Application of S-estimates in robust version of exponential smoothing of times series

2002 - Czech Článek se zabývá využitím tzv. S-odhadů pro robustní vyrovnávání časových řad, které mohou být poškozeny "outliery". Technika S-odhadů je použita pro odhad lokálního koeficientu trendu a lokální úrovně variability. Je odvozena rekurentní formule pro výpočet těchto lokálních charakteristik popisujících chování sledované časové řady. Teoretické výsledky jsou završeny důkazem ekvivariantnosti vůči posunutí u odhadů lokálních parametrů regrese a invariantnosti odhadu úrovně disperze. Modelování depozice aktivity pro normální výpusti a havarijní úniky z jaderných zařízení

2001 - Czech Radioactivity deposition on the ground surface is modelled for both cases of routine releases during normal operation of nuclear power pland and accidental releases. Dryout and washout mechanisms are accepted using approximation of local characteristice. Some results of computation for fallout on Vltava watershed are presented. "Worst-case" analysis of intensive local precipitation in the area of water dam Orlik on deposition on water surface is estimated. Je popsán přístup k modelování depozice radioaktivity na zemském povrchu, které jsou výsledkem postupu radioaktivního mraku nad terénem. Algoritmy popisující suchý spad nuklidů a jejich vymývání atmosférickými srážkami zahrnují lokální charakteristiky zemského povrchu (drsnost, typ pokrytí, výškopis) a možnost lokálních srážek. Jsou popsány aplikace výpočtů provedených pro VUV Praha - radioaktivní spad na povodí Vltavy a extrémní situace spadu při maximálně nepříznivých podmínkách na přehradu Orlík. Regulační diagramy s rozšířenými mezemi a způsobilost procesů

2001 - Czech The assumptions about behaviour of observed quality variables demanded by classical Shewhart diagrams are not often satisfied as practice shows. These assumptions concern Gaussian density function whose parameters, i.e. mean value and dispersion must be constant in time. As this demand need not be satisfied in practice therefore processes with changing mean value or dispersion have begun to analyse. This fact is changing the statistical control and capability of such manufacture processes. Pod vlivem praxe se ukazuje, že předpoklady na chování sledovaných jakostních znaků vyžadované klasickými Shewhartovými regulačními diagramy nejsou často v praxi splňovány. Jedná se o požadavky na normalitu, jejiž parametry, tj. střední hodnota a rozptyl, se v čase nemění. Tento požadavek nebývá v praxi splněn, a proto se začaly analyzovat procesy, u nichž se mohou tyto parametry měnit v čase. Tím se zcela mění pohled na regulování tykovýchto procesů a rovnež pohled na jejich způsobilost. Statistical models and analysis of growing damage processes

2001 - Czech We deal with the reliability analysis of technical devices and consider the processes of gradually growing damage caused by random shocks or other events. The cumulation of damage modeled via the random cumulative processes, generalization of Poisson process with random increments. The methods of statistical analysis and an example are presented. Při zkoumání spolehlivosti výrobků či zařízení se zabýváme procesy postupného opotřebení a růstu poškození. Sledujeme řadu událostí, buď na zařízení působící ("šoky", změny zatížení, ale i teploty), nebo řadu dílčích poruch a oprav, co˙také vypovídá o změnách stavu zařízení. Pro tyto případy se hodí modely posloupností událostí, např. Poissonův proces, s náhodnými přírůstky a jejich kumulací. Budeme se zabývat metodami statistické analýzy a příklady těchto procesů. Hydrologické modely evropského programového systému RODOS

2001 - Czech An overview of hydrological models contained in the European program system RODOS is presented. Run-off models together with models for radionuclide transport in the rivers, reservoirs, dams and deep lakes are mentioned. An attention is devoted to the groundwater pollution estimation. An information related to the necessary input data acquisition is described. A suggestion of water bodies in CR which are desirable for its hydrological localisation is propossed. Je podán přehled hydrologických modelů systému rodos a jeho vazby na další moduly systému. Jsou zmíněny modely pro splachy z povodí, modely transportu radionuklidů ve vodních korytech řek, v nádržích, přehradách a jezerech. Pozornost byla věnována i modelování průniku radionuklidů do spodních vod. Je podána informace o složitosti vstupů pro jednotlivé modely a zmíněny vodní oblasti v ČR, pro něž by mohla proběhnout lokalizace modelů obsažených v systému RODOS.
