LC-MS technique was successfully applied to the description of oligosaccharides mixtures in wort and beer samples. Based on the important differences in MS/MS spectra the structural features of coeluted oligosaccharides were found.

V této práci byla provedena studie chemického složení PM10, PM2.5 a pouličního prachu na dvou městských lokalitách v České republice v letech 2009 a 2010. První z nich je v centru města s vyšší dopravní zátěží a druhá je situována nedaleko ocelárny In this work a study of chemical composition of PM10, PM2.5 and street dust was performed at two urban sites in the Czech Republic in years 2009 and 2010. The first one is in the city center with high traffic density and the second is situated near steelworks.

Popis semi-kontinuálního systému pro on-line detekci ve vodě rozpustné frakce kovů v atmosférickém aerosolu s časovým rozlišením 30 min. Jako modelové kovy byly zvoleny Fe3+, Co2+, Cu2+. Description of semi-continuous system for on-line detection of water-soluble fraction of metalls in atmospheric aerosols with time resolution of 30 min. Fe3+, Co2+, Cu2+ were selected as model metals.

The main target of this work was to investigate processes during the cryotrapping procedure and find optimum conditions. Cílem této práce je přispět k dalšímu vývoji metody na speciaci arsenu v biologických matricích. Hlavním cílem je výzkum procesů během záchytu arsenu eventuelně nalézt možnost miniaturizace zařízení kryogenní pasti

Chemiluminiscenční metoda detekce peroxyacetylnitrátu ve vzduchu použitím CLAD a separace interferujících polutantů (NO2, O3) umožňuje rychlé, citlivé a specifické stanovení PAN ve vzduchu s limitem detekce 10 ppt a časovým rozlišením 3 min. Chemiluminescent method of peroxyacetylnitrate detection in air using a CLAD and separation of interfering compounds (NO2, O3) provides fast, sensitive and specific determination of PAN with detection limit of 10 ppt and time resolution of 3 min.

V této práci jsou srovnávány koncentrace levoglukosanu, mannosanu a galaktosanu v aerosolové frakci PM1 a PM2,5 v Brně (370 000 obyvatel) a Šlapanicích (6 000 obyvatel) v zimních a letních měsících. Tyto tři sloučeniny byly analyzovány metodou GCMS. This work compare PM1 and PM2,5 concentrations of levoglucosan, mannosan and galactosan in Brno (370 000 inhabitants) and Šlapanice (6 000 inhabitants) in winter and summer months. These compounds were analyzed by GCMS.
