2006 - Czech
Paper considers the impact of exogenous applique of brassinosteroids of soya in dry region of land register Bohemia central. The possibility of the movement of assimilates from the source to sink are discussed as the improvement of stage of plants after the treatment. Práce se zabývá protistresovými vlivy exogenní aplikace brassinosteroidů u soji pěstované v suché oblasti středních Čech, s možností stimulace pohybu asimilátů do sinku a celkového zlepšení fyziologického stavu rostlin.

The effect of cadmium on spinach stress metabolism
Pavlíková, D.; Staszková, L.; Pavlík, Milan; Szaková, J.; Najmanová, J.
2006 - Czech
Activity of glutamate kinase as stress indicator of plant metabolism was determined and significantly desreased activity after application of high Cd levels was observed. Aktivita glutamát kinasy jako stresového indikátoru rostlinného metabolismu byla určena a významně snížena aktivita po aplikaci vyšších dávek kadmia byla pozorována.

Effect of water utilisation on the differences between laboratory determined germinative capacity and field emergence rate
Bláha, L.; Kadlec, P.; Macháčková, Ivana; Hnilička, F.; Kohout, Ladislav
2006 - Czech
Application of 24-epibrassinolide partly improves the effect of water utilisation during seed germination, i.e. the rapidity of water uptake, decreases rapidity of water loss at drought conditions and capability of the growth at minimum possible water content. Vliv stresorů na semena částečně snižuje aplikace 24-epibrassinolidu na rostliny během vegetace tj. během růstu a vývoje semen. V práci jsou dále hodnoceny další znaky semen, včetně obsahu fytohormonů v jednotlivých podmínkách.

Soudek, Petr; Vavříková, Zuzana; Podlipná, Radka; Vaněk, Tomáš; Lehký, L.
2006 - Czech
Phytoremediation is defined as an using of green plants in situ or on special adapted area for the purpose of risk decreasing of contaminated soils, sediments and ground waters by removing, degradation or stabilization of contaminants with utilization of natural processes in plants.

2006 - Czech
An experiment was conducted to induce ovulation in barbel (Barbus barbus) originated from river by a single injection of preparate Supergestran (contains GnRH analogue Lecirelin) in three different dosis and carp pituitary (control group). Byl proveden pokus s indukovanou ovulací jikrnaček parmy obecné (Barbus barbus) původem ze řeky podáváním podáním jednorázového injekčního podání přípravku Supergestran (obsahující analog GnRH Lecirelin) ve třech různých vyšších dávkách a kapří hypofýzy.

Phytoremediation of radionuclides and metals in soil and waste waters
Soudek, Petr; Valenová, Šárka; Plojhar, V.; Vaněk, Tomáš
2006 - Czech
Heavy metals and radionuclides are not chemically degradable and possibility of their removing by in situ methods is limited. In the last years are increasingly used plants not only for biomonitoring, but also for remediation.
