The proposal extends the city of Kroměříž into an undeveloped area. Newly proposed facilities in this area will bring various functions, from traditional housing and community living to multifunctional spaces and urban amenities such as groceries, bistros, cafés, libraries, fitness centers, or office spaces, creating an environment for active urban life. Within the block, there are parks, water areas, promenades, playgrounds, or workout areas. The proposal introduces housing to the location, such as traditional residential units, which are in constant demand, as well as a newly introduced concept of community living, financially accessible to people and families from various social or health disadvantaged groups, or for people who prefer to live in a social environment while maintaining privacy. In addition to housing, this complex brings multifunctional spaces to its surroundings, supporting small businesses in the area and providing them with an attractive space for the growth of their business, whether it be a restaurant, hair salon, or office spaces. A large number of educational institutions in the area provide an opportunity to create space for youth development, which is the focus of this proposal. Návrh rozširuje mesto Kroměříž do nezastavanej časti. Novo navrhnuté objekty do tohto územia prinesú rôzne funkcie od tradičného bývania a komunitného bývania po polyfunkčné priestory a služby mestskej vybavenosti ako napríklad potraviny, bistro, kaviareň, knižnica, fitness centrum alebo kancelárske priestory, vytvárajúce prostredie pre aktívny mestský život. Vo vnútrobloku sa nachádzajú parky, vodné plochy, promenáda, detské ihrisko alebo workoutové ihrisko. Návrh do lokality prináša bývanie, ako tradičné bytové jednotky, po ktorých je neustály dopyt, rovnako aj mestu novo predstavený koncept komunitného bývania, ktoré je finančne dostupné pre ľudí a rodiny rôznych sociálnych alebo zdravotne znevýhodnených skupín, alebo pre ľudí, ktorí radi žijú v spoločenskom prostredí so zachovaním súkromia. Okrem bývania tento komplex do svojho okolia prináša aj polyfunkčné priestory, ktoré podporia malých podnikateľov v okolí a prinesú im atraktívny priestor pre rast ich biznisu, či už ide o reštauráciu, kaderníctvo alebo o kancelárske priestory. Veľké množstvo školských inštitúcií v okolí poskytuje príležitosť pre vytvorenie priestoru pre rozvoj mládeže, ktorému sa návrh venuje.

The bachelor thesis Not Only Human deals with the design of an object whose primary function is to fill a gap on Hlinky Street, in the wider centre of Brno. Currently, there are three garages and a temporary warehouse building on the plot in question, and the thesis envisages their removal. The new building complements the existing development, while its height respects the scale of the surrounding buildings. The functional content of the proposed building is primarily housing, which is complemented by the function of a children's leisure centre and community spaces for the residents of the apartment building. The design seeks to link the urban fabric with the more relaxed nature of the countryside that surrounds the site to the north. Bakalárska práca Nielen človek sa zaoberá návrhom objektu, ktorého primárnou funkciou je vyplnenie proluky na ulici Hlinky, v širšom centre Brna. V súčasnosti sa na riešenej parcele nachádzajú tri garáže a dočasná stavba skladu, pričom v práci sa počíta s ich odstránením.. Nový objekt dopĺňa súčasnú zástavbu, pričom svojou výškou rešpektuje mierku okolitých budov. Funkčná náplň navrhovaného objektu je predovšetkým bývanie, ktoré je doplnené o funkciu detského voľnočasového centra a o komunitné priestory určené rezidentom bytového domu. V návrhu sa snažím o prepojenie urbánnej štruktúry a uvoľnenejšieho charakteru prírody, ktorá parcelu obklopuje zo severu.

The point of the proposal is to revitalize a high school for physically disadvantaged kids and the schools surroundings. The work includes a proposal for the revitalization of the school, the concept of a school garden, and a café with a community center. The result will be a suitable space for education, relaxation, and development, not only for the school students but also for the local residents. Cílem návrhu je zrevitalizovat střední školu pro tělesně znevýhodněnou mládež GEMINI a její okolí. Práce zahrnuje návrh revitalizace školy, koncepci školní zahrady a kavárny s komunitním centrem. Výsledkem bude vznik vhodného prostředí pro vzdělávání, relaxaci a rozvoj nejen studentů školy, ale i místních obyvatel.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design proposal for a new multifunctional building called "Malá Amerika" in Brno, based on an architectural study conducted within the course BGA021 - Architectural Design Studio 2 - Public Buildings. The aim of this thesis was to prepare project documentation comprising documentation for building permits, construction documentation, and architectural detail design. The proposed building is in Brno near the historical industrial structure "Malá Amerika" and the Titania buildings, within the area bounded by the streets Úzká and Nové sady. The multifunctional building "Malá Amerika" includes offices, art galleries, a library, a restaurant, cafes, rooftop terraces, and spaces for events. The new construction respects the existing urban and architectural structure of the surrounding development. It consists of five standalone buildings interconnected by an underground parking lot. The massing is composed of several blocks at different height levels connected by accessible terraces. Streets and squares with many interesting perspectives emerge between the individual buildings. The building is connected to "Malá Amerika" by an accessible terrace and designed not to obstruct the historical structure. Towards the Titania buildings, the volumes of the individual building components increase. The project's intention was to create a multifunctional building that would not only be an introverted structure benefiting solely from its perfect location and existing urban infrastructure but also feature ground floors full of commerce and services accessible to passersby even after working hours. Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby polyfunkčního objektu Malá Amerika v Brně a vychází z architektonické studie vypracované v rámci předmětu BGA021 - Ateliér architektonické tvorby 2 - Veřejné stavby. Předmětem této práce bylo zhotovení projektové dokumentace, skládající se z dokumentace pro stavební povolení, dokumentace pro provádění stavby a návrhu architektonického detailu. Navržená stavba se nachází v Brně poblíž historické stavby průmyslového charakteru “Malá Amerika” a budov Titania, v území vymezeném ulicemi Úzká a Nové sady. Polyfunkční objekt Malá Amerika je multifunkční stavba s kancelářemi, galerii uměni, knihovnou, restauraci, kavárnami, střešní terasami a s místy pro pořádání akci. Novostavba respektuje stávající urbanistickou i architektonickou strukturu okolní zástavby. Jedná se o pět samostatně stojících objektů vzájemně propojených podzemním parkovištěm. Hmota je složená z několika kvádrů různých výškových úrovní spojených pochozí terasou. Mezí jednotlivými objekty vznikají ulice a náměstí s mnoha zajímavými průhledy. Objekt je spojen s Malou Amerikou pochozí terasou a navržen tak, aby nezakrýval historickou budovu. Směrem k budovám Titania se jednotlivé objemy objektu zvětšují. Záměrem projektu bylo vytvořit polyfunkční objekt, který by nebyl pouze introvertní stavbou, která by měla užitek pouze ze svého dokonalého umístění a stávající městské infrastruktury, ale také přízemí plné obchodu a služeb, které by byly k dispozici všem kolemjdoucím i po skončení pracovní doby.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu přizpůsobeného pro krátkodobé bydlení a podporu spolubydlení. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit návrh vhodné zástavby v proluce na ulici Hlinky, který by nabídl možnost levného a sdíleného bydlení pro různé skupiny obyvatel, podporující jejich začlenění do komunity a zároveň respektující jejich potřeby soukromí. Návrh zahrnuje také veřejnou funkci v podobě kavárny a coworkingových prostor, které slouží jako místa pro setkávání a sociální interakci, posilující společenskou soudržnost v dané lokalitě. Projekt se zaměřuje na vytvoření konceptu, který nejenže reaguje na potřeby místních, ale zároveň vhodně doplňuje okolní zástavbu.

It is located on the outskirts of Kroměříž, near the flower garden undeveloped area intended for housing in apartment buildings. The first goal is to design an area with housing in apartment buildings, including a basic one civic amenities and recreation that will be suitable and pleasant for life of future and surrounding residents or even tourists. The second goal is design of a concrete multi-functional house with housing that will be suitable function from an operational point of view, it will increase the value of the territory with its aesthetic value form and will become the beloved home of its inhabitants. The territory will be built up with rectangular point houses with a total number of 170 flats in contrast with the organic curves of the public space. Citizens will have access to a community center, small shops, and a municipal one library, pastry shop with bar, walking and cycling paths, public grill point, children's playground, workout field, ball sports field, sitting under the trees even a sunny day. The multifunctional building with civic amenities on the ground floor has a total of 40 flats and studios, each of which has its own loggia. The facade is made up of irregular placement of window and loggia openings, which is based on the imaginary orthogonal grid. The material of the facade is gray facing brickwork in contrast with window sashes. Na kraji města Kroměříž, v blízkosti květné zahrady se nachází nezastavěné území určené pro bydlení v bytových domech. Prvním cílem je navrhnout území s bydlením v bytových domech včetně základního občanského vybavení a rekreace, které bude vhodné a příjemné pro život budoucích a okolních obyvatel nebo i turisty. Druhým cílem je návrh konkrétního polyfunkčního domu s bydlením, který bude vhodně fungovat z provozního hlediska, zvětší hodnotu území svou estetickou formou a stane se milovaným domovem jeho obyvatel. Území bude zastavěno pravoúhlými bodovými domy s celkovým počtem 170ti bytů v kontrastu s organickými křivkami ploch veřejného prostranství. Občanům bude k dizpozici komunitní centrum, drobné obchody, městská knihovna, cukrárna s výčepem, pěší i cyklistické stezsky, veřejný grill point, dětské hřiště, workout hřiště, hřiště pro míčové sporty, sezení pod stromy i slunný palouček. Polyfunční dům s občanským vybavením v parteru má celkem 40 bytů a ateliérů z nichž každý má vlastní lodžii. Fasáda je tvořena nepravidelným úmístěním okenních a lodžiových otvorů, které vychází z pomyslného ortogonálního rastru. Materiál fasády je šedý obklad z lícového zdiva v konstrastu s okeními šambránami.

The Open! project works with the context of a gap on Hlinky Street near the centre of Brno City. A gap that is narrow and neglected, but also waiting to be filled, to connect its neighbours, to complete the street line. The aim of the work is not only to effectively fill the space in the form of a residential building, but also to remember that the gap is an opening between two worlds: a lively and busy street and a quiet, green garden on the other side of the plot. The combination of full volumes and open spaces creates the opportunity to peer over the edge - to follow the sunlight and distant chirping of birds, and to search for fragments of a grown tree in between. The project also takes its name, Open!, to the scale of the interior, with individual apartments designed with varying degrees of sharing and number of inhabitants. The combination of retractable wooden partitions allows the degree of privacy and atmosphere in the space to be modified. In terms of interpersonal relationships between the occupants, the work uses principles of communal living, giving people the opportunity to take roots in the space as well as use it on a short-term basis, which is particularly ideal for young professionals, students or the elderly. Projekt Otevřeno! pracuje s kontextem proluky na ulici Hlinky poblíž centra města Brna. S mezerou, která je úzká a opomenutá, ale která taky čeká na své zaplnění, na propojení svých sousedů, na doplnění uliční čáry. Práce si klade za cíl nejen prostor efektivně zastavět do podoby bytového domu, ale zároveň nezapomenout na to, že proluka je otvor mezi dvěma světy: živou a rušnou ulicí a klidnou, zelenou zahradou na druhém okraji pozemku. Díky kombinaci plných objemů s otevřenými prostory vzniká příležitost chtít nahlédnout na druhou stranu – následovat sluneční světlo a vzdálený zpěv ptáků a v mezerách domu hledat fragmenty vzrostlého stromu. Svůj název, Otevřeno!, si projekt osvojuje i v měřítku interiéru a to v jednotlivých bytech, které jsou navrhnuty s různými stupni vzájemného sdílení i počtem uživatelů. Kombinace dřevěných zasunovacích příček umožňuje v prostoru modifikovat míru soukromí i atmosféru. Z hlediska mezilidských vztahů mezi obyvateli práce využívá principy komunitního bydlení, které dává lidem možnost v prostoru zakořenit i využít jej krátkodobě, což je ideální především pro mladé profesionály, studenty či seniory.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an industrial bakery in Brno Černovice. The work is based on an architectural study, processed within the course BGA036 Atelier of Architectural Creation 5. The solved area is located in the city district of Brno – Černovice at the Švédské valy Street. This area is designated for industrial development in accordance with the applicable planning area and the design of the addressed building is intended to contribute to the development of the site. It is a large undeveloped brownfield, and the newly designed building is the first development on the land in question. To allow further brownfield development, the building is situated in the southeastern part of the territory at its very beginning. The site will be connected to a newly proposed public road from the Švédské valy Street, and a territorial reserve will be maintained around the facility for possible production expansion. The industrial activity on the site is intended to expand the production capacity of bakery company Herold and to bring the area of the largest outlet closer. It will be focused on the production of rolls, bread and regular pastries. The site consists of a production building, which is logically divided according to the needs of individual operations and paved area, allowing the movement of supply vehicles, expedition vehicles, passenger cars, cycle transport and, last but not least, pedestrians. The building consists of the following parts: an administration building with facilities for office workers and dressing rooms of production staff, as well as supply and storage economy, its downstream production, which seamlessly goes into operation of the expedition preparation and the goods expedition. The site also includes all technical facilities as well as waste management. The site was designed with sustainability and climatic conditions in mind. The flat roofs are designed as vegetation and the largest area of roofing of the production operation is designed to install photovoltaic panels, ensuring partial energy self-sufficiency of the building. Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh průmyslové pekárny v Brně Černovicích. Práce vychází z architektonické studie, zpracované v rámci předmětu BGA036 Ateliér architektonické tvorby 5. Řešené území se nachází v městské části Brno – Černovice při ulici Švédské valy. Toto území je v souladu s platným územím plánem určeno pro průmyslovou zástavbu a návrh řešeného objektu má za úkol přispět k rozvoji dané lokality. Jedná se o rozsáhlý nezastavěný brownfield a nově navržený objekt je první zástavbou na dotčeném území. Pro umožnění dalšího rozvoje brownfieldu je objekt situován v jihovýchodní části území na jeho samotném začátku. Dopravně bude areál napojen na nově navrhovanou veřejnou komunikaci z ulice Švédské valy a v okolí objektu bude zachována územní rezerva pro případnou expanzi výroby. Průmyslová činnost v areálu má sloužit pro rozšíření výrobních kapacit pekárenské společnosti Herold a přiblížit se oblasti nejrozsáhlejšího odbytu. Bude zaměřena na výrobu rohlíků, chleba a běžného pečiva. Areál je tvořen výrobní budovou, která je logicky členěna dle potřeb jednotlivých provozů a zpevněnou plochou, umožňující pohyb zásobovacích vozidel, expedičních vozidel, osobních automobilů, cyklodopravy a v neposlední řadě i pěších. Budova se skládá z těchto částí: administrativní budova se zázemím pro pracovníky kanceláří a se šatnami zaměstnanců výroby, dále zásobovací a skladovací hospodářství, na něj navazující výroba, která plynule přechází do provozu přípravy expedice a samotné expedice zboží. Součástí areálu je rovněž veškeré technické zázemí i odpadové hospodářství. Areál byl navržen s ohledem na udržitelnost a klimatické podmínky. Ploché střechy jsou navrženy jako vegetační a největší plocha zastřešení výrobního provozu je určena k instalaci fotovoltaických panelů, zajišťujících částečnou energetickou soběstačnost objektu.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the design of the Industrial Bakery in Brno for the company Herold. The work is based on an architectural study that was processed within the subject BGA036 Studio of architectural creation 5 in the 6th semester of the bachelor's study program. The construction is intended on the territory of brownfield no. 502 near the street Švédské valy in the Brno-Černovice district and is located in the southeastern part. Brownfield is intended for development by production, and therefore the possibility of construction of other industrial buildings is respected when situating the object. The location of the bakery also respects the surrounding existing buildings. The building itself is designed as a mass with a uniform height and is divided into two main units - administration and production. Administration is in the foreground and follows access communication to the building, while the dominant production part smoothly transitions to the rear part of the treated area, where there is also a handling yard with a parking lot hidden behind the building. The administrative part consists of two floors, while the lower one contains facilities for production employees and the upper one houses the administrative offices. The production part consists of warehouses, production itself, shipping and associated premises of the background. From the exterior, the masses of administration and production are distinguished by the type of facade and its structure. The production part is covered with sandwich panels and transillumination panels, which are laid in a vertical direction to suppress the horizontality resulting from the large area of production. On the contrary, in the administration, a forward screening system consisting of horizontal aluminum slats is used as a contrasting element. Témou bakalárskej práce je návrh Priemyselnej pekárne v Brne pre spoločnosť Herold. Práca vychádza z architektonickej štúdie, ktorá bola spracovaná v rámci predmetu BGA036 Ateliér architektonickej tvorby 5 v 6. semestri bakalárskeho študijného programu. Stavba je zamýšľaná na území brownfieldu č. 502 pri ulici Švédské valy v mestskej časti Brno-Černovice a je situovaná na juhovýchodnej časti. Brownfield je určený k zástavbe výrobou, a preto je pri situovaní objektu rešpektovaná možnosť výstavby ďalších priemyselných stavieb. Umiestnenie pekárne tiež rešpektuje okolité stávajúce budovy. Samotná stavba je riešená ako hmota s jednotnou výškou a delí sa na dva hlavné celky – administratívu a výrobu. Administratíva sa nachádza v popredí a nadväzuje na prístupovú komunikáciu k objektu, zatiaľ čo dominantná výrobná časť plynule prechádza do zadnej časti riešeného územia, kde sa v zákryte za budovou nachádza aj manipulačný dvor s parkoviskom. Administratívnu časť tvoria dve podlažia, pričom v spodnom sa nachádza zázemie pre zamestnancov výroby a v hornom sú umiestnené kancelárie administratívy. Výrobná časť pozostáva zo skladov, samotnej výroby, expedície a pridružených priestorov zázemia. Z exteriéru sú hmoty administratívy a výroby odlíšené pomocou druhu fasády a jej členitosti. Výrobná časť je opláštená sendvičovými panelmi a presvetľovacími panelmi, ktoré sú kladené vo vertikálnom smere, aby bola potlačená horizontálnosť vyplývajúca z veľkej rozlohy výroby. Naopak, pri administratíve je ako kontrastný prvok použitý predsadený cloniaci systém, skladajúci sa z horizontálnych hliníkových lamiel.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is a proposal for the revitalization of the existing agricultural area near the village of Víchov and the creation of new production, presentation, and administrative spaces. The work is based on a previously developed architectural study from the subject BGA021. The proposed building is located on land located on the eastern edge of the village of Víchov, in the former area of the agricultural cooperative. This is a slightly sloping plot of land. According to the wishes of the investor, the proposal is in the western part of the plot, on the remaining part of the plot it is planned to build production and storage halls. The Víchov cider house and cannery is divided into three main parts. The first part consists of two smaller representative buildings, intended for the sale of goods. The second part of the complex is the main two-story building, where the administrative part, accommodation facilities and gastronomy are located. The last part is the production hall located in the northern part of the area used for the production and storage of cider. These three parts are located one behind the other on the slope of the plot and are connected by a pedestrian road. A new road and new parking areas are created in the area. The entrance to the area is from the existing road on the south side. The new road in the area runs along the eastern edge of the planned area and connects the proposed buildings. An extensive green roof is planned for all buildings, except for the production hall. The entire area is designed so that its size does not disturb the existing village development and meets the requirements for the functions of individual objects. Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh revitalizace stávajícího zemědělského areálu v sousedství obce Víchov a vytvoření nových výrobních, prezentačních a administrativních prostor. Práce vychází z dříve vypracované architektonické studie z předmětu BGA021. Navrhovaný objekt je umístěn na pozemek, nacházející se na východním okraji obce Víchov, v bývalém areálu zemědělského družstva. Jedná se o mírně svažitý pozemek. Návrh je dle přání investora umístěny v západní části pozemku, na zbylé části pozemku se počítá s vybudováním výrobních a skladovacích hal. Moštárna a konzervárna Víchov je rozdělena na tři hlavní části. První částí jsou dva menší reprezentační objekty, určeny k prodeji zboží. Druhou částí areálu je hlavní dvoupodlažní budova, kde se nachází administrativní část, ubytovací prostory a gastronomie. Poslední částí je výrobní hala nacházející se v severní části areálu sloužící pro výrobu a skladování moštu. Tyto tři části jsou umístěny postupně za sebou ve svahu pozemku a jsou propojeny pěší komunikací. V areálu je vytvořena nová komunikace a nové parkovací plochy. Vjezd do areálu je ze stávající silnice z jižní strany. Nová komunikace v areálu vede podél východního okraje řešeného území a propojuje navržené objekty. Na všech objektech, kromě výrobní haly, je navržena extenzivní zelená střecha. Celý areál je navržen tak, aby svým rozměrem nenarušil stávající vesnickou zástavbu a splňoval požadavky na funkce jednotlivých objektů.
