2011 - German The topic of this dissertation is the cohabitation of Czech- and German-speaking population in the city of Nové Hrady before and during the World War II, the dissertation also deals with displacement of German-speaking population from Nové Hrady. The attention is especially paid to the Buquoy?s County family and its role in the given time period ? especially to the person of Charles George Buquoy and his role in connection with the Nazi regime. The performance of the Eugen Banauch?s novel ?Gratzen oder die Angst vor dem eigenen Keller? follows. This novel is compared with available sources from the archives (State District Archives in České Budějovice and State Regional Archives in Třeboň) and with the memories of contemporary witnesses. Diese Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Problematik des Zusammenlebens der tschechisch- und deutschsprachigen Bevölkerung in dem Gebiet von Nové Hrady / Gratzen vor dem und während des Zweiten Weltkrieges, sowie mit der Problematik des Transfers der deutschsprachigen Bevölkerung aus Nové Hrady. Dabei konzentriert man sich auf die gräfliche Familie Buquoy und ihre Rolle in der gegebenen Zeitepoche. Vor allem wird der Person des Grafen Karl Georg Buquoy und seiner Rolle im Zusammenhang des Nationalsozialismus Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet. Dabei wurde auch der Roman vom Eugen Banauch ?Gratzen oder die Angst vor dem eigenen Keller? dargestellt und mit den Quellen aus den Archiven (Staatsbezirksarchiv Budweis und Staatsgebietsarchiv Wittingau) und mit den Erinnerungen der Zeitzeugen verglichen. / Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou soužití česky a německy mluvícího obyvatelstva v Nových Hradech před a během Druhé světové války a problematikou odsunu německy mluvícího obyvatelstva z Nových Hradů. Přitom je pozornost koncentrována na hraběcí rodinu Buquoyů a její roli v daném časovém období. Především se tato práce věnuje osobě hraběte Karla Jiřího Buquoye a jeho roli v souvislosti s nacistickým režimem. Dále je v zde představen román Eugena Banaucha ?Gratzen oder die Angst vor dem eigenen Keller?, který je srovnáván s dostupnými prameny z archivů (Státní okresní archiv České Budějovice a Státní oblastní archiv Třeboň) a vzpomínkami dobových svědků. 2019 - German The following Master thesis is based on the technical language of recycling and plastic processing taking into consideration the relevant language and text attributes. Characteristic features are analysed on the basis of leaflets acquired at the international trade fair Fakuma focussing on this particular industry. First, the Master thesis concentrates on the definition of technical language itself presenting different points of view of this issue. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the technical language of technology, chemistry and ecology which is employed in the analysed leaflets. Of major importance for the flyers is also the element of advertising which is elaborated in the second chapter. The empirical part of the thesis concentrates on a text analysis of each of the language subsystems: textual, stylistic, lexical and morphological. To conclude with, the thesis provides table overviews and a summarizing chapter. Diplomová práce se zakládá na odborném jazyku recyklace a zpracování plastů a zohledňuje jednotlivé jazykové a textové rysy. Charakteristické znaky jsou analyzovány na základě prospektů získaných na mezinárodním veletrhu Fakuma věnujícímu se právě tomuto průmyslovému odvětví. Nejprve zaměříme pozornost na definování odborného jazyka samotného, přestaveny budou i různé pohledy na tuto problematiku, později se práce zaměří na odborný jazyk techniky, chemie a ekologie, které se objevují v analyzovaných technických reklamních prospektech. Značnou roli zde hraje i reklama, proto se jí věnuje druhá kapitola. Empirická část se soustředí na rozbor textů podle konkrétních jazykových rovin, a sice od textové, stylistické, přes lexikální, až po morfologickou. Na závěr jsou zařazeny tabulkové přehledy a shrnující kapitola. 2017 - German This master thesis deals with the text analysis of cover letter in German and with identifying characteristic text structures of this text type. The theoretical part covers the main concepts of text linguistics. Based on the scientific literature are defined the basic outline for the text analysis. The practical part concerns the analysis of the corpus of 30 cover letters written by Czech candidates in compliance with the criteria for job application in supposed language German. After that, the communication context, textual theme, function and text structures significant for this text type are determined. Finally, the results are compared with the set hypotheses. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem textové analýzy motivačního dopisu v německém jazyce a určením jazykových a textových struktur, které jsou charakteristické pro tento druh textu. V teoretické části jsou popsány hlavní pojmy textové lingvistiky a na základě odborné literatury jsou definovány základní roviny textové analýzy. Praktický rozbor zkoumá korpus 30 motivačních dopisů, které byly v rámci stanoveného kritéria pro žádost o místo vypracovány v německém jazyce českými kandidáty. Následně jsou u zkoumaného druhu textu určeny komunikační kontext, téma, funkce a textové jazykové prostředky. Výsledky analýzy jsou poté srovnány se stanovenými hypotézami. 2023 - German The thesis examines totalitarian regimes of the 20th century through comparative analysis of three selected literary works from different cultural backgrounds. The selected works are The Gulag Archipelago by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, Wild Swans by Jung Chang and Still alive by Ruth Klüger. The comparative analysis of the works will be carried out using an eclectically constructed hermeneutic method. This method will give structure to the analysis. The aim of the thesis is to answer the question of whether it is possible to use a literary-philosophical approach such as hermeneutics to study historical events recorded in literary works. In addition, the analytical part of the thesis deals with the question whether common and objective elements of a totalitarian system as such can be found across culturally different totalitarian systems. Diplomová práce zkoumá totalitní systémy 20. století na základě komparativní analýzy tří vybraných literárně-historických děl vycházejících z různých kulturních pozadí. Jedná se o díla Souostroví Gulag od Alexandra Solženicyna, Divoké labutě od Jung Changové a Poslední stanice život od Ruth Klügerové. Jako pomůcka pro komparativní analýzu děl je zvolena eklekticky sestavená hermeneutická interpretační metoda, která dodává analýze strukturu. Diplomová práce si klade za cíl zodpovědět otázku, zda je možné použít literárně-filozofický interpretační přístup jako je hermeneutika ke zkoumání historických událostí zanesených do literárně-historických uměleckých děl. Dále se práce v rámci analytické části zabývá otázkou, zda lze napříč kulturně odlišnými totalitními systémy nalézt společné a objektivní prvky totalitního systému jako takového. 2022 - German The aim of this thesis is the translation and analysis of a scientific text in the field of sociology. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the basic concepts of translation theory, the role of the translator, translation types and methods that are important for the production of a translation. Last but not least, the characteristic features of professional style in the source language (German) and, contrastively, in the target language (Czech) are examined. The practical part consists mainly of the actual translation of a longer text in the field of sociology, which has not yet been published in Czech, and an analysis of the translation, which points out various problems in translation work with specialized language, comments on problematic areas from the perspective of lexical and morphosyntactic level and suggests various ways of solving them. The work also includes a German-Czech glossary consisting of professional sociological terms and expressions that are central for the text. Cílem této diplomové práce je překlad a analýza vědeckého textu z oblasti sociologie. V teoretické části práce jsou nastíněny základní pojmy teorie překladu, role překladatele, překladatelské typy a metody, které jsou pro zhotovení překladu důležité. V neposlední řadě jsou zkoumány charakteristické rysy odborného stylu jak ve zdrojovém jazyce (němčina), tak kontrastivně i v jazyce cílovém (čeština). Část praktická sestává především ze samotného překladu delšího textu z oblasti sociologie, který dosud v češtině nevyšel, a analýzy překladu, která upozorňuje na různá úskalí při překladatelské práci s odborným jazykem, komentuje problematická místa z pohledu lexikální a morfosyntaktické roviny a navrhuje různé způsobu jejich řešení. Součástí práce je rovněž německo-český glosář složený z odborných sociologických termínů a výrazů, které jsou pro text stěžejní.
