This bachelor thesis deals with material printing, focusing on the preparation and analysis of clichés for pad printing, the optimization of functional compositions deposited by a hand held pad printing machine on PET films, and the characterization of these deposited layers. Two fluorescent compositions with different fluorescent derivatives were prepared, which, upon excitation with electromagnetic radiation, emitted specific infrared radiation, allowing them to be distinguished. The fluorescent compositions were applied to PET films using a hand held pad printing machine. The optimal concentration of fluorescent derivatives in the compositions and the ideal layer thickness to achieve the maximum intensity of fluorescent emission were determined. One of the objectives of the work was the preparation of scent markers by encapsulating peppermint essential oil in liposomes, which allows controlled release of the fragrance after mechanical disruption. The scent markers were not homogeneous but showed the desired properties after the disruption of the microparticles. However, the use of screen printing compared to pad printing resulted in better homogeneity ofthe scent markers. Steel clichés were found to be the most suitable for the application of all layers, whereas glass clichés could be an attractive alternative when prepared by higher resolution laser engraving. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá materiálovou tlačou, so zameraním na prípravu a analýzu klišé pre tampónovú tlač, optimalizáciu funkčných kompozícií nanášaných ručným tampónovým strojom na PET fólie a charakterizáciu týchto nanesených vrstiev. V rámci práce boli pripravené dve fluorescenčné kompozície s rôznymi fluorescenčnými derivátmi, ktoré po excitácii elektromagnetickým žiarením emitovali špecifické infračervené žiarenie, čo umožnilo ich rozlíšenie. Fluorescenčné kompozície boli aplikované na PET fólie pomocou ručného tampónového stroja. Stanovila sa optimálna koncentrácia fluorescenčných derivátov v kompozíciách a ideálna hrúbka vrstvy na dosiahnutie maximálnej intenzity fluorescenčnej emisie. Jedným z cieľov práce bola príprava vonných značiek pomocou enkapsulácie mätového esenciálneho oleja do lipozómov, čo umožňuje kontrolované uvoľnenie vône po mechanickom narušení. Vonné značky neboli homogénne, ale po narušení mikročastíc preukázali požadované vlastnosti. Použitím sieťotlače v porovnaní s tampónovou tlačou sa však dosiahla lepšia homogenita vonných značiek. Ukázalo sa, že oceľové klišé bolo najvhodnejšie na nanášanie všetkých vrstiev, pričom sklenené klišé by mohlo byť atraktívnou alternatívou pri jeho príprave gravírovaním laserom s vyšším rozlíšením.

Optimalizovaná kompenzace účiníku v napájecí síti pomocí kondenzátorových bank

The aim of the thesis is the design of a power factor controller for the power grid, including HMI. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into two logical units. The first unit explain the problem of power factor correction in a linear electrical environment, without considering harmonic distortion. The second theoretical unit describes the technologies, applied in cooperative simulation environment. A virtual commissioning of the whole system was performed in the simulated environment. The empirical part of the thesis describes the architecture of the Mosaik simulation framework. Then folows description of the controller, its integral components and the HMI. In the last chapter, the whole system was put into virtual operation, in order to perform function tests. The controller was tested on change of the power factor setpoint and to test the reaction on system change, without losing the power factor compenation. Cieľom diplomovej práce je návrh regulátora účinníku pre elektrickú sieť, vrátane HMI. Teoretická časť práce je rozdelená na dva logické celky. Prvá časť sa zaoberá problematikou korekcie účinníka v lineárnom elektrickom prostredí, bez uvažovania harmonického skreslenia. Druhá polovica teoretickej časti je venovaná technológiám, ktoré boli použité pri tvorbe kooperatívneho simulačného prostredia. V kooperatívnom simulačnom prostredí následne prebehlo virtuálne uvedenie do prevádzky celého systému. V empirickej časti práce je popísaná architektúra vytvorené kooperatívneho simulačného prostredia postaveného na frameworku Mosaik. Ďalej sa pokračuje v popise samotného regulátora, jeho komponent, programu a HMI. V rámci poslednej kapitoly bol celý systém uvedený do virtuálne prevádzky, pri ktorej prebehlo aj funkčné testovanie. Regulátor bol úspešne otestovaný na zmenu požadovanej hodnoty účinníku a na zmenu systému bez zmeny požadovanej hodnoty účinníku.

Návrh hnacího systému elektrického městského vozidla

This diploma thesis sets itself into the task of presenting a conceptual design of a powertrain system intended for a small electric vehicle of the L6e category. As a part of this thesis, in the initial part of this work, a survey of components and their optimal arrangement in the powertrain system of a small electric vehicle was carried out. Subsequently, after the presentation of the possible components of the powertrain system, testing of these variants was carried out, both form a mechanical and an electrical point of view, to guarantee the compatibility of the individual parts of the vehicle´s powertrain system. After the evaluation, the optimal variant of the drive system, intended for the concept on a small electric vehicle “Nanos” was selected. To determine the acceleration characteristics and the range of a vehicle equipped with such designed powertrain system, series of acceleration tests as well as vehicle range test according to the first part of the official WMTP cycle, intended for vehicles belonging to the category L6e, were performed. The resulting values of the vehicle´s acceleration and range tests are subsequently compared with the values of already existing vehicles belonging to the same category, thus enabling an overall evaluation of the powertrain system concept. Táto diplomová práca si dáva za úlohu predstaviť koncepčný návrh hnacieho systému určeného pre malé elektrické vozidlo kategórie L6e. V rámci tejto diplomovej práce bol v úvodnej časti prevedený prieskum komponentov a ich optimálne usporiadanie v hnacom systéme malého elektrického vozidla. Následne po predstavení možných komponentov systému bolo prevedené testovanie, ako z mechanického tak aj elektrického hľadiska, aby bola zaručená kompatibilita jednotlivých dielov hnacieho systému vozidla. Zo všetkých možných variantov hnacieho systému bol po vyhodnotení všetkých testov vybraný optimálny variant hnacieho systému, určený pre koncept malého elektrického vozidla „Nanos“. Pre zistenie akceleračných vlastností a dojazdu vozidla vybaveného navrhnutým hnacím systémom, sú následne vykonané akceleračné testy a testy dojazdu vozidla podľa prvej časti oficiálneho jazdného cyklu WMTP, určeného pre vozidlá kategórie L6e. Výsledné hodnoty akcelerácie a dojazdu vozidla sú následne porovnané s hodnotami už existujúcich vozidiel patriacich do rovnakej kategórie, čo umožňuje vykonať celkové zhodnotenie konceptu hnacieho systému.

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the description of the ACS880-01 frequency converter and the components of the demonstration panel. It includes a description of the frequency converter functions, its parameters, additional elements and safety options. It also briefly describes the asynchronous motor control, communication interfaces and possible add-on modules of the frequency converter. Subsequently, it includes the design of demonstration tasks and documentation of their implementation, SW equipment, visualization and configuration of the individual components. Bakalárska práca sa venuje opisu frekvenčného meniča ACS880-01 a komponentov demonštračného panelu. Obsahuje opis funkcií frekvenčného meniča, jeho parametrov, prídavných prvkov a bezpečnostných možností. Stručne opisuje taktiež riadenie asynchrónneho motora, komunikačné rozhrania a možné prídavné moduly frekvenčného meniča. Následne obsahuje návrh demonštračných úloh a dokumentáciu ich realizácie, SW vybavenia, vizualizácie a konfigurácie jednotlivých komponentov.

The topic of this bachelor thesis delves into an analysis of business information systems within a selected company and subsequent proposal of changes focused on optimization of business processes. The proposal of changes is based on a theoretical foundation and analyses depicted in this thesis. The proposal of changes was discussed with the management of the company and they will be considered for implementation. Bakalárska práca sa venuje téme posúdenia podnikových informačných systémov v rámci skúmanej spoločnosti pôsobiacej v hotelovom priemysle a následnému návrhu zmien, ktoré sú zamerané na optimalizáciu podnikových procesov. Zmeny vychádzajú z teoretického podkladu a vykonaných analýz, ktoré sú v práci podrobne popísané. Návrh zmien bol konzultovaný s managementom spoločnosti, ktorý bude uvažovať o možnom zavedení daného riešenia.

The goal of this Bachelor's thesis was to design and implement an interactive web application used for previewing and managing geographical and image data. The key part of the solution is displaying geographical elements in map and image views, as well as implementation of optimization techniques of predictive loading. As a result, an app was developed with the client side implemented in the Vue.js framework, and the server side implemented with the FastAPI library and the MongoDB database. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce bolo navrhnúť a implementovať interaktívnu webovú aplikáciu na prehliadanie a správu geografických a obrazových dát. Podstatou riešenia je zobrazovanie geografických prvkov v mapových a obrazových pohľadoch, a implementácia optimalizačnej techniky prediktívneho načítania. Vo výsledku bola vytvorená aplikácia s klientskou časťou implementovanou vo frameworku Vue.js a serverovou časťou implementovanou s knižnicou FastAPI a MongoDB databázou.

This thesis deals with the design and implementation of an application that utilizes gamification elements to support the education of students at VUT. The application allows both students and teachers to create quiz questions and compete for points and rankings in challenge mode. Students can track their progress, compare it with others, and thereby motivate themselves to achieve better results. Additionally, a system of achievements and rewards is proposed, although it has not yet been implemented, but it represents an opportunity to expand the functionality of this application. Táto práca sa zaoberá vytvorením návrhu a implementáciou aplikácie, ktorá využíva gamifikačné prvky na podporu vzdelávania študentov VUT. Aplikácia umožňuje študentom aj vyučujúcim vytvárať otázky vo forme kvízov a zároveň v móde výzva získavať body a následne sa umiestniť v rebríčku. Študenti môžu vidieť svoj pokrok porovnávať ho s ostatnými a týmto sa motivovať k lepším výsledkom. Okrem tohto je navrhnutý aj systém úspechov a odmien, ktorý však ešte nebol implementovaný avšak predstavuje možnosť rozšírenia funkcionality tejto aplikácie.

Novostavba bytového domu v Moravských Budějovicích

The apartment building is located on parcels number 1512/6 and 1512/7 in the cadastral area of the town of Moravské Budějovice. The building has 3 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. On the first above-ground floor, there are two apartments with a layout of 3+KK, one of which is designed for people with reduced mobility or orientation. The second and third above-ground floors are identical, with each containing two apartments with a layout of 3+KK and one apartment with a layout of 2+KK. In the first underground floor, there are storage rooms for each apartment, a communal room, a utility room, and a storage area. In total, the residential building contains eight apartment units. The entire building, including apartment number 102, is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The load-bearing exterior walls of the above-ground floors are designed from ceramic blocks, while the underground floor is constructed from formwork blocks. The foundation structures are made of strip foundations from plain concrete. The ceiling structures are designed from prefabricated prestressed panels. The staircase, including landings, is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete. The roof is a heavy, single-layer, flat roof. Novostavba bytového domu je umiestnená na parcelách číslo 1512/6 a 1512/7 v katastrálnom území mesta Moravské Budějovice. Budova má 3 nadzemné poschodia a 1 podzemné poschodie. Na prvom nadzemnom poschodí sa nachádzajú dva byty 3+KK, z ktorých jeden je určený pre ľudí so zníženou schopnosťou pohybu alebo orientácie. Druhé a tretie nadzemné poschodia sú identické, pričom na každom z nich sa nachádzajú dve bytové jednotky 3+KK a jedna bytová jednotka 2+KK. V prvom podzemnom poschodí sa nachádzajú pivničné kóje pre každú bytovú jednotku, spoločenská miestnosť, technická miestnosť a sklad. Celkom sa v bytovom dome nachádza 8 bytových jednotiek. Celý objekt, vrátane bytu číslo 102, je navrhnutý ako bezbariérový. Obvodové nosné konštrukcie nadzemných poschodí sú navrhnuté z keramických tvárnic, podzemné poschodie je tvorené z debniacich tvárnic. Základové konštrukcie sú tvorené základovými pásmi z prostého betónu. Stropné konštrukcie sú navrhnuté z prefabrikovaných predpätých panelov. Schodisko vrátane podest je prefabrikované železobetónové. Strecha je ťažká, jednoplášťová, plochá.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a tool for processing and converting nanopore signals. It starts by explaining the development of sequencing technologies, then introduces data formats containing information generated by nanopore sequencing, and finally introduces the reader to the conversion of a signal to a nucleotide sequence by a process called basecalling. The practical part addresses the implementation of a tool capable of searching for a selected nucleotide sequence in the generated reads, the export of selected sequencing run data as files of appropriate format, and the visualization of a signal of a selected read with the nucleotide positions highlighted. Táto bakalárska práca je venovaná návrhu nástroja pre spracovanie a konverziu nanopórových signálov. V úvode čitateľovi objasňuje vývoj sekvenačných technológií, následne približuje formáty dát obsahujúce informácie vzniknuté nanopórovým sekvenovaním a nakoniec zoznamuje čitateľa s konverziou signálu na nukleotidovú sekvenciu procesom zvaným basecalling. Praktická časť je venovaná implementácii nástroja schopného vyhľadávania zvolenej nukleotidovej sekvencie vo vytvorených čítaniach, exportu vybraných dát sekvenačného behu v podobe súborov vhodného formátu a vizualizácie signálu so zvýraznenými pozíciami nukleotidov.

Velké jazykové modely pro generování kódu se zaměřením na vestavěné systémy

The goal of this work was to adapt a pre-trained language model for the purpose of generating code in the field of embedded systems. The work introduces a new dataset for fine-tuning code generation models, consisting of 50,000 pairs of source code and comments focused on embedded systems programming. This dataset is composed of collected source code from the GitHub platform. Two new language models for code generation, based on transformer architecture pre-trained models, were fine-tuned on the data of the new corpus. Model MicroCoder is based on the CodeLLaMA-Instruct 7B model, and during its fine-tuning, the QLoRA technique was used to minimize computational requirements. The second model, MicroCoderFIM, is based on the StarCoderBase 1B model and supports code infilling. The individual models were compared based on BLEU, CodeBLEU, ChrF++, and ROUGE-L metrics. Model MicroCoderFIM achieves the best adaptation results to the new task, with over 120% improvement in all measured metrics. The weights of the models along with the new dataset are freely accessible on a public repository. Cieľom tejto práce bola adaptácia predtrénovaného jazykového modelu pre účely generovania kódu v oblasti vstavaných systémov. V práci je predstavená nová dátová sada pre ladenie modelov generovania kódu, ktorá obsahuje 50 tisíc dvojíc zdrojového kódu a komentárov zameraných na oblasť programovania vstavaných systémov. Táto sada je zložená zo zozbieraného zdrojového kódu z platformy GitHub. Na dátach nového korpusu boli ladené dva nové jazykové modely pre generovanie kódu založené na predtrénovaných modeloch s architektúrou transformer. Model MicroCoder je založený na modeli CodeLLaMA-Instruct 7B a pri jeho ladení bola využitá technika QLoRA pre minimalizáciu výpočtových nárokov ladenia. Druhý model, MicroCoderFIM, je založený na modeli StarCoderBase 1B a podporuje vyplňovanie kódu na základe okolia (fill-in-the-middle). Jednotlivé modely boli porovnávané na základe metrík BLEU, CodeBLEU, ChrF++ a ROUGE-L. Model MicroCoderFIM dosahuje najlepšie výsledky adaptácie na novú úlohu, pričom zaznamenal viac ako 120% zlepšenie vo všetkých meraných metrikách. Váhy modelov spolu s novou dátovou sadou sú voľne prístupné na verejnom úložisku.
