NEKVASIL, A. Intensity of trade in the EU with agricultural commodities, Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2024. The bachelor thesis focuses on the measurement of international trade intensity of agricultural commodities and their associated industries in the EU27 in 2010 and 2020. The theoretical part of the thesis summarises the basic theories of interna-tional trade and trade intensity calculation. In this part, the results of international trade intensity measurement so far are also present. In the practical part, the measurement is carried out using principles based on intra-industry trade and comparative advantage. Intra-industry trade is calculated by the Grubel-Lloyd in-dex and comparative advantages are calculated by the NRCA index. The indices are then compared at the country level and across time periods to see, which country excels in comparative advantage and intra-industry trade. NEKVASIL, A. Intenzita obchodu v EU se zemědělskými komoditami, Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na měření intenzity mezinárodního obchodu se zemědělskými komoditami a s nimi spojenými odvětvími v EU27 v letech 2010 a 2020. Teoretická část práce shrnuje základní teorie mezinárodního obchodu a výpočet intenzity obchodu. V této části jsou také uvedeny dosavadní výsledky měření intenzity mezinárodního obchodu. V praktické části je měření provedeno s využitím principů založených na vnitroodvětvovém obchodu a komparativních výhodách. Vnitroodvětvový obchod se počítá pomocí Grubel-Lloydova indexu a komparativní výhody se počítají pomocí indexu NRCA. Indexy se pak porovnávají na úrovni jednotlivých zemí a v různých časových obdobích, aby se určilo, která země vyniká komparativní výhodou a vnitroodvětvovým obchodem.

The diploma thesis focuses on the impacts of sustainable food production on the final consumer. The aim is to identify the consumer's behaviour in the purchase of sustainable food and find out the factors and motives that influence them. To fulfil the aim, an analysis of the sustainable food production market was carried out. It revealed an improving tendency in the increase of ecological agriculture and the approach of producers. A questionnaire survey was conducted to identify consumer's behaviour and their motives. The survey revealed that despite a positive approach to sustainability, price is the deciding factor for most consumers. Based on the results, recommendations were proposed for producers and consumers. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na dopady udržitelné produkce potravin na konečného spotřebitele. Cílem je identifikace chování spotřebitele při nákupu potravin z udržitelné produkce a zjištění faktorů a motivů, které ho ovlivňují. K naplnění cíle byla vypracována analýza trhu udržitelné produkce potravin, která odhalila zlepšující se tendenci v nárůstu ekologického zemědělství a přístupu producentů. K poznání chování spotřebitelů a identifikace faktorů a motivů proběhlo dotazníkové šetření, které zjistilo, že i přes pozitivní přístup k udržitelnosti je pro většinu spotřebitelů rozhodujícím faktorem cena. Na základě těchto zjištění byla formulována doporučení pro producenty a spotřebitele.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a system for collecting, storing and visualizing data from network devices at Mendel University in Brno. The introductory part deals with the issue of monitoring network devices. In the next part of the thesis, available monitoring systems are analyzed, which serve as a basis for the design of the proposed solution. At the end of the thesis, the implementation and testing of the proposed system is demonstrated. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací systému pro sběr, ukládání a vizualizaci dat ze síťových zařízení na Mendelově univerzitě v Brně. Úvodní část se zabývá problematikou monitorování síťových zařízení. V další části práce jsou analyzovány dostupné monitorovací systémy, které slouží jako podklad pro návrh navrhovaného řešení. V závěru práce je demonstrována implementace a testování navrženého systému.

Aplikace pro tvorbu pracovních postupů

This work is dedicated to the design and implementation of an application for the creating workflows. The goal of this work is to design and implement an application for the creation of work procedures based on the analysis of available solutions and requirements from the customer. The work contains an explanation of basic terms from the field of business processes, a description of process modeling standards and a description of available solutions. Furthermore, the work deals with the design of a process map for the process: Design for reward, design of diagrams capturing the structure and behavior of the system and design of the database. Last but not least, the work is devoted to the implementation, deployment and testing of the application. The implementation uses C# backend technology with the .NET framework, Bootstrap5 frontend technology and the Elsa Core framework for workflow creation. Tato práce je věnována návrhu a implementaci aplikace pro tvorbu pracovních postupů. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy dostupných řešení a požadavků od zákazníka navrhnout a implementovat aplikaci pro tvorbu pracovních postupů. Práce obsahuje vysvětlení základních termínů z oblasti podnikových procesů, popis standardů procesního modelování a popis dostupných řešení. Dále se práce zabývá návrhem procesní mapy pro proces: Návrh na odměnu, návrhem diagramů zachycujících strukturu a chování systému a návrhem databáze. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje implementaci, nasazení a testování aplikace. Při implementaci byly použity backendové technologie C# s frameworkem .NET, frontendová technologie Bootstrap 5 a implementační rámec Elsa Core pro tvorbu workflow.

The aim of the thesis is to become familiar with the purchasing behaviour of consumers on the Czech food market. The main aim of this thesis is to find out how it is possible to facilitate the purchase of food for those consumers who prefer to buy Czech food and at the same time increase their sales. The primary data for this thesis was collected through quantitative research – a questionnaire survey that focused on respondents belonging to Generation X and Generation Y (n = 319). In-depth interviews were conducted (n = 11) as part of the qualitative research. The practical part of the thesis also deals with the observation in selected brick-and-mortar stores and online stores that are focused on food sales. The obtained results are used to create marketing recommendations for Czech food retailers and manufacturers. Cílem práce je poznat nákupní chování spotřebitelů na českém trhu s potravinami. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem je možné usnadnit nákup potravin těm spotřebitelům, kteří upřednostňují nákup českých potravin a zároveň zvýší jejich prodej. Primární data pro tuto práci byla shromážděna prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu - dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na respondenty patřící ke generaci X a generaci Y (n = 319). V rámci kvalitativního výzkumu byly provedeny hloubkové rozhovory (n = 11). Praktická část práce se zabývá také pozorováním ve vybraných kamenných prodejnách a internetových obchodech zaměřených na prodej potravin. Získané výsledky jsou použity pro vypracování marketingových doporučení pro české maloobchodníky a výrobce potravin.

This thesis is focused on the description of individual methods of sparkling wine production and new trends associated with these methods. Subsequently, the production of sparkling wines in the Czech Republic is described. The experimental part is devoted to the determination of antioxidants and polyphenols with relation to the method of production of a particular sparkling wine. Tato práce se věnuje popisu různých metod výroby šumivých vín a nových trendů s těmito metodami spojených. Dále je popsána produkce šumivých vín v České republice. Experimentální část je zaměřena na stanovení antioxidantů a polyfenolů v souvislosti se způsobem výroby konkrétního šumivého vína.

Diploma thesis focuses on the impact of automation and related factors on jobs in the European Union, with a focus on the Czech and Slovak Republics. In the introduction of the thesis, important concepts related to automation and digitalization are discussed. At the same time, the first part of the thesis also includes the definition of the population groups most vulnerable to automation and digitalization. The next part of the thesis is devoted to quantitative and complementary qualitative research. The quantitative part deals with the public opinion of the population in relation to artificial intelligence and robots. The complementary qualitative part is devoted to a short interview with an HR manager from the automotive industry. The fourth chapter of the thesis describes suggestions for minimizing the risks associated with automation and digitalization in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Diplomová práce se soustředí na vliv automatizace a souvisejících faktorů na pracovní místa v Evropské unii se zaměřením na Českou a Slovenskou republiku. V úvodu práce jsou rozebrány důležité pojmy související s automatizací a digitalizací. Zároveň první část práce zahrnuje i vymezení skupin obyvatelstva nejvíce ohrožených automatizací a digitalizací. Další část práce je věnována kvantitativnímu a doplňkovému kvalitativnímu výzkumu. Kvantitativní část se věnuje veřejnému mínění obyvatel ve vztahu k umělé inteligenci a robotům. Doplňková kvalitativní část se věnuje krátkému rozhovoru s HR manažerkou z prostředí automobilového průmyslu. Čtvrtá kapitola diplomové práce popisuje návrhy na minimalizaci rizik spojených s automatizací a digitalizací v Česku a na Slovensku.

Brno 2023 The content of the thesis is to describe and evaluate the economic situation of the small family farm Cornland s.r.o. and process a proposal for the further development of its activity. In the literary research, an overview of the current situation, political strategies, the importance and specifics of small family farms and the importance of strategic management and strategic decision-making are summarized. The part of the own work summarizes the characteristics of the company Cornland S.r.o., the analysis of the company's management, the structure and development of the company's assets, the development of the economic result, the structure of costs and revenues. On the basis of the previous analyses, a SWOT analysis was made, strategies were proposed and a draft of measures for the strategic development of the company was drawn up. In the end, the main results were summarized Matejovič, B., Ekonomické hodnocení činnosti malé rodinné farmy a návrh dalšího rozvoje. Diplomová práce. Brno 2023 Náplní diplomové práce je popsat a vyhodnotit ekonomickou situaci malé rodinné farmy Cornland s.r.o. a zpracovat návrh pro další rozvoj její činnosti. V literární rešerši je zpracován přehled o současné situaci, politických strategiích, dále je shrnut význam a specifika malých rodinných farem a význam strategického managementu a strategického rozhodování. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design, develop and put into operation a secure system for the digitization of documents for the staff of the Moravian Library in Brno. The design of the system will be based on a thorough analysis and will be handed over to the development team upon completion. After controlled development, the application will be containerized and then deployed. The result will be a new digitization line system that automates and simplifies the work of trained users. Cílem práce je navrhnout, vyvinout a nasadit bezpečný systém pro digitalizaci dokumentů pro pracovníky Moravské zemské knihovny v Brně. Návrh systému bude vycházet z důkladné analýzy a po jejím dokončení bude předán vývojovému týmu. Po řízeném vývoji bude aplikace kontejnerizována a následně nasazena. Výsledkem bude nový systém digitalizační linky, který automatizuje a zjednodušuje práci proškolených uživatelů.

The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of the Conference on the Future of Europe, which is considered as an unprecedented tool of deliberative democracy, facilitating a closer relationship between the European Union and its citizens. The objective of this research is to explore and evaluate the correlation between citizens´ trust in the European Union and their willingness to engage in the Conference on the Future of Europe, specifically in the Slovak and Czech Republic. Additionally, it scrutinizes environmental issues within the context of the Conference and measures aimed at protecting the environment. The research was conducted through a quantitative questionnaire survey, which was administered in both countries, with a total sample of 460 respondents. Statistical analyses were used to test the hypotheses, which revealed that the attitudes of the Czech and Slovak republic on this topic are not diametrically opposed, which made it possible to propose starting points for both countries in the same sense. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Konference o budoucnosti Evropy, která je považována za bezprecedentní nástroj deliberativní demokracie a jejímž prostřednictvím se měla Evropská unie přiblížit svým občanům. Cílem práce je prozkoumat a zhodnotit vztah mezi důvěrou slovenských a českých občanů v Evropskou unii a jejich ochotou účastnit se Konference o budoucnosti Evropy. Bližší pozornost je věnována také problematice životního prostředí v kontextu Konference o budoucnosti Evropy a opatřením vedoucím k ochraně životního prostředí. Výzkum byl proveden formou kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření realizovaného v obou zemích na celkovém vzorku čtyř set šedesáti respondentů, jehož výsledky jsou následně porovnány. K ověření hypotéz byly použity statistické analýzy, které ukázaly, že postoje české a slovenské veřejnosti k tomuto tématu nejsou diametrálně odlišné, což umožnilo navrhnout východiska pro obě země ve stejném smyslu.
