A combination of diffusion wet denuder and continuous aerosol collector provides continuous analysis and study of ammonia distribution between gaseous and aerosol phases. Kombinace difúzního wet denuderu a kontinuálního kolektoru aerosolů umožňuje kontinuální analýzu a studium distribuce amoniaku mezi plynnou a aerosolovou fázi.

The mass concentration of PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 and temporal changes of PM2.5 were measured. The effect of traffic was examined. Byly měřeny hmotnostní koncentrace PM1, PM2.5 a PM10 a časové změny hmotnostních koncentrací PM2.5. Byl také zkoumán vliv dopravy.

Very high intake of bromide in the rat dams in the course of lactation period caused a marked decrease in the iodine transfer through nmother´s milk to the suckling. Excessive bromide intake in the mothers caused a marked decrease in the body weight increments in their pups. Velmi vysoký příjem bromidu u samic potkana v průběhu laktace způsobil významný pokles přenášeného jodu na mláďata mateřským mlékem. Nadbytečný příjem bromidu u matek způsobil velmi výraznou retardaci růstu mláďat.

Determination of mercury and methylmercury in hair

This article exactly describes the process of taking samples and their stocking. From the results it is obvious that the content of inorgatic mercury in hair is dependent on the exogeneous contamination and the amalgam tooth filling number. The result of mercury content in hair was 0.33 ug/g. Práce přesně popisuje jak postupovat při odběru vzorků a jejich skladování. Z výsledků je zřejmé, že obsah anorganické rtuti ve vlasech je ovlivněn exogenní kontaminací a počtem amalgamových výplní zubů. Pro obsah metylrtuti je významné množství konzumovaných ryb. Výsledný medián obsahu celkové rtuti pro sledovanou skupinu byl 0.33 ug/g.
