The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the structural design of a rail gantry crane, a functional computational lifting device, strength control of the crane's supporting structure and partial drawing documentation. The work includes classification of the crane, calculations of loads and coefficients, design and strength calculations of the structure and calculation of the lifting device. Cílem téhle bakalářské práce je konstrukční návrh kolejového portálového jeřábu, funkční výpočet zdvihacího ústrojí, pevnostní kontrola nosné konstrukce jeřábu a částečná výkresová dokumentace. Práce obsahuje klasifikaci jeřábu, výpočty zatížení a součinitelů, návrh a pevnostní výpočty konstrukce a výpočet zdvihacího ústrojí.

This thesis deals with the issue of grammatical systems and syntax analysis. Thesis presents cooperatively distributed and parallel communicating grammatical systems. Thesis describes my design of grammar system and which works on the basics of CD grammar systems and than it shows my implementation. The result of this thesis is application that uses bigger number of components that works together and it combines both methods of syntax analysis. Práca sa zaoberá problematikou gramatických systémov a~syntaktickej analýzy. V~práci sú predstavené kooperačne distribuované a~paralelne komunikujúce gramatické systémy. V~práci som navrhol gramatický systém ktorý pracuje na základe CD gramatického systému a~následne som tento systém implementoval. Výsledkom práce je aplikácia ktorá používa väčšie množstvo spolupracujúcich komponent a~kombinuje dve metódy syntaktickej analýzy.

This bachelor thesis deals with the production of yogurt, his lyophilization and reconstitution. By comparing all three forms of yoghurt in terms of sensory quality and volatile profile. The theoretical part deals with a characterization of fermented milk products, their production technology, lyophilization process, sensory quality and possibilities of determination of volatile compounds in yoghurt samples. In the experimental part of the thesis, a model sample of white yoghurt was produced and subsequently lyophilized. Freeze-dried yoghurt was first subjected to a consumer evaluation, where the general opinion of potential consumers on this type of product was investigated. The results show that it potentially could be applied on the market as a durable product. In the next phase, the lyophilized yoghurt was reconstituted again with the addition of water, from the point of view of a texture, the addition of approximately 30 % of the originally taken amount of water turned out to be optimal. The reconstituted yoghurt was then compared with the freshly made yoghurt, which was, as expected, rated as better, which could have contributed mainly to the positively rated aroma and the flavour. In reconstituted yoghurts, some evaluators detected an overly sour, bitter taste or an aftertaste of dried milk. Finally, all three types of yoghurt (fresh vs. freeze-dried vs. reconstituted) were compared in terms of volatile profile determined using solid phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography with mass detection. In total, 51 volatile substances were identified in all samples. The composition of the samples differed mainly in terms of the content of identified compounds, the most represented compounds were alcohols, followed by acids and ketones. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou jogurtu, jeho lyofilizací a opětnou rekonstitucí. Porovnáním všech tří forem jogurtu z hlediska senzorické analýzy a profilu těkavých látek. Teoretická část se zabývá charakterizací fermentovaných mléčných výrobků, procesem jejich výroby, dále procesem lyofilizace, senzorickou analýzou a možnostmi stanovení těkavých látek ve vzorcích fermentovaných mléčných výrobků. V experimentální části práce byl vyroben a následně lyofilizován modelový vzorek bílého jogurtu. Lyofilizovaný jogurt byl nejprve podroben spotřebitelskému hodnocení, kde byl zkoumán obecný názor eventuálních spotřebitelů na tento typ výrobku. Z výsledků vyplývá, že má velmi dobrý potenciál uplatnit se na trhu jako trvanlivý výrobek. V další fázi byl lyofilizovaný jogurt opět rekonstituován přídavkem vody, z hlediska textury se jako optimální ukázal být přídavek vody cca 30 % z původně odebraného množství. Rekonstituovaný jogurt byl poté srovnán s jogurtem čerstvě vyrobeným, který byl podle očekávání hodnocen jako lepší, k čemuž mohla přispět především kladně hodnocená příjemnost vůně i chuti. U rekonstituovaných jogurtů byla některými hodnotiteli detekována příliš kyselá, nahořklá chuť nebo pachuť po sušeném mléce. Na závěr byly všechny tři typy jogurtu (čerstvý vs. lyofilizovaný vs. rekonstituovaný) porovnány z hlediska profilu těkavých látek stanovených pomocí mikroextrakce na pevnou fázi ve spojení s plynovou chromatografií s hmotnostní detekcí. Celkově bylo ve všech vzorcích identifikováno 51 těkavých látek. Složení vzorků se lišilo především z hlediska obsahu identifikovaných sloučenin, nejvíce zastoupenými sloučeninami byly alkoholy, poté kyseliny a ketony.

This bachelor thesis aim is understanding of combinatorial testing, algorithm IPOG used to create combinatorial tests, its extension by limiting parameter values and prototype im- plementation in tool Combine developed at FIT VUT. Then analyze weaknesses of current implementation, propose reimplementation, also reimplement the tool, compare with origi- nal version and evaluate new version of Combine tool. Cílem bakalářské práce je pochopení kombinačního testování, algoritmu IPOG na tvorbu kombinačních testů, jeho rozšíření o obmedzení hodnot parametrů a prototypovou imple- mentaci v nástroji Combine vyvíjeném na FIT VUT. Následne analyzovat slabiny současné implementace, navrhnout reimplemetaci a také nástroj reimplementovat, porovnat s pů- vodní verzí a vyhodnotit novou verzi nástroje Combine.

The bachelor thesis deals with the modification of the NSN-10-B small tractor trailer for better tipping. The introductory part deals with the description of the individual parts of the current semi-trailer and the research part of similar types of tractor-trailers. The following chapters deal with the design and evaluation of possible design solutions and the selection of the optimum solution. Furthermore, specification of the resulting trailer modification and computational verification of the additional structure. Finally, the assembly, chassis and all additional parts of the structure are documented. Bakalářská práce se zabývá úpravou malotraktorového návěsu NSN-10-B za účelem zlepšení vyklápění sypkých materiálů. Úvodní část se zabývá popisem jednotlivých částí současného návěsu a rešeršní částí podobných typů traktorových návěsů. V dalších kapitolách se zabývá navrhnutím a zhodnocením možných konstrukčních řešení a zvolením optimálního řešení. Dále upřesněním výsledné modifikace návěsu a výpočtové ověření přídavné konstrukce. Závěrem nalezneme výkresovou dokumentaci sestavy, podvozku a všech přídavných částí konstrukce.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of e-commerce for a specific entity in the B2C area. The aim of the work was to create a functional prototype of this store. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical background, where concepts related to e-commerce are defined and described. The analytical part of the thesis discusses the current state of the subject and the appropriate way of developing e-commerce. Based on this analysis, the practical part describes the process of making a working prototype of this commerce. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem elektronického obchodu pro konkrétní subjekt v oblasti B2C. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit funkční prototyp tohoto obchodu. První část práce je věnována teoretickému podkladu, kde jsou vymezeny a popsány pojmy týkající se elektronického obchodování. V analytické části práce je rozebrán současný stav subjektu a vhodného způsobu vývoje elektronického obchodu. Na základě této analýzy je v praktické části popsán proces zhotovení funkčního prototypu tohoto obchodu.

Giant FFT for audio signal resampling

This bachelor thesis is concerned with the conversion of the sampling frequency of audio signals using different conversion methods. The focus is on the general conversion between any two sample rates commonly used in audio applications. The theoretical part of the paper discusses the classical approach to conversion, FIR type digital filters and the relatively new Giant FFT method. The practical part describes the implementation of each method. Finally, tests, comparisons and evaluations are performed, which include the Reaper software. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje konverzi vzorkovacího kmitočtu audio signálů pomocí různých metod konverze. Důraz je kladen na obecnou konverzi mezi jakýmikoliv dvěma vzorkovacími kmitočty běžně užívanými v audio aplikacích. V teoretické části práce je diskutována problematika klasického přístupu ke konverzi, číslicové filtry typu FIR a relativně nová metoda Giant FFT. V praktické části je popsána implementace jednotlivých metod. Na závěr jsou provedeny testy, porovnání a vyhodnocení, do kterých je zahrnut i software Reaper.

This bachelor's thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o. for the period 2018-2022 using financial analysis tools. The theoretical part introduces methods that are applied to the financial statements of the selected company. Based on the analytical part, suggestions are then formulated focusing on the shortcomings of the company, which will help improve its financial situation. Tato bakalářská práce hodnotí finanční situaci společnosti VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o. za období 2018-2022, pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy. Teoretická část představuje metody, které jsou aplikovány na účetní výkazy vybrané společnosti. Technological stage of the upper rough construction of an apartment building in Brno

The main aim of my bachelor thesis is the construction technological solution of the rough upper construction of the residential building located in Brno in Sadová street. This thesis contains a technical report of the given technological stage, a situation of the building with broader relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources with a variant solution of the partition masonry, a drawing of the construction site equipment together with the technical report, timetables with a variant solution, a design of the machine assembly, an inspection and testing plan for the masonry stage and ensuring work safety. The last chapter of this work is the itemized budget for the variant solutions and selected construction details. Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je stavebně technologické řešení hrubé vrchní stavby Bytového domu, který se nachází v Brně v ulici Sadová. Tato práce obsahuje technickou zprávu dané technologické etapy, situaci stavby se širšími vztahy dopravních tras, výkaz výměr pro technologickou etapu, technologický předpis včetně bilance zdrojů s variantním řešením příčkového zdiva, výkres zařízení staveniště společně s technickou zprávou, časové plány s variantním řešením, návrh strojní sestavy, kontrolní a zkušební plán pro etapu zdění a zajištění bezpečnosti práce. Poslední kapitolou této práce je položkový rozpočet pro variantní řešení a vybrané konstrukční detaily.

This bachelor's thesis's main objective is to establish the design and the implementation of a master control system for a coffee machine, as well as the development of the supporting software. The system aims to be able to track coffee consumption for each user individually. The thesis consists of five chapters. The first and second chapters form the theoretical part of the thesis, which is a brief review of the coffee machine and Raspberry Pi platform used in the system realization. Chapters three to five form the practical part, which consists of the analysis of selected components of the coffee machine, the designed solution, and its implementation with the coffee machine. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem nadřazeného řídícího systému ke stolnímu kávovaru, jeho implementací a tvorbou obslužného softwaru. Cílem systému je umožnit evidenci vypité kávy jednotlivých uživatelů. Práce má celkem pět kapitol. První dvě kapitoly jsou teoretická část práce, obsahující stručnou rešerši ohledně použitého kávovaru a platformy Raspberry Pi, použité při realizaci systému. Praktická část, tvořená kapitolami 3 až 5, popisuje analýzu vybraných částí kávovaru, navržené řešení a jeho implementaci na kávovar.
