Building modifications, extension and superstructure of the fire station in Dobruška

The diploma thesis deals with building modifications, extension and superstructure in the existing free-standing fire station in Dobruška. It is a two-story administrative building with a partial basement and a used attic. Adjacent to the building are garages for maintenance and parking of exit equipment. In the basement there are warehouses and a technical room. A new layout is proposed on the first floor. There were spaces for a server room, the station commander's office, a meeting room, warehouses and new sanitary facilities. As the previous layout lacked some of the rooms needed for the work of employees, a chemical workshop, a warehouse for fire extinguishers and sorbents, filling of pressure cylinders and a wet operation are proposed here. An entrance to the newly designed extension is proposed from the garage, where there are dirty showers, a laundry room, dirty changing rooms, a PHM warehouse and a diesel generator. On the second above-ground floor, a training room, hygienic facilities, clean changing rooms and a kitchen with a dining room are designed from the existing layout. On this floor, a superstructure is designed above the existing garages, where there are facilities for employees - a living room, offices, bedrooms with sanitary facilities. The extension is based on foundation passes in the unfrozen depth and lost formwork. The vertical supporting structures of the extension are made of ceramic blocks and insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system. The entire extension is separated from the existing structures. The vertical supporting structures of the superstructure are designed from ceramic blocks with mineral insulation. The horizontal structures are designed from a ceramic mounted ceiling. A ventilated facade with aluminum cassettes is designed on the superstructure. The extension and superstructure are covered with a flat roof. Diplomová práce řeší stavební úpravy, přístavbu a nástavbu ve stávající volně stojící hasičské stanici v Dobrušce. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní správní budovu s částečným podsklepením a využívaným podkrovím. K objektu přiléhají garáže pro údržbu a parkování výjezdové techniky. Ve sklepení se nachází sklady a technická místnost. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je navržena nová dispozice. Vznikly zde prostory pro serverovnu, kancelář velitele stanice, zasedací místnost, sklady a nové hygienické zázemí. Jelikož předchozí dispozice postrádala některé místnosti potřebné pro práci zaměstnanců je zde navržena chemická dílna, sklad hasiv a sorbentů, plnění tlakových lahví a mokrý provoz. Z garáží je navržen vstup do nově navržené přístavby, kde se nachází špinavé sprchy, prádelna, špinavé šatny, sklad PHM a diesel agregát. V druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou ze stávající dispozice navrženy školící místnost, hygienické zázemí, čisté šatny a kuchyň s jídelnou. V tomto patře je navržena nástavba nad stávajícími garážemi, kde se nachází zázemí pro zaměstnance – společenská místnost, kanceláře, ložnice s hygienickým zázemím. Přístavba je založena na základových pasech v nezámrzné hloubce a ztraceného bednění. Svislé nosné konstrukce přístavby jsou u keramických bloků a zatepleny kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Celá přístavba je oddělena od stávajících konstrukcí. Svislé nosné konstrukce u nástavby jsou navrženy z keramických bloků s minerální izolací. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramického montovaného stropu. Na nástavbě je navržena provětrávaná fasáda s hliníkovými kazetami. Přístavba a nástavba je zastřešena plochou střechou.

The influence of the transverse stiffening of the arches of a double-track railway bridge in the dynamic response

The subject of this diploma thesis is static and dynamic analysis of arches of a steel railway bridge and investigation of the influence of their stiffening. A shell model was created in Ansys, which was then loaded and statically checked according to the second-order analysis with inserted imperfections. The dynamic analysis focused on the influence of stiffening on the long-term service life of the structure. The results on models with and without arched stiffener were compared. Předmětem této diplomové práce je statická a dynamická analýza oblouků ocelového železničního mostu a zkoumaní vlivu jejich ztužení. Byl vytvořen deskostěnový model v programu Ansys, ten následně zatížen a staticky posouzen dle teorie druhého řádu s vloženými imperfekcemi. Dynamická analýza se věnovala vlivu ztužení na dlouhodobou životnost konstrukce. Výsledky na modelech s obloukovými ztužidly a bez ztužidel byly porovnány.

The subject of this thesis is the design of antenna mast variants on an existing building in Brno. Firstly, a professional inspection was carried out at the primary school to measure the roof and evaluate the overall condition of the structure. From the measured data, a model of the entire roof was developed in Autodesk Inventor and documentation of the actual condition was prepared. Based on this documentation, the design of the steel antenna mast was developed in two variants - a tubular mast and a truss mast composed of circular bars. The anchoring of the entire structure with the antenna mast is by threading into the bearing walls and further fixing into the rafters and collar tie. Both variants were modelled in AxisVM, the design of the connections of the tubular mast was carried out in IDEA StatiCa, the design of the connections of the truss mast was determined by manual calculation. Both of these variants were modelled in Autodesk Inventor and the drawing documentation, and an accurate statement of materials were produced from this. The roof was scaled down to the central section only for structural design purposes. The roof was first assessed in AxisVM separately and then with the effects of the structure loads from the antenna technology including the proposed roof strengthening. The assessment of the carpentry joints was determined by manual calculation. Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh variant anténního nosiče na stávajícím objektu v Brně. Nejdříve byla provedena odborné prohlídka na základní škole za účelem zaměření krovu a vyhodnocení celkového stavu této konstrukce. Z naměřených údajů byl vypracován model celého krovu v programu Autodesk Inventor a byla zpracována dokumentace skutečného stavu. Na základě této dokumentace byl vypracován návrh ocelového anténního nosiče ve dvou variantách – trubkový nosič a příhradový nosič složený z kruhových tyčí. Kotvení celé konstrukce s anténním nosičem je vetknutím do obvodových stěn a dalším uchycením do krokví a kleštin. Obě tyto varianty byly vymodelovány v programu AxisVM, posouzení spojů trubkového nosiče bylo provedeno v programu IDEA StatiCa, posouzení spojů příhradového nosiče bylo stanoveno ručním výpočtem. Dále byly obě tyto varianty vymodelovány v programu Autodesk Inventor a z něj byla vytvořena projektová dokumentace ocelových konstrukcí a přesný výkaz materiálu. Krov byl pro účely statického posouzení zmenšen pouze na středovou část. Nejdříve byl krov posouzen v programu AxisVM samostatně a následně potom na účinky zatížení konstrukce pro anténní technologii včetně navrženého posílení krovu. Posouzení tesařských spojů bylo provedeno ručním výpočtem.

The subject of the masters thesis is the new construction of a object for sport which is located in sport area Dukla in Pardubice. The building has a basement with parking and one floor with sport hall and other parts. The object is covered with flat roof. In the background of the building there is reception with bufet, changing rooms, toilets, showers, saunas and cooling pool, massage room and Kneipp walk. The utility roon is located in the basement. Entrance to the building is on the west side where there is also parking lot with walk leading to entrance. The object is made of collumns made of reinforced concrete and slabs of the same material. The outer fasade of the object is made from ceramic blocks Porotherm and insulated with ETICS system with the width of 200 mm Předmětem diplomové práce je novostavba sportovního objektu, který se nachází v atletickém areálu Dukla v Pardubicích. Objekt má jedno podzemní podlaží s hromadnými garážemi a jedno nadzemní podlaží se sportovní halou a jejím zázemím. Střecha stavby je plochá. V zázemí objektu se nachází recepce s bufetem, šatny, wc, sprchy, sauny a ochlazovací bazén, masáž a Kneippův chodík. Technické zázemí objektu se nachází v suterénu. Vstup do objektu je ze západní strany přístupovým chodníkem z venkovního parkoviště. Konstrukční systém je skeletový s pláštěm z keramických bloků. Stropy jsou žb (C30/37) až na střechu nad sportovní halou, která je zastřešena panely spiroll, ležícími na předpjatých vaznících. Stavba je založena na černé vaně z betonu C30/37. Obvodový plášť je zateplen kontaktním zateplení ETICS tl. 200 mm

This masters thesis focuses on the evaluation of economic efficiency and risks of public investment projects. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the definition of terms and methods of economic evaluation of public investment projects and methods of assessing their risks. The practical part deals with a case study of a specific project, in which an economic evaluation of a public investment project and a risk assessment are developed. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti a rizik veřejných investičních projektů. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů a způsobů ekonomického hodnocení veřejných investičních projektů a metod hodnocení jejich rizik. Praktická část se zabývá případovou studií konkrétního projektu, ve které je vypracováno ekonomické hodnocení veřejného investičního projektu a hodnocení rizik.

The focus in the field of structural variations is mainly focused on human genomes. Thus, detecting copy number variation (CNV) in bacteria is a less developed field. Commonly used CNV detection methods do not consider the features of bacterial circular genomes and generally, there is a space to improve performance metrics. This thesis presents a CNV detection method called CNproScan focused on bacterial genomes. CNproScan implements a hybrid approach combining read depth and read pair signals. It considers all bacteria features and depends only on NGS data. Based on the benchmarking results, the CNproScan achieved very well in various conditions. Using the read pair information, the CNVs are classified into several categories. Also, compared with other methods, CNproScan can detect much shorter CNV events. Because of the necessity of merging not only the various feature signals but also the results of different algorithms, the thesis also introduces a pipeline called ProcaryaSV developed to easily employ five CNV detection tools and merge their results. ProcaryaSV handles the whole procedure from quality check, reads trimming, and alignment to the CNV calling. Hlavní pozornost v oblasti strukturálních variací je zaměřena na lidské genomy. Detekce změny variace počtu kopií (CNV) u bakterií je tedy méně rozvinutou oblastí. Běžně používané metody detekce CNV neberou v úvahu specifika bakteriálních kruhových genomů a obecně existuje prostor pro zlepšení metrik výkonnosti. Tato práce představuje metodu detekce CNV nazvanou CNproScan zaměřenou na bakteriální genomy. CNproScan implementuje hybridní přístup kombinující signály hloubky čtení a párů čtení. Bere v potaz všechny vlastnosti bakterií a využívá pouze sekvenační data. Na základě výsledků ze srovnání dosáhl CNproScan velmi dobrých výsledků v různých podmínkách. Pomocí informací z párových čtení jsou CNV klasifikovány do několika kategorií. Ve srovnání s jinými metodami může CNproScan také detekovat mnohem kratší CNV. Vzhledem k nutnosti slučovat nejen signály různých přístupů, ale také výsledky různých algoritmů, dizertační práce také představuje pipelinu nazvanou ProcaryaSV vyvinutou k detekci CNV s využitim pěti nástrojů a slučování jejich výsledků. ProcaryaSV se stará o celý postup od kontroly kvality čtení, ořezávání konců čtení, zarovnání čtení až k detekci CNV.

The aim of this master‘s thesis is the elaboration of design documentation for the construction of retirement home in Opava. The project documentation includes the layout of the residential units for accommodation of the elderly and non-residential areas of the main building intended for common use. The home for the elderly is designed in a campus manner. All buildings are single-storey roofed with vegetated flat roofs. The project documentation also deals with the structural design of walls, ceilings, partial basement, foundation structures and flat roofs. Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby domova pro seniory v Opavě. Projektová dokumentace obsahuje řešení dispozic bytových jednotek pro ubytování seniorů a nebytových prostor hlavní budovy určené pro společné užívání. Domov pro seniory je řešen areálovým způsobem. Všechny stavby jsou jednopodlažní zastřešeny vegetačními plochými střechami. Projektová dokumentace se dále zabývá konstrukčním řešením stěn, stropů, částečného podsklepení, základových konstrukcí a zastřešení plochými střechami.

The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on a basic overview of wood properties, damage, protection and used diagnostic methods. In the practical part, it focuses on the comparison of selected physical and mechanical properties with the resistance characte-ristics obtained from resistance drilling. Finally, a design calculation is performed using the results from the measurements in the practical part. Diplomová práca sa v teoretickej časti zameriava na základný prehľad vlastností dreva, poškodení, ochrany a používaných diagnostických metód. V praktickej časti sa zameriava na porovnanie vybraných fyzikálnych a mechanických vlastností s odporovou charakteristikou získanou z odporového vŕtania. Nakoniec je prevedené statické posúdenie s využitím výsledkov z merania v praktickej časti.
