Measurement uncertainty of aerodynamic coupling forces

This thesis focuses on the investigation of measurement uncertainty for pressure, temperature, mass flow and velocity in wind tunnel, which is described in thesis too. There are also introduction to the issue of measurement uncertainty and investigation of measuring chains in this thesis. The estimate of measurement uncertainty was applied to the specific measurement. Tato práce se zabývá vyšetřováním nejistot měření tlaku, teploty, hmotnostního průtoku a rychlosti v aerodynamickém tunelu, který je v práci popsán. Z tohoto důvodu práce také obsahuje úvod do problematiky nejistot měření a vyšetření schémat měřicích řetězců. Odhad nejistoty měření byl proveden pro konkrétní odměřený případ.

The bachelor work "Ethical Conduct of Public Officials" shows the area of Public Administration in the Czech Republic by introducing Ethical Standards, which are primarily to prevent untoward events unfolding in Public Administration. The intention is to introduce sources of legal regulation of the position of the Public Officials in the Czech legal system, as well as adjust the desired behavior and Conduct of Public Employees, including the possibility and effectiveness of enforcement of existing Standards. Bakalářské práce "Etika jednání úředníka ve veřejné správě" mapuje oblast veřejné správy v České republice z pohledu zavádění etických norem, které mají především předcházet vzniku nežádoucích jevů, rozmáhajících se ve veřejné správě. Záměrem je seznámit s prameny právní úpravy postavení úředníka veřejné správy v českém právním systemu, stejně jako úpravu žádoucího chování a jednání zaměstnanců veřejné správy včetně možností a účinnosti vymáhání dodržování existujících norem.

For the of my thesis I chose Elected bodies of municipalities and regions in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work was to get acquainted with the history of governments, the definition of the elected bodies of municipalities and regions, approach relationships between municipalities and regions. Pro téma své bakalářské práce jsem zvolil Volené orgány obce a kraje v České republice . Cílem této práce byla snaha o seznámení se s historií samosprávných celků, definicí volených orgánů obce a kraje, přiblížení vztahů mezi obcemi a kraji.

Expropriation

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the issue of legal institution of expropriation which actually represents in private law the most serious interference of public authority in property right, it means right to own land, building or part thereof. In the case of the application of this institution, there is complete deprivation of the property right to the land, building or its part and subsequently forced transfer of property right to another person. It may also come to a restriction of the ownership by establishment of servitude or right corresponding with servitude. From the above it follows that as a result of applying the expropriation the ownership to properties in question is fundamentally changed. Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika právního institutu vyvlastnění, které představuje v soukromoprávní rovině fakticky nejzávažnější zásah veřejné moci do vlastnického práva, tedy práva vlastnit pozemek, stavbu nebo její část. Při uplatnění tohoto institutu dochází k úplnému odejmutí vlastnického práva k pozemku, stavby nebo její části a k následnému nucenému přechodu vlastnického práva na osobu odlišnou od dosavadního vlastníka, nebo k omezení tohoto vlastnického práva zřízením věcného břemene nebo práva odpovídajícímu věcnému břemeni. Z výše uvedeného jasně vyplývá, že následkem použití vyvlastnění dochází k zásadním změnám vlastnických poměrů k předmětným nemovitostem.

The topic if this thesis are local fees in the Czech Republic. The work is structured into 5 chapters which follow each other. The first chapter deals with the various concepts related to local fess. IThe second chapter deals with the legal basis for local fees in the Czech legal system. The third chapter deals with individual local fees, their definition and concretization various concepts mentioned in the first chapter.Fourth chapter deals with the administration of local fees. The fifth chapter deals with specific local fees in the City of Ostrava. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou místních poplatku v České republice. Práce je strukturovaná do 5 kapitol, které na sebe navazují. V první kapitole se zabývám vymezením pojmů, které souvisejí s problematikou místních poplatku. V druhé kapitole je charakterizována právní úprava místních poplatků u nás. V kapitole třetí se zabývám jednotlivými místními poplatky. Předposlední kapitola je věnována správě místních poplatků a v poslední páté kapitole rozebírám místní poplatky ve statutárním městě Ostrava.

Shortened drawbar systems in commercial vehicles

Bachelor thesis is primarily focused on the connection methods of trailer. At first there are described the classical methods of connection and then the methods when is the drawbar short and members of the set have smaller distance. These unconventional methods are further described in detail. There is described in detail especially one of these systems and the relative movement of individual parts of the system are visually shown, described and explained. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena především na způsob připojení přívěsů. V první řadě jsou popsány způsoby klasického připojení a poté způsoby připojení, kdy je zkrácená tažná oj a členy soupravy mají mezi sebou menší mezeru. Tyto nekonvenční způsoby jsou dále detailněji popsány. Podrobně je popsán zejména jeden ze systému a jeho vzájemné pohyby jednotlivých částí systému jsou vizuálně zobrazeny, popsány a vysvětleny.
