nejtěsnějšího uspořádání grafitových částic k vysvětlení podstaty vysoké vodivosti uhlíkových past. Pozornost je věnována i některým novým možnostem charakterizace past na základě jejich složení a typu obou hlavních komponent.

Tato práce je zaměřena na studium vlivů ovlivňujících vznik a kvalitu vysokosušinových polyuretanových laků vytvrzovaných za pokojové teploty, které jsou používány v automobilovém průmyslu. Vznik filmu je spojen s dvěmi vzájemně závislými procesy, které významně ovlivňují konečné vlastnosti nátěru - chemickou reakcí vedoucí ke vzniku polymerní sítě a odpařováním rozpouštědla, které vede ke vzniku koncentračního gradientu.
