Porovnání minimalizačního způsobu zpracování půdy s využitím GPS a bez navigačních systémů

The aim of this work is to compare two systems of guidance during minimization of tillage. In the experiment, a John Deere model 6145 M wheeled tractor was used in combination with a HORSCH Joker 4 CT disc cultivator. The tractor was equipped with GPS navigation from John Deere, model StarFire 6000, receiving the SF1 signal with an accuracy of ? 15 cm. During the experiment, all parameters were recorded, which were subsequently used to evaluate fuel savings, time savings and the effecti veness of the use of the drive. During the first measurement, the driving set was guided by an automatic system, and during the second measurement, the set was guided ma nually by the machine operator. The results show that when using the automatic guidance system of the vehicle set, you will achieve a lower consumption per hectare by 6.02%, a higher area performance by 5.97 % and time savings. Cílem této práce je porovnání dvou systémů navádění při minimalizačním zpracování půdy. Při pokusu byl použit kolový traktor od firmy John Deere model 6145 M v agregaci s diskovým podmítačem od firmy HORSCH model Joker 4 CT. Traktor byl vybaven GPS navigací od firmy John Deere model StarFire 6000 přijímající signál SF1 s přesností ? 15 cm. Při pokusu byly zaznamenávány veškeré parametry, které následně sloužily k vyhodnocení úspory paliva, úspory času a efektivnosti využití záběru. Při prvním měření byla jízdní souprava naváděna automatickým systémem a při druhém měření souprava byla naváděna manuálně obsluhou stroje. Výsledky uka zují, že při využití automatického systému navádění jízdní souprava dosáhne menší spotřeby paliva na hektar o 6,02 %, vyšší plošné výkonosti o 5,97 % a úspory času.

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the compatibility or effectiveness of entomopathogenic and mycoparasitic fungal species with selected phytopathogens, with the aim of evaluating their mutual relationships. During the experiments, mycoparasitism between mycoparasitic species and phytopathogenic fungal species was confirmed. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení kompatibility resp. účinnosti entomopatogenní a mykoparazitických druhů hub s vybranými fytopatogeny, s cílem vyhodnotit jejich vzájemné vztahy. Během experimentů byl potvrzen mykoparazitismus mezi mykoparazitickými druhy a fytopatogenními druhy hub.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the comparison of two measuring GNSS devices, which are used in agricultural practice for measuring farmed land. The main comparison parameter is the time required to operate these devices, where the comparison times are the import of basic data into hand-held GNSS devices, work in the field and finally the export of measured values to the LPIS portal. The individual time periods are then compared with each other and then it is determined which device is more suitable for practice according to the time required. This work also includes a comparison of the technical parameters of these handheld GNSS devices. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání dvou vyměřovacích GNSS přístrojů, které se v zemědělské praxi používají pro vyměřování obhospodařovaných pozemků. Hlavním porovnávacím parametrem je časová náročnost na obsluhu těchto přístrojů, kdy porovnávacími časy jsou import podkladových dat do ručních GNSS přístrojů, práce v terénu a nakonec export naměřených hodnot do portálu LPIS. Jednotlivé časové úseky jsou následně mezi sebou porovnávány a následně se z nich určí jaký přístroj je podle časové náročnosti vhodnější pro praxi. V této práci je také zahrnuto porovnání technických parametrů těchto ručních GNSS přístrojů.

Tématem diplomové práce je příprava a následné hodnocení potenciálních antituberkulotik na bázi nitrovaných aromátů. V teoretické části se práce zabývá tuberkulózou a její terapií, v dalších kapitolách rozebírá nitrované antimikrobiální látky již osvědčené, i nově připravované a testované. Praktická část zahrnuje vícekrokovou přípravu sloučenin ze substituované kyseliny benzoové, kyseliny pyrohroznové a různě substituovaných anilinů, které byly hodnoceny v inhibici růstu různých kmenů mykobakterií. Strukturní základ látek je N-fenyl-2-[2-(3,5- dinitrobenzoyl)hydrazinyliden]propanamid, který se liší substitucí na benzenovém jádře N- fenylpropanamidu. V případě čtyř sloučenin byla provedena obměna jedné nitroskupiny za trifluormethylovou skupinu. Výtěžky syntéz finálních látek se pohybovaly v rozpětí 7-72 % a jejich hodnoty minimální inhibiční koncentrace (MIC) od 4 do více než 1000 µmol/l. Jakožto nejúčinnější derivát se ukázal N-(4-bromfenyl)-2-[2-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)hydrazinyliden]propanamid. Klíčová slova Antibiotika, antimykobakteriální aktivita, 3,5-dinitrobenzhydrazid, nitroskupina, syntéza, tuberkulóza The goal of the master's thesis was the synthesis and assessment of potential molecules against tuberculosis based on aromatic compounds containing nitro groups. The thesis reviews tuberculosis and its therapy, in the theoretical part, followed by well-know and new nitro group containing antibiotics. The experimental part reports multitep synthesis from parent compounds - substituted benzoic acid, pyruvic acid and variously substituted anilines, which were evaluated for their antimycobacterial activity. The core structure of the prepared compound molecules is N-phenyl-2-[2-(3,5- dinitrobenzoyl)hydrazinylidene]propanamide, which was variously substituted on the benzene ring of N-phenylpropanamide. In case of four compounds, one nitro group was switched to the trifluoromethyl group. Yields varied from 7 to 72 % and their minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) ranged from 4 to more than 1000 µmol/l. N-(4-Bromphenyl)-2-[2-(3,5- dinitrobenzoyl)hydrazinylidene]propanamide proved to be the most effective derivate. Debt Relief as the Second Chance for Entrepreneurs

This bachelor thesis describes chosen changes in debt relief after amendments of the Insolvency Act No. 64/2017 Coll, Act No. 31/2019 Coll and Act No. 191/2020 Coll amending Act No. 182/2006 Coll., bankruptcy, methods of its resolution, and further describes changes to the insolvency law introduced by European law. The aim of this thesis is to review the solution of debt relief of enterprising natural persons and to review succes rates and advantages of debt relief for entrepreneurs. Debt relief is a way of solving the insolvency of the debtor, who is, allowed by law, to make a come back to economic and social life. This thesis compares obtained data on the success rate of insolvency proceedings at the regional court in České Budějovice with nationwide data. The results of the thesis are used to map possible differences in the South Bohemian region compared to the entire republic. Bakalářská práce popisuje některé změny v oddlužení po novelách insolvenčního zákona č.64/2017 Sb., č.31/2019 a č.191/2020, kterými se mění zákon č.182/2006 Sb., o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení, a dále popisuje změny, které vytváří evropské právo v insolvenčním právu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit řešení oddlužení fyzických osob podnikatelů a zhodnotit úspěšnost a výhodnost oddlužení pro podnikatele. Oddlužení je způsob řešení platební neschopnosti dlužníka, kterému zákon umožňuje návrat do hospodářského a společenského života. Práce porovnává získaná data o úspěšnosti insolvenčního řízení u krajského soudu v Českých Budějovicích s daty celorepublikovými. Výsledky práce slouží k zmapování případných odlišností v jihočeském kraji oproti celé republice.

Analysis of return on investment in a biogas station in a selected company

This bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the return on investment in a biogas station. The aim is to analyze and evaluate such an investment and to create a supporting tool for investors considering the same or similar investment. The thesis includes a theoretical part, which summarizes the basics of the operation and operation of a biogas station. The practical part contains calculations of the net present value of this investment. The thesis is based on data obtained from a company that has been operating a biogas plant for several years. The conclusion of the thesis is a recommendation for investors on when and under what conditions to invest in such projects. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze návratnosti investice do bioplynové stanice. Cílem je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit takovou investici, a vytvořit pomocný nástroj pro investory, kteří stejnou nebo podobnou investici zvažují. V práci je obsažena teoretická část, ve které jsou shrnuty základy o fungování a provozu bioplynové stanice. Praktická část obsahuje výpočty čisté současné hodnoty této investice. Práce je založena na datech, která byla získána z podniku, který bioplynovou stanici provozuje již několik let. Závěrem práce je doporučení pro investory, kdy a za jakých podmínek investovat do projektů tohoto typu.

Ageing Curves and Lifespan Calculations for Individual Elements of the Distribution System

The thesis focuses on modeling the aging curve and calculating the technical lifespan of components within a distribution system. The aim is to obtain results using various analytical methods and then compare them. To provide a broader perspective on the issue, the thesis begins with a brief introduction to Asset Management. This is followed by an analysis of the input data along with descriptions of three methods that can be used to calculate the technical lifespan of components, specifically the Survival Function, Weibull Distribution, and Markov Chains. In the second half of the thesis, the input dataset is introduced, analyzed, and then used to calculate the aforementioned outputs. These results are compared with the values currently used by the company for Asset Management purposes. The conclusion of the thesis contains an evaluation of the methods used. Diplomová práce se zabývá modelací křivky stárnutí a výpočtem technické životnosti prvku distribuční soustavy. Cílem je získat výsledky za pomoci různých analytických metod a ty pak mezi sebou porovnat. Aby byl poskytnut širší pohled na tuto problematiku, práce začíná stručným představením Asset managementu. Dále je popsána analýza vstupních dat spolu se třemi metodami, pomocí kterých je možné vypočítat technickou životnost prvku. Konkrétně se jedná o Funkci přežití, Weibullovo rozdělení a Markovské řetězce. Ve druhé polovině práce je představen vstupní soubor dat, který je nejprve zanalyzován a poté použit pro výpočet výše uvedených výstupů. Ty jsou porovnány s hodnotami, které momentálně firma pro účely Asset managementu používá. Závěr diplomové práce obsahuje zhodnocení použitých metod.

Innovation activities in the company and their economic impact

The thesis focuses on the analysis of innovation activities and their economic impact in the company KV2 Audio International spol. s. r. o. The company operates in a dynamic environment of professional audio technology and innovation is very important for its competitiveness. Through ratio financial analysis, the economic situation of the company in 2018-2022 was evaluated. Subsequently, two innovations of the company were presented in detail. It was a product innovation - digitization of amplifiers, which helped the company a lot during the covid-19 pandemic. The second innovation was a process innovation - digitization of processes. This innovation consisted in the introduction of a new information system, which is an interconnection of MES and CRM systems. The implementation of this innovation was completed in spring 2024 and the thesis presents its expected economic impact - cost savings and increased sales. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu inovačních aktivit a jejich ekonomických dopadů ve společnosti KV2 Audio International spol. s. r. o. Společnost působí v dynamickém prostředí profesionální audiotechniky a inovace jsou velmi důležité pro její konkurenceschopnost. Prostřednictvím poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy byla zhodnocena ekonomická situace společnosti v letech 2018-2022. Následně byly podrobně představeny dvě inovace společnosti. Jednalo se o produktovou inovaci - digitalizaci zesilovačů, která společnosti velmi pomohla v období pandemie Covid-19. Druhou inovací byla procesní inovace - digitalizace procesů. Tato inovace spočívala v zavedení nového informačního systému, který je propojením systémů MES a CRM. Implementace této inovace byla dokončena na jaře 2024 a v práci jsou představeny její očekávané ekonomické dopady - úspora nákladů a zvýšení tržeb.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of selected investment and assessment of influence on company's financial stability

This bachelor's thesis focuses on assessing the effectiveness of a selected investment project and its impact on the financial stability of the company. The thesis applies investment evaluation methods, specifically the calcu-lations of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Discounted Payback Period. The data used for the analysis includes both the company's accounting records and external statistical data from public databases, such as those from the Czech Statistical Office and the Czech National Bank. The results of the analyses indicate that the investment project is financially effective and that its implementation has contributed to a positive improvement in the company's key financial indicators, such as profitability, indebtedness, and liquidity. The conclusions of the thesis confirm that a well-chosen investment can significantly strengthen the company's financial stability and ensure its growth. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení efektivity vybraného investičního projektu a jeho vlivu na finanční stabilitu podniku. V práci jsou aplikovány metody hodnocení investic, konkrétně výpočty čisté současné hodnoty (ČSH), vnitřního výnosového procenta (VVP) a diskontované doby návratnosti. Data, která byla použita pro analýzu, zahrnují jak účetní zá-znamy podniku, tak externí statistické údaje z veřejných databází, například z Českého statis-tického úřadu a České národní banky. Výsledky analýz ukazují, že investiční projekt je fi-nančně efektivní a že jeho realizace přispěla k pozitivnímu zlepšení klíčových finančních uka-zatelů podniku, jako jsou rentabilita, zadluženost a likvidita. Závěry práce potvrzují, že zvolen že správně zvolená investice může výrazně posílit finanční stabilitu podniku a zajistit jeho růst.
