Mapping of barrier - free possibilities of selected sports facilities in Vsetin

This bachelor thesis deals with the mapping of selected sports facilities in Vsetin in the terms of accessibility. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and experimental parts. The theoretical part contains information about various types of disability and architectural barriers of buildings. The experimental part follows up a mapping of barrier-free sports facilities in Vsetin, based on measurement and subsequent processing of critical values. These values were included in the Form of Object Accessibility Mapping according to the Methodology of Approach Categorization issued by the Prague Wheelchair Organization. The mapping was made up of objects - the Vsetin Municipal Spa, which is an objective approach, and the Vsetin Sports Hall, which is also an accessible building. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat vybraná sportovní zařízení ve městě Vsetín z hlediska bezbariérovosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, konkrétně na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Teoretická část zahrnuje poznatky týkající se různých typů zdravotního postižení a architektonických bariér staveb. Výzkumná část spočívala v mapování bezbariérovosti vybraných sportovních areálů ve městě Vsetín, a to na základě měření a následném zpracování zjištěných hodnot. Tyto hodnoty byly zapisovány do Formuláře pro mapování přístupnosti objektů dle Metodiky kategorizace přístupnosti objektů, kterou vydala Pražská organizace vozíčkářů. K mapování byly zvoleny objekty - Městské lázně Vsetín, které jsou objektem přístupným, a Sportovní hala Vsetín, která je rovněž objektem přístupným.

The main subject of this bachelor's thesis summarizes in the newest looked up pieces of knowledge from electronic sources. This survey provides facts about the issue of milk fat and its influence on cardiovascular and metabolic disease, which is defined as a diseases of affluence up to the present day. Next, provides information about the rules of healthy eating habits and about activity of General Nurse in the role of mentor. A reviewed periodical was used as a source in both English and Czech language alike the information from database such as Ebsco, Pub Med, ProQuest, Google Scholar. Přehledová bakalářská práce sumarizuje nejnovější dohledané publikované poznatky z elektronických zdrojů, dále zpřehledňuje fakta o vlivu mléčného tuku na rozvoj kardiovaskulárního a metabolického onemocnění, které je v současnosti definováno jako civilizační onemocnění. Specifikuje informace o správném dodržování dietního opatření a činnosti všeobecné sestry v roli edukátorky. Jako zdroj byla použita recenzovaná periodika v českém a anglickém jazyce a také informace z databází Ebsco, Pub Med, ProQuest, Google Scholar.

Problematics of Golden Ratio in Educational Mathematics

The topic of this thesis is the Problematics of the Golden Ratio in the educational Mathematics. The theoretical part contains the introduction into the terminology in the areas of mathematics, science, art and architecture. In the practical part there is a compiled motivational questionnaire and a worksheet for two lessons where students can learn about this topic in theory as well as in practice. The evaluation of the filled-in questionnaire gives useful information and experience for the teachers at primary and lower secondary schools. The thesis then meets the basic requirement for which it was written. Tématem práce je Problematika zlatého řezu ve školské matematice. Teoretická část obsahuje seznámení se základními pojmy této problematiky v oblasti matematiky, přírodních věd, umění a architektuře. V praktické části je zde k dispozici zpracovaný motivační dotazník a pracovní list na dvě vyučovací hodiny, kde se mohou žáci seznámit jak teoreticky, tak prakticky s tímto tématem. Zde obsažené hodnocení vyplněného dotazníku a pracovního listu poskytuje užitečné informace a zkušenosti pro pedagogy základních škol. Práce tedy splňuje základní požadavek, se kterým byla sepsána.

The Theme of Guerrilla Resistance in Teaching of Literature on High School

The aim of the final thesis is an introduction of the guerilla resistance movement as the beneficial thematic unit for teaching of literature on high schools. Thanks for the comprehensive history of resistance operation in the area of Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia the thesis produces an oveview of the most essential historical momments and incidents related to the heroic successes of resistance representatives or the subsequent tragical interventions of occupational repressive powers. Through the process of analysing of selected works of literature the final thesis is producing authentic image of heavy ratios in the life of guerrila service the same as the indisputable value of the inhabitans of Moravian settlements and colonies in the roles of the closest guerrilla supporters. Final section of the thesis focused on the introduction of variable didactic approaches to the selected thematic unit for teaching of literature on high schools completes the undeniable value of guerrilla resistance for the contemporary Czech society. Cílem závěrečné práce je představení partyzánského odbojového hnutí coby přínosného tematického celku pro výuku literatury na středních školách. Prostřednictvím zevrubné historie partyzánského působení na území Protektorátu Čechy a Morava přináší přehled nejzásadnějších dějinných momentů a událostí spjatých ať už s hrdinskými úspěchy domácích odbojářů nebo s následnými tragickými zásahy represivních okupačních sil. Analyzováním vybraných děl umělecké literatury přináší závěrečná práce zároveň autentický obraz těžkých poměrů života v partyzánských službách stejně jako nespornou hodnotu obyvatel moravských osad a kopanic coby nejbližších partyzánských podporovatelů. Závěrečná část práce zaměřená na představení různých didaktických přístupů k vybranému tematickém celku pro výuku literatury na středních školách dotváří nesporný přínos morálních hodnot partyzánského odboje pro současnou českou společnost.

Legal certainty versus justice

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of justice versus legal certainty. The first chapter provides a comprehensive view of the concept of justice as its types and classification. The second part introduces the principle of legal certainty together with intimate institutes helping to consolidate this principle. The third part firstly in the opening subchapter explains Radbruch's formula, which helps to solve the collision of both principles, compares and analyzes the positives and negatives of favoring either legal certainty or justice, and also offers an example of application practice. The following subchapters analyze the judgments of the Constitutional Court of the Czech republic in order to find appropriate solutions to the conflict. Simultaneously the analysis also provides the author's opinion. The conclusion summarizes the findings and answers the questions set out in the introduction as well as those raised during the work. It also offers a solution to the collision of legal certainty and justice into the future. Diplomová práce řeší problematiku právní jistoty versus spravedlnosti. V první kapitole poskytuje ucelený pohled na pojem spravedlnost, jakožto její druhy a třídění. Ve druhé části představuje princip právní jistoty společně s blízkými instituty napomáhající upevňovat tento princip. Třetí část nejprve v úvodní podkapitole vysvětluje Radbruchovu formuli, která napomáhá řešit kolizi obou principů, komparuje a analyzuje klady a zápory upřednostňování buď právní jistoty nebo spravedlnosti, a také nabízí příklad z aplikační praxe. V následujících podkapitolách je rozebírána judikatura Ústavního soudu České republiky s cílem nalézt vhodná řešení konfliktu. Zároveň rozbor poskytuje i autorův názor. Závěr shrnuje zjištěné poznatky a odpovídá na otázky vymezené v úvodu, jakož i vznesené během práce. Nabízí také řešení rozkolu právní jistoty a spravedlnosti do budoucnosti.

Effect of various types of yoga onto specific aspects of human's health

This thesis presents benefits, differences and similarities of three types of yoga and their impact onto humans' health. In the first part, theory of yoga (history, systematics and various schools of yoga) is described together with its effect onto one's health. In the second part, experiment is described and conducted. All participants are devided into three study groups; aero, ashtanga and vinyasa yoga group. Analysis of participants body muscle/fat constitution and satisfaction with their life is conducted based on effect of each of the studied yoga type. All three yoga types are found to effect muscle/fat body mass. After 8 weeks of experiment duration participants claim to be more satisfied with their life compared to the general level of life satisfaction. V této bakalářské práci jsou monitorovány benefity, odlišnosti i spojitosti a efekty různých typů jóg s důrazem na ovlivnění zdraví člověka. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, v níž se zabývám systémem jógy, základními i současnými druhy a vlivy cvičení jógy na zdraví, a praktickou část. V praktické části se zabývám analýzou tělesného složení a životní spokojeností devíti probandek. Tyto probandky jsou rozděleny do tří skupin, podle druhu jógy, kterou praktikují. Je měřeno tělesné složení a předložen dotazník životní spokojenosti pro zjištění vlivu praktikování ashtanga, vinyasa a aero jógy na jednotlivé aspekty zdraví a také zjištění úrovně celkové životní spokojenosti probandek. Z výsledků měření vyplývá, že jednotlivé druhy jógy projevují efekt jak na posílení kosterního svalstva, tak na životní spokojenost testovaných probandek.

Porovnání svalových dysbalancí mezi kajakáři a kanoisty ve vodním slalomu

The main purpose of the thesis was to evaluate the current state of the musculoskeletal system of water slalom racers and to compare the occurrence of muscle imbalances among kayakers and canoeist. The research sample consisted of 24 people - 11 kayakers and 13 canoeists - aged between 17 and 32. The evaluation was based on a set of predefined tests focusing on the occurrence of muscle shortening, muscular atrophy, erratic motoric stereotypes, hypermobility and asymmetry. Among kayakers, the most commonly shortened muscle was m. erector spinae, among canoeists, it was mm. flexores genu. A substitution motoric stereotype with m. gluteus maximus and a limited mobility of the shoulder girdle were discovered in both groups. A larger proportion of asymmetry was detected among canoeists. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vyšetření aktuálního stavu pohybového aparátu u závodníků ve vodním slalomu a porovnání rozdílů ve výskytu svalových dysbalancí mezi kajakáři a kanoisty. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo celkem 24 osob z toho 11 kajakářů a 13 kanoistů ve věku od 17 do 32 let. Vyšetření probíhalo pomocí vybraných testů,zaměřených a zjišťování výskytu svalových zkrácení, svalových oslabení, chybných pohybových stereotypů a hypermobility. Zjišťována byla též asymetrie. U kajakářů byl nejvíce zkrácen m. erector spinae, u kanoistů m. flexores genu. Oslabení nebylo nalezeno u žádného probanda. U obou kategorií byl nalezen substituční pohybový stereotyp u m. gluteus maximus a omezená pohyblivost pletence ramenního. Vyšší počet asymetrií se vyskytoval u kanoistů.

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there are examples of using mathematics in music. The practical part contains unconventional examples of interdisciplinary relations of mathematics and music, in which a piano is used as a mathematical tool. Practical part also contains a DVD with a set of multimedia attachments, in which these examples are shown. This part includes a list of exercises with the theme "math at the piano", which is verified in the pedagogical practice at a selected secondary school. The aim of this thesis is to theoretically and practically connect the interdisciplinary relations of mathematics and music and to incorporate these relations to teaching as activating and motivating elements. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části popisuje souvislosti matematiky a hudby z hlediska historického a uvádí konkrétní příklady aplikace matematiky v hudbě. Praktická část obsahuje netradiční příklady mezipředmětových vztahů matematiky a hudby, v rámci kterých je použit klavír, a dále DVD se souborem multimediálních příloh, ve kterých jsou tyto příklady názorně ukázány. Součástí praktické části je vypracovaný pracovní list s tématem "matematika u klavíru", který je ověřen v edukační praxi na vybrané střední škole. Cílem práce je teoreticky i prakticky propojit mezipředmětové vztahy matematiky a hudby a začlenit je do výuky jako aktivizační a motivační prvky.

Techniques in scar care after surgery in adults

This bachelor´s thesis addresses actual finding about possible medical care of a surgical scar. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first there are mentioned general informations regarding the surgical scare care. In the second part there are analyzed selected natural medicinal substances and pharmacological preparations and in the third there are analysed selected non-pharmacological options for surgical scar care. All the submitted finding have been found in electronic information resources PubMed, Google scholar, EBSCO and Medvik. Tato bakalářská práce předkládá aktuální dohledané poznatky o možných způsobech péče o chirurgickou jizvu u dospělých pacientů. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první jsou uvedené obecné informace, které souvisí s péčí o chirurgickou jizvu. Ve druhé části jsou analyzovány vybrané přírodní léčivé látky a farmakologické přípravky a ve třetí jsou analyzovány vybrané nefarmakologické možnosti péče o chirurgickou jizvu. Předložené poznatky byly dohledány v elektronických informačních zdrojích PubMed, Google scholar, EBSCO a Medvik.
