The topic of the bachelor thesis is the impact of digitalization and robotization on the management of companies in the gastronomy industry. It focuses on explaining the different types of digitalization and robotization that are used in the gastronomy industry and thus bringing people closer to the technologies that businesses use. Employees can use machines in production to improve and speed up their work, but also not forgetting customers, who can take advantage of the technical aids that businesses offer, such as QR codes in restaurants or self-service boards. However, digitisation is not only about production and order taking, but also about the delivery method, where customers can use apps to have their food delivered to their door. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis describes how digitalization has been able to increase sales for the selected businesses and how people use the modern features they have access to. Tématem bakalářské práce je vliv digitalizace a robotizace na hospodaření firem v gastronomii. Zaměřuje se na vysvětlení různých druhů digitalizace a robotizace, které se v gastronomii využívají a přibližuje tak lidem technologie, které podniky používají. Pro zlepšení a zrychlení práce mohou zaměstnanci používat stroje a technologie nejen ve výrobě. Zároveň se nesmí zapomínat na zákazníky, kteří mohou využít technické pomůcky, které podniky nabízejí. Příkladem mohou být QR kódy v restauracích nebo samoobslužné tabule. Avšak digitalizace se netýká pouze výroby a příjmu objednávek, ale také způsobu doručení. Zde zákazníci mohou využít aplikací, díky kterým jim je zboží doručeno až ke dveřím. Dále je v bakalářské práci popsáno, jak dokázala digitalizace zvýšit tržby vybraného podniku a jak lidé využívají moderních technologií ke kterým mají přístup.

The bachelor's thesis examines food waste and food banks in the region, focusing on the approach of large supermarkets and organizations. The theoretical part focuses on sustainable development and its pillars. The aim is to assess whether large chains are effectively cooperating with food banks, to examine the current conditions of cooperation and to predict future results. The practical part includes interviews with representatives of supermarkets and food banks, exploring current steps to reduce food waste and identifying their visions and plans for the future. The bachelor's thesis emphasizes the importance of the topic and presents the attitude of organizations to the issue of food waste. Bakalářská práce zkoumá plýtvání potravinami a potravinové banky v regionu se zaměřením na přístup velkých supermarketů a organizací. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na udržitelný rozvoj a jeho pilíře. Cílem je posoudit, zda velké řetězce efektivně spolupracují s potravinovými bankami, prozkoumat stávající podmínky spolupráce a předvídat budoucí výsledky. Praktická část obsahuje rozhovory se zástupci supermarketů a potravinových bank, zkoumá aktuální kroky ke snížení plýtvání potravinami a identifikuje jejich vize a plány pro budoucnost. Bakalářská práce zdůrazňuje důležitost tématu a představuje postoj organizací k problematice plýtvání potravinami.

Dohoda o vině a trestu a další alternativní trestní procedury Abstrakt Téma této práce se týká alternativních trestních procedur, přičemž na první místo řadí dohodu o vině a trestu. Jde o institut, který v českém právní řádu nemá žádnou tradici, byl do něj zařazen pod vlivem angloamerického práva a představuje alternativu ke klasickému průběhu trestního řízení, které bude při využití dohody zkráceno, přičemž za klíčovou lze považovat právě dobu sjednání dohody, zda se tak děje po zahájení trestního stíhání nebo později ale ještě před podáním obžaloby či až v rámci soudního stádia řízení, respektive v rámci řízení odvolacího. Dohoda představuje možnost, jak se vyhnout hlavnímu líčení a s tím souvisejícímu dokazování, podání obžaloby a také zdlouhavému opatřování důkazních prostředků, a to prohlášením osoby, proti níž se řízení vede, že spáchala skutek, pro který je stíhána. Práce je rozdělena do dvou kapitol, první z nich se zabývá charakteristikou dohody, jejím teoreticko-právním vymezením a její zákonnou úpravou v České republice. Následuje výčet přístupů k ní pohledem zahraničních právníků a ekonomů a pohled na dohodu ze strany základních zásad trestního procesu. Druhá kapitola pak je členěna do řady podkapitol, které se nejprve zabývají ekonomickým pohledem na trestní právo - na páchání trestných činů,... Agreement on guilt and punishment and alternative criminal proceedings Abstract This thesis deals with alternative criminal proceedings and agreement on guilt and punishment in the first place. The agreement on guilt an punishment as an institute has no tradition in the Czech legal order and was introduced into Czech law due to influence of common law. The agreement is seen as an alternative solution in comparison to usual criminal procedure which is shortened due to the aforementioned agreement. The crucial role is played by time - in which stage of criminal prosecution the agreement is concluded: if the conclusion of the agreement takes place immediately after the initiation of the criminal prosecution, later on but ahead of bringing an indictment or whether the agreement is entered into during judicial proceedings or later in a court of appeals. The agreement constitues possibility for a defendant and his defence lawyer to avoid criminal trial and bringing of indictment related to it. Proving guilt and collecting evidence are avoided too. All that is possible due to statement of the defendant that he or she commited deed for which the defendant is prosecuted. This thesis is divided into two main chapters. VLIV METEOROLOGICKÝCH PRVKŮ NA NEHODOVOST MOTOCYKLOVÉ DOPRAVY V JIHOČESKÉM KRAJI

This diploma thesis examines the influence of meteorological elements on the accident rate of the motorcycle traffic in the South Bohemian region from 2016 to 2020. The intention is to understand the interactions between the weather conditions and the number of motorcycle accidents. The thesis uses a wide and extensive police database of motorcycle accidents as well as meteorological elements such as temperature, wind, rain, new snow and sunshine. The base of the thesis is a new unique research methodology, which was supported by reports and literature dealing with this issue. Currently, there are not many studies devoted to this topic. The executed data analysis is using the correlation method, which is supported by individual graphs for each investigated element. The thesis result is finding that highest risk factor elements are temperature and sunshine. The segregated data and research can assist in traffic analysis and serve as a basic study for improving the safety of motorcyclist on roads in different weather conditions. Tato diplomová práce zkoumá vliv meteorologických prvků na nehodovost motocyklové dopravy v Jihočeském kraji od roku 2016 do roku 2020 včetně. Záměrem je porozumět, jaké jsou vzájemné vztahy mezi povětrnostními podmínkami a počtem motocyklových nehod. Práce využívá rozsáhlou policejní databázi motocyklových nehod a také meteorologických prvků jako je teplota, vítr, srážky, nový sníh a sluneční svit. Samotným základem je zcela nová a jedinečná metodika výzkumu, kterou podpořily tituly zabývající se touto problematikou. Ani v současné době neexistuje mnoho studií, které by se tomuto tématu věnovaly. Provedená analýza dat využívá korelační metodu, která je podpořena pomocí jednotlivých grafů u každého zkoumaného prvku. Výsledky této práce jsou, že největšími rizikovými prvky jsou prvky teplot a slunečního svitu. Roztříděná data a výzkum může dále poskytnout užitečné informace v dopravě a být výchozí studií k opatření zaměřená na zlepšení bezpečnosti motocyklistů na silnicích v různých povětrnostních podmínkách.

Slow tourism

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to define slow tourism and clarify how this form of tourism differs from other forms and what benefits it has compared to mass tourism. This work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with defining tourism, sustainability in tourism and the positive and negative impacts that tourism brings. The work then focuses more closely on slow tourism itself, on its definition and the emergence of this form of tourism, as well as on the requirements that destinations should meet in order to be suitable for slow tourism. Furthermore, the work examines the potential for the development of slow tourism in the Czech Republic and deals with the only destination in the Czech Republic that focuses on slow tourism, namely Orlické hory and Podorlicko. At the end of the analytical part, there is a proposal for a new slow destination. The practical part uses research based on data from questionnaires, it was distributed in electronic form and then each question is processed graphically and commented. Cílem této bakalářské práce je definování slow turismu a objasnění, jak se tato forma cestovního ruchu liší od ostatních forem a jaké má přínosy oproti masovému cestovnímu ruchu. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním cestovního ruchu, udržitelností v cestovním ruchu a pozitivními a negativními dopady, které cestovní ruch přináší. Práce se pak blíže zaměřuje na samotný slow tourism, na jeho definici a vznik této formy cestovního ruchu a také na požadavky, které by měly destinace splňovat, aby byly vhodné pro slow tourism. Dále práce zkoumá, jaký má potenciál pro rozvoj slow tourismu Česká republika a zabývá se prozatím jedinou destinací v České republice, která se zaměřuje na slow tourism a to Orlické hory a Podorlicko. Na konci analytické části se nachází návrh na novou slow destinaci. Praktická část využívá výzkum založený na datech z dotazníků, byl distribuován v elektronické podobě a následně je každá otázka zpracována graficky a okomentována.

Compensation System for Employees in the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of employees in a selected business. The aim of this thesis is to assess the compensation system for employees in the selected company and to propose steps to improve the efficiency of the system. The thesis provides a theoretical basis that relates to the issue of remuneration of employees, such as basic concepts, principles and theories of remuneration. Based on this theoretical knowledge, an analysis is carried out of the existing remuneration system for employees in the selected business. The analysis includes a survey of wages, benefits and other forms of compensation. Based on the results of the survey, potential changes to the existing remuneration system are proposed to increase employee motivation and improve the efficiency of the firm's work. Bakalářská práce se zabývá odměňováním zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je posoudit systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a navrhnout kroky, které by vedly ke zlepšení efektivnosti tohoto systému. Práce představuje teoretický základ, který se týká problematiky odměňování zaměstnanců jako jsou například základní pojmy, principy a teorie odměňování. Podle těchto teoretických poznatků je provedena analýza stávajícího systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Daná analýza zahrnuje průzkum mezd, benefitů a dalších forem odměňování. Na základě výsledků průzkumu jsou navrženy případné změny stávajícího systému odměňování, které mají za cíl zvýšit motivaci zaměstnanců a zlepšit efektivitu práce podniku.

Analysis of the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the field of human resources

Modern technology holds great potential to change the way HR professionals do their jobs. There can be no doubt that artificial intelligence will play a key role in this development. The thesis focuses on research of the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the field of human resources, conducted in the form of an online questionnaire and a qualitative interview with HR manager from the Czech branch of an international corporate company. These data are processed by statistical methods of hypothesis testing and SWOT analysis. The output of this thesis can serve as a valuable guideline for organizations considering the implementation of these tools. Moderní technologie skrývají obrovský potenciál, který může navždy změnit způsob, jakým personalisté vykonávají svou práci. O tom, že umělá inteligence bude hrát klíčovou roli v tomto vývoji, nemůže být pochyb. Tato práce se zabývá výzkumem možností využití umělé inteligence v oblasti human resources prováděným formou internetového dotazníku a kvalitativního rozhovoru s personalistkou z české pobočky mezinárodní korporátní firmy. Tyto data jsou následně zpracovány statistickými metodami testování hypotéz a SWOT analýzou. Výstup práce sloužit jako cenné vodítko pro organizace uvažující o implementaci těchto nástrojů.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is urban and rural heritage reserves as a way to improve the quality of the offer in the South Bohemia Region. The content of the thesis is the definition of the areas, accommodation and catering facilities, the area of the conservation area and the compilation and evaluation of a questionnaire. The aim of this thesis is therefore not only to provide a comprehensive view of the tourist areas within the tourism industry, but also to formulate specific suggestions and recommendations that can contribute to their further development and prosperity. Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou městské a venkovské památkové rezervace jako cesta ke zkvalitnění nabídky v Jihočeském kraji. Obsahem práce je vymezení daných oblastí, ubytovacích a stravovacích zařízení, území památkové rezervace a sestavení a vyhodnocení dotazníku. Cílem této práce je tedy nejen poskytnout ucelený pohled na turistické oblasti v rámci cestovního ruchu, ale také formulovat konkrétní návrhy a doporučení, které mohou přispět k jejich dalšímu rozvoji a prosperitě.

Propagace vysokoškolských geografických pracovišť v České republice

The bachelor's thesis focuses on marketing communication of geography departments at universities in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is not only to analyse the current state and potential of the promotion of geography departments at Czech universities on the basis of their presentation, website, social network (Facebook, Instagram) and based on data obtained, but also to propose an optimal strategy to promote a specific department of geography which would increase its visibility, attractiveness and prestige in the eyes of selected target groups. The bachelor's thesis first maps the occurrence of geography departments at public universities in the Czech Republic, explains the basic principles of marketing communication and explores the most frequently used social networks. The work analyses the social networks used across institutions, describes basic indicators such as numbers of followers, frequency of posts or focus of content, etc., and further assesses the use of websites from specific departments. Using the information gathered, the work proposes specific strategy for efficient use of the social network Instagram on the example of the Department of Geography of the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na marketingovou komunikaci vysokoškolských geografických pracovišť. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav a potenciál propagace VŠ geografických pracovišť v Česku na základě prezentace, webových stránek, sociální sítě (Facebook, Instagram) a na základě získaných dat navrhnout optimální strategii propagace konkrétního geografického pracoviště, která by zvýšila jeho viditelnost, atraktivitu a prestiž v očích vybraných cílových skupin. Bakalářská práce mapuje výskyt geografických pracovišť na veřejných vysokých školách v České republice, vysvětluje základní principy marketingové komunikace a informuje o nejčastěji využívaných sociálních sítích a jejich zaměření. Práce analyzuje užívané sociální sítě napříč institucemi, popisuje jejich základní ukazatele, jako počty sledujících, frekvenci příspěvků či zaměření obsahu apod. a dále hodnotí využívání webových stránek konkrétních pracovišť. Pomocí zjištěných informací práce navrhuje konkrétní postupy efektivního využívání sociální sítě Instagram na příkladu Katedry geografie Pedagogické fakulty Jihočeské univerzity.

Properties of the utility function in methods of MCDM

This thesis was concetrated on the value of utility function properties in the application of multi-criteria variance estimation models. The aim was to identify the deficiencies in the current utility function and to find the optimal alternative. Our study is based on the analysis of a case example involving the selection of an apartment for a student seeking accommodation. The relevance of different features of the utility function and their influence on the overall evaluation and decision making was investigated. Analytical methods and models were used to quantify this issue. The thesis was concluded by discussing the impact of identified utility function deficiencies on the evaluation results and suggesting a more appropriate utility function for multi-criteria variant evaluation applications. This study was sought to contribute to a better understanding of the influence of utility function characteristics on the quality of evaluation and decision making in multi-criteria analysis. Tato práce se zaměřuje na hodnotu vlastností užitkové funkce při aplikaci modelů vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. Cílem je identifikovat nedostatky v lineární užitkové funkci a nalézt optimální alternativu. V naší studii se opíráme o analýzu příkladu výběru bytu pro studenta hledajícího si bydlení. Dále bude zkoumána relevantnost různých vlastností užitkové funkce a jejich vliv na celkové hodnocení a rozhodování. Pro kvantifikaci této problematiky budou využity analytické metody a modely. V závěru práce bude diskutován vliv identifikovaných nedostatků v užitkové funkci na výsledky hodnocení a bude navržena vhodnější užitková funkce pro aplikace vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. Tato studie se snaží přispět k lepšímu porozumění vlivu vlastností užitkové funkce na kvalitu hodnocení a rozhodování ve vícekriteriální analýze.
