Zavedení a použití metody genomické microarray (array CGH) u hematologických malignit

A new molecular cytogenetic method called array CGH, has been recently developed and increasingly used to investigate genetic profiles of malignant disorders. In contrast to conventional CGH using metaphase spreads for hybridization, array CGH employed BAC/PAC or oligonucleotide platforms with a much higher resolution that nowadays reached a few kb. Nová molekulárně cytogenetická metoda, nazvaná arrayCGH, byla vyvinuta teprve v nedávné době, ale stále více se uplatňuje ve výzkumu molekulárně genetické podstaty maligních onemocnění. Na rozdíl od metody CGH, která detekuje genomické aberace na metafázních chromosomech, dosahuje array CGH využívající k hybridizaci BAC/PAC nebo oligonukleotidových čipů mnohem vyššího rozlišení, až několik kb.
