The diploma thesis deals with the issue of traffic noise emitted by road traffic in three selected localities of the city of Třeboň. In all three selected locations, measurements were made according to the established methodology, and the results were compared with already measured data from these locations. The results were compared with valid legislative regulations and standards and possible measures to reduce the exposed values were proposed. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dopravního hluku emitovaného silniční dopravou ve třech vybraných lokalitách města Třeboň. Ve všech třech zvolených lokalitách bylo provedeno měření dle stanovené metodiky a výsledky byly porovnány s již naměřenými daty z těchto lokalit. Výsledky byly konfrontovány s platnými legislativními předpisy a normami a byla navržena možná opatření pro snížení exponovaných hodnot.

This thesis focuses on herbal incenses, which are part of many cultures and religi-ons around the world. The aim of the thesis is to explore the history and use of these incense burners as well as to examine their significance in various contexts such as religious practice, healing and magic. This work presents different types of plants that are used to make incenses. The work also describes rituals and ceremonies in which incense burners are used, as well as their symbolic meaning in these con-texts. At the end of the thesis, the main findings are summarized and an evaluation of the importance of plant incenses today is carried out. Tato práce se zaměřuje na rostlinná vykuřovadla, která jsou součástí mnoha kultur a náboženství po celém světě. Cílem práce je prozkoumat historii a použití těchto vykuřovadel a také zkoumat jejich význam v různých kontextech, jako je například náboženská praxe, léčitelství a magie. V této práci jsou představeny různé druhy rostlin, které se používají k výrobě vykuřovadel. Dále jsou v práci popsány rituály a obřady, při kterých jsou vykuřovadla používána, a také jejich symbolický význam v těchto kontextech. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty hlavní zjištění a je provedeno zhod-nocení významu rostlinných vykuřovadel v dnešní době.

The bachelor thesis contains detailed information about modern navigation systems, describing their application and benefits for the most efficient agriculture. It also includes a comparison of various navigation systems and the selection of the most suitable option for a selected enterprise. Furthermore, there is a section on imaging drones, which will be used for field mapping and will facilitate decision-making regarding interventions in affected areas of the crops. The most crucial point of this thesis is the comparison of these technologies in terms of financial aspects, precision, compatibility, and reliability. Bakalářská práce obsahuje detailní informace o novodobých navigačních systémech, popisuje jejich využití a výhody pro co nejefektivnější zemědělství. Obsahuje také porovnání jednotlivých navigačních systémů a výběr té nejvhodnější varianty pro vybraný podnik. Dále se zde nachází téma o snímkovacích dronech, které poslouží ke zmapování pole a ulehčí v rozhodování úpravy postižených míst v porostu. Nejdůležitějším bodem této práce je porovnání těchto technologií, jak po finanční stránce, přesnosti, kompatibilitě a spolehlivosti.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of corporate employee training as an important factor in developing human resources and increasing company competitiveness. The theoretical part focuses on defining corporate training, its benefits, and modern approaches, including new trends and technologies like e-learning, microlearning, and gamification. The practical part includes quantitative research conducted in a manufacturing company in Příbram, which employs 196 workers and 11 agency staff. The research was carried out through a survey that aimed to find out employees' opinions on the current training programs, their needs for professional development, and their motivation to attend training sessions. Based on the results, specific recommendations for improving the training activities were made and shared with the company's management. The thesis provides suggestions on how to better organize corporate training so that it more effectively meets employees' needs and supports the company's growth. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem firemního vzdělávání zaměstnanců jako klíčového prvku pro rozvoj lidských zdrojů a zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti firem. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu firemní vzdělávání, jeho přínosů a moderních přístupů, včetně nových trendů a technologií, jako je e-learning, microlearning a gamifikace. Praktická část zahrnuje kvantitativní výzkum provedený ve výrobní společnosti z Příbrami, která zaměstnává 196 zaměstnanců a 11 agenturních pracovníků. Výzkum byl realizován prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit názory zaměstnanců na stávající vzdělávací programy, jejich potřeby v oblasti profesního rozvoje a motivaci k účasti na školeních. Na základě výsledků byly formulovány konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení vzdělávacích aktivit, které byly předány vedení společnosti. Práce přináší doporučení, jak efektivněji organizovat firemní vzdělávání, aby lépe odpovídalo potřebám zaměstnanců a přispívalo k rozvoji firmy.

The topic of the final bachelorś thesis is a comparison of Claas Lexion 660 combines with a tangential mechanism and John Deere S 760 vith an axial mechanism. The subsequent practical part contains the results of the evaluation of losses, the wuality of crushing and scattering of straw, the influence of the moisture of the harvested crop on the amount of losses and on the wuality of crushing, the passability of the harvester, fuel consumption, performance, operating and investment costs. Tématem závěrečné bakalářské práce je komparace sklízecích mlátiček Claas Lexion 660 s tangenciálním mechanismem a John Deere S 760 s axiálním mechanismem. Následná praktická část obsahuje výsledky hodnocení ztrát, vlivu vlhkosti sklízené plodiny na velikost ztrát, vlivu vlhkosti na drcení a rozptyl slámy, průchodnosti sklízecí mlátičky, spotřeby pohonných hmot, výkonností, provozních a investičních nákladů.

Food adulteration of milk and milk products

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to prepare an overview of selected types of adulteration of dairy products. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was created, and 113 participants (50 men and 63 women) were interviewed. It was found that the participants had good knowledge about state authorities for food safety. The majority of participants knew the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority (84 %) and the State Veterinary Administration (83 %). The abbreviation RASFF (Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed) knew only 24 % of participants. The most frequent response to adulteration methods was different product composition (35,4 %). According to the participants' opinion, butter is the most frequently adulterated dairy product (57 %), followed by milk (45 %), yoghurt (36 %), cheese (35 %), cream (23 %) and finally fermented dairy products (19 %). The results of the bachelor thesis can be useful for better awareness of food adulteration. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit přehled vybraných typů falšování mléčných výrobků a posouzení metod jejich stanovení (odhalení). Za tímto účelem bylo vytvořeno dotazníkové šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo 113 respondentů (50 mužů a 63 žen). V dotazníkovém šetření bylo zjištěno, že respondenti měli přehled o dozorových orgánech. Většina znala Státní zemědělskou a potravinářskou inspekci (84 %) a Státní veterinární správu (83 %), nejméně dotazovaných znalo systém RASFF - Rychlého varování pro potraviny a krmiva (24 %). Nejčastější odpovědí na způsoby falšování bylo jiné složení výrobku (35,4 %). Dle názoru respondentů je z mléčných výrobků nejčastěji falšováno máslo (57 %), poté mléko (45 %), jogurt (36 %), sýr (35 %), smetana (23 %) a nakonec kysané mléčné výrobky (19 %). Výsledky bakalářské práce mohou být přínosné pro lepší informovanost o problematice falšování mléčných produktů.

Porovnání minimalizačního způsobu zpracování půdy s využitím GPS a bez navigačních systémů

The aim of this work is to compare two systems of guidance during minimization of tillage. In the experiment, a John Deere model 6145 M wheeled tractor was used in combination with a HORSCH Joker 4 CT disc cultivator. The tractor was equipped with GPS navigation from John Deere, model StarFire 6000, receiving the SF1 signal with an accuracy of ? 15 cm. During the experiment, all parameters were recorded, which were subsequently used to evaluate fuel savings, time savings and the effecti veness of the use of the drive. During the first measurement, the driving set was guided by an automatic system, and during the second measurement, the set was guided ma nually by the machine operator. The results show that when using the automatic guidance system of the vehicle set, you will achieve a lower consumption per hectare by 6.02%, a higher area performance by 5.97 % and time savings. Cílem této práce je porovnání dvou systémů navádění při minimalizačním zpracování půdy. Při pokusu byl použit kolový traktor od firmy John Deere model 6145 M v agregaci s diskovým podmítačem od firmy HORSCH model Joker 4 CT. Traktor byl vybaven GPS navigací od firmy John Deere model StarFire 6000 přijímající signál SF1 s přesností ? 15 cm. Při pokusu byly zaznamenávány veškeré parametry, které následně sloužily k vyhodnocení úspory paliva, úspory času a efektivnosti využití záběru. Při prvním měření byla jízdní souprava naváděna automatickým systémem a při druhém měření souprava byla naváděna manuálně obsluhou stroje. Výsledky uka zují, že při využití automatického systému navádění jízdní souprava dosáhne menší spotřeby paliva na hektar o 6,02 %, vyšší plošné výkonosti o 5,97 % a úspory času.

Compatibility of selected species of entomopathogenic fungi and mycoparasitic fungi with plant pathogens

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the compatibility or effectiveness of entomopathogenic and mycoparasitic fungal species with selected phytopathogens, with the aim of evaluating their mutual relationships. During the experiments, mycoparasitism between mycoparasitic species and phytopathogenic fungal species was confirmed. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení kompatibility resp. účinnosti entomopatogenní a mykoparazitických druhů hub s vybranými fytopatogeny, s cílem vyhodnotit jejich vzájemné vztahy. Během experimentů byl potvrzen mykoparazitismus mezi mykoparazitickými druhy a fytopatogenními druhy hub.

Precizní zemědělství - porovnání ručních GNSS přístrojů

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the comparison of two measuring GNSS devices, which are used in agricultural practice for measuring farmed land. The main comparison parameter is the time required to operate these devices, where the comparison times are the import of basic data into hand-held GNSS devices, work in the field and finally the export of measured values to the LPIS portal. The individual time periods are then compared with each other and then it is determined which device is more suitable for practice according to the time required. This work also includes a comparison of the technical parameters of these handheld GNSS devices. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání dvou vyměřovacích GNSS přístrojů, které se v zemědělské praxi používají pro vyměřování obhospodařovaných pozemků. Hlavním porovnávacím parametrem je časová náročnost na obsluhu těchto přístrojů, kdy porovnávacími časy jsou import podkladových dat do ručních GNSS přístrojů, práce v terénu a nakonec export naměřených hodnot do portálu LPIS. Jednotlivé časové úseky jsou následně mezi sebou porovnávány a následně se z nich určí jaký přístroj je podle časové náročnosti vhodnější pro praxi. V této práci je také zahrnuto porovnání technických parametrů těchto ručních GNSS přístrojů.
