Metody: Obecná část zahrnuje teoretické informace o Parkinsonově chorobě z hlediska klinického obrazu, etiopatogeneze, patofyziologie, diagnostických možností a léčby včetně té rehabilitační. Speciální část obsahuje samotnou kazuistiku pacienta, která vznikla v rámci bakalářských praxí v Nemocnici Milosrdných sester svatého Karla Boromejského. Výsledky: Cíle teoretické i speciální části byly splněny. Závěr: Dle zhodnocení efektu terapie lze říci, že fyzioterapeutické péče byla úspěšná, protože měla dle výsledků částečný pozitivní vliv na pacientův stav. Svatava Neuwirthová Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with Parkinson's disease Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis i to process a case study of a ptient diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in the special part and in the theorethical part to provide information about this diagnosis, particularly focusing on etiopathogenesis, diagnosis ant treatment. Methods: The general part includes theoretical information about Parkinson's disease concerning clinical presentation, ethiopathogenesis, pathophysiology, diagnostic options and teratment, including rehabilitation. The special part contains the case report of the patient, whoch was developer during the bachelor's internship at the Nemocnice milosrdných sester svatého Karla Boromejského. Results: The objectives of both the theorethical and special parts were fulfilled. Conclusion: Based on the evaluation of the therapy's efect, it can be stated that physiotherapeutic care was succesful because it had a partially positive impact on the patient's condition. Metody: Bakalářská práce se dělí na část teoretickou a speciální. V teoretické části se nachází charakteristika, klasifikace, příčiny a diagnostika Guillain-Barré syndromu. Dále jsou zde zpracovány možnosti léčby včetně fyzioterapeutických přístupů u toho onemocnění. Speciální část obsahuje zpracovanou kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s Guillain-Barré syndromem, která vznikla v rámci souvislé odborné praxe v Nemocnici Milosrdných sester sv. Karla Boromejského v termínu 8.1. - 2.2. 2024. Kazuistika se skládá ze vstupního kineziologického rozboru, popisu terapeutických jednotek, výstupního kineziologického rozboru a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Po absolvování terapií došlo u pacienta ke zlepšení stability a stereotypu chůze. Pacient již nepotřebuje k chůzi kompenzační pomůcku. Ilona Kučerová Title: Case study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize basic knowledge about Guillain- Barré syndrome with the focus on physiotherapical care in the theoretical part and a subsequent case study of a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome. Methodes: The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains the characteristics, classification, causes and diagnosis of Guillain-Barré syndrome. Furthermore, treatment options including physiotherapeutic approaches for the disease are elaborated here. The practical part contains a case study of physiotherapy care for a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome. The case report consists of an initial and final examination, a description of the therapeutic sessions and an evaluation of the therapy effect. Results: After completing the therapy, the patient's stability and walking stereotype improved. The patient no longer needs a compensatory aid to walk. We could also see an improvement in overall physical condition. 2024 - Czech Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá subjektivním wellbeingem přírodovědně nadaných dospívajících. Cílem práce je popsat subjektivní wellbeing v kontextu nadaných dospívajících a zjistit, kdy jsou tito jedinci šťastní. Jako vzorek nadaných dospívajících byli vybráni účastníci Letního odborného soustředění Běstvinka. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na různá členění wellbeingu včetně modelů a jejich srovnání, která slouží k lepší orientaci v tomto komplexním jevu. Výzkumná část práce představuje výzkumné otázky a cíle práce včetně použité metodologie. Prvním cílem práce je popsat subjektivní wellbeing nadaných dospívajících. Výzkumné otázky se zaměřují na prozkoumání subjektivního wellbiengu, prozkoumání rozdílu mezi pohlavími a mezi dvěma skupinami tábora. Další výzkumné otázky se týkají zjištění, kdy jsou nadaní dospívající šťastní a zjištění v jakém vztahu je subjektivní wellbeing a self-efficacy u tohoto výzkumného vzorku. Druhý cíl této práce je zjistit, co podporuje subjektivní wellbeing přírodovědně nadaných dospívajících. Prostřednictvím výzkumné otázky bylo zjišťováno, které konkrétní faktory podporují subjektivní wellbeing těchto jedinců. Pro popis wellbeingu byly zvoleny dotazníky PISA 2015, PISA 2018 a dotazník WHO-5, který měří subjektivní wellbeing v posledních dvou týdnech. V rámci zisku... This bachelor's thesis focuses on the subjective wellbeing of science-gifted adolescents. The goal of this thesis is to describe subjective wellbeing in the context of gifted adolescents and to determine when these individuals are happy. Participants of the summer science camp Běstvinka were selected as the sample of the gifted adolescents. The theoretical part focuses on different categories of wellbeing, including models and their comparisons, to better understand this complex phenomenon. The research part of the thesis presents the research questions and objectives of the thesis including the methodology used. The first goal of the thesis is to describe the subjective wellbeing of gifted adolescents. The research questions focus on exploring subjective wellbeing, examining the difference between genders and between the two camp groups. Other research questions aim to find out when gifted adolescents are happy and finding out how subjective wellbeing and self-efficacy are related in this research sample. The second goal of this study is to determine what promotes subjective wellbeing in science gifted adolescents. 2024 - Czech Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá streptofytními řasami, přičemž zvláštní pozornost je věnována třídě Zygnematophyceae. Práce je pojata jako literární rešerše, která si klade za cíl shrnout současné poznatky o streptofytních řasách a zejména pak o třídě Zygnematophyceae. Dále práce uvádí na pravou míru fylogenetické vztahy uvnitř této skupiny, které se v historii jevily jako problematické. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na popis, ekologii a taxonomii streptofytních linií, zároveň je kladen důraz na význam těchto skupin při studiu tzv. terestrizace, tedy kolonizace souše. Významnou součástí této práce je poukázání na ekologickou a evoluční roli streptofytních řas, zejména v kontextu jejich adaptace na suchozemské prostředí. Vedlejším cílem práce je poukázat na problémy spojené s celou heterogenní a nejednotně definovanou skupinou řas. Práce upozorňuje na fakt, že řasy nejsou monofyletickou skupinou, jelikož zahrnují různé fylogenetické a taxonomické linie. Tato práce může sloužit jako základ pro další výzkum v oblasti algologie, a tudíž přispívat k lepšímu pochopení a orientaci v problematice procesu terestrizace. This bachelor's thesis deals with streptophyte algae, with special attention given to the class Zygnematophyceae. The thesis is written as a literature review, aiming to summarize existing knowledge about streptophyte algae, particularly focusing on the class Zygnematophyceae. Additionally, the thesis elucidates the phylogenetic relationships within this group, which historically have been challenging. The thesis primarily focuses on the description, ecology, and taxonomy of streptophyte lineages, emphasizing their significance in the study of terrestrialization, or the colonization of land. A significant part of this thesis is therefore to highlight the ecological and evolutionary role of streptophyte algae, especially in the context of their adaptation to terrestrial environments. An additional aim of the thesis is to address the issues associated with the group of algae, given their inconsistent definition. The thesis points out that algae do not form a monophyletic group, as they encompass various taxonomic lineages. This thesis can serve as a foundation for further research in the field of algology, thereby contributing to a better understanding and orientation in the process of terrestrialization. V rámci speciální části je vypracována kazuistika pacientky M. S. s diagnózou stav po implantaci totální endoprotézy levého kolenního kloubu. Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis is the theoretical elaboration of osteoarthritis issues focusing on the knee joint and the indication for total knee arthroplasty, as well as the processing of a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with this diagnosis and the evaluation of the therapy provided. Methods: The general part was elaborated through a review of theoretical foundations regarding osteoarthritis issues and the indication for total knee arthroplasty.
