Tato práce se zabývá implementací nástrojů přesného lesnictví pro soukromé lesní majitele v Maďarsku. Prostřednictvím rešerše literatury, analýzy případových studií a hodnocení založených na GIS, výzkum zkoumá stávající nástroje a systémy, právní prostředí a potenciální přínosy pro soukromé lesnictví. Studie také zkoumá přijetí a omezení těchto nástrojů v kontextu evropského lesnictví. Cílem práce je nakonec identifikovat nástroje a metody GIS, které mohou zvýšit efektivitu a ziskovost v malém lesním hospodaření, čímž poskytnou vhledy pro manažery v Maďarsku a dále. This thesis investigates the implementation of precision forestry tools for private forest owners in Hungary. Through literature review, case study analysis, and GIS-based evaluations, the research explores existing tools and systems, the legal environment, and potential benefits for private forestry. The study also examines the adoption and limitations of these tools within the European forestry context. Ultimately, the thesis aims to identify GIS tools and methods that can enhance efficiency and profitability in small-scale forest management, providing insights for managers in Hungary and beyond.

Problems of integration of Ukraine into the European Union

Tato práce zkoumá výzvy , kterým Ukrajina čelí ve svém úsilí o integraci do Evropské unie . Analyzuje ekonomická data Ukrajiny, včetně inflace, vládního dluhu a deficitu a dlouhodobých úrokových sazeb, a dává doporučení pro zlepšení její ekonomické situace. Práce se také zabývá implementací Asociační dohody s EU ze strany Ukrajiny a úkoly, které Ukrajina musí splnit, aby splnila své závazky z dohody. Dále se práce zabývá regresním modelem, který analyzuje dopad dluhu, přímých zahraničních investic, vzdělání a obchodu na ukrajinský HDP. Závěrem práce dochází k závěru, že Ukrajina musí prokázat hmatatelný úspěch ve své politické a socioekonomické modernizaci, aby se stala plnohodnotným členským státem EU. This thesis explores the challenges that Ukraine faces in its efforts to integrate into the European Union. It analyses Ukraine's economic data, including inflation, government debt and deficit, and long-term interest rates, and makes recommendations for improving its economic situation. The thesis also discusses Ukraine's implementation of the Association Agreement with the EU and the tasks that Ukraine needs to complete to fulfil its obligations under the agreement. In addition, the thesis examines a regression model that analyses the impact of debt, foreign direct investment, education, and trade on Ukraine's GDP. Finally, the thesis concludes that Ukraine must demonstrate tangible success in its political and socioeconomic modernization to become a full-fledged member state of the EU.

Study of the autophagosome biogenesis in Arabidopsis

Autofagie se řadí mezi buněčný mechanizmus v rámci kterého je buňka schopna zbavit se jak poškozených, tak nežádoucích součástí. Tyto součásti jsou obaleny dvojitou membránou, ze které se vytváří autofagozom. Ten je následně transportován do vakuoly, kde dochází k degradaci nebo recyklaci daného obsahu. Vzhledem k faktu, že rostliny jsou nepohyblivé organizmy, museli si vyvinout řadu obranných mechanizmů díky kterým jsou schopny přežít v nepříznivých podmínkách. Autofagie funguje po celou dobu života rostliny, nicméně pokud je potřeba dochází k zintenzivnění jejího mechanizmu například při reakci na stresové podmínky. Autofagie představuje poměrně složitý regulovaný mechanizmus a proto je výzkum v této oblasti stále aktuální. Autofagie sehrává důležitou roli v odpovědích na stresové podmínky, ať už se jedná o biotický nebo abiotický stres. V reakcích na různé typy stresů můžeme pozorovat různá zapojení autofagie, ať už jsou například předmětem špatně sbalené proteiny nebo dostupnost živin. Autofagie je mimo jiné nejenom důležitá pro toleranci vůči určitému působícímu stresu, ale taktéž je důležitá pro regulaci stresové paměti. Velmi důležitá je i funkční charakterizace úlohy fosfatidylinozitol-3-fosfátů v autofagii a biogenezi fagoforů. V rámci této práce byla monitorována mutantní rostlina mtv11. Mutantní rostliny nesou mutaci v genu MTV11, který kóduje důležitou podjednotku fosfoinozitid-3-kinázového komplexu. Rostliny byly sledovány v podmínkách abiotického stresu s cílem studovat jejich účinky na tvorbu autofagozomů. Studie této mutantní rostliny může přispět k přesnému pochopení biogeneze autofagozomů. The process of autophagy is a cellular mechanism that allows cells to dispose of both damaged and unwanted components. These components are covered by a double membrane, from which an autophagosome arises. Afterwards, the content is transported to the vacuole, where it is degraded or recycled. Due to the immobility of plants, they have evolved a number of mechanisms for defending themselves from adverse conditions. It is well known that autophagy occurs throughout the life of a plant, but it can be intensified if needed, for example in the event of a stressful condition. In view of the fact that autophagy is a relatively complex regulated mechanism, there is an ongoing effort to conduct research on this topic. Therefore, autophagy is important in stress condition responses, whether they are caused by biotic or abiotic factors. There are various types of stress that can influence autophagy in different ways, including poorly packaged proteins or the availability of nutrients. Additionally, autophagy is not only essential for the tolerance to certain applied stresses, but it is also essential for the regulation of stress memory. Functional characterization of phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphates role in autophagy and phagophore biogenesis is also very important. As part of this thesis, the mtv11 mutant plant was monitored. The mutant plants carry a mutation in the MTV11 gene that encodes an important subunit of the phosphoinositide 3-kinase complex. Plants were monitored under abiotic stress conditions to study their effects on autophagosome formation. A study of this mutant plant might be contributing to the accurate understanding of the autophagosome biogenesis.

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na dlouhodobé potenciální dopady daňových úniků v Jihoafrické republice s přihlédnutím k faktorům, které přispívají k daňovým únikům, jako jsou; korupce, nezaměstnanost, HDP na obyvatele, správa věcí veřejných, index spotřebitelských cen, podíl zemědělství na HDP a otevřenost obchodu. This diploma thesis focus on the long term potential effects of Tax evasion in South Africa, taking into account the factors that contribute to tax evasion such as; corruption, unemployment, GDP per capita, governance, consumer price index, Agriculture’s share of GDP and trade openness. Another major component of tax evasion is shadow economy which is also analysed and its size is also estimated. Simple analysis is done to find out the growth of budget deficit over time.

Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem modulu pro párování plateb pro webovou aplikaci pro správu faktur app.quantify.sk. Cílem práce je navrhnout a implementovat modul, který umožní automatické párování přijatých plateb s fakturami a zjednoduší tak celý proces správy faktur. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu požadavků, návrh a implementaci modulu a jeho testování. This thesis presents the development of a pairing payments module for the invoice management web. The module aims to streamline and automate the payment matching process, improving the accuracy and efficiency of the system. The implementation involved the integration of a bank transaction tracking API and the design and user-friendly interface for managing payment pairs. The result is a functional and scalable solution that enhanced the payment processing capabilities of the app.

Landscape management, its functionality and esthetic value: a case study of Czech Banat area of Romania

The diploma thesis deals with landscape and landscape management in local communities. The main research location is the Czech based local community in Romania in the Banat region, the village of Gernik. The current state of the landscape and landscape management of the village Gernik is examined. Furthermore, approach to the landscape management is compared between the aforementioned Czech based local community and the Romanian based local community Padina Matei, which are 3,5 kilometers apart. The methodology of the thesis was a five-month field research in which interviews were collected in the Czech community and the results of which are in the qualitative part of the work, a month later, a questionnaire survey took place in both villages. The result of the thesis is finding difference in the landscape management of the villages, substantiating that Gernik shows more agricultural activity than Padina Matei. The impact of foreign direct investments on economic growth: the case of Ghana

Tato práce se snaží prozkoumat dopady přímých zahraničních investic na růst hrubého domácího produktu Ghany. Studie aplikovala model autoregresivní distribuované prodlevy (ARDL) s využitím dat Světové banky z let 1990 až 2021. Johansenův kointegrační test ukázal prolongovanou přetrvávající asociaci mezi proměnnými. Test kolinearity využívající BKW neprokazuje existenci dokonalé kombinace vysvětlujících proměnných. Empirická zjištění však ukázala, že v dlouhodobém horizontu neměly PZI na expanzi HDP v Ghaně žádný významný vliv, zatímco krátkodobý vliv byl pozitivní. Studie vyzývá vládu a GIPC, aby pokračovaly v posilování opatření, která pomáhají přilákat FDI do Ghany, a zaměřily se na vytvoření prostředí umožňujícího těmto investicím usilovat a přinášet pozitivní dopad na hospodářský růst i v dlouhodobém horizontu. This thesis seeks to investigates the effects of FDI on the Ghana’s gross domestic product advancement. The study applied the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model using data from the World Bank from 1990 to 2021. The Johansen cointegration test indicated a prolong persistent association between the variables. The Collinearity test using the BKW indicates no existence of perfect combination of the explanatory variables. However, the empirical findings displayed that in the long run FDI had no significant effect on the GDP expansion in Ghana whereas there was a positive short-term influence. The study entreats the government and GIPC to continue to strengthen the measures that help to attract FDIs to Ghana and focus on creating a enabling environment for these investments to strive and yield positive economic growth impact in the long run as well.

Výzkum zkoumal vliv digitálního bankovnictví na poskytování služeb zákazníkům pomocí studie Ecobank Ghana. Tato banka byla použita, protože je to jedna z předních bank v Ghaně, která využívá technologie nejvyšší úrovně pro poskytování služeb svým zákazníkům v celé šíři svého působení. Výzkum ukázal vliv digitálního bankovnictví a implementoval literaturu, která se zabývá tímto tématem. Ecobank byla použita jako ústřední bod, který odráží fázi růstu ghanského bankovnictví a to, jak jsou zákaznické služby a technologie relevantní pro bankovní průmysl. V průběhu let Ghana znovu zdokumentovala, zaznamenala a změřila svůj významný pokrok v bankovním odvětví. Banky jako Ecobank nastavily tempo, a stali konkurencí ve svém odvětví. Aby zintenzivnili svoje působení a aby zajistily, že zákaznický servis bude prvotřídní, učinili tak prostřednictvím digitálních bankovních kanálů, které jsou považovány za způsob, jak mít pozitivní zkušenost se spotřebitelským bankovnictví. Použití ekonomických modelů, jako je inferenční analýza, testujeme normalitu. Testy multikolinearity, nám umožnili změřit a interpretovat data shromážděná pro tento projekt a díky tato data byla použita ve studii k posouzení vzorců a růstu poskytování služeb zákazníkům v bankovního sektoru. The research investigated the effect of digital banking on customer service delivery using Ecobank Ghana as a study. This bank was used because it is one of the leading and notable banks in Ghana which the highest level of technology being deployed within and beyond to service their customers to every breadth and length. The research showed the effect of digital banking and implemented the appropriate literature to emphasise this topic for which it is being discussed. Ecobank was used as a focal point to reflect the stage of growth of Ghanaian banking and how customer service and technology are relevant to the banking industry. Over the years, Ghana has documented and recorded and measured significant progress in the banking industry, banks like Ecobank set the pace to offer competition to its competitors to step up their game to ensure customer service is top notch through digital banking channels that go a long way to have a positive experience on the impact of consumer banking. Using the economic models such as inferential analysis, test for normality, Multicollinearity tests these made us gather, measure and interpreted the data gathered for this project and through it all it was used in the study to assess the patterns and growth in customer service delivery in the banking sector.

Na základě dat ročních časových řad z let 1991-2021 tato práce analyzuje, jak vývoz zboží ovlivnil ekonomický růst v Zambii. Pojmy zboží a komodita jsou v této práci použity jako synonymum, zatímco reálný HDP je používán jako zástupce ekonomického růstu. Negativní korelace mezi vývozem zboží a dlouhodobým ekonomickým rozvojem byla odhalena použitím kointegrační analýzy VECM a Johansen. V krátkodobém i dlouhodobém horizontu je hypotéza ELG podpořena výsledky testu Grangerovy kauzality. Using yearly time series data from 1991–2021, this thesis analyses how goods exports impacted economic growth in Zambia. The terms merchandise and commodity are employed synonymously in this thesis, while real GDP is used as a proxy for economic growth. A negative correlation between merchandise exports and long-term economic development was uncovered through the application of VECM and Johansen cointegration analysis. In both the short and long term, the ELG hypothesis is supported by the results of the Granger Causality test.

Tento článek zkoumá vliv rozvoje bankovního sektoru EU na inovační aktivity na základě empirických důkazů z 24 vybraných zemí EU v období 11 let od roku 2010 do roku 2020. Vzorek dat je shromážděn jako sekundární data a vkládán do lineární regresního modelu ve formě dynamického krátkého panelového datování. Zvolená výzkumná metoda se nazývá dvoukroková systémová GMM. Výsledky odhalují, že růst bankovního systému země EU podporuje její inovační aktivity. Kromě toho tato studie také rozšiřuje pozitivní vlivy rozvoje finančních trhů země EU na její inovačně orientované aktivity. This paper examines the influences of EU banking sector development on innovation activities with the empirical evidence taking from 24 selected EU countries in the period of 11 years from 2010 to 2020. The sample of data is collected as secondary data and inserted into the linear regression model under the form of a dynamic short panel data. The chosen research method is called the two-step system GMM. The findings reveal that the growth of an EU country’s banking system supports its innovation activities. Moreover, this research also extends the positive impacts of an EU country’s financial markets development on its innovative-related activities.
