2024 - Czech Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou přípravy studentů Pedagogické fakulty Univerzity Karlovy na talentové zkoušky z tělesné výchovy. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se studenti PedF UK připravovali na talentové zkoušky z tělesné výchovy, zda se vůbec připravovali, jak dlouho, případně pod jakým vedením a v jakých sportech. V teoretické části se práce zabývá představením Rámcových vzdělávacích programů pro tělesnou výchovu na gymnáziích a středních odborných školách a porovnáním jejich rozdílů. Dále se zaměřuje na popis a charakteristiku talentových zkoušek z tělesné výchovy na univerzitách včetně jednotlivých disciplín a sportovních odvětví, které jsou obsaženy v talentové zkoušce. V závěru teoretické části je rovněž analyzována role pohybových schopností a dovedností jako klíčových determinantů sportovního výkonu a jejich vlivu na úspěšnost při talentových zkouškách. V praktické části je využit dotazníkový šetření mezi studenty PedF UK oboru tělesné výchovy a sportu v prvním až pátém ročníku, který zkoumá, zda se studenti připravovali na talentové zkoušky, jakou formou a na které sporty se případně zaměřili. Dotazník vyplnilo 92 studentů z toho 67 žen a 25 mužů. Průměrná věk byl 22let. Výsledky práce budou přispívat k lepšímu pochopení procesu přijímacího řízení a přípravy studentů na talentové... The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the preparation of the students of the Faculty of Education of Charles University for the talent exams in physical education. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the students of Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University are prepared for the talent exams in physical education, whether they are prepared at all, for how long, or under what guidance and in what sports. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the introduction of the Framework Educational Programmes for Physical Education in different secondary schools and a comparison of their differences. Furthermore, it focuses on the description and characteristics of the physical education talent test at universities, including the different disciplines and sports that are included in the talent test. The theoretical section also concludes with an analysis of the role of physical abilities and skills as key determinants of sport performance and their impact on success in the talent test. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey among the students of the Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University in the field of physical education and sport in the first to fifth year is used to investigate whether the students are prepared for the talent exams, in what form and which sports they focused... What hinders the recovery of zooplankton communities in acidified lakes?

2024 - Czech Acidifikace půdního i vodního prostředí, která se objevila s nástupem průmyslové revoluce, se stala významným ekologickým problémem 20. století. Zvýšení emisí a následná depozice acidifikujících látek do prostředí způsobila v jezerech Evropy a Severní Ameriky obrovský pokles početnosti a biodiverzity vodních organismů. Od 90. let 20. století došlo ke snížení emisí způsobující acidifikaci, přesto se vodní ekosystémy nevracejí do stavu, v jakém se nacházely před acidifikací. Tato práce se zabývá faktory ovlivňujícími průběh chemického i biologického zotavení vodních ekosystémů postižených atmosférickou acidifikací. Ukazuje se, že společenstva, která nově vznikla v acidifikovaných vodách si hledají novou ekologickou rovnováhu, a tak je rekolonizace původních druhů limitována více faktory než jen nevhodnými chemickými vlastnostmi vody. Acidifikací byla postižena i šumavská jezera, která jsou nyní v procesu zotavování z acidifikace. Hlavními faktory ovlivňujícími obnovu přirozených společenstev zooplanktonu v jezerech jsou vysoké koncentrace hliníku, periodické výkyvy pH, vlastnosti povodí a nově i klimatické změny a s nimi související odumírání stromů způsobené kůrovcem. Klíčová slova: acidifikace, zotavení, zooplankton, šumavská jezera, klimatické změny Acidification of soil and water environments, which emerged with the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, became a major ecological problem of the 20th century. The increase in emissions and subsequent deposition of acidifying substances into the environment has caused a significant decline in abundance and biodiversity of aquatic organisms in European and North American lakes. Emissions causing acidification have been reduced since the 1990s, yet aquatic ecosystems are not returning to their pre-acidification state. This thesis concludes the factors affecting the course of chemical and biological recovery of aquatic ecosystems affected by atmospheric acidification. The reviewed literature shows that communities newly established in acidified waters seek a new ecological equilibrium, and thus recolonization of native species is not limited by merely unsuitable water chemistry itself. Bohemian forest lakes have also been affected by acidification and are now in the process of recovering. The main factors affecting the recovery of natural zooplankton communities in lakes are high aluminium concentrations, periodic pH fluctuations, catchment characteristics and, more recently, climate change and associated bark beetle-induced tree dieback. Exceptions to the positive relationship between species diversity and environmental heterogeneity

2024 - Czech Pozitivní vztah heterogenity prostředí a druhové bohatosti byl dlouhá léta považován za všeobecně platné pravidlo. Recentní studie však odhalují různé alternativní podoby tohoto vztahu, jako například vztah negativní či vztah s unimodálním průběhem. Známe množství mechanismů, které by za těmito výjimkami z pozitivního vztahu mohly stát. Zvyšující se prostorová rozmanitost prostředí určité velikosti nutně musí vést ke zmenšení jeho dílčích částí a úbytku životního prostoru organismů, které ho obývají. Zároveň také může docházet k fragmentaci prostředí a izolaci jednotlivých částí biotopu, což také může mít negativní dopad na druhovou bohatost společenstva. Nevhodně zvolené metodické postupy a parametry výzkumu mohou být jedním z důvodů, proč jsou tyto alternativní vztahy objevovány až v posledních letech. Znalost vztahu mezi rozmanitostí prostředí a druhovou bohatostí je zásadní pro řešení otázek ochrany biodiverzity. Z tohoto důvodu je třeba jeho alternativní podoby odhalit v konkrétních ekosystémech, které máme zájem chránit, a jejich existenci nepodceňovat, přestože jsou méně časté než vztah pozitivní. The positive relationship between environmental heterogeneity and species richness has been taken for granted for many years. However, recent studies have revealed possible alternatives to this positive relationship, such as negative or unimodal relationship. There are many possible explanations for these alternative relationships. Increasing spatial heterogeneity of a biotope of a given size inevitably leads to reduction in the effective area available to the organisms inhabiting it. At the same time, increased environmental heterogeneity can lead to fragmentation and isolation of biotope patches, which can have negative consequences for the species richness of the community. Inadequate methodology may be one of the reasons why these alternative relationships have only been discovered in the recent years. Correct information on the relationship between environmental heterogeneity and species richness is essential for decisions on biodiversity conservation. For this reason, it is necessary to discover such alternative relationships in specific ecosystems, which we aim to protect, and to always take them into account, even if they are less common. 2024 - Czech Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl vymezit možnosti vzdělávání a podpory žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem (OMJ). Teoretická část práce byla zpracována za využití dostupné domácí i zahraniční odborné literatury. Součástí první kapitoly jsou východiska inkluzivního vzdělávání, vymezení legislativního rámce podpory žáků s OMJ ve vzdělávání a zasazení problematiky žáků s OMJ do kontextu českého vzdělávacího systému. Ve druhé kapitole jsou popsána specifika žáků s OMJ a možnosti jejich podpory ve vzdělávání. Empirická část práce se soustředí na specifika vzdělávání žáků s OMJ na druhém stupni základní školy. Pro dosažení stanoveného cíle byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum realizovaný na vybrané menší středočeské základní škole. Použitými výzkumnými metodami jsou polostrukturované rozhovory s žákem s OMJ, s jeho třídní učitelkou a s asistentkou pedagoga u žáka s OMJ, a dále dotazníkové šetření mezi učiteli druhého stupně na téže základní škole. Na základě dat získaných z výzkumného šetření byla v závěru práce navržena obecná doporučení pro vzdělávání žáků s OMJ. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to define the possibilities of education and support for pupils with a different mother tongue (DMT). The theoretical part of the thesis was prepared using available Czech and foreign professional literature. The first chapter includes the background of inclusive education, the definition of the legislative framework of support for pupils with DMT in education and placing the issue of pupils with DMT in the context of the Czech education system. The second chapter describes the specifics of pupils with DMT and the possibilities of supporting them in education. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the specifics of education of pupils with DMT at the second level of primary school. In order to achieve the stated goal, qualitative research was conducted in a selected smaller primary school in Central Bohemia. As the research methods are used semi-structured interviews with a pupil with DMT, with his class teacher and with a teaching assistant of a pupil with DMT, as well as a questionnaire survey among second-grade teachers at the same primary school. Based on the data obtained from the research investigation, general recommendations for the education of pupils with DMT were suggested at the end of the paper. 2024 - Czech Bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na problematiku wellbeingu ve společném vzdělávání se zaměřením na možnosti čerpání dotačních prostředků na podporu aktivit rozvíjející wellbeing na základních školách. Konkrétně se jedná o popis do způsobu zapojení vybraných škol zřízených podle § 16 odst. 9 školského zákona do dotační výzvy Ministerstva školství mládeže a tělovýchovy Šablony podporující aktivity školní pohodu a wellbeing. Cílem práce je na základě výzkumného šetření popsat, jak se promítá realizovaná finanční podpora z dotačních zdrojů do života vybraných škol. Teoretická východiska, jako první část práce, popisují termín wellbeingu a také nabízejí vhled do dotační podpory, která je určena pro školy a jejich aktivity. Druhá část bakalářské práce obsahuje popis výzkumného šetření, které je rozděleno do dvou fází. V první fázi výzkumného šetření byla provedena kvantitativní analýza získaných dat o zapojení všech škol do dotační výzvy Šablony. Na základě vyhodnocení závěrů první fáze byly vytvořeny otázky do druhé fáze výzkumného šetření (kvalitativního), které bylo provedeno metodou rozhovoru. Výzkumným šetřením bylo zjištěno, že finanční podporu aktivit vedoucích k wellbeingu školy považují za žádoucí a přínosnou. The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of wellbeing in inclusive education and the opportunities for drawing on grant funds to support activities aimed at wellbeing in primary schools. Specifically, it provides insight into how schools established according to § 16 Act no. 561/2004 Sb. - the education law, participate in the grant call of the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports Template I supporting school wellbeing activities. The aim of the thesis is to describe, based on research, how the implemented financial support from grant sources is reflected in the life of the school. The theoretical part, as the first part of the thesis, describes the concept of wellbeing and also offers an overview of grant support intended for schools and their activities.
