Ilona Kučerová Title: Case study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize basic knowledge about Guillain- Barré syndrome with the focus on physiotherapical care in the theoretical part and a subsequent case study of a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome. Methodes: The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains the characteristics, classification, causes and diagnosis of Guillain-Barré syndrome. Furthermore, treatment options including physiotherapeutic approaches for the disease are elaborated here. The practical part contains a case study of physiotherapy care for a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome. The case report consists of an initial and final examination, a description of the therapeutic sessions and an evaluation of the therapy effect. Results: After completing the therapy, the patient's stability and walking stereotype improved. The patient no longer needs a compensatory aid to walk. Dále jsou zde zpracovány možnosti léčby včetně fyzioterapeutických přístupů u toho onemocnění. 2024 - český This bachelor's thesis focuses on the subjective wellbeing of science-gifted adolescents. The goal of this thesis is to describe subjective wellbeing in the context of gifted adolescents and to determine when these individuals are happy. Participants of the summer science camp Běstvinka were selected as the sample of the gifted adolescents. The theoretical part focuses on different categories of wellbeing, including models and their comparisons, to better understand this complex phenomenon. The research part of the thesis presents the research questions and objectives of the thesis including the methodology used. The first goal of the thesis is to describe the subjective wellbeing of gifted adolescents. The research questions focus on exploring subjective wellbeing, examining the difference between genders and between the two camp groups. Other research questions aim to find out when gifted adolescents are happy and finding out how subjective wellbeing and self-efficacy are related in this research sample. The second goal of this study is to determine what promotes subjective wellbeing in science gifted adolescents. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá subjektivním wellbeingem přírodovědně nadaných dospívajících. Cílem práce je popsat subjektivní wellbeing v kontextu nadaných dospívajících a zjistit, kdy jsou tito jedinci šťastní. Jako vzorek nadaných dospívajících byli vybráni účastníci Letního odborného soustředění Běstvinka. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na různá členění wellbeingu včetně modelů a jejich srovnání, která slouží k lepší orientaci v tomto komplexním jevu. Výzkumná část práce představuje výzkumné otázky a cíle práce včetně použité metodologie. Prvním cílem práce je popsat subjektivní wellbeing nadaných dospívajících. Výzkumné otázky se zaměřují na prozkoumání subjektivního wellbiengu, prozkoumání rozdílu mezi pohlavími a mezi dvěma skupinami tábora. Další výzkumné otázky se týkají zjištění, kdy jsou nadaní dospívající šťastní a zjištění v jakém vztahu je subjektivní wellbeing a self-efficacy u tohoto výzkumného vzorku. Druhý cíl této práce je zjistit, co podporuje subjektivní wellbeing přírodovědně nadaných dospívajících. 2024 - český This bachelor's thesis deals with streptophyte algae, with special attention given to the class Zygnematophyceae. The thesis is written as a literature review, aiming to summarize existing knowledge about streptophyte algae, particularly focusing on the class Zygnematophyceae. Additionally, the thesis elucidates the phylogenetic relationships within this group, which historically have been challenging. The thesis primarily focuses on the description, ecology, and taxonomy of streptophyte lineages, emphasizing their significance in the study of terrestrialization, or the colonization of land. A significant part of this thesis is therefore to highlight the ecological and evolutionary role of streptophyte algae, especially in the context of their adaptation to terrestrial environments. An additional aim of the thesis is to address the issues associated with the group of algae, given their inconsistent definition. The thesis points out that algae do not form a monophyletic group, as they encompass various taxonomic lineages. This thesis can serve as a foundation for further research in the field of algology, thereby contributing to a better understanding and orientation in the process of terrestrialization. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá streptofytními řasami, přičemž zvláštní pozornost je věnována třídě Zygnematophyceae. Práce je pojata jako literární rešerše, která si klade za cíl shrnout současné poznatky o streptofytních řasách a zejména pak o třídě Zygnematophyceae. Dále práce uvádí na pravou míru fylogenetické vztahy uvnitř této skupiny, které se v historii jevily jako problematické. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na popis, ekologii a taxonomii streptofytních linií, zároveň je kladen důraz na význam těchto skupin při studiu tzv. terestrizace, tedy kolonizace souše. Významnou součástí této práce je poukázání na ekologickou a evoluční roli streptofytních řas, zejména v kontextu jejich adaptace na suchozemské prostředí. Vedlejším cílem práce je poukázat na problémy spojené s celou heterogenní a nejednotně definovanou skupinou řas. Práce upozorňuje na fakt, že řasy nejsou monofyletickou skupinou, jelikož zahrnují různé fylogenetické a taxonomické linie. Tato práce může sloužit jako základ pro další výzkum v oblasti algologie, a tudíž přispívat k lepšímu pochopení a orientaci v problematice procesu terestrizace. Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis is the theoretical elaboration of osteoarthritis issues focusing on the knee joint and the indication for total knee arthroplasty, as well as the processing of a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with this diagnosis and the evaluation of the therapy provided. Methods: The general part was elaborated through a review of theoretical foundations regarding osteoarthritis issues and the indication for total knee arthroplasty. Theoretical aspects covered in detail include the anatomy of the knee joint, definitions of osteoarthritis, its pathokinetic consequences for movement, clinical examination, osteoarthritis treatment, indications for total knee arthroplasty, as well as physiotherapeutic methods and procedures used for this diagnosis. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to provide a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after implantation of a total hip replacement due to advanced coxarthrosis and peruse the literature related to this diagnosis. Methods: Therapeutic methods and procedures were used, which are part of the curriculum of the bachelor's study at FTVS, namely, taking an anamnesis, initial and final kinesiological examination and therapeutic procedures determined according to the results. The procedures included exercises for prevention of thromboembolic disease, therapeutic physical education, soft tissue methods, mobilization techniques, postisometric relaxation, postisometric relaxation with stretching, passive prolonged stretching, passive movements, locomotion and mobility training. Results: The patient experienced a complete disappearance of the swelling in the area of the scar on PDK, pain reduction in the operated right hip joint, the range of motion in the PDK hip joint and muscle strenght of weakened muscles has increased, improvement of joint mobility of patella and head of fibula on both DKK, the soft tissues loosened,... Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky terapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu z důvodu pokročilé koxartrózy a nastudovat literaturu související s touto diagnózou. Metody: Byly využily terapeutické metody a postupy, které jsou obsahem učiva bakalářského studia na FTVS a to, odebrání anamnézy, vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vybetření a dle výsledků stanovené terapeutické postupy. Součástí postupů bylo cvičení pro prevenci tromboembolické nemoci, léčebná tělesná výchova, metody měkkých tkání, mobilizační techniky, postizometrická relaxace, postizometrická relaxace s protažením, pasivní prolongovaný strečink, pasivní pohyby, nácvik lokomoce a mobility. 2024 - český This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of speech therapy prevention from the perspective of the kindergarten director. In accordance with the aim of the thesis, it analyses the current situation and identifies the possibilities of support and risks in the field of speech therapy prevention in selected kindergartens. It studies the state and level of work in kidergartens in terms of ensuring cooperation with a special pedagogical center, a pedagogical-psychological counselling center, a clinical speech therapist and further education of pedagogical staff with a focus on speech therapy assistants. It also indicates the possibilities of obtaining financial resources for aids for children with speech disorders, for further education of teaching staff or for possible cooperation with a clinical speech therapist directly in the kindergarten. The thesis also mentions the grant programs offered by the Ministry of Education and Culture. It also outlines a possible procedure for changing or increasing the efficiency of speech therapy prevention and motivational methods for the active approach of teaching staff, which can be used by the kindergarten director. The theoretical part of the work is complemented by the analysis of the research survey data, for which the qualitative research method was chosen.... Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá logopedickou prevencí z pohledu ředitele mateřské školy. V souladu s cílem práce analyzuje současný stav a zjišťuje možnosti podpory a rizika v oblasti logopedické prevence ve vybraných mateřských školách. Sleduje úroveň práce v mateřských školách ve smyslu zajištění spolupráce se speciálně pedagogickým centrem, pedagogicko- psychologickou poradnou, klinickým logopedem a dalším vzděláváním pedagogických pracovníků se zaměřením na logopedického asistenta. Dále uvádí, jaké jsou možnosti získání finančních prostředků na pomůcky pro děti s poruchami řeči, na další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků nebo pro případnou spolupráci s klinickým logopedem přímo v mateřské škole. Práce zmiňuje také grantové programy, které nabízí MŠMT. Nastiňuje také možný postup pro změnu či zefektivnění logopedické prevence a motivační metody pro aktivní přístup pedagogických pracovníků, které může ředitel mateřské školy využít. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu dat výzkumného šetření, pro které byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumu.
