Photodynamic canceours-tumour diagnostics

Visual colour imaging of cancerous tumorous of human bladder at photodynamic diagnostics is dealt with. Cancerous tumorous are imaged to be red while the healthy tissue is blue. This diagnostics is not optimal because of low colour contracts which is not maximal. Consequence of this is the decreased diagnostics sensitivity and specifity. We shaw methods how to improve this diagnostics.

Zpráva obsahuje popis koncepce a obvodového řešení systému pro korekci dopplerovských změn frekvence etalonového signálu distribuovaného prostřednictvím digitální satelitní TV sítě.

Technology of preparation of doped single crystals of triglycine sulphate for application in optoelectronics is described. Internal report contains also technology of preparation of simple pyroelectric detectors which operate in infrared region, wavelengths 2-25ćm. Measurement methods for infrared detectors and their basic technical parameters are presented. The prepared infrared detectors operate as non-cooling elements with hybrid high impedance amplifier. Ve výzkumné zprávě je popsána technologie přípravy monokrystalů síranu triglycinia pro aplikace v otoelektronice. Dále je uvedena technologie přípravy jednoduchých pyroelektrických detektorů záření pracujících v infračerveném oboru spektra,vlnová délka 2-25ćm. Zpráva též obsahuje popis měřících metod užitých pro stanovení základních technických parametrů infračervených detektorů. Připravené detektory pracují jako nechlazené optické elementy s vysokoimpedančním hybridním zesilovačem.

The photodetectors operating in the 0.8-20ćm wavelength region have been prepared. The report is devoted to the research and realisation of novel types of materials on the basis TGS single crystals family. The prepared detectors have been tested in static and dynamical regime of operation. The obtained results have been passed on TESLA BLATNÁ Company. Výzkumná zpráva obsahuje výsledky přípravy fotodektorů pracujících v oblasti vlnových délek 0.8-20ćm. Výzkum je věnován přípravě nových typů materiálů pro detektory záření na bázi monokrystalů skupiny látek typu TGS. Připravené infradektory byly testovány ve statickém a dynamickém režimu. Získané výsledky byly předány do a.s. TESLA BLATNÁ na základě smlouvy o spolupráci.

Optical protection capabilities of selected anti-carcinoma dermatological creams, lotions, and milks against the harmful cancerous UVB-solar radiation are dealt with. Graphs of optical transmittances, transparencies and effective thickness of these materials in dependence of optical wavelenghts are given. This report is intended for use of specialists working in dermatology.
