Vnitřní a vnější variabilita v posuzování jedince podle mluvního projevu

This bachelor thesis deals with the internal and external variation in speaker's assessments based on speech performance. Using the material of two poems ("Portrét" by Karel Toman and "Píseň zhýralého jinocha" by František Gellner), the variability in the evaluation of the recordings of 32 speakers (16 women and 16 men) was studied. Their performance was rated by 30 listeners on a seven-point scale based on their impression of the overall recitation. The general nature of the perception test instructions allowed us to observe which factors may play an important role in the perception of the overall speech performance. The results point, among other things, to the possible influence of the text of the poems on respondents' assessments. This study serves as a basis for further in-depth research in the area of speech assessment. Na materiálu dvou básní (Portrét Karla Tomana a Píseň zhýralého jinocha Františka Gellnera) byla sledována variabilita v hodnocení nahrávek 32 mluvčích (16 žen a 16 mužů). Jejich výstup hodnotilo 30 posluchačů na sedmibodové škále na základě svého dojmu z celkové recitace. Obecný charakter motivačního textu nám umožnil sledovat, jaké faktory mohou hrát důležitou roli při vnímání celkového mluvního projevu. Výsledky mimo jiné poukazují na možný vliv textu básní na hodnocení respondentů. Tato studie slouží jako podklad pro další hlubší výzkum v oblasti hodnocení mluvního projevu. Spisovatelka a její kritici. České reflexe tweetů J. K. Rowlingové o trans lidech

This bachelor thesis focuses on the presentation of the conflict between the writer J.K. Rowling and her critics on five of the most widely read Czech online news portals, namely Novinky.cz, Lidovky.cz, Aktualne.cz, Echo24.cz, and iDNES.cz. The thesis examines the textual strategies used to communicate about trans individuals and the controversy surrounding them. The thesis employs methods derived from ethnomethodology, specifically Membership Categorization Analysis (MCA) and Media Dialogical Network (MDN). Using the MCA method, it was found that by categorizing the writer and her critics into collections of membership categories, a certain image of the situation was conveyed. The controversy was portrayed as interpersonal drama among celebrities, damage to J.K. Rowling's career, cancel culture, injecting politics into the apolitical sphere of art and culture, but only rarely as the struggle of trans people for their rights. In the analysis of texts using the MDN method, it was found that the portals, in developing the dialogic network, focus primarily on how the specific case harmed the life and career of Rowling and other artists. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje prezentaci konfliktu mezi spisovatelkou J. K. Rowlingovou a jejími kritiky na pěti z nejčtenějších českých internetových zpravodajských serverů, tj. na severech Novinky.cz, Lidovky.cz, Aktualne.cz, Echo24.cz a iDNES.cz. Práce se zabývá tím, jaké textové strategie jsou používány ke komunikaci o trans lidech a kontroverzi, která se jich týká. Používá metody vycházející z entometodologie, konkrétně členskou kategorizační analýzu (ČKA) a dialogickou mediální síť (DMS). Pomocí metody ČKA bylo zjištěno, že díky řazení spisovatelky a její kritiků do souborů členských kategorií byl předáván určitý obraz situace. Kontroverze byla zobrazována jako mezilidské drama mezi celebritami, újma na kariéře spisovatelky J. K. Rowlingové, cancelling, vnášení politiky do apolitické sféry umění a kultury, ale pouze výjimečně jako boj trans lidí za jejich práva. Při analýze textů metodou DMS bylo zjištěno, že servery se při rozvíjení dialogické sítě soustředí především na to, jak daná kauza ublížila životu a kariéře Rowlingové a jiným umělcům. Ve zprávách tak byli odsunuti do pozadí samotní trans lidé, jejichž životy a práva jsou tematizována pouze minimálně. (EN) The Bachelor Thesis will map the fond of the Late Gothic Era made up of the works connected to the Martinitz's residential city of Smečno. The fond includes: the castle chaple of St. Anne and its furniture, the Ledce Altarpiece, the Smečno Madonna etc. The aim is to base the core of the thesis on archival research and the stylistic analysis of the artworks. Space will be further given to a survey of the artworks' further fates before and after the year 1918, in which the influence of the Martinitz family, or, since 1792, the Clam-Martinitz family, was interrupted in Bohemia and therefore also at Smečno. Due to historical events some of the artworks from Smečno found their way to other places and institutions, like the National Museum or the National Galery in Prague, by which their coonnection to Smečno was often severed. I will try to connect the artworks with specific locations at Smečno, the Church of the Holy Trinity and the castle chapel of St. Anne, and with the commissioning activities of the Martinitz family. Bakalářská práce bude mapovat fond pozdní gotiky z období 1460-1540, tvořený díly spojenými s rezidenčním městem Martiniců, Smečnem. Fond zahrnuje například: zámeckou kapli sv. Anny a její vybavení, Oltář z Ledců, Smečenskou madonu a další. Záměrem je jádro práce založit na průzkumu archivních pramenů a stylovém rozboru uměleckých děl. Dále bude prostor věnován průzkumu dalších osudů děl před i po roce 1918, ve kterém bylo přetrženo působení rodu Martiniců, respektive od r. 1792 Clam-Martiniců, v Čechách, a tedy i na Smečně. Vlivem dějinných událostí se některá díla ze Smečna dostala do jiných míst a různých institucí jako jsou Národní muzeum a Národní galerie v Praze, čímž bylo jejich spojení se Smečnem často přetrženo. Jednotlivá díla se pokusím spojit s konkrétními prostory na Smečně, kostelem Nejsvětější Trojice, zámeckou kaplí sv. Anny a také s objednavatelskou činností rodu Martiniců. This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the author's personality of contemporary Czech writer Jakuba Katalpa. It presents her personality and characterization of her selected prose works. This bachelor focuses on the analysis and above all the interpretation of the author's novels. Specifically, the works Němci (2012), Doupě (2017) and Zuzanin dech (2020). I chose these novels because I was intrigued by their themes and interested in how the various literary theoretical categories function in them. The analysis focuses on narrators, characters, space, time, language, composition and narrative style. Based on the analysis of these novels, a summary comparison of all these aspects is made. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje autorské osobnosti současné české spisovatelky Jakuby Katalpy. Představuje její osobnost a charakterizaci vybrané prozaické tvorby. Středem této bakalářské práce je analýza a především interpretace autorčiných románů. Konkrétně děl Němci (2012), Doupě (2017) a Zuzanin dech (2020). Tyto romány jsem si vybrala, jelikož mě zaujala jejich tematika a zajímalo mě, jak v nich fungují jednotlivé literárně teoretické kategorie. Analýza se zaměřuje na vypravěče, postavy, prostor, čas, jazyk, kompozici a vypravěčský styl. Na základě analýzy těchto románů je provedena souhrnná komparace všech těchto aspektů.

Porovnání komunikace mezi studenty a učitelem v tradičním a alternativním modelu výuky

The purpose of the thesis titled "Comparison of Communication among Students and Teachers in Traditional and Alternative Models of Education" is to describe and compare the educationof literature with the primary focus on communication dynamics among teachers and students, in the traditional educational model used at a state gymnasium and the alternative model adopted at the Waldorf lyceum. Based on the observations and semi-structured interviews,this thesis summarizes the findings relatedtothe educationof literature inthese two different institutions, including teaching approaches, the materials used, the application of theoretical concepts into practice, and, most importantly, the teacher-student communication. In the conclusion, the results obtained from the observations and interviews provide insights into the educational and communication environments of the four-year gymnasium and the waldorf lyceum, facilitating comparative analysis between the two models. Práce s názvem "Porovnání komunikace mezi studenty a učitelem v tradičním a alternativním modelu výuky" se zabývá popisem a srovnáním výuky literatury, a to se zaměřením na komunikaci mezi učitelem a žáky, konkrétně v klasickém vzdělávacím modelu státního gymnázia a alternativním modelu waldorfského lycea. Na základě observace a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru jsou shrnuty poznatky týkající se výuky literatury ve dvou odlišných institucích, jejich přístupy k výuce, materiály, s nimiž pracují, testování, aplikace teoretickýchprvkůdo praxe, a především výuková komunikace mezi učitelem a žáky. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky získané na základě observace a rozhovoru, které nabízí vhled do vzdělávacího a komunikačního prostředí čtyřletého gymnázia i waldorfského lycea a jejich srovnání.

This Bachelor's thesis commences by outlining the life of Vojtěch Hynais prior to his departure to Prague, delving into his mentors, the influences shaping the artist, and the pivotal works he produced during this period. The thesis then proceeds chronologically to the artist's arrival in Prague, addressing his integration into the Czech artistic scene, highlighted by the presentation of his painting The Judgment of Paris. One of the primary objectives of the thesis is to trace Hynais's activities as an architectural decorator and graphic designer, thereby emphasizing works of such nature. The thesis also considers significant portrait works and delineates the late phase of Hynais's oeuvre, which correlates with the dichotomy between progressiveness and conservatism, particularly within the context of academicism. In this context, the thesis also examines Hynais's pedagogical endeavors at the Prague Academy, revealing, among other aspects, the influence he exerted as a professor, not solely limited to the younger generation. The concluding section of the Bachelor's thesis aims to address the question of progressiveness versus conservatism in the body of work by Vojtěch Hynais. Bakalářská práce se v úvodu zabývá přiblížením života Vojtěcha Hynaise před odjezdem do Prahy, přičemž jsou zmíněni Hynaisovi učitelé, vlivy, které na umělce působily, a zásadní díla, která v tomto období vytvořil. Práce se dále chronologicky posouvá k umělcově příjezdu do Prahy, řeší jeho přijetí do českého uměleckého dění, s čímž souvisí mj. představení obrazu Paridův soud. Jedním z cílů práce je také sledování Hynaisovy činnosti jako architektonického dekoratéra a grafického designéra, je proto dáván důraz i na díla tohoto charakteru. Práce neopomíjí zásadní portrétní díla a nastiňuje pozdní fázi Hynaisovy tvorby, která souvisí s otázkou rozporu mezi progresivností a konzervativností, a to zejména v kontextu akademismu. V této souvislosti se práce zabývá i Hynaisovou pedagogickou činností na pražské Akademii, odkrývajíc mimo jiné jeho vliv z pozice profesora (nejen) na mladší generaci. Závěr bakalářské práce si dává za cíl zodpovědět otázku pokrokovosti versus konzervativnosti v díle Vojtěcha Hynaise.

This thesis discusses the literary-historical and literary-critical texts of Jakub Arbes, which deal with the personality and work of Karel Hynek Mácha. The introduction outlines the theoretical basis on which Arbes evaluated literary works, describes his relationship to literary criticism and literary history, and briefly presents his most important works in this field. It then focuses on Arbes' articles dedicated to Karel Hynek Mácha. The central theme is the importance of Arbes' studies on Mácha in contemporary literary criticism and literary history and Arbes's contribution to the preservation of Mácha's legacy. The last part of the work compares Arbes's texts with today's knowledge. This bachelor thesis examines the image of Slovakia in the Czech artistic milieu from the mid-19th century to 1918, the year Czechoslovakia was established. It focuses on how Slovakia and Slovaks were depicted in the works of Czech artists such as Josef Mánes, F. B. Zvěřina, Mikoláš Aleš, Jaroslav Augusta, Emil Pacovský and Miloš Jiránek. It presents Slovak mountaineers, robbers and tinker craftsmen as symbolic of Slovaks. This image was created against the background of the building of Czech national identity, at a time when Hungarian Slovakia was part of Hungaria and the Czech lands were part of Austria. With the help of the Slavic, Detvian and Czechoslovak myths, which some Czech artists reflected and subsequently developed, the image of a weaker, friendly Slavic nation fighting against strong Hungarian oppression was created. Two non-art exhibitions that had their share in the perception of Slovakia by Czech artists - the Jubilee Exhibition and the Ethnographic Exhibition - are also set in the context of the Czech artistic milieu. The study also highlights the different interpretations at the time of the creation of the artworks, after the establishment of the Czechoslovak Republic and after the communist takeover in the 1950s. Bakalárska práca skúma obraz Slovenska v českom umeleckom prostredí od polovice 19. storočia po vznik spoločného štátu v roku 1918. Zameriava sa na to, akým spôsobom bolo Slovensko a Slováci zobrazovaní v dielach českých umelcov ako Josef Mánes, F. B. Zvěřina, Mikoláš Aleš, Jaroslav Augusta, Emil Pacovský, či Miloš Jiránek. Predstavuje slovenských horalov, zbojníkov a drotárov ako symboly Slovákov. Tento obraz sa vytváral na pozadí budovania českej národnej identity, v dobe kedy Uhorské Slovensko bolo súčasťou Zalitavska a České krajiny súčasťou Predlitavska. Za pomoci slovanského mýtu, detvianskeho mýtu a československého mýtu, ktoré niektorí českí umelci reflektovali a následne rozvíjali, vznikal obraz slabšieho spriateleného slovanského národa, bojujúceho proti silnému maďarskému útlaku. Štúdia zároveň poukazuje na rôzne výklady a interpretácie v dobe vzniku umeleckých diel, po vzniku prvej republiky a po komunistickom prevrate v 50. rokoch 20. storočia.

This bachelor's thesis will analyse selected novels published in the 1970s (Life is Elsewhere, The Ascension of Lojzek Lapáček from Silesian Ostrava and The Questionnaire or A Prayer for a Town and a Friend) using the methodology of narrative hermeneutics. Specifically, it will address the question of how the life story of an individual whose horizon of possibilities is narrowly limited by the political situation can be meaningfully retold and what ethical value such a complex narrative can have in a society dominated by totalitarian narratives. The theoretical section will describe the framework of narrative hermeneutics and the narrative ethics that emerges from it. The interpretive part will examine how individual authors reflect on the ethical potential of storytelling in their works. Bio-hydrogen from microalgae and cyanobacteria has attracted commercial awareness due to its potential as an alternative, reliable and renewable energy source. Photosynthetic hydrogen production from algae and cyanobacteria can be interesting and promising options for clean energy, because hydrogen is produced at ambient temperature and pressure and releases only water as a by-product. The energy of sunlight is used to split the water molecule into protons (H+), electrons (e-) and O2. The protons and electrons are then recombined with the help of the enzymes hydrogenase or nitrogenase (in the case of cyanobacteria) to form H2. Both of these enzymes are sensitive to O2 and therefore require the processes of H2 formation and CO2 fixation to be separated. This bachelor's thesis aims to describe the principle of H2 formation in different cyanobacterial and algal systems and mention the problems and limitations. The thesis also presents recent approaches, including genetic and metabolic engineering of cyanobacteria and algae or co-culturing of algae and bacteria, where an anaerobic environment is created by enhanced bacterial respiration. Biovodík produkovaný pomocí řas a sinic přitahuje komerční pozornost díky svému potenciálu alternativního, spolehlivého a obnovitelného zdroje energie. Fotosyntetická výroba vodíku z řas a sinic může být zajímavou a slibnou možností čisté energie, protože vodík se vyrábí při normální teplotě a tlaku a jako vedlejší produkt se uvolňuje pouze voda. Energie slunečního světla se využívá ke štěpení molekuly vody na protony (H+ ), elektrony (e- ) a O2. Protony a elektrony se pak rekombinují pomocí enzymů hydrogenázy nebo nitrogenázy (v případě sinic) za vzniku H2. Oba tyto enzymy jsou citlivé na kyslík, a proto vyžadují oddělení procesů tvorby H2 a fixace CO2. Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat princip tvorby vodíku v různých systémech sinic a řas a zmínit hlavní problémy a omezení. Práce také představuje nejnovější přístupy, včetně genetického a metabolického inženýrství sinic a řas nebo společné kultivace řas a bakterií, kde se anaerobní prostředí vytváří zvýšenou bakteriální respirací
