Poklesy povrchu vlivem hlubinné exploatace prvních slojí multislojového karbonského ložiska

Exploatace multislojového uhelného ložiska postupuje z technologických i ekonomických důvodů vždy od výše uložených slojí směrem do větších hloubek. Při hlubinném dobývání uhelných slojí stěnovými poruby na řízený zával se jako následek hornické činnosti vytváří na povrchu poklesová kotlina.Její velikost – tedy rozsah a hloubka – je závislá na více faktorech. Rozsah poklesové kotliny odpovídá hloubce uložení ložiska a mezným úhlům vlivu nadložních hornin, které vyplývají z geologických a geomechanických vlastností nadloží. Hloubka poklesové kotliny odpovídá velikosti vyrubané plochy v dané sloji nebo slojích, vydobyté mocnosti ložiska, času uplynulému od ukončení dobývání, způsobu likvidace vydobytých prostor a velmi důležitá je i existence případných dřívějších dobývacích prací (v nadloží).

Mass and energy inputs/outputs in the energy complex Dukovany-Dalešice and their impacts on the landscape

The Dukovany-Dalešice energy complex, situated west of Brno consist of the Dukovany nuclear power station (NPS) and of the Dalešice pumping power plant (PPP) with equalization reservoir. Geomorphic investigations were targeted the landforms and processes related with mass and energy inputs/outpust and their potential negative impacts. Individual landforms affected by negative impacts were analyzed in detail with using of a systém aproach. Inputs into NPS are limited to the water supply outputs are conncted with some negative response with direkt and indirect human impacts (erosion caused by waste water, equalization reservoir´s bank erosion, hillslopes stability exceeding and lanslide origin etc.).

Tento dokument obsahuje obecný úvod k metodám měření zbytkových napětí. Jsou zde popsány destruktivní a nedestruktivní metody pro měření zbytkových napětí. Experimentální část je věnována měření zbytkového napětí v železničním kole. Pro detekci zbytkového napětí byl použit destruktivní způsob řezání pomocí abrazivního vodního paprsku. This paper provides a general introduction to methods of measuring of residual stresses. There are described destructive, semidestructive and nondestructive methods for residual stress measuring. Experimental section is devoted to residual stress measuring in the railway wheel. To detect residual stress destructive cutting method was applied using abrasive waterjet.

Water flow in a tool for water jet cleaning and cutting is evaluated in this paper. There are ultrasonic pulsations of high pressure in the given domain. The efficiency of the amplification of high pressure pulsations in the transitional space between larger and smaller pipes is analysed. Three types of transitional spaces are compared in the paper: step change, conical and radius change of pipe diameters.

Brownfields as places for renewable sources location?

Issue of finding suitable methods and solutions of brownfields revitalization has been discussed for several years. Given its multidisciplinary character the solution is very complicated and the succes is not always ensured. Due to frequent contamination and degree of devastation of brownfields, increased demands on implementation of the projects are placed and private capital shows little interest in revitalization process yet. State support is also very important. One of the possible way of brownfields revitalization is installation of renewable energy sources (primarily solar and wind powers) on brownfields sites how is to be seen in developed countries. The aim of the contibution is to point out the occasions mentioned above in the Czech Republic as well.

Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou sanace "Starého závodu" v návaznosti na celkovou revitalizaci lokality Zlatého Hory bývalého s.p. Rudné doly Jeseník. V rámci zahlazování následků hornické činnosti po těžbě monometalických a polymetalických rud byly provedeny demolice nevyužívaných objektů, rekultivace odvalů, i nadále je řešena problematika nakládání s důlními vodami a jejich čištění. Samotnou kapitolou zůstává provádění likvidačních prací v podzemí, přičemž praktickým vyústěním článku je demolice těžní věže Hlavní jámy v dubnu tohoto roku. This paper deals with the rehabilitation of "Old plant" in relation to the overall revitalization of the site of the Golden Mountains of the former state enterprise Ore mines Jeseník. The smoothing effects of mining activities for monometallic and polymetallic mining ores were carried out demolition of abandoned buildings, reclamation of spoil banks, and is still dealing with mine water treatment and purification. The actual implementation of the chapter remains in the liquidation work in underground, the practical result of the article is the demolition of the tower main mining pit in April this year.

Erosion of metals by pulsating water jet

The aim of the paper was to determine erosion effects of pulsating water jet impinging the surface of metal sample. The influence of repeated impacts of water pulses and impact velocity (operating pressure) on the erosion of metal surface was investigated. The development of erosion pattern with respect to number of impacts was analysed and discussed. It was found that erosion caused by repeated impacts of water pulses occurs in three stages. The stage of erosion of the surface can be determined by the behaviour of surface characteristics (such as Ra and Rz with respect to number of impacts of pulsating water jet.

The paper describes some experience with the X-ray CT-FEM analysis. It focuses on geocomposites arising by chemical grouting of coal substances and on using mathematical modelling of response to a load. The application potential of this new methodology is found in utilization of obtained properties for solving the stability problems by numerical modelling of geotechnical projects.

Příprava prekurzorů a nosičů nanočástic technologií vodního paprsku

Vysokorychlostní vodní paprsek se v průběhu tří desetiletí kvůli svým unikátním vlastnostem rozšířil do mnoha oborů lidské činnosti. Vedle dnes již tradičních technologických procesů (řezání, obrábění, čištění, demolice apod.) si začíná nacházet cestu i do oblasti mletí minerálních částic. V článku je analyzována možnost mletí částic s pomocí abrazivní směšovací hlavice používané při generování vysokorychlostního abrazivního vodního paprsku a dopadu paprsku na pevný kolmý terč vyrobený z karbidu wolframu. Tímto způsobem byly vyrobeny částice vrstevnatých silikátů mikronových a submikronových rozměrů, které jsouna rozdíl od mechanických způsobů mletí částic (např. v planetárních a kulových mlýnech, mletí tlakovým vzduchem apod.) rozbíjeny podél ploch štěpnosti a nedochází u nich k tvorbě druhotných strukturních defektů. Pomocí technologie vysokorychlostního vodního paprsku byly dezintegrovány čtyři druhy slíd (muskovity a vermikulit) a dva druhy jemnozrnných kaolinitů při tlacích vody 300případně 200 MPa. High-speed water jet expanded into many fields of human activity over three decades due to its unique properties. Besides already traditional technological processes (cutting, machining, cleaning, demolition, etc.) it begins to find its way also to the comminution of mineral particles. The paper analyzes the possibility of particle comminution using an abrasive mixing head used to generate high-speed abrasive water jet and an impact of the jet to the solid perpendicular target made 256 from tungsten carbide. Phyllosilicate (i.e. layered silicate) particles of both micron and submicron sizes were made by this method. The particles are disintegrated along the cleavage surfaces. The method avoids the formation of secondary structural defects which is in contrast to mechanical methods of particles comminution (such as planetary milling, ball milling, milling by pressure air etc.).
