This thesis focuses on the theoretical analysis of measuring physical quantities using sensors and the design of a measurement unit for physical quantity measurements. It also addresses the hardware design of a measurement station, communication with the user interface, and data visualization in a web environment. Práca sa zaoberá teoretickým rozborom problematiky merania fyzikálnych veličín pomocou snímačov, návrhom meracej jednotky pre meranie fyzikálnych veličín. Ďalej sa zaoberá návrhom hardvéru meracej stanice, komunikácie s užívateľským prostredím a vizualizáciou dát vo webovom prostredí.

This work discusses development of mobile phone applications and design and implementation of a custom application for comparing and sharing training exercises with a trainer/coach. My focus was on the Android operating system. The Figma tool was used for the design of the user interface. The application itself was created with the React Native library using the Expo platform. I managed to create and test an application with all of the required features. V tejto práci je rozoberaná tvorba mobilných aplikácií a návrh a implementácia vlastnej aplikácie pre porovnávanie a zdieľanie cvikov s trénerom. Cieľom tejto práce je zoznámiť sa s problematikou vytvárania mobilných aplikácií a vytvorenie vlastnej mobilnej aplikácie. Zameriaval som sa na operačný systém Android. Pre návrh užívateľského rozhrania bol použitý nástroj Figma. Samotná aplikácia bola vytvorená knižnicou React Native za využitia platformy Expo. Aplikáciu sa mi podarilo vytvoriť a otestovať so všetkými požadovanými vlastnosťami.

This bachelor's thesis delves into aspect-based sentiment analysis (ABSA) and the creation of a system tailored for examining video game user reviews. By building on established solutions, the system emphasizes the use of generative language models for extracting Aspect-Category-Opinion-Sentiment (ACOS) quadruples. The devised system streamlines the collection and evaluation of reviews, providing an intuitive user interface that enables effortless searching, filtering, and visualization of analytical outcomes via a web application. Furthermore, two datasets predominantly consisting of Czech video game reviews have been assembled. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou aspektovo-orientovanej analýzy sentimentu a implementáciou systému určeného k analýze používateľských recenzií videohier. Pri tvorbe systému nadväzuje na súčasne riešenia a zameriava sa na aplikovanie generatívnych jazykových modelov pre úlohu extrakcie štvoríc (aspekt, kategória, názor, sentiment). Vytvorený systém dokáže automatizovať proces získavania a analýzy recenzií. Pomocou webovej aplikácie poskytuje intuitívne používateľské rozhranie pre vyhľadávanie, filtrovanie a vizualizáciu výsledkov analýzy. Pre účely práce boli taktiež vytvorené dve dátové sady prevažne českých recenzií videohier.

The ability to identify and treat a variety of medical diseases is made possible by medical imaging, which is an essential component of contemporary healthcare. Yet, elements like noise and low resolution can have a negative impact on the quality of medical photographs. In this thesis, how to enhance the resolution and quality of medical images was investigated using MedSRGAN, a deep learning model built on generative adversarial networks (GANs). MedSRGAN was implemented and then applied to computed tomography (CT), one of the most utilized medical imaging methods. Lekárske zobrazovanie, ktoré je základnou súčasťou súčasnej zdravotnej starostlivosti, umožňuje identifikovať a liečiť rôzne ochorenia. Prvky ako šum a nízke rozlíšenie však môžu mať negatívny vplyv na kvalitu lekárskych snímkov. V tejto práci bolo skúmané, ako zlepšiť rozlíšenie a kvalitu lekárskych fotografií pomocou MedSRGAN, modelu hlbokého učenia postaveného na generatívnych adverzných sieťach (GAN). Sieť MedSRGAN bola implementovaná a aplikovaná na počítačovú tomografiu (CT), jedna z široko využívaných lekárskych zobrazovacích metód.

The thesis deals with the creation of an add-on for the open source program Blender, whose task is to facilitate the creation of game assets for amateur developers. Unlike other addons that solve these problems in a more detailed but specific way, this solution is unification and simplification of these tools, for the basic needs of the user. For example, the user can generate snow, character, bounding boxes, merged object with skeleton, level of details, or use tools to explode objects, set active texture, calculate texel density for an object, and load objects on empty points. Práca sa zaoberá tvorbou doplnkov pre open source program Blender, ktorého úlohou je uľahčiť vytváranie herných assetov pre amatérskych vývojárov. Na rozdiel od ostatných add-onov, ktoré tieto problémy riešia podrobnejšie ale konkrétne, je toto riešenie istým spôsobom zjednotenie a zjednodušenie týchto nástrojov pre základné potreby užívateľa. Užívateľ si môže napríklad nechať vygenerovať sneh, charakter, obaľovacie boxy, spojený objekt s kostrou, levely detailov objektov alebo využiť nástroje na explodovanie objektov, nastavenie aktívnej textúry, vypočítanie hustoty pixelov pre objekt a načítanie objektov na prázdne body.

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the processing and analysis of data from a commercial company, aiming to create an analytical tool for regular knowledge extraction from data that assists the company with important strategic decisions. The theoretical part of the thesis describes various methods of data mining and data processing, with a significant focus on the clustering method. The thesis further describes the available datasets that were used for the analysis and implementation of the proposed tasks. The final part of the concludes results of the analysis and its future usability including suggestions for improvement. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá spracovaním a analýzou dát obchodnej spoločnosti, s cieľom vytvoriť analytický nástroj na pravidelné získavanie poznatkov z dát, ktorý pomáha firme s dôležitými strategickými rozhodnutiami. V teoretickej časti práce sú popísané rôzne spôsoby získavania poznatkov a spracovania dát s výrazným zameraním na metódu zhlukovania. Práca ďalej opisuje dostupné dátové sady, ktoré boli využité na analýzu. Nasleduje implementácia navrhnutých úloh. V závere práce sú prezentované výsledky analýzy a využiteľnosť do budúcna, vrátane návrhov na zlepšenie.

Blender addon pro generování 3D matematických rovnic

This bachelor's thesis aims to create a Blender add-on, which makes the creation of 3D mathematical equations easier for users. Unlike alternative solutions, equations consist of individual editable text objects. The input data are entered in the mathematical notation of the Latex language. They are later analyzed using lexical and syntax analysis. When no faults are found, the specified mathematical equation is generated in a 3D environment. The final add-on is functional with the support of main Latex commands and is intended for public use. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je tvorba Blender addonu, ktorý uľahčuje užívateľom vytváranie 3D matematických rovníc. Na rozdiel od alternatívnych riešení sa rovnice skladajú z individuálnych editovateľných textových objektov. Vstupné dáta sú zadávané v matematickej notácii jazyku Latex. Následne sú analyzované pomocou lexikálnej a syntaktickej analýzy. Pri bezchybnom prechode dochádza k vygenerovaniu zadanej matematickej rovnice v 3D prostredí. Výsledný addon je funkčný s podporou základných Latex príkazov a je určený na verejné použitie.

Detekce prezentačního útoku na otisky prstů pomocí žil

This work deals with the detection of a presentation attack on a biometric fingerprint sensor capturing an image of a vein. It contains a proposal for a method of detecting a presentation attack on a sensor that uses NIR illumination to highlight a vein in a finger. The method is tested and trained on a dataset containing 294 finger images extracted from 143 pictures of hands. The method is based on extracting textural information from the image and subsequent classification using the SVM classifier. The extraction uses parallel processing and processes features from 294 fingerprint images in 25 minutes on average. Subsequent classification achieves an average detection success rate of 97 %. The work also describes the steps necessary to carry out various types of attacks on a biometric system using the vein system. Táto práca sa zaoberá detekciou prezentačného útoku na biometrický snímač odtlačkov prstov zachytávajúci snímku žilového riečiska. Obsahuje návrh metódy detekcie prezentačného útoku na snímač, ktorý používa NIR osvetlenie na zvýraznenie žilového riečiska v prste. Metóda je testovaná a trénovaná na dátovej sade obsahujúcej 294 snímkov prstov extrahovaných zo 143 snímkov rúk. Metóda je založená na extrahovaní texturálnych informácií zo snímku a následnej klasifikácií pomocou SVM klasifikátora. Extrakcia používa paralelné spracovanie a prvky z 294 snímkov prstov spracuje v priemere za 25 minút. Následná klasifikácia dosahuje priemernú úspešnosť detekcie 97 %. V práci sú takisto opísané kroky potrebné na prevedenie rôznych typov útokov na biometrický systém používajúci práve žilové riečisko.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the extraction of semantic relations between named entities in natural text using learning with a small number of supporting examples. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces methods for natural language representation using dense vectors and named entity recognition. Next, deep learning based approaches for semantic relation extraction are described. The theoretical part also includes a description of learning with a small number of training examples in the context of semantic relation extraction In the implementation part, a system for extracting semantic relations from text has been proposed. The system uses pairwise classifiers based on pre-trained language models like transformers to classify the relations. For the purpose of this work, the ELECTRA-PAIR, RoBERTa-PAIR and BERT-PAIR models were trained. In the experimental part of the thesis, these models are evaluated over different datasets. The experimental part also includes experiments aimed at classifying more complex semantic relations. Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na extrakciu sémantických vzťahov medzi pomenovanými entitami v prirodzenom texte pomocou učenia s malým počtom pomocných príkladov. V teoretickej časti práce sú predstavené metódy reprezentácie prirodzeného jazyka pomocou hustých vektorov a rozpoznávanie pomenovaných entít. Ďalej sú opísané prístupy k extrakcii sémantických vzťahov založené na hlbokom učení. Teoretická časť zahŕňa aj popis učenia s malým počtom trénovacích príkladov v kontexte extrakcie sémantických vzťahov. V implementačnej časti bol navrhnutý systém pre extrakciu sémantických vzťahov z textu. Systém ku klasifikácii vzťahov využíva párové klasifikátory založené na predtrénovaných jazykových modeloch typu transformers. Pre potreby práce boli natrénované modely ELECTRA-PAIR, RoBERTa-PAIR a BERT-PAIR. V experimentálnej časti práce sú tieto modely vyhodnotené nad rôznymi dátovými sadami. Experimentálna časť zároveň zahrňuje aj experimenty zamerané na klasifikáciu zložitejších sémantických vzťahov.

Zpracování obrazu za účelem detekce laserového paprsku v otevřeném prostoru

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with image processing in order to detect the laser beam in open space. It describes the basic principles of laser operation, its behaviour and methods of detecting objects in the image. Also, it implements a system whose input is an image of a laser beam, which detects and then calculates its trajectory using a vector. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou obrazu za účelom detekcie laserového lúča v otvorenom priestore. Popisuje základné princípy funkčnosti lasera, jeho vlastnosti a metódy detekcie objektov v obraze. Zároveň implementuje systém, ktorého vstupom je snímka laserového lúča, ktorý detekuje a definuje jeho trajektóriu pomocou vektora.
