The main target of this work was further improvement of detection limits in the method of arsenic speciation analysis of tri- and pentavalent human metabolites in complex biological matrices. The method combines selective hydride generation with preconcentration and subsequent separation of substituted arsines in a cryogenic trap.

V příspěvku jsou srovnávány hmotnostní koncentrace polyaromatických uhlovodíků, hopanů a steranů v Brně a Šlapanicích ve dvou ročních obdobích (zima a léto). Dále se příspěvek zabývá identifikací emisních zdrojů aerosolů na těchto dvou lokalitách. V této práci byla provedena studie chemického složení PM10, PM2.5 a pouličního prachu na dvou městských lokalitách v České republice v letech 2009 a 2010. První z nich je v centru města s vyšší dopravní zátěží a druhá je situována nedaleko ocelárny In this work a study of chemical composition of PM10, PM2.5 and street dust was performed at two urban sites in the Czech Republic in years 2009 and 2010. The first one is in the city center with high traffic density and the second is situated near steelworks.

Description of semi-continuous system for on-line detection of water-soluble fraction of metalls in atmospheric aerosols with time resolution of 30 min. Fe3+, Co2+, Cu2+ were selected as model metals.
