Thesis deals with the war between Great Britain and Argentina over the Falkland Islands in 1982. The work is divided into several chapters and subchapters. The first part deals with the general characteristics of the island and looking for long-term causes. Another part focuses on the conflict itself. The final section discusses the implications of the war. Bakalářská práce se zabývá válkou mezi Velkou Británií a Argentinou o Falklandské ostrovy v roce 1982. Práce se dělí na několik kapitol a podkapitol. V první části se zabývám obecnou charakteristikou ostrova a hledáním dlouhodobé příčiny. Další část se zaměřuje na samotný konflikt. Konečná část popisuje důsledky války.

The objective of this thesis was to describe Maxima which is a system of a computer algebra. The thesis is split into two main parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part describes how to operate software Maxima, graphical interface wxMaxima and on-line web interface of Maxima and evaluate what the software can achieve and what it can't. In the practical part are examples of typical examples. Cílem této práce je popsání programu Maxima a zhodnocení grafického prostředí wxMaxima a online webového rozhraní programu.
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá ovládáním samotného programu, co dokáže, případně nedokáže. V praktické části jsou ukázky typových příkladů.

Local Referendum

This dissertation is focused on the institute of direct democracy in the Czech Republic, in particular on the institute of local referendum. Local referendum is presented in the dissertation together with other democratic elements codified in the Czech Republic and described in more detail from the perspective of legislative amendments since November 1989 until the current legislative form. The dissertation also works with some statistical data from local referendums between 2006 and 2014. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na institut přímé demokracie v České republice, konkrétně na institut místního referenda. Místní referendum je v práci představeno společně s dalšími demokratickými prvky, které jsou v České republice kodifikovány, a je podrobněji zpracováno z pohledu zákonné úpravy, která se vyvíjela od listopadu 1989 až do podoby aktuální právní úpravy. V práci jsou dále zpracovány některé statistické údaje místních referend z let 2006 až 2014.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is Document service and archiving in state administration. In various chapters, I will gradually be dealing with the term archive. I will describe the system of archives in the Czech Republic and I will characterize their activity. Further, there has been explained the performance of document service and the whole life cycle of a document. Subsequently, there will be described some terms to this issue, described the course of shredding process to a permanent storage of archival documents, including usage and publicity of an archive as an institution. A part of the thesis also creates an enclosure, where there are listed some of the tools, that are used in administration. Téma mojí bakalářské práce je Spisová služba a archivnictví ve státní správě. V jednotlivých kapitolách práce se budu postupně zabývat pojmem archiv. Popíši soustavu archivů v České republice a přiblížím jejich činnost. Dále je vysvětlen výkon spisové služby a celého životního cyklu dokumentu. Následně budou popsány některé pojmy k této problematice, popsán průběh skartačního řízení až po trvalé uložení archiválií, včetně využití a propagace archivu jako instituce. Součástí práce je rovněž příloha, v které jsou uvedeny některé používané administrativní pomůcky.

This thesis deals with the topic of the properties of MSR systems, their main priorities, and forms of use. The thesis contains an analysis of a steam generator. This thesis describe the properties of salts, which can also be used as coolants. The inlet pressure of the turbine was determined according to the calculation of the steam cycle. There is also an analysis of the steam cycle, in which losses were considered and components for raising the efficiency were added. Práce popisuje vlastnosti MSR systémů, jejich hlavní přednosti a možnosti použití. V práci je provedená rešerše typu parogenerátora. Práce popisuje vlastnosti solí, které mohou být použité jako chladivo. Na základě výpočtu parního oběhu byl zvolen vstupní tlak do turbíny. Byl proveden výpočet parního oběhu, při kterém byly zahrnuté ztráty a přidané komponenty pro zvýšení účinnosti.

Concept and Strength Control of Supporting Fan Frame

This thesis is focused on the frame structure of one particular fan from the company ZVVZ Machinery a.s. The aim is to design two to three variants of the frame structure, which consist of various steel beam types. All proposed variants of the frame were subjected to calculation of the stiffness, which is the main criterion for the final option selection. To obtain the stiffness of the frames, the Final Element Method was used. The selected option has the highest frame stiffness under given load and the greatest structure weight. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rámovou konstrukci jednoho konkrétního ventilátoru od firmy ZVVZ Machinery, a.s. Cílem je navrhnout dvě až tři varianty rámové konstrukce, které jsou složeny z různých typů ocelových nosičů. Všechny navrhované varianty rámu byly podrobeny výpočtům tuhosti, která je hlavním kritériem pro výběr výsledné varianty. Pro získání daných tuhostí rámů byla použita metoda konečných prvků. Zvolená varianta rámu vykazuje nejvyšší tuhost při daném zatížení a zároveň největší hmotnost konstrukce.

Investigation of aerodynamic coupling moments and coefficients in the blade cascade

Following pages are focused on the measuring of aerodynamic coupling forces and moments induced by air flow in blade cascade during torsion excitation. The measurement is done in wind tunnel, which is described as well. Excited blade affects the other blades over the flowing fluid and itself mainly. Následující text je zaměřen na vyšetřování aerodynamických vazebních sil a momentů, které vyvolává proudění vzduchu v lopatkové kaskádě při torzním buzení. Měření probíhá v aerodynamickém tunelu, který je v práci také popsán. Buzená lopatka ovlivňuje přes proudící tekutinu ostatní lopatky a především sebe samu.

Mapping of fluid flow field in the tube by the laser anemometry (PIV method)

This bachelor thesis deals with mapping of the fluid flow field in the tube using the laser anemometry. This thesis first theoretically describes the PIV method system, and consequently it deals with the design, development and assembly of the experimental device. The conclusion of this thesis is the evaluation and comparison of the results detected by measuring with the numerical simulation. The assumption of the whole thesis was to efficiently apply the given knowledge in practice. Bakalářská práce se zabývá zmapováním proudového pole kapaliny proudící v trubici pomocí laserové anemometrie. Nejprve teoreticky popisuje systém metody PIV, a následně se zabývá návrhem, výrobou a sestavením samotného experimentálního zařízení. Závěrem celé práce je hodnocení a porovnání výsledků, zjištěných měřením, s numerickou simulací. Předpokladem celé práce byla využitelnost daných poznatků v praxi.

This bachelor thesis deals with numerical simulation of a steam flow through the balanced control valve. It describes the state of a steam while flowing through the valve. The result is an interaction of aerodynamic forces on movable parts of the valve, that was afterwards compared with experimental measuring. For the entire analysis was used Autodesk CFD Simulation 2015. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá numerickou simulací proudění páry v odlehčeném regulačním ventilu. Popisuje chování páry při průchodu ventilem. Výsledkem je působení aerodynamických sil na pohyblivé části ventilu, které bylo následně porovnáno s experimentálním měřením. Pro výpočet byl použit software Autodesk CFD Simulation 2015.
