Ilona Kučerová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s Guillain-Barré syndromem Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí základních poznatků o Guillain-Barré syndromu se zaměřením na fyzioterapeutickou péči v teoretické části a následné zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s Guillain-Barré syndromem ve speciální části práce. Metody: Bakalářská práce se dělí na část teoretickou a speciální. V teoretické části se nachází charakteristika, klasifikace, příčiny a diagnostika Guillain-Barré syndromu. Dále jsou zde zpracovány možnosti léčby včetně fyzioterapeutických přístupů u toho onemocnění. Speciální část obsahuje zpracovanou kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s Guillain-Barré syndromem, která vznikla v rámci souvislé odborné praxe v Nemocnici Milosrdných sester sv. Karla Boromejského v termínu 8.1. - 2.2. 2024. Kazuistika se skládá ze vstupního kineziologického rozboru, popisu terapeutických jednotek, výstupního kineziologického rozboru a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Po absolvování terapií došlo u pacienta ke zlepšení stability a stereotypu chůze. Pacient již nepotřebuje k chůzi kompenzační pomůcku. Ilona Kučerová Title: Case study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize basic knowledge about Guillain- Barré syndrome with the focus on physiotherapical care in the theoretical part and a subsequent case study of a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome. Methodes: The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains the characteristics, classification, causes and diagnosis of Guillain-Barré syndrome. Furthermore, treatment options including physiotherapeutic approaches for the disease are elaborated here. The practical part contains a case study of physiotherapy care for a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome. The case report consists of an initial and final examination, a description of the therapeutic sessions and an evaluation of the therapy effect. Results: After completing the therapy, the patient's stability and walking stereotype improved. The patient no longer needs a compensatory aid to walk. We could also see an improvement in overall physical condition. Speech therapy prevention from the perspective of the kindergarten director

2024 - Czech Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá logopedickou prevencí z pohledu ředitele mateřské školy. V souladu s cílem práce analyzuje současný stav a zjišťuje možnosti podpory a rizika v oblasti logopedické prevence ve vybraných mateřských školách. Sleduje úroveň práce v mateřských školách ve smyslu zajištění spolupráce se speciálně pedagogickým centrem, pedagogicko- psychologickou poradnou, klinickým logopedem a dalším vzděláváním pedagogických pracovníků se zaměřením na logopedického asistenta. Dále uvádí, jaké jsou možnosti získání finančních prostředků na pomůcky pro děti s poruchami řeči, na další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků nebo pro případnou spolupráci s klinickým logopedem přímo v mateřské škole. Práce zmiňuje také grantové programy, které nabízí MŠMT. Nastiňuje také možný postup pro změnu či zefektivnění logopedické prevence a motivační metody pro aktivní přístup pedagogických pracovníků, které může ředitel mateřské školy využít. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu dat výzkumného šetření, pro které byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumu. Pro výzkum byly osloveny mateřské školy v Pardubickém kraji a Kraji Vysočina, kde je logopedická prevence zavedena. Obě školy se logopedické prevenci věnují a s ředitelkami těchto škol byl veden strukturovaný rozhovor. Výsledky výzkumného šetření... This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of speech therapy prevention from the perspective of the kindergarten director. In accordance with the aim of the thesis, it analyses the current situation and identifies the possibilities of support and risks in the field of speech therapy prevention in selected kindergartens. It studies the state and level of work in kidergartens in terms of ensuring cooperation with a special pedagogical center, a pedagogical-psychological counselling center, a clinical speech therapist and further education of pedagogical staff with a focus on speech therapy assistants. It also indicates the possibilities of obtaining financial resources for aids for children with speech disorders, for further education of teaching staff or for possible cooperation with a clinical speech therapist directly in the kindergarten. The thesis also mentions the grant programs offered by the Ministry of Education and Culture. It also outlines a possible procedure for changing or increasing the efficiency of speech therapy prevention and motivational methods for the active approach of teaching staff, which can be used by the kindergarten director. The theoretical part of the work is complemented by the analysis of the research survey data, for which the qualitative research method was chosen.... Reflected experience of young adults growing up in a Christian community

2024 - Czech Tato práce zkoumá reflektovanou zkušenost mladých dospělých s vyrůstáním v křesťanské komunitě. Zaměřuje se především na vliv křesťanské výchovy a komunity na dospívajícího jedince, konkrétně na jeho formování a prožívání. Cílem výzkumu bylo lépe porozumět specifickému paradoxu, že ač by dle teorie měla být křesťanská komunita pro dospívajícího jedince zdrojem opory a měla by přispívat ke zdravému sebepojetí, dospívající často pociťují kontextu komunity negativní emoce jako jsou pocity úzkosti, selhání a nedostatečnosti. Bylo při tom vycházeno z konceptu Božích vnuků a výzkumná otázka se ptala, zda, popřípadě jak konkrétně, se tento koncept odráží v prožívání těchto dospívajících. K získání odpovědí na tuto otázku bylo realizováno sedm polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s mladými dospělými, kteří vyrůstali v křesťanské komunitě. Tematická analýza umožnila nalézt témata, která hlouběji odhalují specifickou zkušenost respondentů. Témata pak byla porovnávána se znaky Božích vnuků a ukázalo se, že koncept Božích vnuků je do značné míry užitečný nástroj pro pochopení komplexního vlivu křesťanské výchovy na dospívajícího jedince. Závěry práce vyzývají citlivému přístupu a podpoře dospívajících věřících ze strany rodičů i komunity při křesťanské výchově. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA Křesťanská komunita, dospívající, Boží vnuci,... This thesis explores the reflected experience of young adults growing up in a Christian community. It focuses primarily on the impact of Christian education and community on the adolescent, specifically on the formation of the individual. The goal of the research was to better understand the specific paradox that, although theory suggests that Christian community should be a source of support for the adolescent and should contribute to a healthy self-concept, adolescent often experience negative emotions such as feeling of anxiety, failure and inadequacy in the context of community. Theory was based on the concept of God's grandchildren and the research question asked whether, if so how specifically, this concept is reflected in the experiences of these adolescents. To obtain answers to this question, seven semi- structured interviews were conducted with young adults who had grown up in a Christian community. Thematic analysis enabled themes that more deeply revealed the specific experience of the respondents. The themes were compared with the characteristics of God's grandchildren and the concept proved to be a largely useful tool for understanding the complex impact of Christian education on the adolescent.
