Value Orientation in Diseased Cheldren

Diploma work deals with the problems of value orientation at the long-ill children and pupils at range from 6th to 9th grades. I have analysed their life values, attitude, opinions, the ways of spending their free time and last but not least interpersonal relations not only within the family. The result of the work is finding if the serious illness can affect the child´s scale of values and also if the structure varies from the structure of healthy children. The diploma work is devided to theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes the information concerning of value orientation, valuation, values, part of the work is concerning educational factors which affect the forming of value orientation of children and also if the life crises affects the values. In the practical part there are interpreted the results of experimental inquiry. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hodnotové orientace dlouhodobě nemocných dětí a žáků 6. ? 9. ročníků. Analyzuji jejich životní hodnoty, postoje, názory, způsob trávení volného času a v neposlední řadě interpersonální vztahy nejen v rodině. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, zda vážná nemoc ovlivňuje žebříček hodnot dítěte a také to, zda se liší jeho skladba od dětí zdravých. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje informace týkající se hodnotové orientace, hodnocení, hodnot, část práce se zabývá výchovnými činiteli, kteří působí na formování hodnotové orientace dětí a také zda životní krize hodnoty ovlivňuje. V praktické části jsou interpretovány výsledky výzkumného šetření.

My thesis is focused on the questions of adoption. It make us acquainted with usual procedure ? It means with its single steps and also it give us statements about feeling of applicant for adoption. The aim of this diploma work is to help applicant find answers relating to adoption. It contain not only theoretic answers but also real and practical answers are included. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku osvojení dítěte. Seznamuje nás s obvyklou cestou procesem - s jejími jednotlivými kroky, a podává výpovědi o pocitech žadatelů o adopci a osvojitelů. Má případnému žadateli o osvojení dopomoci ke zodpovězení otázek týkajících se adopce nejen po stránce teoretické, ale také té reálné, praktické.

The attitudes of teachers on the secondary nurses school to active methods in coaching

The thesis is focused on the sphere of the secondary nurses school teachers´ attitudes to active methods in teaching. The thesis is divided in two fundamental parts. The first theoretical part has three main chapters. Introductory chapter deals with characteristics of attitudes generally and attitudes of teachers to active methods in coaching too. In the next chapter are outlined two accesses to the coaching, the traditional one and the constructive one. The last chapter is applyed to critical thinking, programme RWCT, model E-U-R and active methods too. In the second empirical part are compiled results of questioning which was realized on teachers from secondary nurses school in Frýdek-Místek and the grammar school in Karviná. Four hypothes were tested on acquired data from questioning. The results of investigation are summarized in the discussion and in the final part of the thesis. Diplomová práce je zaměřena do oblasti postojů učitelů Střední zdravotnické školy k aktivizačním metodám ve výuce. Diplomová práce je rozčleněna na dvě stěžejní části. První teoretická část práce má tři hlavní kapitoly. Úvodní kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou postojů obecně a také postoji učitelů k aktivizačním metodám. V další kapitole jsou nastíněny dva přístupy k výuce, přístup tradiční a přístup konstruktivistický. Poslední kapitola je věnována kritickému myšlení, programu RWCT, modelu E-U-R a rovněž aktivizačním metodám. Ve druhé empirické části jsou zpracovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření realizovaného u učitelů na Střední zdravotnické škole ve Frýdku-Místku a na Gymnáziu Karviná. Na základě získaných dat z dotazníkového šetření byly ověřovány čtyři hypotézy. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou shrnuty v diskusi a závěru práce.

DIDACTICS OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL

The topic of submitted dissertation work focuses on problems of reproductive health with a special focus on didactics of reproductive health in primary schools. Its purpose was to find out what notion do the teachers in primary schools have about reproductive health. To find out in which subjects do they deal with this topic. Whether they have sufficient and quality quantity of school books, learning aids and which educational methods do they use. Purpose was also to find out whether talking about the topics of reproductive health cause them any problems or whether they would prefer external specialist for this problematics. Another goal was to find out which didactics do the teachers use and whether they are interested in recommending literature and learning aids. And the final goal was to discover whether the teachers deal with the problem in accordance with the pupils needs. Theoretic part notices a notion ?reproductive health?, analyses current system of education at primary schools or The Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education and the occurence of the topics of reproductive health in particular educational areas. Marginally this work notices education of reproductive health in the world too. However, first of all it is oriented on didactics of sex education. Its content, purposes, principles, methods and forms of education. Practical part shows the analysis of experimental investigation, which was realized in thirteen primary schools in Zlínský region. Experimental investigation was realized by a form of an anonymous questionnaire and was divided into 23 items. The elaboration of this experimental investigation is described in the discussion part. Reproductive health education in basic schools is still being underestimated and neglected. Pedagogues do not focus on these themes satisfactorily and they do not even value their knowledge as excellent. Téma předkládané diplomové práce je zaměřeno na problematiku reprodukčního zdraví a zejména na jeho didaktiku v základních školách. Cílem bylo zjistit, jakou představu mají pedagogové základních škol o reprodukčním zdraví. Zjistit, ve kterých předmětech se této problematice věnují. Zda mají dostatečné a kvalitní množství učebnic, učebních pomůcek a jaké výukové metody používají. Cílem bylo také zjistit, zda probírání témat reprodukčního zdraví nečiní pedagogům potíže nebo raději upřednostní externího odborníka na tuto problematiku. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, jakou didaktiku vyučující používají a zda mají zájem o doporučení literatury či didaktických pomůcek. A v posledním cílem bylo zjistit, zda se problematice věnují v souladu s potřebami žáků. Teoretická část se zmiňuje o pojmu ?reprodukční zdraví?, rozebírá současný systém vzdělávání na základních školách čili Rámcový vzdělávací program a výskyt témat reprodukčního zdraví v jednotlivých vzdělávacích oblastech. Okrajově se také zmiňuje o výuce reprodukčního zdraví ve světě. Především je však zaměřena na didaktiku sexuální výchovy. Její obsah, cíle, principy, metody a formy výuky. V praktické části je předkládáno zpracování výzkumného šetření, provedeného ve třinácti základních školách ve Zlínském kraji. Výzkumné šetření bylo uskutečněno formou anonymního dotazníku a rozpracováno do 23 položek. Rozpracování celého výzkumného šetření je podrobně rozebráno v diskuzi. Výchova k reprodukčnímu zdraví na ZŠ je stále podceněna a zanedbávána. Pedagogové se dostatečně tématům nevěnují a ani sami své vědomosti nehodnotí jako ?výborné?.

Theoretical part of the thesis was concentrated on the problems of breast tumour (prevention, risk factors, diagnostics, therapy, social impact). Experiential part of the thesis is based on experimental pattern. There was surveyed how the information about the problems of breast tumour difered within the groups of women of various age groups and different grades of education. Further on, how the age and education grade influence the opinions of women about the efficiency of mammography examination and breast self-examination. Experimental part also wanted to specify how many women do breast self-examination and how many of them undergo mammography examination. Last but not least, there is mentioned where the women get information about prevention of the disease and how many of them are checked by the doctors. The outcomes of the survey show that older women and women with higher education have better information about the problems of breast tumour and they also have more active and positive approach to the secondary prevention of this disease. Teoretická část diplomové práce byla zaměřena na problematiku nádorového onemocnění prsu (prevence, rizikové faktory, diagnostika, terapie, sociální dopad). Empirická část diplomové práce má výzkumný charakter. Zjišťovalo se, jak se liší informovanost o problematice nádorového onemocnění prsu u žen různých věkových kategorií a odlišných stupních vzdělání. Dále, jak faktory věk a vzdělání ovlivňují názory žen na účinnost mamografického vyšetření a samovyšetřování prsů. Empirická část se dále snažila upřesnit, kolik žen si provádí samovyšetřování prsů a kolik žen již podstoupilo mamografické vyšetření. V neposlední řadě tato část práce uvádí, odkud jsou ženy o prevenci tohoto onemocnění informovány a kolika ženám vyšetřují lékaři prsy. Z výsledků výzkumného šetření je patrné, že ženy spadající do starší věkové kategorie a ženy ze skupiny s vyšším vzděláním jsou o problematice nádorového onemocnění prsu lépe informovány a také mají aktivnější a pozitivnější přístup k sekundární prevenci tohoto onemocnění.

Psychological strain and burnout syndrom of nurses working at oncological wards

The thesis deals with the analysis of the stress of nurses who work in the oncology ward. There are described its reasons, effects, burnout, also the subject of social support which is indicated in the literature as outer projective factor of burnout. In the last chapter of theoretical part I mention the protection of health of the nurse and the mental hygiene of nurses. In the explorational part of thesis I try to find out the presence of burnout of nurses who work in the oncology ward, the amount of their social support and their relation to burnout, then the amout of their work stress and its influence to the appearance of burnout. I try to find out it through three standardized questionnaire (BM of mental burnout, PSSS of social support and Mistr?s questionnaire of work stress). Práce se zabývá analýzou psychické zátěže zdravotních sester, které pracují na onkologickém oddělení. Jsou popisovány její příčiny, důsledky, syndrom vyhoření, taktéž tématika sociální opory, která je v literatuře uváděna jako vnější protektivní faktor syndromu vyhoření. V poslední kapitole teoretické části se zabývám ochranou zdraví sestry a duševní hygienou zdravotních sester. V průzkumné části práce zjišťuji pomoci třech standardizovaných dotazníků (BM psychického vyhoření, PSSS sociální opory a Meisterova dotazníku pracovní zátěže) přítomnost syndromu vyhoření u sester, které pracují na onkologii, míru jejich sociální opory a její vztah k vyhoření, dále míru jejich pracovní zátěže a vliv na možnost výskytu syndromu vyhoření.

Diplomová práce se zabývá kázní žáků základních a středních škol. Teoretická část je věnována obecné problematice kázně a kázeňských prostředků. My graduation thesis is about reliance on alcohol. The main goal is find out the level of informedness which fifth and sixth grade students from Walachia have about reliance on alcohol. This graduation thesis is theoretical and empirical. I choose quantitative paradigm approach with questionnaire design. First on the basis of literature I theoretically define the problem. Second I describe research design and his realization. In conclusion I shortly bring in the results of this research. Diplomová práce tematizuje závislost na alkoholu. Jejím hlavním cílem je zjistit úroveň informovanosti žáků 6. a 7. tříd z Valašska o závislosti na alkoholu. Práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Pro výzkumné šetření bylo zvoleno kvantitativní paradigma s dotazníkovou technikou sběru dat. V diplomové práci nejprve teoreticky vymezuji problém, a to na základě rešerše relevantní literatury. Následně popisuji projektovou a realizační část výzkumného šetření. V závěru práce stručně uvádím výsledky z výzkumného šetření.

This work deals with history and development of midwifery during human history. It maps the education system in the profession of midwifery in the course of its development with a detailed focus on the present. The work is focused on a description and analysis of written materials. The aim of the work is to monitor development of midwifery in human history in the context of its period. It is followed by analysis of midwifery training in the various historical stages. Important part of the work are archives and contemporary materials illustrating the theme of the work. The work ends with recommendation for practical midwifery persuant to analysis of the current midwifery education. Práce se zabývá historií babictví a celým jeho vývojem v průběhu lidských dějin. Mapuje systém vzdělávání v profesi porodní asistence v průběhu jejího vývoje s podrobnějším zaměřením na současnost. V práci je použita především metoda deskripce a analýzy písemných materiálů. Cílem práce je zmapovat vývoj babictví v lidských dějinách a v kontextech dané doby s následným rozborem vzdělávání v porodní asistenci v jednotlivých dějinných etapách. Důležitou součástí práce jsou přílohy obsahující velké množství dobového a archivního materiálu nutného k dokreslení tématu práce. Vyústěním práce na základě analýzy systému vzdělávání a rozboru současné situace v porodní asistenci je doporučení pro praxi v oboru porodní asistence.
