Antenna for telecommunications equipment on a building in Brno

2024 - Czech The subject of this thesis is the design of antenna mast variants on an existing building in Brno. Firstly, a professional inspection was carried out at the primary school to measure the roof and evaluate the overall condition of the structure. From the measured data, a model of the entire roof was developed in Autodesk Inventor and documentation of the actual condition was prepared. Based on this documentation, the design of the steel antenna mast was developed in two variants - a tubular mast and a truss mast composed of circular bars. The anchoring of the entire structure with the antenna mast is by threading into the bearing walls and further fixing into the rafters and collar tie. Both variants were modelled in AxisVM, the design of the connections of the tubular mast was carried out in IDEA StatiCa, the design of the connections of the truss mast was determined by manual calculation. Both of these variants were modelled in Autodesk Inventor and the drawing documentation, and an accurate statement of materials were produced from this. The roof was scaled down to the central section only for structural design purposes. The roof was first assessed in AxisVM separately and then with the effects of the structure loads from the antenna technology including the proposed roof strengthening. The assessment of the carpentry joints was determined by manual calculation. Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh variant anténního nosiče na stávajícím objektu v Brně. Nejdříve byla provedena odborné prohlídka na základní škole za účelem zaměření krovu a vyhodnocení celkového stavu této konstrukce. Z naměřených údajů byl vypracován model celého krovu v programu Autodesk Inventor a byla zpracována dokumentace skutečného stavu. Na základě této dokumentace byl vypracován návrh ocelového anténního nosiče ve dvou variantách – trubkový nosič a příhradový nosič složený z kruhových tyčí. Kotvení celé konstrukce s anténním nosičem je vetknutím do obvodových stěn a dalším uchycením do krokví a kleštin. Obě tyto varianty byly vymodelovány v programu AxisVM, posouzení spojů trubkového nosiče bylo provedeno v programu IDEA StatiCa, posouzení spojů příhradového nosiče bylo stanoveno ručním výpočtem. Dále byly obě tyto varianty vymodelovány v programu Autodesk Inventor a z něj byla vytvořena projektová dokumentace ocelových konstrukcí a přesný výkaz materiálu. Krov byl pro účely statického posouzení zmenšen pouze na středovou část. Nejdříve byl krov posouzen v programu AxisVM samostatně a následně potom na účinky zatížení konstrukce pro anténní technologii včetně navrženého posílení krovu. Posouzení tesařských spojů bylo provedeno ručním výpočtem. 2024 - Czech The subject of the masters thesis is the new construction of a object for sport which is located in sport area Dukla in Pardubice. The building has a basement with parking and one floor with sport hall and other parts. The object is covered with flat roof. In the background of the building there is reception with bufet, changing rooms, toilets, showers, saunas and cooling pool, massage room and Kneipp walk. The utility roon is located in the basement. Entrance to the building is on the west side where there is also parking lot with walk leading to entrance. The object is made of collumns made of reinforced concrete and slabs of the same material. The outer fasade of the object is made from ceramic blocks Porotherm and insulated with ETICS system with the width of 200 mm Předmětem diplomové práce je novostavba sportovního objektu, který se nachází v atletickém areálu Dukla v Pardubicích. Objekt má jedno podzemní podlaží s hromadnými garážemi a jedno nadzemní podlaží se sportovní halou a jejím zázemím. Střecha stavby je plochá. V zázemí objektu se nachází recepce s bufetem, šatny, wc, sprchy, sauny a ochlazovací bazén, masáž a Kneippův chodík. Technické zázemí objektu se nachází v suterénu. Vstup do objektu je ze západní strany přístupovým chodníkem z venkovního parkoviště. Konstrukční systém je skeletový s pláštěm z keramických bloků. Stropy jsou žb (C30/37) až na střechu nad sportovní halou, která je zastřešena panely spiroll, ležícími na předpjatých vaznících. Stavba je založena na černé vaně z betonu C30/37. 2024 - Czech The aim of this master‘s thesis is the elaboration of design documentation for the construction of retirement home in Opava. The project documentation includes the layout of the residential units for accommodation of the elderly and non-residential areas of the main building intended for common use. The home for the elderly is designed in a campus manner. All buildings are single-storey roofed with vegetated flat roofs. The project documentation also deals with the structural design of walls, ceilings, partial basement, foundation structures and flat roofs. Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby domova pro seniory v Opavě. Projektová dokumentace obsahuje řešení dispozic bytových jednotek pro ubytování seniorů a nebytových prostor hlavní budovy určené pro společné užívání. Domov pro seniory je řešen areálovým způsobem. Všechny stavby jsou jednopodlažní zastřešeny vegetačními plochými střechami. Projektová dokumentace se dále zabývá konstrukčním řešením stěn, stropů, částečného podsklepení, základových konstrukcí a zastřešení plochými střechami. 2024 - Czech The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on a basic overview of wood properties, damage, protection and used diagnostic methods. In the practical part, it focuses on the comparison of selected physical and mechanical properties with the resistance characte-ristics obtained from resistance drilling. Finally, a design calculation is performed using the results from the measurements in the practical part. Diplomová práca sa v teoretickej časti zameriava na základný prehľad vlastností dreva, poškodení, ochrany a používaných diagnostických metód. V praktickej časti sa zameriava na porovnanie vybraných fyzikálnych a mechanických vlastností s odporovou charakteristikou získanou z odporového vŕtania. Nakoniec je prevedené statické posúdenie s využitím výsledkov z merania v praktickej časti. Cost analysis of building objects

2024 - Czech The aim of the thesis is to analyse the costs of civil engineering structures in terms of their distribution according to construction or other parts. The first part of the thesis focuses on the cost analysis of sewer lines. The analysis is made on several dozen budgets of real sewer lines, where the technical parameters, economic parameters, parameters on debris generated and costing parameters are compared. From all numerical parameters, the minimum, maximum, average and median values are then evaluated. The next part of the thesis deals with the creation of budgets per 1 mb for excavation in grassed area, road and pavement. The budgets include certain parameters that were found from the previous analysis. The budgets created are then used to determine the change in total cost with changes in excavation depth and pipe diameter. Also, as these parameters change, the labour, the amount of debris removed, backfilling with reused and new soil, and disposal of excavated soil to the landfill are examined. The main purpose is to combine the comparison of all the parameters and find the optimal solutions. In the final stage, the prices of the individual sewer line budgets are compared with the price indicators. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza nákladů inženýrských staveb z hlediska jejich rozdělení podle stavebních nebo jiných dílů. Práce se v první části zaměřuje na analýzu nákladů kanalizačních řadů. Analýza je vytvořena na několik desítek rozpočtů reálných kanalizačních řadů, kde se porovnají technické parametry, ekonomické parametry, parametry na vzniklé sutě a kalkulační parametry. Ze všech číselných parametrů se následně vyhodnocuje minimum, maximum, průměrné hodnoty a medián. Další část diplomové práce se věnuje vytvoření rozpočtů na 1 mb pro výkop v zatravněné ploše, komunikaci a chodníku. Rozpočty zahrnují určité parametry, které se zjistily z předchozí analýzy. Z vytvořených rozpočtů se následně zjišťuje chování celkové ceny při změně hloubky výkopu a při změně průměru potrubí. Také se při změnách těchto parametrů zkoumá pracnost, množství odvezené sutě, zásyp zpětně použitou a novou zeminou a odvoz vykopané zeminy na skládku. Hlavním smyslem je kombinace porovnání všech parametrů a zjištění optimálních řešení. V konečné fázi se ceny jednotlivých rozpočtů kanalizačních řadů porovnávají s cenovými ukazateli. Selected Parts of the Construction Technology Project for an Apartment Building in Kroměříž

2024 - Czech In my master’s thesis, I deal with the preparation and implementation of selected parts of the construction technology project of an apartment building in Kroměříž. It is a non-basement building with 5 above-ground floors. The content of my master’s thesis is the preparation of a technical report for a construction and engineering project, a coordination situation with the solution of closer traffic relations, an assessment of the route of the tower crane, the object's time and financial plan, calculation according to THU, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object, a construction site equipment project, which contains a technical report of the construction site equipment for rough construction and finishing works, as well as drawings for the given stages, a design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, a time schedule, an itemized budget for selected parts of SO 01.4, a technological regulation for the ETICS insulation system, a technological regulation for the installation of windows. Control and test plans were drawn up for both technological regulations. Furthermore, in my diploma thesis, there are catchment systems of flat roofs and the blow-door test. V mé diplomové práci se zabývám přípravou a realizací vybraných částí stavebně technologického projektu bytového domu v Kroměříži. Jedná se o nepodsklepenou budovu s 5 nadzemními podlažími. Obsah mé diplomové práce je zpracování technické zprávy ke stavebně technologickému projektu, koordinační situace s řešením bližších dopravních vztahů, posouzení trasy věžového jeřábu, objektový časový a finanční plán, propočet dle THU, studie realizace hlavních technologických etap stavebního objektu, projekt zařízení staveniště, který obsahuje technickou zprávu zařízení staveniště pro hrubou stavbu a dokončovací práce a zároveň i výkresy pro dané etapy, návrh hlavních stavebních strojů a mechanismů, časový harmonogram, položkový rozpočet pro vybrané části SO 01.4, technologický předpis pro zateplovací system ETICS, technologický předpis pro montáž oken. Na oba technologické předpisy byly vyhotoveny kontrolní a zkušební plány. Dále se v mé diplomové práci nacházejí záchytné sytémy plochých střech a blow-door test. 2024 - Czech The thesis focuses on the evaluation of sustainable urban development. The theoretical part is processed as literature research, from which important indicators for the design of the methodology of sustainable development assessment of the city are derived. The research presents basic concepts related to the public sector, local government, sustainable development, and public investments. The core part of the thesis is the design a methodology to help local governments to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the city's sustainability. Additionally, it can serve as a basis for investment decision-making. This methodology is based on a multi-criteria analysis of selected key indicators that assess the functionality and sustainability of cities. The aim of this work is to offer cities a practical tool that will not only help with the assessment of the situation, but will also contribute to improving the sustainability of urban areas as centers and producers of significant economic, ecological, and social processes. Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice hodnocení udržitelného rozvoje měst. Teoretická část je zpracována formou rešerše odborné literatury, ze které vyplývají důležité ukazatele pro návrh metodiky hodnocení udržitelného rozvoje města. Rešerše popisuje základní pojmy týkající se veřejného sektoru, samosprávy měst, udržitelného rozvoje a veřejných investic. Stěžejní částí práce je návrh metodiky, která má pomoci městským samosprávám rozpoznat silné a slabé stránky udržitelnosti města a následně může také sloužit jako podklad pro investiční rozhodování. Tato metodika je založena na multikriteriální analýze zvolených klíčových ukazatelů, jež hodnotí fungování a udržitelnost měst. Cílem této práce je nabídnout městům praktický nástroj, který pomůže nejen se zhodnocením stavu, ale bude také přispívat ke zlepšování udržitelnosti městských oblastí, jako center a původců podstatných ekonomických, ekologických a sociálních dějů.
