2020 - French This work aims to theorize the change that violence against women has experienced in recent war contexts, drawing primarily on texts by the South American anthropologist Rita Segato and the American philosopher Judith Butler. In the first part, in order to explain the basis of the habitual violence against women we outline the construction of the opposition between public space and private space as well as the expressive dimension of violence against women. From the consideration of testimonies and the observation of spaces in war, we see the change that violence has experienced recently and we then present, in a second part, the various economic, political and social dimensions that contribute to the spread and recrudescence of this violence. The expressive dimension that remains central from the beginning allows, finally, in the third part, to deepen in a reflection on the physical and political vulnerability which makes intelligible the mechanisms of violence against women today. Dans la première partie, afin d'expliquer le fond de la violence de toujours envers les femmes on indague la construction de l'opposition entre l'espace publique et l'espace privée ainsi que la dimension expressive de la violence envers les femmes. À partir de la considération des témoignages et de l'observation des espaces en guerre on constate le changement que la violence a vécu récemment et on présente, en suite, dans une deuxième partie, des divers dimensions économiques, politiques et sociales qui contribuent à la propagation et á la recrudescence de cette violence. La dimension expressive qui demeure central depuis le début permet, finalement, dans la troisième partie, d'approfondir dans une réflexion sur la vulnérabilité physique et politique qui rendre intelligible les mécanismes de la violence envers les femmes aujourd'hui. Cross-border Cooperation in French-German Non-profit Organisations

2020 - French This master's thesis pursues the questions of how the firefighters are organised in Germany and France and of what consequences the Covid-19 sanitary crisis had on their cross-border cooperation in the Upper Rhine region.The qualitative research has been carried out in the context of an internship at the central public administration for the fire and rescue services of the French department of Bas-Rhin. In total, three semi-structured interviews have been conducted with German voluntary and professional firefighters and two narrative interviews have been done with French administrative and operational staff of the training institution. Light has been shed on the terms cross-border cooperation, civil security, risk management and the communication of risks, organisational structures and culture as well as on the European funding programme INTERREG and the current situation of projects involving firefighters. Sartre, dialektika a dějiny: o existenciální subjektivitě v marxismu

2020 - French The two Sartrian categories of the series and the group-in-fusion - developed in la Critique de la raison dialectique - constitute a real essential ideological foundation to a set of situations as diverse as complex. They represent "the eternal return" of a materially frozen reality, and of various attempts to get out of it - worker against employers, proletarian against the bourgeois, colonized against colonizer, Palestinian against the violent Zionist entity, ecologist against businessman - as many situations kneaded with inertia which we must obstruct in everyday life and which freeze the latter in a static ontological posture. As per our study, it goes further and deepens how the Sartrian subjectivity retains all its importance as long as it finds itself placed in a profoundly Marxian perspective, acquiring through group mediation and its praxis an active dimension giving it real potential for change. The main problem which therefore we are facing is to determine how Sartre, by his reworking of the foundations of the dialectic of History, was able to lead to a new vision of praxis which involves as many unique forms of action as there are unique subjectivities that participate in it. 2020 - French The following text will try to thematize the link of the question of the possibility of justice with "desertic messianism" in the horizon of the concepts developed in the first works of Derrida. In this way, we will try to articulate the indecontructibility of justice by the notions (of arche- writing, of differance) which aimed at deconstructing the certain governing principles of the western thought by inscribing them in the movement (of substitution, temporalization, etc.) in relation to which they represented themselves as transcendent. In other words, the objective of the following text will consist in formulating the indeconstructibility of justice by departing from the requirements of deconstruction, because of which we will develop our reading around the paradoxical function of "without" already implied by the concept of "desertic messianism" ("messianic without messianism "). 2020 - French Lamia ABI RACHED Thesis Abstract : "The experience of alterity in the rise of a moral consensus: Sartre and Levinas" Our study aims to prove that the experience of alterity is an essential key to solve the problem of the crisis of values that threatens our modern world and to build a modern moral consensus, adapted to the era of democratization of societies characterized by the sacralization of freedom and a relativism of values. It would seem that, despite the changes in regimes, changes in beliefs and lifestyles and geopolitical transformations that the world is undergoing today and which are orienting it towards greater diversity within increasingly heterogeneous societies, the only constant in this constantly changing world is the figure of the other. This perspective has led us to seek solutions to this crisis of values that the world is experiencing in the theories of alterity and intersubjective philosophy. It is in this spirit of re-founding the being-for-morality in a context of violence towards alterities that we attempt to re-interpret the philosophies of Sartre and Levinas for which the other must play a fundamental role in the construction of both individual and collective consciousness. Il semble bien que malgré les changements des régimes, les modifications des croyances et des modes de vie ainsi que les transformations géopolitiques que connait le monde actuel et qui l'orientent vers davantage de diversités au sein de sociétés de plus en plus hétérogènes, la seule constante de ce monde en mouvement est la figure de l'autre. Cette perspective nous a amené à chercher des solutions à cette crise des valeurs que connait le monde dans les théories de l'altérité et la philosophie intersubjective. 2020 - French Keywords: Historical reconstitution ̶ Entertainment ̶ Attraction ̶ World Exhibitions ̶ Prague ̶ Budapest ̶ Paris Abstract: The circulation of a historical entertainment - the reconstructions of the 'Old cities' - during the world Exhibitions at the end of the 19th century constitutes the heart of this project. Combining imperial, national and local scales, these 'Old cities' exploit several dynamics. First, these historic entertainments resulted from the restructuring of the Western and Central European empires. Indeed, the permanent injunction of national questions - here Czech and Hungarian - into the Austro-Hungarian empire and the expansion with a universalist aim of the French empire interfered within the construction of the 'Old cities' and their educational vocations. However, these imperial and global dimensions came into reaction with national and local scales due to the promotion of local products - architectural, commercial - serving the cause of the host nation. Thus, the various adaptations of 'Old city' recorded the materialization of collective memories fabricated to correspond to the challenges of the re-composition of empires and national agendas. These time capsules, fixing the past of the host city for one or several centuries, were like commercial attractions with educational purposes.... Klíčová slova: rekonstrukce modelů ̶ zábava ̶ atrakce ̶ velké výstavy ̶ Praha ̶ Budapešť ̶ Paříž Abstrakt: V centru zájmu této práce je prezentace dějin jako zábavy, a to na příkladu rekonstrukce modelů starých měst na velkých univerzálních a národních výstavách konce 19. století. Modely starých měst kombinovaly imperiální, národní a místní rozměry a využívaly několika dynamik. Především, tato forma zábavy pramenila z restrukturalizace západoevropských a středoevropských říší. Přetrvávající odkaz k národní (zde české a maďarské) otázce v imperiálním Rakousko-Uhersku a univerzalistická koloniální expanze Francouzské říše zasáhly i do modelování starých měst a jejich vzdělávací funkce. Imperiální a globální dimenze však přicházely do kontaktu s národním a místním kontextem prostřednictvím propagace místních produktů, ať už architektonických nebo komerčních. Ty pak sloužily místním zájmům. Různé adaptace modelů starých měst tedy zaznamenaly materializaci kolektivních vzpomínek vytvořených tak, aby odpovídaly výzvám rekonstituce říší i jednotlivých národních agend. Tyto časové kapsle, které zakonzervovaly hostitelské město na jedno nebo více století, jsou podobné komerčním atrakcím vytvořeným pro vzdělávací účely. Ve skutečnosti pak nabízely vyprávění o "starých dobrých časech", které ilustrovalo každodenní... Estetika výkřiku v díle Alberta Camuse

2020 - French The main topic of this diploma thesis resides in the comparison of the expressionist painting and the existential literature in connection with the motif of screaming. Despite the temporal and geographical distance of the two artistic movements (we are focused more profoundly in the German and Austrian expressionist painting, while the main literary work of this thesis, the existential novel The Fall comes from the great mind of a French writer, Albert Camus), the research aspires to prove the interconnection of the two movements and their common tendencies, based on the analyses of chosen themes, motifs, technics, and structure. We propose the motif of screaming as the main part of the comparison, as it constitutes an essential axis of the occidental art, as well as the crucial contact point between Expressionism and Existentialism. In spite of the bountifulness of the various interpretations this motif offers, we have chosen only selected ideas and concepts. As far as the formal structure is concerned, the work is divided into three chapters, where the first two are focused on the origins, a brief characterization of the main point of the two esthetics. Furthermore, they describe their related counterparts of the visual arts and literature (the Expressionist literature and Existential painting... Tato diplomová práce se věnuje komparaci expresionistické malby a existenciální literatury v souvislosti s motivem výkřiku. I přes jejich relativní časovou a geografickou vzdálenost (námi studovaná expresionistická malba je zastoupena především v Německu a Rakousku, zatímco ústřední dílo této práce, existenciální román Pád pochází z pera francouzského spisovatele, Alberta Camuse) se snažíme dokázat jejich formální a ideologickou propojenost na základě analýzy vybraných témat, motivů, technik a struktur. Za ústřední předmět komparace jsme zvolili motiv výkřiku, který svou výrazovostí tvoří významnou osu západního umění, stejně tak jako klíčový styčný bod mezi expresionismem a existencialismem. Přestože tento bohatý motiv nabízí mnohé interpretace, pro naši analýzu jsme zvolili pouze vybrané koncepty. Po formální stránce je práce rozdělena na tři kapitoly, přičemž první dvě se věnují problematice vzniku a stručné charakteristice hlavních bodů estetik zkoumaných směrů. V prvních dvou kapitolách také popisujeme jejich přidružené protějšky ve vizuálním umění či literatuře (tedy expresionistickou literaturu a existenciální malbu a sochu), protože oba mají v kunsthistorii svou nezanedbatelnou pozici. Třetí kapitola má za cíl představit jejich vybrané společné koncepty a tendence. Dále práce reflektuje... 2020 - French The thesis entitled Sensitive topics in childhood and youth literature deals with one of the main tendencies of contemporary Francophone literature for children and youth, which is the inclusion of sensitive topics in children's books. The thesis tries to find answers to these questions: Since when did these topics start to appear in children's and youth's literature? Which topics do we consider sensitive? How do the authors handle these difficult topics and what is their place and objective in children's literature? The introduction of the thesis generally outlines the specifics and functions of literature for children and youth and subsequently tries to answer the defined questions. As such, the introduction is followed by the chapters examining the history of the children and youth genre, taboo and sensitive topics in children's literature, which will help answer these questions. The thesis carefully focuses on the topics of death, illness and disability, racism and diversity and difficult family situations such as divorce, adoption or homoparentality. Diplomová práce s názvem Citlivá témata v literatuře pro děti a mládež se zabývá jednou z hlavních tendencí současné frankofonní literatury pro děti a mládež, kterou je pronikání citlivých témat do této oblasti. Práce se pokouší nalézt odpovědi na otázky: Odkdy se tato témata začala v literatuře pro děti a mládež objevovat? Která témata vnímáme jako citlivá? Jakým způsobem autoři zpracovávají tato těžká témata a jaké je jejich místo a úkol v dětské literatuře? Úvod práce obecně nastiňuje specifika a funkce oblasti literatury pro děti a mládež a následně se práce pokouší zodpovědět vytyčené otázky. Následují proto kapitoly, které se zabývají historií žánru literatury pro děti a mládež, tabu tématy a citlivými tématy v literatuře pro děti a mládež. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na témata smrti, nemoci a handicapu, rasismu a rozdílnosti a těžkých rodinných situací, kterými jsou například rozvod, adopce a homoparentalita.
