2022 - Czech This methodology aims to define, define and characterize in detail a comprehensive set of activities and procedures applicable to work with plants grown in the interiors of buildings with cultural and historical value. The starting point for its creation was an effort to analyze the amount of contemporary materials and information, interpret them, and especially draw attention to this specific segment of human activity, which has not been given due attention in professional circles. Research of the historical context in the field of indoor plant growing is all the more important due to the current requirements of administrators or owners of monument objects to supplement the sightseeing routes with live plants, in an effort to inhabit the historical interior, and thus attract the attention of potential visitors. Metodika si v rámci sedmi kapitol klade za cíl vymezit, definovat a podrobně charakterizovat ucelený soubor činností a postupů aplikovatelných při práci s rostlinami pěstovanými v interiérech objektů s kulturně-historickou hodnotou. Východiskem při její tvorbě byla snaha analyzovat množství dobových materiálů a informací, interpretovat je, a především upozornit na tento specifický segment lidské činnosti, kterému nebyla doposud v odborných kruzích věnována patřičná pozornost. Výzkum historických souvislostí v oblasti pěstování rostlin v interiérech je o to významnější vzhledem k aktuálním požadavkům správců či majitelů památkových objektů na doplňování prohlídkových tras živými rostlinami, ve snaze zobytnit historický interiér, a přilákat tak pozornost potenciálního návštěvníka. Heritage conservation of the remains of human activity in the forest

2022 - Czech The main objectives of the methodology include: 1. setting the issue in the legislative environment; 2. introducing the processes of disturbance of objects in the forest environment; 3. characterization of modern methods of identification of objects in forests; 4. introducing the practical procedure of identification of objects of human activities in forests; 5. proposing procedures for ensuring the preservation and presentation of anthropogenic remains of human activities in forests for state administration and local government. The methodology was developed in cooperation between experts in the humanities and natural sciences. It seeks to apply and combine procedures of different disciplines. The methodology is recommended to be used with methodology Methods and procedures for the protection of anthropogenic objects of historical human economic activity in forests (Kadavý et al. 2022). The two methodologies are complementary to each other. Mezi hlavní cíle metodiky patří: 1. zasazení problematiky do legislativního prostředí; 2. představení procesů narušení objektů v lesním prostředí; 3. charakteristika moderních způsobů identifikace objektů v lesích; 4. představení praktického postupu identifikace objektů hospodářské činnosti člověka v lesích; 5. navržení postupů zajištění zachování a prezentace antropogenních pozůstatků lidské činnosti v lese pro složky státní správy a samosprávy. Metodika vznikla ve spolupráci odborníků humanitního a přírodovědného zaměření. Snaží se tak aplikovat a kombinovat postupy různých oborů. Metodiku doporučujeme používat se souběžně psaným lesnickým textem Metody a postupy ochrany antropogenních objektů historické hospodářské činnosti člověka v lesích (Kadavý a kol. 2022). Obě metodiky se vzájemně doplňují. Protection of historic buildings against vibrations

2022 - Czech The presented heritage procedure was developed in 2018-2021 as part of the NAKI project no. DG18P02OVV040, entitled 'Monuments in Motion', funded by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic. The basis for the design of this heritage procedure is the 30-year activity of Prof. Pirner, Ing. Urushadze and Ing. Bayer in the field of technical seismicity and building dynamics in general. The proposed heritage procedure is actually a methodological guide on how to proceed if there are any failures or negative effects that could be related to vibrations, as well as how to deal with them. For each of the various points of the procedure examples are given from our many years of practice. In general, these investigations involve theoretical and experimental analysis including in situ investigations, non-destructive and laboratory tests on models, using finite element modelling.\n Předkládaný památkový postup byl vytvořen v letech 2018–2021 při řešení úkolu NAKI č. DG18P02OVV040, nazvaného 'Památky v pohybu', financovaného MK ČR. Podkladem pro vypracování tohoto památkového postupu byla 30‐letá činnost Prof. Pirnera, Ing. Urushadzeho a Ing. Bayera v oblasti technické seizmicity a stavební dynamiky obecně. Navržený památkový postup je vlastně metodickým návodem, jak postupovat, pokud se objeví u památek nějaké poruchy nebo negativní projevy, které by mohly souviset s vibracemi, včetně způsobů jejich řešení. K jednotlivým bodům postupu jsou uváděny příklady z dlouholeté praxe. Adaptation to climate change: assessment of urban vulnerability to heatwaves and extreme heat

2022 - Czech The methodology is focused on integrated modelling of climate change impacts on social-ecological systems in cities and on the methodological approach to vulnerability assessment of heatwaves and extreme heat at local and city scales. Recent approaches are often based on insufficient data where land use, land cover and distribution of population in space are considered as constant. This methodology then presents a complex approach to scenario building of future vulnerability of cities to heatwaves and extreme heat, that is based on data synthesis originating from spatial modelling and participatory processes. To this end, the methodology elaborates on the aspects of climate modelling, land use and land cover scenarios development and socio-demographic scenarios until the year 2050. The outcomes of the application of the methodology are a significant tool for urban adaptation planning in terms of adaptation measures allocation to the areas with recent and future sensibility to heat stress. Metodika je zaměřena na oblast integrovaného modelování dopadů změny klimatu na socio-ekologické systémy měst a metodický postup pro hodnocení zranitelnosti měst vůči teplotním extrémům. Současné přístupy jsou často realizována na základě nedostatečných dat a jako proměnlivé se uvažuje pouze klima, zatímco stav zástavby a rozložení populace v prostoru jsou vnímány jako konstantní. Tato metodika přináší nový, ucelený pohled na tvorbu scénářů zranitelnosti měst vůči teplotním extrémům, který je založen na syntéze dat vzniklých prostorovým modelováním a participativními přístupy. Představuje návod, jak postupovat v případě analýzy zranitelnosti měst na úrovní místního měřítka a v rozsahu města jako celku, a to s ohledem na budoucí projekce změny klimatu, scénáře změn využití území a půdního pokryvu a socio-demografického vývoje měst do roku 2050. Výstupy vzniklé na základě metodiky jsou nástrojem adaptačního plánování pro identifikaci lokalit ohrožených teplotním stresem v současnosti a v budoucnosti.
