This bachelor's thesis aims to design a detached house for a family of four or five people. The house is designed on a site located in Hradec Krylov. The land has parcel number 983/26, the cadastral territory of Věkoše. In this area, the housing developer is building new blocks of flats. Therefore, it is possible to design a building that can be realised. Thanks to the planned development, the area is networked with utility networks. The house's foundation will be on a concrete slab, and the building will not have a basement. The house will have a wooden load-bearing structure made of KVH prisms with a diffusely open envelope. Emphasis will be on the design of the truss. There will be designed three variants of gable roof covering. The solutions will be done for the same floor plan. The construction is designed for on-site construction. The energy efficiency is according to the Czech standards for building a house and is close to the values of a passive house. Cílem této práce je navrhnout rodinný dům pro čtyř až pěti člennou rodinu. Dům je navržen na pozemku, který je situován v Hradci Králové. Pozemek má parcelní číslo 983/26, katastrální území Věkoše a je v oblasti, kde se staví nová bytová zástavba, proto je možné navrhnout stavbu, která se může uskutečnit. Díky projektované zástavbě je oblast zasíťována inženýrskými sítěmi. Založení domu bude na betonové konstrukční desce a objekt bude nepodsklepen. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh dřevostavby s difuzně otevřenou stěnou s nosnou částí z KVH hranolů. Důraz bude kladen na návrh krovu, kde budou navrhnuty tři varianty řešení zastřešení sedlové střechy pro jeden půdorys. Stavba je navržena tak, aby mohla být prováděna formou staveništní montáže. Energetická efektivita splňuje české normy pro výstavbu domu a blíží se hodnotám pasivního domu.

Výskyt patogenů v porostu lilku bramboru

This bachelor thesis is focused on the occurrence of pathogens in the potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) crop. The objectives of the thesis were to describe potato, to describe the pathogens that attack potato and, in the practical part, to observe and evaluate the occurrence of late blight, early blight (on chemically treated and untreated parts of the plot) and Y – virus of potato. In each section, pathogen incidence was monitored on 15 varieties. Late blight occurred only minimally in the crop. This was due to the dry and warm weather during the growing season, which caused minimal spread of the disease. On the other hand, early blight occurred on all varieties surveyed. This disease usually appears in the crops during the warm and intermittently wet season. Y-virus of potato was significantly present on one third of the varieties surveyed. The occurrence was caused by a record infestation of the peach aphid, which transmits the PVY virus. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výskyt patogenů v porostu lilku bramboru (Solanum tuberosum L.). Cílem práce bylo popsání lilku bramboru, popsání patogenů, které lilek brambor napadají, a v praktické časti sledování a vyhodnocení výskytu plísně bramboru, terčovité a hnědé skvrnitosti bramboru (na chemicky ošetřených a neošetřených částech pozemku) a Y – virózy bramboru. V každé části byl výskyt patogenů sledován na 15 odrůdách. Plíseň bramboru se v porostu objevila pouze minimálně. To bylo způsobeno suchým a teplým počasím během vegetace, které zapříčinilo minimální šíření choroby. Terčovitá a hnědá skvrnitost bramboru se naopak objevila na všech sledovaných odrůdách. Tato choroba se v porostech objevuje zpravidla za teplé a střídavě vlhké sezóny. Y – viróza bramboru se významně projevila na třetině sledovaných odrůd. Výskyt byl způsoben rekordním náletem mšice broskvoňové, která virus PVY přenáší.

The bachelor's thesis deals with bullying in high schools and its possible preventi-on. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the concept of bullying and its manifestations, types of bullying, participants, and finally, prevention. All sources of information come from profes-sional literature. The practical part is focused on a survey conducted in high schools within the South Moravian Region. Its aim is to reveal experiences with bullying and the extent of bullying among high school students. The practical part is in the form of a questionnaire survey, and the results are evaluated using sta-tistical methods and presented in graphs. Bakalářská práce se zabývá šikanou na středních školách a její možnou prevencí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to do teoretické části a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na samotný pojem šikana a její projevy, druhy šikany, účastníky šikany, a nakonec na její prevenci. Veškeré zdroje informací jsou dostupné z odborné literatury. Praktická část je zaměřena na průzkum konaný na středních školách v rámci Jihomoravského kraje. Jeho cílem je odhalit zkušenosti s šikanou a rozsah šikany u studentů středních škol. Praktická část je formou dotazníkového šetření a výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny statistickými metodami a zhotoveny do grafů.

This bachelor's thesis analyzes and compares the approaches of individual Colombian governments to the peace process with a primary focus on the last three presidential administrations. The introductory part describes the history of Colombia's internal conflict with an emphasis on the period after the events of La Violencia. The main part of the work is focused on the analysis of peace negotiation strategies and describes the factors determining the partial successes and failures of the administrations of the three presidents Andrés Pastrana, Álvaro Uribe, and Manuel Santos between 1998 and 2018, while each of them contributed to a different extent to the conclusion of the final peace agreement in November 2016 Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje a porovnává přístupy jednotlivých kolumbijských vlád k mírovému procesu mezi kolumbijskou vládou a povstaleckými skupinami, zejména Revolučními ozbrojenými silami Kolumbie FARC, s hlavním zaměřením na vývoj po roce 1998. V úvodní části je popsána historie kolumbijského vnitřního konfliktu s důrazem na období po událostech La Violencia. Hlavní část práce je soustředěna na analýzu strategií mírových jednání a popisuje faktory determinující dílčí úspěchy a neúspěchy administrativ tří prezidentů Andrése Pastrany, Álvara Uribeho a Manuela Santose v letech 1998 až 2018, přičemž každý z nich různě velkou měrou přispěl k uzavření finální mírové dohody v listopadu 2016.

This bachelor's thesis is devoted to personal insurance. The goal is to design insurance protection for average clients in the Czech Republic, who are modeled in three age periods during their lifetime. I will monitor the development of insurance amounts according to age and other factors. Furthermore, I identify the determinants that have an influence on the setting of insurance amounts in my own variant. I can find a deviation in the set own insurance amounts from the recommended calculators of the Allianz insurance company. An integral part is a summary of how the need for life insurance changes over the course of one's life with the existence of a mortgage loan, a child and savings. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje pojistné ochraně fyzických osob. Cílem je navrhnnout vlastní pojistnou ochranu pro průměrné klienty v České republice, kteří jsou modelováni ve třech věkových skupinách během jejich života. Budu sledovat vývoj pojistných částek podle věku a dalších faktorů. Dále identifikuji determinanty, které mají vliv na nastavení pojistných částek ve vlastní variantě. Najdu odchylku v nastavených vlastních pojistných částkách od doporučených kalkulátorem pojišťovny Allianz. Nedílnou součástí je shrnutí, jak se mění potřeba životního pojištění v průběhu života při existenci hypotéčního úvěru, dítěte a úsporách.

Enzymy pro aktivaci protinádorových proléčiv

The current issue of oncological therapy lies in its effectiveness and severe side effects. Despite the most modern devices available for treatment methods, cancer treatment is very challenging. Chemotherapy uses highly toxic substances, which results in side effects that can only aggravate the patient. These side effects very often limit the dose of the drug, so that it is not possible to achieve such a concentration that would completely eradicate the tumor in the body. The answer to the question of how to overcome or reduce the occurrence of side effects in cancer treatment is prodrug therapy, which includes less toxic substances/drugs. This therapy aims to target cytotoxic drugs to a non-toxic derivative or prodrug. Prodrugs are inactive and bioreversible derivatives of active drugs that function as a concept for improving active drugs. After administration of the prodrug, this prodrug is selectively activated by enzymes (Cytochromes P450), resulting in the regeneration of the toxic parent drug at the site of the tumor. Současné problémy onkologické léčby spočívají především v její účinnosti a nežádoucích účincích. I přes nejmodernější přístroje, které jsou pro léčebné metody dostupné, je léčba rakoviny velmi náročná. Při chemoterapiích se využívají vysoce toxické látky, což má za následek vedlejší účinky, které mohou pacientovi přitížit. Tyto vedlejší účinky velmi často omezují dávku léčiva, takže nelze dosáhnout takové koncentrace, která by zcela vymýtila nádor v těle. Na otázku, jak překonat či snížit výskyt vedlejších účinků při léčbě rakoviny přináší odpověď proléková terapie, která zahrnuje méně toxické látky/léky. Tato terapie má za cíl zacílení cytotoxických léků na netoxický derivát neboli proléčivo. Proléčiva jsou neaktivní a bioreverzibilní deriváty aktivních léčiv, které fungují jako koncept pro zlepšení právě aktivních léčiv. Po podání proléčiva je toto proléčivo selektivně aktivováno enzymy (Cytochromy P450), čímž dojde k regeneraci toxického mateřského léčiva v místě výskytu nádoru.

Vliv vlhkosti a teploty na pevnost lepených spojů masivního dřeva s kovem

This thesis deals with the problem of bonding of metal and wood. It deals with the comparison of glued joints in wood-wood and wood-metal combinations stressed in shear by induced tension and stressed in bending. It also investigates the effect of exposure to different climatic environments over a period of thirty days, where half of the test specimens were left in normal conditions and the other half were exposed to elevated temperature and humidity. Tato závěrečná práce se věnuje problematice lepení kovu a dřeva. Zabývá se porovnáním lepených spojů v kombinaci dřevo – dřevo a dřevo kov namáhaných ve smyku navozeným tahem a namáhaných v ohybu. Sleduje také vliv působení rozdílného klimatického prostředí po dobu třiceti dní, kdy polovina zkušebních vzorků byla ponechána v běžných podmínkách a druhá byla vystavena působení zvýšené teploty a vlhkosti.

CHOVANCOVÁ, S. Consumer preferences in online shoe shopping. Bachelor the-sis. brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is to propose an improvement of online sales and promotion of Deichmann, Bata and CCC and to find out consumer pref-erences. The theoretical part deals with marketing concepts and their tools in the online world. The practical part focuses on the aforementioned companies, briefly describing their history, product portfolio and loyalty clubs. Afterwards, a ques-tionnaire survey is evaluated in which the author compares the dependencies between the selected variables. In the final part, the author proposes recommen-dations for improving online sales and promotion. Here, the dependence of news-letter reading on the gender of the respondent is revealed, and this leads the au-thor to make recommendations for improvement. CHOVANCOVÁ, S. Teore-tická část se zabývá marketingovými pojmy a jejich nástroji v online světě. Praktic-ká část je zaměřena na již zmíněné společnosti, kde je stručně popsána jejich his-torie, portfolio produktů a věrnostní kluby. Následně je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření, ve kterém autorka provede porovnání závislostí mezi vybranými proměn-nými. V závěrečné části autorka navrhuje doporučení pro zlepšení online prodeje a propagace. Zde se projevila závislost čtení newsletterů na pohlaví respondenta, a to vede autorku k vytvoření doporučení na zlepšení.

Antibiotická rezistence patogenních bakterií u vybraných druhů zájmových zvířat

Some strains of pathogenic bacteria are capable of resistance to antibacterial agents. This resistance makes it difficult to treat diseases in both human and veterinary medicine. The most well-known pathogens of domestic animals, mainly dogs and cats, are mentioned in the context of the bachelor thesis. The thesis highlights the importance of understanding the mechanisms of resistance. It describes mobile elements, the principle of efflux pumps and spontaneous chromosomal mutations. Prevention should be the basis for preventing resistance from spreading further in the population. The observance of good hygiene habits, the appropriate use of antibiotics in the correct dosage and legislative adjustments on agricultural farms should be implemented on a global scale. The development of antimicrobial substances, including chemotherapeutics, should continue. At the same time, more empha-sis should be placed on the search for new alternatives. Mainly plant phytobiotics look promising. Některé kmeny patogenních bakterií jsou schopny rezistence vůči antibakteriálním látkám. Tato odolnost ztěžuje možnosti léčby nemocí, jak v humánní, tak veterinární medicíně. V rámci bakalářské práce jsou zmíněny nejznámější patogeny domácích zvířat, především psů a koček. Práce poukazuje na důležitost pochopení mechanismů vzniku rezistence. Blíže charakterizuje mobilní elementy, princip efluxních pump a spontánní chromozomální mutace. Prevence by měla být základem, aby se v populaci rezistence dále nešířila. Dodržování základních hygienických návyků, náležité užívání antibiotik ve správném dávkování a legislativní úpravy v zemědělských chovech by měly být zavedeny v globálním měřítku. Vývoj antimikrobiálních látek, včetně chemoterapeutik, by měl pokračovat. Zároveň by měl být kladen větší důraz na hledání nových alternativ. Slibně vyhlížejí hlavně rostlinná fytobiotika.
