Grantový projekt, jehož výstupem je kniha, je pokračováním a prohloubením tohoto výzkumu. Důraz je kladen na mezinárodní spolupráci a na přeshraniční a transnacionální perspektivy. The introductory chapter of the book presents the history of research into the phenomenon of forced service to the inhabitants of the occupied countries in the German armed forces. The grant project, the output of which is the presented book, is a continuation and deepening of this research. Emphasis is placed on international cooperation and on cross-border and transnational perspectives. Adhesion of PVD Coatings on Surface of Small Arm

2020 - anglický This work deals with the possibility of increasing the utility properties of the functional part of the weapon by deposition of PVD coating. These coatings are widely known for their high hardness and abrasion resistance without affecting the anticorrosion properties. The experimental part evaluates the created duplex coating on the piston of the assault rifle Sa vz. 58. Duplex coating adhesion, surface morphology and coating thickness was evaluated on opto digital microscope Olympus DSX 500. The impact resistance of the coating was evaluated by dynamic impact test. The durability tests of the coatings were carried out during the training of students in the military training. The results showed the application of PVD coating significantly reduced piston head wear and increased user comfort in the form of shortening time of the cleaning and maintenance process after firing. Stability of a bar influenced by small and large imperfections

2020 - anglický The geometrical and physical imperfections of systems can drastically reduce their critical loading. These imperfections are usually of stochastic character and, therefore, they act as random parametric perturbations of coefficients of corresponding differential equations. In this paper, the imperfections are introduced as multidimensional statistics on the set of a large number of realizations of the same system. As far as the amount of information is small or the imperfections themselves cannot be considered small, the convex analysis is preferable. The paper compares results obtained by both stochastic and convex analyses for hyperprism and demonstrates when each of them is more convenient to be used. Besides of the hyper-prism, the possibilities and properties of other modifications of convex method are considered, especially those based on the definition of imperfection zone marked as a centric hyper-ellipsoid or as an eccentric hyper-ellipsoid. The analytical background was brought up to the level when only a few configurations of imperfections are sufficient to be evaluated numerically. These configurations are obtained by means of the convex analysis as points of extreme critical loading using the Lagrange method of constrained extremes. 2020 - český Středověký autor se vymyká jak modernímu pojetí autora, tak i pojetí strukturalistickému zejména proto, že je zakotven ve zcela odlišné historické realitě: charakter středověkého textu, používání psaného záznamu, ani způsob šíření díla neodpovídají tomu, co dnes považujeme za literaturu, a ani pojem či status autora se s moderní představou příliš nepřekrývá. Počátky moderního autorství lze ale sledovat již ve středověku, zejména definujeme-li autora ve vztahu k textu, dílu a čtenáři, a to jednak statusem autora, který mu přiznali čtenáři a jednak subjektivitou, tj. vědomím sebe sama jako tvůrce. Na příkladu básníka a hudebního skladatele Guillauma de Machaut popisuje tato studie jak řadu fenoménů typických pro středověk, kdy dominovala orální performance, objednávka mecenáše a kdy byla umělecká tvorba plně integrována do běžného života, tak i zrození subjektivity autora, která se utváří ve vztahu k mecenáši a je důsledkem reflexe vlastní sociální role v dvorském prostředí. The medieval author eludes both the modern concept of the author and the structuralist concept, because he belongs to a different historical reality: the character of a medieval text, the use of a written record and the way in which a work was disseminated do not correspond to what we consider literature today, and neither the concept of the author nor his status coincide with the modern notion. The origins of modern authorship can be traced as early as the Middle Ages, if we define the author in relation to the text, work and reader, in terms of the status granted to an author by his readers, and also in terms of his subjectivity. Taking as its example the poet and composer Guillaume de Machaut, this paper describes a number of phenomena typical of the Middle Ages, when oral performances and commissions by patrons dominated. It also describes the genesis of the author’s subjectivity, which was formed in relation to his patron and reflects Machaut´s social role.
