Homesharing pohledem nezapojených nestátních neziskových organizací

Diplomová práce se věnuje tématice homesharingu a shrnuje jeho realizaci v České republice. Diplomová práce si stanovuje dva cíle. Zmapovat, jaký je názor pracovníků nezapojených nestátních neziskových organizací (dále jen NNO) na potřebnost služby homesharing v krajích, kde není homesharing zastoupen, a zjistit názor pracovníků nezapojených NNO na organizaci homesharingu v České republice. Výzkum je realizován kvalitativní výzkumnou strategií pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Pro výběr výzkumného souboru je zvolena metoda záměrného (účelného) výběru. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 13 vedoucích pracovníků NNO nacházející se v krajích, kde není homesharing zastoupen, a 1 programová manažerka NNO Abakus - nadační fond zakladatelů Avastu. Analýza výsledků je provedena otevřeným kódováním a axiálním kódováním a je vytvořen paradigmatický model. Získaná data jsou zpracována softwarem ATLAS.ti 8. Analýza dat ukazuje, jak pracovníci NNO vnímají české pojetí homesharingu, jeho potřebnost a také jeho organizaci. Pracovníci nezapojených NNO vnímají potřebnost homesharingu převážně v souvislosti s rapidním nedostatkem sociálních služeb pro osoby s poruchou autistického spektra právě v odpoledních hodinách či o víkendech. Výsledky ukazují, že by se homesharing mohl stát doplňkem sociálních služeb. Ne všechny oblasti organizace homesharingu vnímají pracovníci NNO kladně. Výsledky ukazují nedostatečnou propagaci a nedostatečné rozmístění NNO poskytující homesharing. Z výzkumu vyplývá spíše nezájem ze strany pracovníků o zařazení služby homesharing. Diplomová práce obsahuje subjektivní hodnocení homesharingu pracovníků nezapojených NNO, které může sloužit jako zpětná vazba pro NNO organizující homesharing v České republice. Práce může být dále využita jako zdroj informací pro širší veřejnost zajímající se o české pojetí homesharingu. The thesis deals with the topic of homesharing and summarizes its implementation in the Czech Republic. The thesis sets two objectives, namely to survey the views of the representatives of non-participating non-governmental organisations (hereinafter referred to as NGOs) on the need for homesharing services in regions where homesharing is not organised; and to examine the opinion of the representatives of non-participating NGOs on the organisation of homesharing in the Czech Republic. The research is conducted through a qualitative research strategy, using semi-structured interviews. The method of deliberate (purposive) sampling was adopted to select the research population. The research sample consists of 13 managers of NGOs located in regions where homesharing is not organised and 1 programme manager of the Abakus Foundation. The analysis of the results is conducted using open coding and axial coding, and a paradigmatic model is created. The data obtained are processed using ATLAS.ti 8 software. The data analysis revealed the perceptions of the NGO representatives regarding the Czech concept of homesharing, its necessity and also its organisation. The representatives of the non-participating NGOs perceive the need for homesharing mainly in connection with the drastic lack of social services for people with autism spectrum disorder particularly in the afternoon or at the weekends. The findings indicate that homesharing has the potential to complement social services. Not all areas of the organisation of homesharing are perceived positively by NGO representatives. The results show a lack of promotion and insufficient distribution of NGOs providing homesharing. The research reveals a certain lack of interest on the part of the representatives towards the inclusion of homesharing services. The thesis contains a subjective evaluation of homesharing by NGO representatives, which can serve as feedback for NGOs organizing homesharing in the Czech Republic. The thesis can also be used as a source of information for the wider public interested in the Czech concept of homesharing.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývala vnímáním seniorů, kteří byli klienty pečovatelské služby v lokalitě Plzeň-sever. Hlavním cílem práce bylo identifikovat naplňování očekávání klientů pečovatelské služby v lokalitě Plzeň-Sever. Teoretická část práce byla podporována studiem odborné literatury korespondující s tématem a byla zaměřena na vymezení pojmů jako pečovatelská služba, sociální služby pro seniory, seniora jako klienta a lokalita Plzeň-sever. Praktická část této diplomové práce se věnovala vyhodnocení výzkumných otázek prostřednictvím kvalitativní výzkumné strategie. Potřebná data byla zjišťována za pomoci rozhovorů se seniory, kteří byli klienty Pečovatelské služby města Kaznějova. This diploma thesis deals with the perception of seniors who are clients of care services in Pilsen-north. The main aim of this thesis is to identify the fulfillment of expectations of the clients of care services in Pilsen-north. The theoretical part of the thesis is supported by the study of professional literature corresponding to the topic, and focuses on the definition of terms such as nursing services, social services for seniors, senior as a client and locality of Pilsen-north. The practical part of this thesis is devoted to the evaluation of research questions through a qualitative research strategy. The necessary data were collected with the help of interviews with seniors, who are clients of the Care Services of the city Kaznějov.

Tato diplomová práce je součástí projektu s názvem Vybrané aspekty integrace cizinců žijících v České republice a jejich vztah k sociální práci financovaného Grantovou agenturou Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích (reg. č. GAJU 101/2022/S). Diplomová práce se zabývá organizací a řízením procesu integrace dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem na základních školách. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem je na základních školách, kam docházejí žáci s odlišným mateřským jazykem, nastaven proces integrace z pohledu managementu školy. Praktická část se zabývá základními údaji zapojených škol vzdělávající děti s odlišným mateřským jazykem, které projevily zájem podílet se na výzkumu. Dále se zabývá průběhem integrace žáků na základních školách, nedostatky při integraci žáků a pomáhajícími subjekty při integraci žáků na základní školy. Rozhovor byl postaven na základě teoretických poznatků. Pro vyhodnocení dat bylo použito otevřené kódování v podtextu realizovaného rozhovoru. Výběrový soubor byl tvořen jednadvaceti školami z Jihočeského kraje, které projevily zájem se podílet na této práci. Na základě provedeného výzkumu byly zodpovězeny jednotlivé výzkumné otázky i cíl práce. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že každá integrace dětí/žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem je velmi individuální a vždy záleží na konkrétním dítěti a jeho motivaci naučit se český jazyk. Přestože tento postup při integraci dětí/žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem není nikde přesně stanoven, je velmi důležitý a rozhodně by se neměl podceňovat. This diploma thesis is part of the project entitled Selected Aspects of the Integration of Foreigners Living in the Czech Republic and Their Relationship to Social Work funded by the Grant Agency of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice (reg. no. GAJU 101/2022/S). The diploma thesis deals with the organization and management of the process of integration of children with a different mother tongue at primary schools. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out how the integration process is set up from the point of view of school management at elementary schools attended by pupils with a different mother tongue. The practical part deals with the basic data of the participating schools educating children with a different mother tongue who have expressed interest in participating in the research. It also deals with the course of integration of pupils at basic schools, deficiencies in the integration of pupils and helping entities in the integration of pupils into basic schools. The interview was based on theoretical knowledge. Open coding in the subtext of the conducted interview was used to evaluate the data. The sample consisted of twenty-one schools from the South Bohemian Region that expressed interest in participating in this work. Based on the conducted research, the individual research questions and the objective of the work were answered. The results showed that each integration of children/pupils with a different mother tongue is very individual and always depends on the specific child and his motivation to learn the Czech language. although this procedure for the integration of children/pupils with a different mother tongue is not precisely defined, it is very important and should not be underestimated.

Vietnamci a jejich integrace v České republice

Tato práce se zabývá integrací Vietnamců v České republice. V rámci integrace jsou v této práci zkoumány dvě oblasti - jazyková a sociální. Cílem této práce je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou Vietnamci žijící v České republice integrováni ve vybraných dimenzích do majoritní společnosti. Tato práce vzniká jako součást projektu č. 101/2022/S Vybrané aspekty integrace cizinců žijících v České republice a jejich vztah k sociální práci. Doba řešitelnosti tohoto projektu je stanovena na 3 roky. Naplnění cíle je dosaženo za pomoci kvantitativní výzkumné strategie. Je využita metoda dotazování s technikou dotazníku. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 98 respondentů. Zjištěné výsledky není možné generalizovat na celou populaci Vietnamců v České republice. Data jsou analyzována pomocí programů SASD ve verzi 1.4.10 a programu SPSS ve verzi 28.0. Hladina významnosti je stanovena na hodnotách = 0,05, 0,01 a 0,001. Potvrzuje se, že respondenti s delší délkou pobytu (11 let a více) negativně hodnotí úroveň znalosti českého jazyka (čtení a psaní). Naopak respondenti s délkou pobytu 4-10 let hodnotí svou znalost čtení a psaní jako průměrné. Co se týče sociální integrace respondentů, čím vyšší ohodnotí své sociální postavení v České republice a v zemi původu, tím lépe je hodnocena jejich znalost českého jazyka. Hodnocení znalosti českého jazyka roste v případě porovnání sociálního postavení s Čechy a ostatními cizinci žijícími v jejich blízkém okolí. Lepší znalost českého jazyka roste také v souvislosti s uznáním od Čechů a pocit domova v České republice. Respondenti s lepší znalostí českého jazyka se cítí být více začleněni do české společnosti. U dalších proměnných se statisticky významná souvislost nepotvrzuje. This thesis deals with the integration of Vietnamese in the Czech Republic. Within the integration, two areas are examined in this thesis - linguistic and social. The aim of this thesis is to find out to what extent the Vietnamese living in the Czech Republic are integrated in selected dimensions into the majority of the society. This thesis is written as a part of the project No. 101/2022/S Selected aspects of integration of foreigners living in the Czech Republic and their relationship to social work. The duration of this project is set at 3 years. The fulfilment of the aim is achieved using a quantitative research strategy. A survey method with questionnaire technique is used. The research population consists of 98 respondents. The findings cannot be generalized to the entire population of the Vietnamese in the Czech Republic. The data are analysed using SASD software version 1.4.10 and SPSS software version 28.0. The significance level is set at = 0.05, 0.01 and 0.001. It is confirmed that respondents with a longer length of stay (11 years or more) evaluate the level of Czech language skills (reading and writing) negatively. On the contrary, respondents with a length of stay of 4-10 years rate their reading and writing skills as average. In the terms of social integration, the higher the respondents rate their social status in the Czech Republic and in their country of origin, the better is their knowledge of the Czech language. The rating of their knowledge of the Czech language increases when comparing their social status with the Czechs and other foreigners living in their vicinity. Better knowledge of the Czech language also increases in relation to recognition from the Czechs and feeling at home in the Czech Republic. Respondents with better knowledge of the Czech language feel more integrated into the Czech society. The statistically significant association is not confirmed for the other variables.

Systém hodnocení pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci

Cílem této diplomové práce jsou návrhy změn po provedené analýze a rozboru systému hodnocení pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci, kterou je společnost Schäfer-Menk s.r.o. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy: řízení lidských zdrojů, hodnocení pracovníků, jeho kritéria, osoba hodnotitele, chyby hodnocení, a co představuje řízení pracovního výkonu. Poté jsou definovány jednotlivé způsoby hodnocení pracovníků a na závěr této části je shrnut význam hodnocení pracovníků. V praktické části jsou uvedeny informace o společnosti Schäfer-Menk s.r.o. Dále je provedena analýza aktuálního systému hodnocení a odměňování. Podkladem pro analýzu jsou informace od personální ředitelky a provedené dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci společnosti. Na základě porovnání získaných dat z praktické části s teoretickými poznatky jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení systému hodnocení pracovníků. The aim of this thesis is to propose changes after the analysis of the employee evaluation system in a selected organization, which is the company Schäfer-Menk s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the following concepts: human resource management, employee evaluation, its criteria, the person of the evaluator, evaluation errors, and what constitutes performance management. Then the different ways of employee evaluation are defined and at the end of this part the importance of employee evaluation is summarized. In the practical part, information about Schäfer-Menk Ltd. is given. Furthermore, an analysis of the current evaluation and remuneration system is made. The basis for the analysis is information from the HR director and a questionnaire survey of the company's employees. On the basis of the comparison of the data obtained from the practical part with the theoretical findings, suggestions for the improvement of the current employee evaluation system in this company were recommended.

Cílem diplomové práce je ověřit vliv informací zveřejňovaných na sociálních sítích na výnosnost vybraných kryptoměn. Diplomová práce je rozdělena následovně. Nejdříve je v rámci teoretické části vysvětlena základní problematika, představení odvětví kryptoměn spolu s náhledem na zkoumané kryptoměny. Následuje teoretický základ výzkumu, ve kterém je popsána event study spolu s teorií efektivních trhů. Na teoretickou část navazuje metodologická část. To je shrnuto v rámci zhodnocení výsledků, spolu se zhodnocením dílčího cíle práce. The aim of the diploma thesis is to verify the influence of information published on social networks on the profitability of selected cryptocurrencies. The diploma thesis is divided as follows. First, the theoretical part explains the basic issues, introducing the cryptocurrency industry along with an insight into the cryptocurrencies under study. This is followed by the theoretical basis of the research, in which the event study is described along with the theory of efficient markets. The theoretical part is followed by the methodological part. In it, the aim of the diploma thesis is described in more detail, along with the hypotheses under investigation. Furthermore, the methodological procedure of the research, along with the data analysed. The analytical part itself focuses on examining the impact of social media posts, while maintaining the methodological procedure. Next, the chosen hypotheses are tested. This is summarised within the evaluation of the results, along with an assessment of the sub-objective of the thesis.

Tvorba fundraisingové strategie pro neziskovou organizaci

Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit současný stav v oblasti tvorby fundraisingové strategie ve vybrané neziskové organizaci a stanovit návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy a analytické přístupy, vymezuje neziskový sektor a zkoumá aspekty fundraisingu. Praktická část charakterizuje vybrané organizace a postupuje dle metodiky. Zhodnocení současného stavu tudíž vyplývá nejen z uplatnění odborné literatury, ale také uskutečněných rozhovorů se spoluzakladatelkou TEMPERI, o.p.s. a zkušenými fundraisery tří pozorovaných organizací. Dále je prozkoumána struktura zdrojů jednotlivých organizací a následně je využita PESTLE analýza i Porterův model pěti sil. Výstupy analýz jsou poté aplikovány v rámci SWOT analýzy. Veškeré výsledky slouží pro efektivní návrh na zlepšení současného stavu v souvislosti s tvorbou fundraisingové strategie zvolené neziskové organizace. The aim of this master's thesis is to evaluate the current state of creating a fundraising strategy in a selected nonprofit organization and propose improvements to the current situation. The theoretical part defines fundamental concepts and analytical approaches, delineates the nonprofit sector, and examines fundraising aspects. The practical part characterizes the selected organizations and follows a specific methodology. The assessment of the current state derives not only from the application of professional literature but also from conducted interviews with the co-founder of TEMPERI, o.p.s., and experienced fundraisers from three observed organizations. Furthermore, the structure of resources for individual organizations is explored, followed by the utilization of PESTLE analysis and Porter's Five Forces model. The outputs of these analyses are then applied within the framework of a SWOT analysis. All results serve the purpose of an effective proposal for improving the current state in relation to creating a fundraising strategy for the chosen nonprofit organization.

Tato práce se zabývá popisem implementace systému pro ověřování znalostí studentů na Ekonomické fakultě Jihočeské univerzity prostřednictvím tabletů a na univerzitě již používaného LMS Moodle, čímž jej tak rozvíjí dále. Teoretická část práce se zabývá zejména strategií, e-learningem, tablety a možnostmi nasazení mobilních zařízení v organizacích. V následné praktické části je uveden postup celého řešení, od strategie až po uvedení do provozu včetně popisu nastavení služby Microsoft Intune, jakožto zvoleného systému pro správu mobilních zařízení. Součástí práce je porovnání úspěšnosti termínů konaných při využitím tabletů a termínů konaných na počítačích. Práce je rovněž doplněna o návrhy pro další rozvoj navrženého systému. This paper describes the implementation of a system for students' knowledge assessment at the Faculty of Economics of the University of South Bohemia using tablets and the LMS Moodle already applied at the university, thus developing it further. The theoretical part primarily describes the organization strategy, e-learning, tablets and the possibilities of deploying mobile devices in organizations. The following practical part presents the process of the whole solution, from strategy to operation, including a description of Microsoft Intune setup as the chosen mobile device management system. The paper includes a comparison of the success rate of the terms held using tablets and the terms conducted on computers. Additionally, this thesis provides suggestions for further development of the designed system.

Diplomová práce se zabývá daní z přidané hodnoty ve stavebních firmách, s cílem shrnout a objasnit základní účetní postupy a zpracování DPH v těchto podnicích. Součástí výsledků je i identifikace možných daňových úniků na základě běžné praxe a dostupných judikatur. V textu jsou uvedeny konkrétní zkoumané účetní příklady, které jsou důkladně analyzovány v celém procesu od faktury až po podání ve formuláři pro finanční správu. Dále jsou zmíněny účetní programy, které objasňují technickou stránku účetnictví daně z přidané hodnoty. Závěr práce pojednává o možných daňových únicích, a to z pohledu stavebních firem, účetních a správců daně. Je zde vyjádřen osobní názor autorky na řešené problematiky. Zmíněny jsou též karuselové podvody, které jsou velmi aktuálním tématem. This diploma thesis touches on value added tax in construction companies with the purpose of summarizing and clarifying basic accounting procedures in such establishments. This includes identifying possible tax evasion based on common practices and court decisions. The text mentions specific accounting examples which were encountered during the research. The individual cases are thoroughly analyzed using various resources ranging from invoices to the submissions to Financial Administration. Additionally, this thesis gives details of specific accounting programmes that highlight the technical problematics of VAT accounting. The conclusion paragraph reviews the particular possibilities of tax evasion from three different perspectives: the construction companies, the accountants and the tax administrators. There is subjective opinion of author wroten. Finally, carousel frauds are explained due to them being a very current discussed topic.

Součástí práce je i kvantitativní průzkum, který mapuje postoj respondentů k třídění odpadu. Výsledky ukazují rostoucí povědomí veřejnosti týkající se významu třídění. Navrhujeme také náměty na zlepšení vnímání a odpovědnosti ve společnosti v oblasti třídění odpadu. Třídění odpadu přináší ekonomické, ekologické a společenské výhody a je nezbytné pro udržitelný rozvoj. This Thesis is focused on problematics of waste sorting and its importance for the society. It analyzes waste management, legislative norms, motivation and ecological questions of waste sorting. Quantitative survey, that maps attitudes of respondents, is a part of this Thesis. The results shows increasing awareness of the public towards the importance. I suggest also the areas for improvement of the perception and responsibility regarding the waste sorting. Sorting the waste brings economical, ecological and social benefits and is crucial for sustainable growth.
