2001 - Czech Lengths of new grapewine sprouts measured in Köszeg, Hungary, since 1740, exhibit a good correlation with the average temperatures in April, even better for temperatures squared. There is also a weak correlation with the relative air humidity, and no correlation with solar activity. V tomto příspěvku budeme vycházet z měřených délek letorostů vinné révy. Data pocházejí z městečka Köszeg v západním Maďarsku nedaleko rakouských hranic, kde maďarská nížina přechází v kopcovitý terén. 2001 - Czech The mechanisms in the paper described were based on the ideas enabling to explain the observed associations between the short-term changes in solar/geomagnetic activity and short-term changes in the lower atmosphere pressure and temperature fields. Special attention was devoted to the role of planetary waves, electrostatic fields and various phases of the QBO. Main sources of solar wind high-speed streams during solar minimum

2001 - Czech Common analysis of solar wind (velocity, concentration, temperature) and solar soft X-ray images showed that during the solar minimum substantial majority of the solar wind high-speed streams found its source in the regions with attributes typical for coronal holes. Společná analýza slunečního větru (rychlost, hustota, teplota) a snímků slunečního disku pořízených v měkkém rentgenovém záření ukázala, že v době sluečního minima převážná většina vysokorychlostních proudů slunečního větru má svůj zdroj v oblastech, vyznačujících se atributy, které jsou typické pro koronální díry. Verification of the influence of tidal forces on seismicity in the West Bohemia

2001 - Czech The first step of the verification LURR theory for prediction of main seismic events is verification of influence of tidal forces on the seismic activity. The LURR theory is based on influence of tidal forces on the faults. The massive in normal conditions does not show the difference between the seismic activity in the load and unload phase of the tidal variations. Prvním krokem k ověření platnosti teorie LURR na předpovídání velkých seismických jevů je ověření vlivu slapových sil na seismickou aktivitu. Teorie LURR je založena na vlivu slapových sil na zlomy. Horninový masív za normálních podmínek nevykazuje rozdíl mezi seismickou činnosti v přitížené a odlehčené fázi slapového cyklu. Correlation of variations of the atmogeochemical field with the meteorological data

2000 - Czech Preliminary results of radon measurements carried out in Jáchymov (Joachimsthal), which extends former measurements in Libochovice and Doksany. Only data for a little less than one year are available till now. The level of radon activity in Jáchymov exceeds the livel in Libochovice more than twice and displays the same annual variation with a maximum in summer. Předběžné výsledky radonového měření v Jáchymově, které navazuje na dřívější měření v Libochovicích a v Doksanech. Dosud jsou k dispozici data na necelý rok. Ůroveň aktivity radonu v Jáchymově překračuje úroveň v Libochovicích nejméně dvakrát a vykazuje podobně výrazný roční chod s maximem v létě.
