2023 - English Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozdíly mezi společenskými třídami v době regentské Anglie na přelomu osmnáctého a devatenáctého století a na to, do jaké míry tyto společenské nerovnosti ovlivňují utváření manželství v šesti dokončených románech spisovatelky Jane Austenové. Jelikož byla tato doba význačná také znevýhodněným postavením žen ve společnosti a v manželství, obsahuje práce také analýzu této problematiky a rozdílů práv a povinností mezi mužskými a ženskými postavami. Celkovým cílem práce je poukázat na to, za jakých podmínek se postavy v jednotlivých románech Jane Austenové rozhodují vstoupit do manželství, jakou roli pro ně při výběru partnera hrají rozdíly ve společenském postavení a zda při tom zohledňují své city či spíše ekonomické a společenské důvody. This diploma thesis focuses on the differences between social classes in Regency England at the turn of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries and the extent to which these social inequalities affect the formation of marriage in the six completed novels of the author Jane Austen. As this period was also marked by the disadvantaged position of women in society and in marriage, the thesis also includes an analysis of these issues and the distinctions in rights and responsibilities between male and female characters. The overall aim of the thesis is to highlight the conditions under which the characters in Jane Austen's novels decide to enter into marriage, what role the differences in social status play for them when choosing a partner, and whether they take into account their feelings or rather economic and social reasons when doing so. 2023 - English Biota on post-mining areas is a well-examined topic in restoration ecology. However, most scientific attention focuses on large-scale opencast mining sites or spoil heaps. This study attempts to offer an insight into ecological conditions on a unique ecosystem represented by dump sites after uranium mining, using birds as a study group. We examined differences in bird abundance, species richness, community structure and habitat preferences between nine moderately sized dump sites and eight control areas. Our study can function as a pilot survey of birds of uranium mining sites, offering a broad overview of population-level effects of hostile conditions. 2023 - French Les initiatives territoriales ont gagné en importance dans la promotion du développement régional durable, en raison de leur capacité ? tenir compte des particularités et des besoins spécifiques de chaque région. L'Union Européenne encourage d'ailleurs activement de telles initiatives afin d'étendre le développement durable sur l'ensemble de son territoire. Les régions rurales, éloignées des centres urbains ou situées en périphérie des grandes voies de communication, de m?me que celles situées aux fronti?res nationales, peuvent particuli?rement profiter d'une approche de développement durable adaptée ? leurs caractéristiques uniques. Basée sur une étude qualitative comprenant trois entretiens, ce mémoire met en lumi?re le rôle joué par le renforcement de la destination touristique ? Ardenne ? dans le développement durable du territoire transfrontalier ardennais. De mani?re générale, il apparaît que le développement territorial repose sur des ressources, matérielles et immatérielles, propres ? chaque territoire, et qui sont coordonnées et valorisées au sein d'un projet tel que le portefeuille de projets Ardenne Attractivity. Intégrer la dimension durable, conformément ? sa définition premi?re, peut ?tre plus complexe dans un projet territorial. Cependant, la durabilité est manifeste et innovante dans le contexte transfrontalier ardennais, m?me si son intégration dans le projet territorial global demande une réflexion approfondie. Territorial initiatives have gained in importance in the promotion of sustainable regional development, due to their ability to take into account the particularities and specific needs of each region. The European Union is actively encouraging such initiatives in order to extend sustainable development throughout its territory. Rural areas, far from urban centers or located on the periphery of major communication routes, as well as those on national borders, can particularly benefit from a sustainable development approach adapted to their unique characteristics. Based on a qualitative study including three interviews, this thesis highlights the role played by strengthening the "Ardenne" tourist destination in the sustainable development of the Ardennes cross-border territory. Generally speaking, it appears that territorial development is based on resources, both material and immaterial, which are specific to each territory, and which are coordinated and enhanced within a project such as the Ardenne Attractivity project portfolio. Integrating the sustainable dimension, in line with its original definition, can be more complex in a territorial project. However, sustainability is an obvious and innovative concept in the Ardennes cross-border context, even if its integration into the overall territorial project requires further reflection. 2023 - Czech Mit Hilfe von Methoden- und Datentriangulation wurde die schriftliche und mündliche Online-Kommunikation eines virtuellen Projektteams untersucht, um die Frage zu beantworten, welche Strategien die Teammitglieder in der mehrsprachigen Interaktion über verschiedene Medien entwickeln. Dabei wird der Einsatz von ELF als genuin mehrsprachige Praxis beleuchtet. Die zentrale Rolle einer ausgeprägten mehrsprachigen Kompetenz der Projektleiterinnen und Projektleiter sowie die Vorteile der muttersprachlichen Kommunikation für den Aufbau einer vertrauten Beziehung werden deutlich. Die Kommunikation im Team präsentiert sich als offen für Sprachwechsel, was Kreativität und Freude am Sprachgebrauch ermöglicht. With help of methodological and data triangulation, the online written and oral communication of a virtual project team was investigated in order to answer the question of which strategies the team members develop in multilingual interaction via different media. Light is shed on the use of ELF as a genuinely multilingual practice. The central role of pronounced multilingual competence of the project leaders, as well as the advantages of communication in the mother tongue for building a familiar relationship become evident. The communication in the team presents itself as open to language changes, which allows creativity and joy in the use of language. Živnost versus společnost s ručením omezeným z pohledu daně z příjmů

2023 - Czech Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnání výpočtu daně z příjmů mezi osobou samostatně výdělečně činnou a společností s ručením omezeným. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů vztahující se k podnikatelské činnosti a formám podnikání fyzických a právnických osob. Po přiblížení hlavních kritérií pro různé formy podnikatelské činnosti je pozornost věnována evidenčním povinnostem uvedených subjektů s cílem stanovit základ daně a vypočítat co nejnižší daň. Cílem praktické části je porovnat, která právní forma podnikání je pro uvedenou osobu v konkrétních podmínkách vhodnější z pohledu daňového zatížení daní z příjmů. Pro jednotlivé případové studie je vypočítána částka daně z příjmů, pojistné na veřejné zdravotní pojištění a sociální zabezpečení současně s doplněním dalších souvisejících skutečností, které se k dané formě podnikatelské činnosti vážou. The thesis "Tax optimization of employee benefits in a selected company" deals with the issue of employee benefits in the Czech Republic and their tax aspects. The issue of employee benefits is an important part of employee remuneration and serves as an important motivational element. The aim of the thesis is to assess the impact of employee benefits on the employer's income tax. The thesis first focuses on the description and sorting of employee benefits and their legislative regulation in the Czech Republic. The most used benefits are analysed from the point of view of the impact on the income tax of natural and legal persons on the part of the employee and the employer. The described theory is applied to the selected company. Based on the analysis of the current system of benefits provided and the conducted questionnaire survey are suggested changes in the system of benefits with a focus on tax optimization. In conclusion, the impact of these suggestions on company costs and income tax is evaluated. This thesis will be valuable to employers, employees, and tax professionals seeking to reduce tax liabilities and improve the efficiency of employee benefit programs. Potenciál geocachingu jako nástroje pro poznávání regionu a krajiny.

2023 - Czech Geocaching je venkovní aktivita, při které účastníci využívají GPS technologii k nalezení skrytých schránek. Tyto schránky jsou lokalizovány pomocí souřadnic poskytovaných online. Hráči se poté vydávají přímo do terénu s cílem najít tyto schránky. Cílem diplomové práce je blíže prozkoumat vliv geocachingu na poznávání krajiny v regionu. Vysvětlit čtenářům některé základní pojmy užívané v geocahingu, základních principů hry a dalších souvislostí. Výzkumná část poté plynule navazuje na stanovené výzkumné otázky a snaží se vysvětlit i některé další souvislosti v širším kontextu. V rámci doporučení jsou zpracovány přehledové sumáře některých, subjektivně vybraných keší. Vybraným keším bylo přiděleno subjektivně udělené hodnocení na základě předem stanovených kritérií. Geocaching is an outdoor activity where participants use GPS technology to find hidden caches. These caches are located using coordinates provided online, and players then embark on a real-world search to locate them. The aim of this diploma thesis is to closely examine the impact of geocaching on landscape exploration within a region. It aims to explani fundamental terms used in geocaching, core gameplay principles, and related concepts for readers. The research section builds on these concepts to addressing predefined research questions and seeks to provide insight into broader context. As part of the recommendations, summary overviews of selected caches are presented. Subjectively selected caches are evaluated based on predefined criteria, and their profiles are provided.
