/: Geopolymer reactions have much in common with diagenetic transformations of the sedimentary rocks. Inside of laboratory conditions occur of geopolymer masses in alkali reaction of metakaolinite to sodium aluminate (Fastex 81) and quartz. As a result reaction is rise the zeolite phase (zeolite A) inside of relevant substance. The zeolite phase, temperature dressing materials and hydrothermal exposition influence developments strength. Results reaction were confirmed by means of X – ray diffractometry and SEM. Geopolymerní reakce mají mnoho společného s diagenetickými přeměnami sedimentárních hornin. V laboratorních podmínkách vznikají geopolymerní hmoty při alkalické reakci metakaolinitu a hlinitanu sodného (Fastex 81) a křemene. Jako výsledek reakce je objevení zeolitové fáze (zeolit A) v dané hmotě. Zeolitová fáze, tepelná úprava materiálu a hydrotermální expozice ovlivňuje trendy pevnosti. Výsledky reakce byli potvrzeny pomocí XRD a SEM.

Composite materials based on a polyamide fabric and a polydimethylsiloxane matrix were designed for application in bone surgery. In order to increase the bioactivity, 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 vol. % of nano/micro hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate were added. The effect of the additives on the mechanical properties was studied. Simultaneously, changes in the inner structure of the composites were investigated by means of image analysis.

High temperature adsorption of HCl was applied on simulated generator gas.The artificial sorption materials were based on CaO-Al2O3. Vysokoteplotní adsorpce HCl byla aplikována na modelovém plynu, který simuloval generátorový plyn vyráběný ze spalin dřeva. Pro adsorpci byly použíty uměle připravené sorbenty na bázi CaO-Al2O3.

Within this project were developed prototypes of the seismic rotation motion based on the two principles and also a generator of rotational motion that can be used for seismic prospection. During the theoretical works and experiments we found that generator and sensor of rotational motion can be used in geophysical prospecting. V rámci tohoto projektu se podařilo jednak zkonstruovat a otestovat rotační senzory na dvou principech a dále připravit generátor rotačních kmitů pro testování a seismickou prospekci. Během teoretických analýz a praktických testů jsme objevili možnost použití rotačních vln jako prospekční metody.

Particulate composite materials have been developed for applications in the form of an intervertebral cage (for use in spine treatment). The intervertebral cage is composed of a bearing cage made of PEEK and a composite core with the surface contacting the bone surface and ensuring elastic linkage of two vertebral bodies, resulting in good adhesion to the bone. Mechanical analysis of different kinds of particulate composites was performed. The effect of hydroxyapatite and tri-calcium phosphate nanofiller volume fractions on the mechanical properties of particulate composites was investigated.

GC/MS and Py-GC/MS techniques were used to provide information on set of samples from three waste piles localities in Czech Republic. Substituted and unsubstituted phenantrenes and other polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were comprised in sample extracts. The results were correlated with petrographic composition. GC/MS a Py-GC/MS techniky byly použity pro studium sady vzorků z uhelných odvalů ze tří lokalit České republiky. V extraktech ze vzorků byly nalezeny hlavně substituované a nesubstituované fenantreny a další polyaromatické uhlovodíky. Výsledky byly korelovány s petrografickou analýzou .

The study describes chemistry and isotopic composition of water from unsaturated zone of sandstone. Studied waters are extremely acidified. Isotopic composition of H and O of studied waters lies at local line of meteoric water. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo popsat chemizmus a isotopického složení vody nenasycené zóny pískovců. Studované vody jsou extrémně acidifikované. Izotopové složení H a O studovaných vod leží na lokální linii meteorické vody.

Cílem této práce bylo připravit biologicky inspirovaný kompozitní materiál složený z želatinové matrice, želatinových nanovláken a z nanočástic hydroxyapatitu a ověření vlivu nanovláken na mechanické vlastnosti kompozitu. The aims of this work has been the preparation of bioinspired composite materials composed of gelatin matrix, gelatin nanofibers and hydroxyapaptite powder and verifying the influence of nanofibers on the mechanical properties of the composites.
