The subject of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for building permits and part of the documentation for the implementation of construction based on the assignment, witch was provided in the course BGA021 – Architectural Design Studio 2. in the winter semester of the 2nd year on the topic of industrial building. The subject of the study is the design of a new industrial building. The facility will be used for the production and distribution of cider and it is presentation to the public. The parcel is located in the village of Víchov, which belongd to the catchment area of Černošín, in the Tachov district in the Pilden region. The concept of the architectural concept was to create a space that would suit the intended industrual aktivity, while at the same time it is material design would not contrast with the architecture of the nearby village. There are 3 single-storey volumes which, with their shape and butteresses, mirror the function located in them. The production area, finished in gray plaster, is elevated and covered by a shed roof. The storage area is finished in gray plaster and covered by a flat green roof. The main volume is finished in white plaster, This functional unit includes a showroom, entrance hall, changing room, offices and staff canteen with access to the atrium. Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhotovení projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení a části dokumentace pro provádění stavby na základě zadání, které bylo poskytnuto v předmětu BGA021 – Ateliér architektonické tvorby 2. v zimním semestru 2. Ročníku na téma průmyslové stavby Tématem studie je návrh novostavby průmyslového objektu. Areál bude sloužit na výrobu cideru a distribuci a jeho prezentaci veřejnosti. Řešený pozemek se nachází v obci Víchov, která patří do spádové oblasti Černošín okres Tachov v Plzeňském kraji. Konceptem architektonického řešení bylo vytvořit prostor, který bude vyhovovat zamýšlené průmyslové činnosti, zároveň svým hmotovým řešením nebude kontrastovat s architekturou blízké vesnice. Jedná se o 3 jednopodlažní objemy, které svým tvarem a rizality zrcadlí funkci nacházející se v nich. Výrobní část je v povrchové úpravě šedé omítky je převýšena a zastřešena pultovou střechou. Skladové prostory jsou povrchově upraveny šedou omítkou a zastřešeny plochou zelenou střechou. V hlavní objem je v povrchové úpravě bíle omítnut. V tomto funkčním celku se nachází showroom, vstupní hala, šatny, kanceláře a jídelna pro zaměstnance s přístupem do atria.

The bachelor thesis deals with the construction of a multifunctional residential building in a gap on Hlinky Street. The aim is to create a pleasant and healthy living environment, a place for relaxation and tranquility. As an added function to living, there is a multifunctional space intended for rental. The proposed building is primarily a place - a home where people return every day to relax mentally and physically as well, and which provides them a cozy, quality, and affordable housing. Bakalářská práce se zabývá výstavbou polyfunkčního bytového domu v proluce na ulici Hlinky. Cílem je vytvořit příjemné a zdravé prostředí k bydlení, místo odpočinku a pokoje. Jako přidaná funkce k bydlení slouží polyfunkční prostor určený k pronájmu. Navržená budova má být především místo - domov, kam se lidé každý den vracejí, aby si tam psychicky i fyzicky odpočinuli, a které jim poskytuje útulné, kvalitní a dostupné bydlení.

The subject of my bachelor's thesis focuses on the concept of a residential building and student dormitories in the urban district of Brno – Stránice. The studied area is situated in close proximity to Kraví Hory. The northwest boundary of the plot also represents the outskirts of Náměstí Míru. The southwest part of the plot adjoins existing student dormitories, while the southeast boundary connects to a local road, Cyril and Methodius gymnasium, and a secondary vocational school for pedagogy. The surroundings efficiently connect to urban transportation infrastructure, and in terms of automobile traffic, the area is linked to several main roads, with direct access from the north to the main road Údolní and further to the adjacent Lerchova Street. The proposed complex consists of a residential building and student dormitories. This work specifically addresses one of the two blocks of student dormitories, a four-story building with one underground floor. In the underground floor, there are garages and a technical room. The top of the building is terminated by a flat green roof. The construction is designed using a system of ceramic masonry, Porotherm, insulated with mineral wool. The ceilings are predominantly designed systematically, using the MIAKO ceiling system, with the exception of the ceiling above the basement. Each floor offers six dormitory rooms for two to three students, and from the second floor upwards, some rooms are supplemented with comfortable balconies. These rooms include a kitchen, bathroom and a living area. End rooms are specially designed for individuals with reduced mobility. Each floor's corridor provides space for communication, reading, or phone calls, thanks to the presence of seating furniture. The basement serves as garages and also houses a technical room. The building's facade is designed as plastered, complemented by window frames antracid coloured and railings in turquoise, contributing to young appearance of the entire structure. Téma mé bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na koncept bytového domu a studentských kolejí v městské části Brno – Stránice. Studovaný areál je situován v blízkosti Kraví Hory. Severozápadní hranice pozemku zároveň tvoří periferii Náměstí Míru. Jihozápadní část pozemku sousedí s existujícími studentskými kolejemi, zatímco jihovýchodní hranice navazuje na místní komunikaci, Cyrilometodějské gymnázium a střední odbornou školu pedagogickou. Okolí efektivně komunikuje s městskou dopravní infrastrukturou, a v rámci automobilové dopravy má areál spojení s hlavními komunikacemi, s přímým přístupem ze severu na hlavní silnici Údolní a dále na sousedící komunikaci Lerchovu. Navrhovaný areál se skládá z bytového domu a studentských kolejí. Tato práce se konkrétně věnuje jednomu ze dvou bloků studentských kolejí, a to čtyřpodlažní budově s jedním podzemním podlažím. V podzemním podlaží se nacházejí hromadné garáže a technická místnost. Objekt je zakončen plochou vegetační střechou. Konstrukce je navržena z systémového keramického zdiva Porotherm, zatepleného minerální vatou. Stropy jsou převážně řešeny systémově, konkrétně skládaným MIAKO stropem, s výjimkou stropu nad suterénem. Každé podlaží nabízí šest kolejních pokojů pro dva až tři studenty, a od druhého podlaží výš jsou některé pokoje doplněny o komfortní lodžie. Tyto pokoje obsahují kuchyňku, koupelnu a pokoj. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na zajištění dostatečného úložného prostoru. Krajní pokoje jsou speciálně navrženy pro osoby se sníženou schopností pohybu. Chodba v každém podlaží poskytuje navíc prostor pro komunikaci, čtení nebo telefonování, díky přítomnosti sedacího nábytku. Suterén slouží jako garáže a zahrnuje také technickou místnost. Fasáda budovy je navržena jako omítnutá, doplněná o rámy oken v antracitové barvě a zábradlí v modře tyrkysové. Barevnost je zvolena v souladu s mladistvým účelem budovy.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a car center for the VW Group in Brno. The car center includes a showroom with the sale of new cars from the brands VW, Seat, Škoda, and Audi, a spare parts shop, and a service center. The site under consideration is located in the Brno – Komárov district, between Sokolova and Hněvkovského streets. There is a planned construction of a road from Sokolova Street on the site, dividing it into two parts, with the car center situated in the larger part along Hněvkovského Street. The new road will provide access to the facility for vehicles. The proposed car center is a standalone two-story building consisting of two prismatic-shaped volumes connected to each other with a trapezoidal footprint. It is a structure with two halls made of a steel skeletal system with a reinforced concrete core between them. The halls are differentiated in terms of height, function, and color. The roof is green (vegetative) and equipped with solar panels. The showroom for the sale of new cars and the spare parts shop are located in the taller hall, which features a prominently glazed column-truss facade. This facade is followed by a Dri Design Tapered cassette system in a dark blue color (RAL 5026) at the level of the roof's supporting structure. The service area with a warehouse is situated in the smaller, more expansive hall, and its facade consists of vertically laid sandwich panels with a smooth surface in a light color (RAL 9016), and horizontally laid sandwich panels in the color RAL 5026 in columns around the doors and windows. The halls thus contrast with each other. The hygiene facilities for employees are located in the reinforced concrete core. Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh autocentra pro VW Group v Brně. Součástí autocentra je showroom s prodejem nových vozů od značek VW, Seat, Škoda a Audi, prodejna náhradních dílů a servis. Řešený pozemek se nachází v městské části Brno – Komárov mezi ulicemi Sokolova a Hněvkovského. Na pozemku je plánovaná výstavba silniční komunikace z ulice Sokolova, která rozdělí pozemek na dvě části, kdy autocentrum bude umístěno ve větší části při ulici Hněvkovského. Z této nové komunikace pak bude areál přístupný pro vozidla. Navrhované autocentrum je samostatná dvoupodlažní budova sestávající ze dvou hmot ve tvaru hranolů s lichoběžníkovým půdorysem vzájemně propojených. Jedná se o stavbu dvou hal z ocelového skeletového systému se ztužujícím železobetonovým jádrem mezi nimi. Haly jsou rozlišeny výškově, provozně i barevně. Střecha je vegetační a jsou na ni umístěny solární panely. Showroom pro prodej nových vozů a prodejna náhradních dílů se nachází v té vyšší, která je výrazně prosklena sloupko-příčkovou fasádou, na kterou v úrovni nosné konstrukce střechy navazuje fasádní kazetový systém Dri Design Tapered v tmavě modré barvě RAL 5026. Servis se skladem se nachází v menší rozlehlejší hale, jejíž fasáda je tvořena sendvičovými panely vertikálně kladenými s hladkou povrchovou úpravou ve světlé barvě RAL 9016 a sendvičovými panely horizontálně kladenými v barvě RAL 5026 v sloupcích v prostoru vrat a oken. Haly si tak vzájemně kontrastují. Hygienické zázemí pro zaměstnance je umístěno v železobetonovém jádře.

Analysis of an asynchronous machine with electronically switchable pole count.

This Masters thesis deals with pole-changing machines. Advantages and possible design of these machines was presented in the first chapter. The use of pole-changing machines in electric traction was discussed in the second chapter, together with the possibility of fluent pole change. The last chapter deals with construction of these machines and their inventors. In the fourth chapter an equivalent circuit model of the machine was presented and later used to calculate basic machine parameters for the use in finite element method. In the fifth chapter a machine with toroidal winding was designed, which allows various coil connections and thus it allows the winding to have different pole and phase count. Several possible connections and combinations of phase and pole numbers were presented and exemined with the help of finite element method. Based on this analysis, an asynchronous motor with distributed winding was designed in the last chapter and its ability to increase efficiency at higher speeds by changing the number of poles was verified. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá elektrickými stroji s přepínatelným počtem pólů. V první kapitole byly uvedeny výhody těchto strojů a možnosti jejich konstrukce. V druhé kapitole bylo diskutováno využití těchto strojů v elektrické trakci a způsoby plynulého přepínání pólů, které tato aplikace vyžaduje. V třetí části byla představena návrhová problematika strojů s přepínatelným počtem pólů a jejich frekvenčních měničů. Ve čtvrté kapitole byl popsán náhradní model pro určení základních parametrů stroje pro pozdější využití s metodou konečných prvků. V páté kapitole byl navržen stroj s toroidním vinutím umožňující libovolné propojení cívek a vinutí lze tedy zapojit s různým počtem pólů a fází. Dále zde byly představeny a zkoumány kombinace zapojení s různým počtem pólů a fází s pomocí metody konečných prvků. Na základě této analýzy byl v poslední kapitole navržen asynchronní motor s rozloženým vinutím, u kterého byla ověřena schopnost zvýšení účinnosti při vyšších otáčkách změnou počtu pólů.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current state of the machine and to propose a possible solution for the modernization of the machine and to implement selected parts. The thesis includes documentation of the original state of the Tenryu MT-5530LQ automatic machine and its documentation after modernization. In the introductory part, the theory of the automatic machine is described, this chapter is followed by a description of the function and design of the aforementioned machine. The third chapter describes and identifies the machine components that need to be replaced or repaired. The fourth chapter of this thesis contains a complete proposal for the modernization of the machine, including the possible results of the modernization. These previous chapters are followed by chapters 5, 6 and 7 where new cards for the proposed control system are described and the thesis concludes with a summary of the impact of the upgrade on the machine including options for continuing to upgrade the machine. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit stávající stav osazovacího automatu a navrhnout možné řešení modernizace stroje a realizovat vybrané části. Součástí práce je dokumentace původního stavu automatu Tenryu MT-5530LQ a jeho dokumentace po modernizaci. V úvodní části je popsána teorie osazovacích automatů, na tuto kapitolu navazuje popis funkce a konstrukce již zmíněného automatu. Ve třetí kapitole se nacházejí popsané a vytipované součásti stroje, které je nutno nahradit, či opravit. Ve čtvrté kapitole této práce se nachází kompletní návrh modernizace automatu včetně možných výsledků modernizace. Na tyto předchozí kapitoly navazují kapitoly číslo 5, 6 a 7, kde jsou popsané nové karty pro nový řídicí systém a práce je zakončena shrnutím dopadu modernizace na stroj včetně možností dalšího pokračování na modernizaci stroje.

The project is centered around architectural design of a mixed-use building primarily tailored for residential purposes, with a specific focus on student accommodation. This decision is grounded in a thorough analysis of the surrounding area. I am proposing a design that integrates tennis club already existing on the site while introducing new functional elements. These include a café/bar, study spaces, interior sport hall with a padel court and a hostel. One of the tennis courts is on the ground and one is on a roof of the building. In my proposal, I am opening the site more to the public, allowing anyone to enjoy the views and atmosphere it offers, thereby creating a place for a community. Projekt se zaměřuje na architektonický návrh polyfunkční budovy převážně určené k bydlení, s konkrétním zaměřením na ubytování pro studenty. Tato volba je založena na důkladné analýze okolní oblasti. Návrh integruje již existující tenisový klub a zároveň přináší nové funkční prvky. Mezi ně patří kavárna/bar, studijní prostory, vnitřní sportovní hala s padelovým kurtem a hostel. Jeden z tenisových kurtů je na zemi a druhý je na střeše budovy. V mé koncepci otevírám místo více veřejnosti, umožňujíc každému užívat si výhledy a atmosféru, kterou nabízí, a tím vytvářím místo pro komunitu.

Aplikace procesní bezpečnosti podle SIL pro plnění tlakové nádoby

The thesis focuses on the application of process safety according to SIL for pressure vessel filling in the energy industry specifically in a petrochemical plant for oil processing. The thesis includes a brief research of IEC 61511 and IEC 61508 standards that are used here, definition of pressure vessel, SIL analysis procedures, HAZOP hazard and operability study, process simulation in TIA portal and developed an application for error generation in C# using S7.Net library. The application generates faults that may commonly occur in operation and the process simulation responds in a safe manner. A HAZOP and SIL analysis of the process was performed in collaboration with McDermott and the results were summarized. Subsequently, a process simulation with applied protection was created. Diplomová práca je zameraná na aplikáciu procesnej bezpečnosti podľa SIL pre plnenie tlakovej nádoby v energetickom priemysle konkrétne v petrochemickom závode na spracovanie ropy. V práci je stručná rešerš noriem IEC 61511 a IEC 61508, ktoré sú tu použité, definícia tlakovej nádoby, postupy SIL analýz, štúdia nebezpečenstva a prevádzkyschopnosti HAZOP, simulácia procesu v programe TIA portál a vytvorená aplikácia na generovanie chýb v C# pomocou knižnice S7.Net. V aplikácií sú generované chyby, ktoré môžu bežne nastať v prevádzke a simulácia procesu reaguje bezpečným spôsobom. V spolupráci s firmou McDermott bola spracovaná HAZOP a SIL analýza procesu, boli zhrnuté jej výsledky. Následne bola vytvorená simulácia procesu s aplikovanou ochranou.

This thesis is about design of a transformation station for power output from both a photovoltaic power plant and a diesel generator, serving as grid support. The primary objective is to devise a comprehensive solution including conceptualization, grid connection point, and transformer specifications capable of handling the 5 MW power output from the PV plant and the 1000 kW output from the diesel generator, including the calculation of short-circuit conditions. Furthermore, the thesis delves into the design of network breakpoints and protective measures.Lastly, it proposes dispatch control and billing metering in accordance with the operational requirements stipulated by the distribution system operator. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem transformační stanice pro vyvedení výkonu z fotovoltaické elektrárny a diesel-generátoru ve funkci podpůrné služby sítě. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout komplexní řešení, které zahrnuje koncepci, místo připojení v distribuční síti a návrh transformátorů pro vyvedení výkonu FVE o výkonu 5 MW a podpůrného zdroje diesel-generátoru o výkonu 1000 kW, včetně výpočtu zkratových poměrů. V práci jsou dále navrženy rozpadové body a ochrany sítě. V závěrečné části práce je navrženo dispečerské řízení a obchodní měření v souladu s podmínkami provozovatele distribuční sítě.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of an administrative building on Soukenická Street in the bustling part of Brno. Currently, the plot houses buildings with zero utilization, deteriorating structures, and a parking lot. The entire area is unattractive, has limited use, and negatively affects the aesthetics of the intersection of two important streets – Soukenická and Hybešova. The architectural design includes the creation of an attractive corner building with multifunctional use, an underground garage, and a connection to the existing Malá Amerika building, which could have a new functional purpose as a commercial and restaurant passage or art studios. The administrative building offers a ground floor with a restaurant, bistro, café, and shop. Spaces are variable, allowing owners to customize them according to their needs. Additional above-ground floors are equipped with offices, both for larger groups and individuals. The seventh floor features a green accessible roof, a café, and meeting and presentation rooms. The bachelor thesis delves into the details of the administrative building section housing the main staircase with an elevator. Simultaneously, the design incorporates the connection of Soukenická Street with Malá Amerika through a passage in the proposed structure, aiming for potential future use of the building. The work stems from the architectural design studio in the second year, focusing on public structures. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh administrativní budovy na ulici Soukenická v rušné časti Brna. Momentálně se na parcele nachází budovy s nulovým využitím, objekty chátrající a parkoviště. Celé místo je neatraktivní, má omezené využití a negativně ovlivňuje estetiku nároží dvou důležitých ulic – Soukenická a Hybešova. Architektonický návrh zahrnuje vytvoření atraktivního nárožního objektu s multifunkčním využitím, podzemní garáží a propojením s existující budovou Malé Ameriky, která by mohla mít nové funkční využití ve formě obchodní a restaurační pasáže, či uměleckých ateliérů. Administrativní budova nabízí parter s restaurací, bistrem, kavárnou a obchodem. Prostory jsou variabilní, umožňující vlastní úpravy majitelů podle jejich potřeb. Další nadzemní podlaží jsou vybavena kancelářemi, a to hromadnými i pro menší skupiny či jednotlivce. Sedmé nadzemní podlaží disponuje zelenou pochozí střechou, kavárnou a zasedacími a prezentačními místnostmi. Bakalářská práce se do podrobnosti zabývá částí administrativní budovy, kde se nachází hlavní schodiště s výtahem. Současně návrh uplatňuje propojení ulice Soukenické s Malou Amerikou skrze pasáž v navrhovaném objektu, a to kvůli možnému budoucímu využití budovy. Práce vychází z ateliéru architektonické tvorby z druhého ročníku se zaměřením na veřejné stavby.
