The present review deals with gasification technologies in relation to rape grouts, which is relevant fuel at the project. Fundamentals about several gasification technologies, such as in fixed-bed, fluidized-bed and entrained flow, are discussed. Moreover, an overview of gasification units which are based on the relevant technologies is stated. Práce je věnována literární rešerši zplyňovacích technologií s důrazem na uvažované palivo, kterým je řepkový šrot. Jsou zde představeny základní technologické aspekty dílčích zplyňovacích technologií, jako zplyňování v sesuvné vrstvě, ve fluidní vrstvě a v hořákových generátorech. Též jsou představeny funkční technologické jednotky vztahující se k předmětu projektu.

Treatment of the Miscellanous Plastic Material

The miscellanyous plastic material is heated to 200°C. After them is grinded to the partical of 1 mm diametr. The part of PVC is degradeted. The materiál is dried. Úprava směsných plastů se provádí zahříváním na 200°C a následným drcením na částice o velikosti zrna pod 1 mm. Během ohřevu se část PVC rozloží a plast se vysuší.

The present report gives a review of patents dealing with partial oxidation of solid fuels, particularly rape grouts. Besides, mathematical model of partial oxidation of solid fuels in entrained flow gasifiers is proposed and carried out in Aspen plus software. Results of mathematical modelling are given, namely performance of the generator in the dependence of varying input parameters is shown Práce podává přehled patentů vztahujících se k parciální oxidaci řepkového šrotu, či tuhého biopaliva obecně. Je proveden návrh matematického modelu parciálního oxidace tuhých paliv v hořáku v programu Aspen plus. Dále jsou uvedeny výsledky matematického modelování, které modelují základní charakteristiku hořáku v závislosti na složení vstupních proudů a dalších parametrech.

The results of the research of hydrogenation reaction running in Trickle bed reactor (TBR) under condition of steady state or periodic pulse modulation of liquid feed are presented in the report. The effect od pulse period and split on reaction conversion including optimal operation conditions was determined. Yhe extensive hydrodynamic study of TBR was conducted and judged in terms of pressure drop profiles along the catalytic layer, liquid hold up and residence time distribution. Results of hydrodynamic study confirm determination of optimal operating conditions related to maximum conversion. Jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumu hydrogenace ropných produktů ve zkrápěníém reaktoru provozovaném v ustáleném stavu nebo v režimu periodických pulsací nástřiku kapalné fáze. Byl stanoven vliv periody a splitu na konverzi a nalezeno optimum pro zkoumanou reakci. Jsou presentovány výsledky rozsáhlé hydrodynamické studie zkrápěného reaktoru. Sledovanými veličinami byly profily tlakových ztrát, zádrž kapaliny a rozdělení dob prodlení v kapalné fázi. Výsledky hydrodynamické studie indikují optimální procesní podmínky pro dosažení maximální konverze.

Chemical recycling of PET is carried through alkaline hydrolysis. The produkt is salt of terephtalic acid, which is electrolytically furthet separated into PTA and alkaline glykol solution. Vakuum destilation is applied to get etylenglycol. Chemická recyklace PET se provádí alkalickou hydrolýzou v etylenglykolu. Po ukončení reakce se vyloučí sůl kyseliny tereftalové. Ta se rozpustí ve vodě a elektrolyticky se vyloučí kyselina tereftalová. Vzniklý basický roztok glykolu se vrací do hydrolýzy. Etylenglykol se získává vakuovou destilací.

Counter-current laboratory extraction of diesel oil by m-, p-cresol mixture was carried out. These experiments result in demanding improvement of gained oil properties. Byla provedena laboratorní protiproudá extrakce procesního oleje směsí m-, p- krezolu. Experimenty vedou k požadovanému zlepšení vlastností získaného oleje.
