2013 - Czech Collection of papers from the conference organized by the Department of Philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Ostrava, on the 23rd April 2013. The papers are divided into two parts: Contemporary Tasks of Ethics of Science and Philosophical and Methodological Problems, each containing four texts, and one more study is enclosed at the end. The book is supplemented by a preface, program of the conference, a report, pictures and a note by the organizer. Sborník příspěvků ze studentské konference, kterou pořádala katedra filosofie na Filozofické fakultě Ostravské univerzity dne 23. dubna 2013. Příspěvky jsou rozděleny do dvou hlavních bloků: Současné úkoly etiky vědy a Filosofické a metodologické problémy; v každém z nich jsou čtyři texty a na závěr je přiřazena ještě jedna studie. Comics studies. Potentials and perspectives

2012 - Czech options and prospects presents texts based on working versions that were read out at the colloquium of the same name in 2011 in Olomouc. Thus a broad range of various subjects with different research approaches is represented, from historicizing excursions and individual schools, traditions and phenomena to interpretational insights into the possibilities of analysing comics material and its features, or theorizing contributions on problems of definition and methodology, to texts on individual “applied” views of work with comics in various fields. Hence to summarize, the publication presents selected perspectives from comics studies (mediological, semiotic, literary studies, narratological, historical, sociological, anthropological, translatological and pedagogical) and thus perhaps has the potential to become a 'new start' in domestic comicsological research, which on a world scale has been a dynamically developing humanities and social science field over the last few years. The attached poll then expands on papers and studies primarily from domestic researchers to include the reflections of comics studies from elsewhere. A set of archive materials then collects and for the first time entirely reprints several difficult-to-find picture series from the domestic tradition of this medium. Svazek Studia komiksu: možnosti a perspektivy představuje texty, jejichž pracovní verze byly prosloveny v rámci stejnojmenného kolokvia v roce 2011 v Olomouci. Zastoupena je tak pestrá škála nejrůznějších témat s rozličným badatelským uchopením – od historizujících exkursů k jednotlivým školám, tradicím či fenoménům, přes interpretační vhledy na možnosti analýzy komiksového materiálu a jeho vlastností či teoretizující příspěvky o problémech definičních a metodologických až k textům věnovaným dílčím „aplikovaným“ pohledům na práci s komiksem v různých oblastech. Publikace tedy v souhrnu představuje vybrané perspektivy studií komiksu (mediologickou, sémiotickou, literárněvědnou, naratologickou, historickou, sociologickou, antropologickou, translatologickou a pedagogickou) a disponuje tedy snad potenciálem k tomu, aby se stala „novým startem“ domácího komiksologického bádání, jež ve světovém měřítku v posledních letech představuje dynamicky se rozvíjející oblast humanitních a sociálních věd. Připojená anketa potom příspěvky a studie převážně domácích badatelů rozšiřuje o reflexi comics studies zvenčí. Soubor archivních materiálů pak shromažďuje a poprvé v úplnosti přetiskuje několik obtížně dostupných obrázkových seriálů z domácí tradice tohoto média. It gives a basic overview of the hitherto memoir production of Czechoslovak and foreign provenience, reflecting the events of the fatal year of 1938. It focuses especifically on yet unpublished memoirs of Czech and Slovak authors. Tato publikace se zabývá problematikou Mnichova 1938 a jeho odrazu v historické paměti české a slovenské společnosti.
