Modernization of LV switchboards in meshed network in Brno

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a research on the topic of LV grid, its application and specifics of its operation and design in the first part. This part also describes the indicators of the quality of power supply, their impact on the distributor and the influence of the grid network on their form. In the practical part, for a specific investment action consisting in the renewal of LV switchboards in the grid node stations in Brno, a technical report is prepared, which will serve as a basis for the implementation of the renewal itself. Furthermore, the current development of the switchboards is evaluated and a solution is proposed for the reconstruction of the stations, including atypical ones. Náplní této bakalářské práce je v první části provést rešerši na téma mřížová síť NN, její uplatnění a specifika jejího provozování a projektování. V této části jsou dále popsány ukazatele kvality dodávky elektrické energie, jejich dopad na distributora a vliv mřížové sítě na jejich podobu. V praktické části je pro konkrétní investiční akci, spočívající v obnově rozváděčů NN v uzlových tanicích mřížové sítě v Brně, vypracována typová technická zpráva, která bude sloužit jako podklad pro provádění samotné obnovy. Dále je zhodnocen stávající vývoj rozváděčů a navrženo řešení pro provádění rekonstrukce stanic, včetně těch atypických.

Changes in the sensory quality and volatile compounds profile of smear ripened cheese during storage

This bachelor thesis deals with the changes in sensory quality, volatile compounds profile and microbial profile of two smear ripened cheese, Olomoucké tvarůžky and Romadur, during their storage for four weeks. The sensory analysis, specifically the assessment of appearance, colour, texture, aroma and taste, showed differences between the two cheeses, which increased during storage (ripening). The greatest differences were observed in the assessment of taste, which improved during ageing for Olomoucké tvarůžky and deteriorated for Romadur. Analysis of volatile compounds by headspace solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography and mass detection revealed the presence of 57 substances belonging to 9 chemical groups. The composition of the cheese varied in terms of number and content of compounds, with alcohols, ketones and acids being the most abundant. In Romadur, esters predominated quantitatively, and in Olomoucké tvarůžky, sulphur compounds. The total amount of volatile substances in tvarůžky increased during maturation, whereas the opposite was true for Romadur. Microbial analysis showed the presence of a diverse microbiome on the surface of the cheese. There were slight differences between the microbial composition of the cheeses. There was no evidence of change in the microbiome during ripening. The qPCR method was used to identify the microorganisms present. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá změnami senzorické kvality, profilu těkavých látek a mikrobiálního profilu dvou sýrů zrajících pod mazem, Olomouckých tvarůžků a Romaduru, během jejich skladování po dobu čtyř týdnů. Senzorická analýza, konkrétně hodnocení vzhledu, barvy, textury, vůně a chuti, prokázala rozdíly mezi oběma sýry, které se zvětšovaly v průběhu skladování (dozrávání). Největší rozdíly byly zaznamenány v hodnocení chuti, u tvarůžků se během prozrávání zlepšovala, u Romaduru naopak zhoršovala. Analýza těkavých látek pomocí headspace mikroextrakce na pevnou fázi ve spojení s plynovou chromatografií a hmotnostní detekcí odhalila přítomnost 57 látek, patřících do 9 chemických skupin. Složení sýrů se lišilo z hlediska počtu i obsahu sloučenin, nejpočetnější byly alkoholy, ketony a kyseliny. V Romaduru kvantitativně převažovaly estery, v tvarůžcích sirné sloučeniny. Během dozrávání se celkové množství těkavých látek v tvarůžku zvyšovalo, u Romaduru tomu bylo naopak. Mikrobiální rozbor prokázal přítomnost rozmanitého mikrobiomu na povrchu sýrů. Mezi mikrobiálním složením sýrů byly mírné rozdíly. Nebyla dokázána změna mikrobioumu v průběhu zraní. Metoda qPCR byla použita pro identifikaci přítomných mikroorganismů.

A review study of standards for strength analysis of total knee arthroplasty

This bachelor thesis is focused on the study of standards for strain and stress analysis of TKR (total knee replacement) - especially of the femoral component. In the first part of the thesis is a research of the knee replacement. This part beggins with anatomy, movements and loading of the knee joint, and continues to medical indications for replacement, the various parts and types of knee arthroplasty, and the materials used in TKR, including the durability of the knee arthroplasty. The next section of the thesis describes the standards, that are used for the knee arthroplasty, detailing standards for pre-clinical evaluation and standards for testing components of knee replacement using computer software with FEA. Finally, the thesis presents the application of the standard for femoral component testing using FEA. This standard is used to the comparison of two femoral components and their strain-stress analysis. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem norem pro deformačně napěťovou analýzu TEP (totální endoprotéza) kolenního kloubu – především femorální komponenty. V první části práce je provedena rešerše TEP kolenního kloubu od anatomie, pohybů a zatížení kolenního kloubu, až po zdravotní indikace k jeho výměně. Jsou zde popsány části a typy kolenní endoprotézy včetně použitých materiálů a životnosti kolenních endoprotéz. Další část práce se zabývá technické normy, které se používají pro kolenní endoprotézy, podrobněji jsou uvedeny normy pro předklinické hodnocení a normy pro testování komponent TEP pomocí počítačových softwarů metodou konečných prvků. Poslední část práce prezentuje aplikaci normy pro testování femorální komponenty pomocí MKP na porovnání dvou femorálních komponent a jejich deformačně napěťovou analýzu.

Options are becoming very popular tool for traders. In this theses I will first explain basic principles of markets, options, stocks and other relevant topics. Then I will perform research of brokers, who are working within Czech Republic and allow options trading. After that I will come up with various trading strategies for trading options, implement an environment for backtesting said strategies and analyse them. Finally I will implement an application for automated trading based on those strategies. Opce se v nedávné době stávají populárním nástrojem pro obchodníky na burze. V této praci nejprve vysvětlím základní principy fungování trhů, opcí, akcií a dalších souvisejicích témat. Následně provedu rešerši brokerů, kteří působí v rámci české republiky a umožňují obchodování s opcemi. Poté navrhnu strategie pro obchodování s opcemi, implementuji prostředí pro zpětné testování těchto strategií a provedu analýzu těch strategií. Na konec implementuji aplikaci pro automatizované provádění obchodů na základě daných strategií.

The bachelor thesis deals with the system of employee benefits in a selected company. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis examines employee benefits, internal and external influences on them and their tax advantage both from the employer's and the employee's side. The analytical part of the bachelor thesis evaluates the economic situation of the company, examines internal and external influences and also describes the remuneration system of the selected company. Lastly, the opinion of the employees of the company was sought through a questionnaire and the opinion of the management of the company was sought through an interview. The design part then deals with the cafeteria system, the choice of an external supplier, its benefits and disadvantages, variations of possible costs and its implementation in the company. Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem zaměstnaneckých výhod ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část bakalářské práce zkoumá zaměstnanecké výhody, vnitřní a vnější vlivy na ně a jejich daňovou výhodnost jak ze strany zaměstnavatele, tak ze strany zaměstnance. Analytická část bakalářské práce vyhodnocuje ekonomickou situaci společnosti, zkoumá vnitřní a vnější vlivy, a také popisuje systém odměňování vybrané společnosti. Jako poslední se zjišťoval názor zaměstnanců společnosti pomocí dotazníku a názor vedení společnosti pomocí rozhovoru. Návrhová část se potom zabývá systémem cafeteria, výběru externího dodavatele, jejích přínosů a nevýhod, variant možných nákladů i její implementace do společnosti.

Apartment building

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of an apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption. The aim is to create comprehensive project documentation for the construction. It must meet legislative requirements to facilitate the implementation of the design. The building is designed as a four-story structure with one underground floor, which houses an underground parking lot. It is topped with a single-layer flat roof above the top floor, which is distinctive in shape and features a green roof located on the ceiling structure of the underground floor. The apartment building contains 12 residential units intended for 33 people. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks, while the horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete. The main entrance is oriented on the southwest side from the green roof, which is accessible by a staircase from the original, relatively flat plot. Additionally, there are six parking spaces next to the building designated for visitors of the residents. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom bytového domu s takmer nulovou spotrebou energie. Zámerom je vytvorenie komplexnej projektovej dokumentácie pre prevedenie stavby. Musí spĺňať legislatívne požiadavky pre uľahčenie realizácie návrhu. Objekt je navrhnutý štvorpodlažný s jedným podzemným podlažím, v ktorom je umiestnené podzemné parkovisko. Ukončený je plochou jednoplášťovou strechou nad posledným podlažím, ktoré je špecifické svojím tvarom a vegetačnou strechou uloženou na stropnej konštrukcii podzemného podlažia. Bytový dom má 12 bytových jednotiek určených pre 33 osôb. Zvislé nosné konštrukcie sú tvorené keramickými tvarovkami. Vodorovné nosné konštrukcie sú železobetónové. Hlavný vstup je orientovaný na juhozápadnej strane z vegetačnej strechy, na ktoré vedie schodisko z pôvodného, pomerne rovinatého pozemku. Vedľa objektu je navrhnutých ešte 6 odstavných parkovacích miest určených pre návštevy obyvateľov bytového domu.

This bachelor’s thesis examines the methodology for evaluating the functionality and user experience of a multiplayer mobile game using geolocation technologies. The study focuses on identifying key factors influencing the enjoyment and success of the game across different environments and player counts. The research sample consists of players of the mobile game from various locations. Through a questionnaire survey, the study analyzes how participants express their views on various aspects of the game and whether these aspects influence their overall impression and experience. The findings provide valuable insights into the factors contributing to the success of mobile games and can serve as a basis for further development and optimization of gaming applications. Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá metodiku hodnocení funkčnosti a uživatelské zkušenosti mobilní hry pro více hráčů s využitím geolokačních technologií. Práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci klíčových faktorů ovlivňujících zábavnost a úspěšnost hry v různých prostředích a s různým počtem hráčů. Výzkumný soubor tvoří hráči mobilní hry z různých lokalit. Formou dotazníkového šetření se analyzuje, jak se účastníci vyjadřují k různým aspektům hry a zda tyto aspekty ovlivňují jejich celkový dojem a zážitek. Získané poznatky poskytují důležitý vhled do faktorů, které přispívají k úspěšnosti mobilní her a mohou sloužit jako základ pro další vývoj a optimalizaci herních aplikací.

Detection of Material Surface Damage Based on a Photograph

This work focuses on the use of various types of neural networks for detecting surface damage of materials from photographs and evaluates their effectiveness. Identifying different types of damage, such as cracks, scratches, and other defects, is essential for assessing the condition of materials and may indicate the need for further maintenance or repairs. The use of advanced neural networks allows for more precise detection and classification of damage, which is crucial for applications in areas such as construction, the automotive industry, and aerospace engineering, where rapid and reliable diagnostics of material defects are critical. Integrating these technologies into regular inspection processes can significantly improve accident prevention and extend the lifespan of structural components. The work also discusses the possibilities for improvement and adaptation of algorithms to specific materials and types of damage. Thus, this work demonstrates how advanced machine learning technologies can significantly contribute to more effective and reliable material condition monitoring, opening paths for future innovations in maintenance and safety. Tato práce se zaměřuje na využití několika typů neuronových sítí pro detekci poškození povrchu materiálů z fotografií a hodnotí jejich účinnost. Identifikace různých typů poškození, jako jsou trhliny, škrábance a další defekty, je nezbytná pro posouzení kondice materiálů a může upozornit na potřebu další údržby nebo oprav. Použití pokročilých neuronových sítí umožňuje přesnější detekci a klasifikaci poškození, což je klíčové pro aplikace v oblastech jako stavebnictví, automobilový průmysl a letecké inženýrství, kde rychlá a spolehlivá diagnostika materiálových vad je kritická. Integrace těchto technologií do pravidelných inspekčních procesů může významně zlepšit prevenci havárií a prodloužit životnost konstrukčních komponent. Práce dále diskutuje možnosti zlepšení a adaptace algoritmů na specifické materiály a typy poškození. Tato práce tedy ukazuje, jak mohou pokročilé technologie strojového učení významně přispět k efektivnějšímu a spolehlivějšímu monitorování stavu materiálů, což otevírá cesty pro budoucí inovace v oblasti údržby a bezpečnosti.

As technology evolves, so does maintenance. In recent years, predictive maintenance has developed the most and is increasingly used. In the case of vibrations in particular, this type of maintenance brings better results than the types of maintenance previously used. Compared to other types of maintenance, predictive maintenance is more difficult to implement. When implementing it is necessary to follow its procedure: data pre-processing, feature extraction, determination of the health indicator, training of the predictive model, and evaluation.There are many software programs that provide features for predictive maintenance. In this thesis, the Predictive Maintenance Toolbox from the Matlab was used. Subsequently, the knowledge of the implementation of predictive maintenance was applied to the experimental data obtained by measuring bearing vibrations to predict RUL. S vývojem technologií se vyvíjet i údržba. V posledních letech se nejvíce rozvíjí a začíná se aplikovat prediktivní údržba. Tento typ údržby přináší lepší výsledky než doposud používané typy údržby, zejména u vibrací. Oproti ostatním typům údržby, je těžší prediktivní údržbu zaimplementovat. Při implementaci je nutno dodržet její postup: předzpracování dat, extrakci features, určení Health indicatoru, trénink prediktivního modelu a vyhodnocení. Jednalo se hlavně o seznámení s tímto postup. K dispozici je mnoho softwarů, které nabízí funkce pro aplikaci prediktivní údržby. V této práci byl použit Predictive maintenance toolbox z programu Matlab. Následně znalosti o aplikaci prediktivní údržby byly použity na experimentálních datem získané měřením vibrací ložisek pro předpověď RUL.
